Exceptional service
Great stay at Radisson. Good breakfast and room service Nice and large pools. Beach area is great too. Great views from the room. Room was large and spotless. Only minor issue was that I had to wait for 20 minutes to get the room when checking in at 2pm. But it is not really hotel fault. I realized that hotel sent me a message the day before my arrival to ask me what time I would arrive, but I did not respond as my phone was offline.
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the lack of valet service was inconvenient. The check-in process was extremely frustrating, taking us over an hour to get our room. The hotel itself has an old and neglected feel, clearly suffering from a lack of maintenance. This was evident in various aspects of the property. Breakfast was a major letdown. The quality of the food was poor, and the service was exceptionally slow. It certainly wasn’t the enjoyable start to the day I was hoping for. However, the size and layout of the room were good. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues I encountered. There are likely better options available for the same price range.

Generally good and I would recommend. I upgraded my room which was nice with a lovely view of the sea. Huge room. Lovely hotel with a number of eateries. Beautiful. My difference between a 4 and 5 rating is staff need to be way friendlier and helpful, especially front desk. Although rooms were very clean, lobby seating areas and the restaurants were not. Tables were left dirty and floors were full of crumbs. WIFI was painfully slow for a 5-star. Nice otherwise.

Unbelievable discriminations against Women Muslim Swimwear and UV Shirts. For invalid reasons, Radisson does not allow Women with Muslim swimwear to go the swimming pool in the Hotel and SPA, so a woman in this Radisson is not free to chose her clothing, Also Kids and Adults that are worried about SKIN CANCER are not allowed to wear UV shirts. This is an internal policy to the hotel, the reason that was given is for Hygienic reason, it seems that the director of this hotel figured it all out! Why Radisson USA, since it is American owned company, does not apply the same discrimination policy in the US but only in Tunisia? Is it Hygienic in the US but not in Tunisia!!, We had few discussion with the Staff and they expressed to us their extreme concern about this policy as well...At check-in the room was not clean, Vomit in the wall, hair in the floor, running and leaking toilet, and empty and dirty fridge, we had to put 4 claims about the running toilet, it took them 2 days to fix. I believe instead of spending time on getting out of the pool woman with Muslim swimwear and kids with UV protection shirts it is better to focus on the Service and make it up to the standard of a 5 star hotel

The check-in experience was not great - arrived at 3pm to the hotel which is the check-in time, we had to wait for 1hr to be able to go to our rooms. The process is not streamlined, had to jump between receptionists and desks. There was a poor welcome stand that had some drinks and fruits - not decent for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionists agents were not friendly and kind of rude. The hotel buildings and facilities need to be renovated.
Room was small but they gave us a swim up pool option which was nice. Beach, staff, and other facilities were nice. Buffett was extensive.
Amazing and highly recommend. Had a bad experience with another hotel in the area and when we got here we realized it’s best to not settle with a hotel that’s not premium quality.

Good stay, excellent hotel
The Radisson was good: well positioned on the north-east of Djerba island, so close enough to Houmt Souk to pop in for work, but also with some lovely beaches (and great kitesurfing) right on the doorstep. Price to quality ratio was very good, Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Great for a short business trip
I visited the Radisson Blu Palace for three nights in February 2021 while working on the island of Djerba. As you can imagine, it was very empty due to the ongoing crisis. Staff were welcoming, rooms were big and breakfast was delicious. The grounds are also stunning, although it was a little cold to swim in the pool or on the private beach. Staff were very responsive whenever I had a request and dealt with issues in a timely manner. Overall, a great stay!

Mohamed Jerad is the best hotel manager I know in any country. He is everywhere making sure everything runs perfectly and making each and every guest feel welcome.
overall is it was okay , the only thing that troubled us was the A/C , it was noisy and not working probably , the room was so hot and humidity all night long as if the A/C was off.

They have stolen our credit card by charging it with a higher price than our invoice and they took it from our guest too. they close the phone while we where talking with them. finally I do not suggest this hotel for anyone
Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet is worth the price of admission. Great location for dining out. We recommend that you rent a car in the airport.
Good stay overall
Excellent hotel but the staff could be more friendly. I felt like in an airport when checking-in and checking-out. The staff is courteous but not inviting or polite. Definitely a great produce but you can feel it is a commercial one, a vulgar one and they dont seem to care for their customers. The best of this hotel: the beach and the spa amenities. Restaurants are bit pricy but that's fine.
It is a very pleasant place to sit back and relax.
Since this was not a vacation but a place to stay while our friend was having surgery at the local Clinique, we really didn't get an opportunity just to rest and relax however we will definitely make it first choice when we are back in Djerba again.
Still a great option despite the downturn in touri
Even though Tunisia, and Djerba in particular, is experiencing a downturn in tourism, the Radisson Blu has maintained a strong level of service. The hotel staff, which is at a minimum trilingual (Arabic, French, English) offers a warm greeting upon arrival and quick service. The hotel is in beautiful condition--spacious, well-designed, and well-kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the internet is fast, and the breakfast buffet offers lots of tasty options. Negatives: there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout much of the first floor when I visited, but this is something that can be easily reversed.

Service in Tunisia is not fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel twice and the service was quite different the second time. It seemes to depend very much on the person you meet that day... Maybe you will be lucky, maybe not. The surrounding area is not especially nice. Along the beach there are plenty of "5- star" hotels, but in Djerba there is little more than hotels. Breakfeast at the hotel was ok, not great. The rooms are very nice and clean, the food in the restaurants is good

Great hotel, but a bit far from anywhere
Beautiful hotel with great architecture and big spaces. Good selection of bars and restaurants and right on the beach. Only downside is that it is in the zone touristique and, hence, a drive away from anywhere worth visiting. I arranged car hire through the hotel once I arrived and was very satisfied with the price, the service and the car.

The facilities inside and outside were beautiful and well-maintained. The room was large and aesthetically pleasing. The staff had a "nothing is impossible attitude. The only problem I experienced was with respect to internet usage. Neither the wireless nor the cable functioned consistently. It was very frustrating to try to keep up with my work email. Hotel was only 20% occupied because of being offseason. Two of the restaurants were shut down. We found some additional choices next door at the Park Inn

Solidly 4-star
While billed as a five-star hotel, this solidly nice hotel is far from outstanding. It has beautiful ambiance and a very nice, large spa. However, there is no shuttle from the airport (actually, there IS, if you're willing to pay around $15/person for what would be a $7 cab ride for four people). Also, the spa was very disorganized as far as arranging schedules were concerned. Also, the food at the Italian restaurant was mediocre. The burger from room service, however, was excellent. The mini-bar was lackluster. Finally, many in our party had erroneous charges on their final bills that had to be reconciled. Again, a very nice hotel, but - by no means -- five stars. I expected more for the price we paid.
Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Chambres très sales, installations vieillottes dans les chambres, vue sur un tas de terre, des excréments d’oiseaux partout devant les portes des chambres, nourriture sans goût. Lorsque nous leur avons demandé de changer de chambre, la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’aucune suite n’était disponible et que de toute façon « ce n’est pas le même prix! » . Nous attendons toujours le remboursement qu’ils nous ont promis. Expedia devait faire un suivi, qui n’a jamais eu lieu. Bref. la pire expérience dans un hôtel.

Les douches auraient besoin d’un coup de peinture (moisissures dans les coins) L’option d’un 3ème lit serait une bonne idée au lieu d’un canapé. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les salle de bain , chambre prévue pour trois mais serviettes/peignoires et accessoires sdb pour deux .Globalement un peu déçue.

Bien que l hôtel soit agréable et bien situé, le séjour n a pas été satisfaisant a cause de plusieurs facteurs : accueil pas a la hauteur lors du check in, attente trop longue au delà de l horaire règlementaire mentionné pour le check in, room service inefficace (injoignable, temps d attente trop longs), manque d équipements dans la chambre (sèche cheveux, coton disque, etc..), ménage pas automatique malgré les consignes, assiettes et bouteilles jetées dans les couloirs de l hôtel pendant plusieurs jours,manque de professionnalisme du personnel malgré qu ils soient aimables. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en pensant bénéficier d'un service de qualité en ligne avec les standards annoncés, malheureusement la qualité n a pas été au niveau espéré.

L’hôtel est splendide, la piscine, la plage privée et le matériel mis à disposition sont des plus agréables. Quant au petit déjeuner, il est gargantuesque avec sa terrasse et sa vue sur la mer. Le personnel est à l’écoute et prêt à répondre à vos attentes. Se déplacer en taxi est très simple et peu onéreux. Idéal pour allier farniente, découverte de l’île et activités diverses, sans oublier la visite de Houmt Souk pour le shopping et prendre du temps temps en dégustant des jus de fruits frais.

Hotel de bon standing qui meriterait d'etre rafraichis au niveau des salles de bains. Personnel disponible et prévenant. Petit couac lors du check out ou les frais de taxe de sejour tres differents de ce qui est contractualisé sur Expedia ;( (pas une grosse difference, mais le principe est deplaisant)
L’hôtel est très beau le personnel est agréable mais la propreté laisse à désirer… les sanitaires étaient sale il y’avait des poiles et des cheveux partout à notre arrivée

Superbe Hôtel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
L'hôtel est magnifique et tout le pesonnel est particulièrement aimable et attentif. Les chambres très grandes sont superbes. Le hall d'entrée, la piscine ajoutent une touche de bien être et de sérénité. Pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et la détente avec un confort absolu, c'est l'endroit idéal.

Cet hôtel est vraiment pour moi un moment unique de détente et de bien-être. Luxe et raffinement, personnel attentif. les chambres sont tres spacieuses avec un beau balcon où on peut se poser Tout est aéré et l´ensemble de l´hôtel offre de très grands volumes donnant une sensation d´ouverture. J´y viens régulièrement depuis dix ans et je retrouve le même bien-être à chaque fois.

Bel hôtel style oriental, service lent à réagir
Réservé une chambre avec lit king size, on reçoit deux lits simple, la télé marche pas, les boutons ne pas déranger-faire le ménage non plus. On nous dit que quelqu'un arrive, au bout de 30min toujours rien, ni après une heure. Le lendemain c'est ok mais toujours deux lits et pas d'excuses ou de gestes. La femme de chambre nettoie mais ne nous remets pas de linge, il faut à nouveau appeler pour que elle nous en ramènent. Fatiguant... Sinon l'hôtel est beau, grand et bien agencé. La plage est toute petite, pleins d'algues partout et pas nettoyer. La moitié des places sont réservé aux personnes ayant des suites... Difficile de trouver un transat à la piscine ou à la mer à 11h00...

Radisson Blu de Djerba est un magnifique hôtel , avec un personnel très à notre écoute et professionnel. chambre avec lit très confortable ; dans un hôtel de ce standing il est cependant inconcevable de ne pas disposer de sèche cheveux - celui-ci étant sur demande à l'accueil ! Demander des chambres en étage pour une vue plus dégagée. Déjeuner et petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de choix et très raffinés.

Pas de wifi dans les chambres à partir de 21 heures. Simplement inadmissible pour des chambres « Premium » et ça n’a pas été réparé. Le petit déjeuner moyen, machines à café souvent en panne. Beaucoup de choses à améliorer pour être au niveau.
