I called multiple times to get someone to help me with check out but no one showed up for 30-45min and than I decided to carry everything myself down to the reception. I was hearing loud base of music until 2am from the next door or downstairs.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights. We have to change our room 4 time for various reasons. First we booked double bed, they gave us king, second room hotel staff said there is technical difficulties, third room was very dirty, and smelly, fourth one light wasn't working. With in 3 nights we had to change our room 4 times. Staff was very nice. Food was just ok, not many varieties.

Dev Chand drove us to various sites in and around Jaipur. He also drove us to Pushkar. He was a very knowledgeable and pleasant driver. Our experience of Jaipur was enjoyable and unforgettable. I highly recommend his service to anybody who visits Jaipur

In this hotel, I had a spacious room, most of room electronics was working. However, some serious drawbacks: * after using the shower, the water from the floor was draining over more than an hour due to the lack of proper slope. And all that time was creating a pretty big noise. Bad drainage design. * bathroom sink was not draining fast enough. * no labels on valves for hot and cold water. * when shower glass wall got foggy, bad cleaning of it became visible. * noise from outside of the building. * in the bathroom,I can hear people taking shower above me. No sound proofing of vents. * bathroom fan was not working. * in the living room, I can clearly hear people in the adjacent room and in the hallway, as if there was no any walls. * the bed mattress is “extra firm”. I have never seen a 4 or 5 star hotel with extra firm mattress. I was not able to get a good sleep at all. * the bedding was made of some material that was making me sweat all night. * very humid inside. in the morning, I saw substantial condensation on the window inside the room, probably, due to not working bathroom fan. * the toilet water was unfiltered and was leaving red trail markings after a flush. * the reception staff every time was slow and making me wait 5 min. * for breakfast, I poured clean hot water into a cup, and it had a red-ish color. the staff apologized and brought me another clean one a few minutes later. this time, I suspect, they used bottled water. My eval of this hotel: 2.5 - 3 stars.

For the price and star rating, this is a terrible place. The property is in bad shape. bathroom door not closing properly, damaged floor, stained headboard on the bed, water leaking in the bathroom, the wall panels are warped and dirty. Did not expect this from Radisson, I think they should close the place and remodel this completely before renting out to customers. It is in a very bad shape and needs a good remodel.

Property is quite dated and much in need of an upgrade. One of the restaurants was closed, light buttons weren't working properly so I slept my one night there with the entry door light on all night, safe wasn't working, laminate flooring was coming loose, bathrrom has a clear glass wall looking out and from the main sleeping area...I have no idea why someone thought that's a good design. The only positive thing I have to say is the staff was helpful/very nice, and its like 10 mins to airport

The property needs better maintenance. The lock box, iron and mini-fridge were not working in my room (supposedly a Business Class room). The hair dryer was missing and the shower drain had very slow drainage. The rooms lobby and the room itself had a persistent smell of dampness, that wouldnt go away even with venting. The breakfast and dinner were average for a 4-star hotel. A very annoying thing was that the dining room played two songs on repeat all the time. The staff's attentiveness however was exceptional. Better than IHC City Center which is a more upscale 4-star hotel in Jaipur. They were very courteous and always willing to help. They promptly replaced the iron and lock box when i called the lobby desk to fix. If you, like me, are not bothered by the shortcomings i mentioned above, I will recommend this hotel for its great location near the airport and on Tonk Road.

Uncomfortable and damp

The stay was uncomfortable as the rooms had leakages dampness and mist. Since I am allergic I had a terrible time with the dampness of the place. In no way is this property room kept well. If in winter there was so much dampness I can only imagine what it would be in monsoon. Also the price we paid was 3 times as it’s season time but really a waste! Don’t recommend it at all

Could have been better !

Services and overall infrastructure was just ok. Lifts didn’t work properly. Appliances in the room were not working properly. Services requested for were either delayed or weren’t attended. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Ambiance was nice. Breakfast had multiple options and was delicious.

Worst among all the Radissions

I have stayed several Radisson's at different locations and I always preferred Radission as my first preference to stay but this Radission was the worst ever I have ever visited. They don't have staff to handle crowd. Pool area was soo dirty and messy like junck yard , it is not even having 3 star facilities.

The Toiletries were missing as we checkedin. We had to request for Toiletries. As two Guest booking was made , it was expected that if a House cleaning was done , the room should be refilled with toiletries and Towels. Only 1 towel was placed for two guests after house cleaning the next day. Such small things should be taken care and 5 star hotels should take these things seriously. One of the best features for my booking reason was the rooftop poolside restaurant. As per time mentioned by Hotel it was supposed to be open till 12 midnight with Live Music. To our disappointment, we checkedin to restaurant at 10:30pm and we are communicated it is getting closed and we cannot serve anything .If Things cannot be managed they should be removed from Hotel Attractions and Features.

Room View was not great, it was opening towards an EMty ploy which was kind of Dump. We reached swimming pool on top at 7 AM opening time but it was all dirty because of Pigeons feathers etc, it should have been cleaned at opening time, Washroom Tissue box was not refilled when empty. Staff was courteous and on 25th and 26 June major issues with Lift, 2 out of 3 lifts were not working properly, Sunday since it was overbooked breakfast was arranged in a banquet hall, so in nutsheel experience was not great

Very disappointed stay with this hotel. Many things to say but mainly are , Electric plugs were not working, shower water flooded outside the bathroom and made puddle in room. Very slow room service. Dirty taps. Dusty bed skirts. No TV and cable channels were working. Very slow Wi-Fi . After I checked out full and final I came out and was about to sit in my car the hotel front desk lady came to me and asked that they forgot to charge for water bottles and asked me to pay 270 rupees . I felt embarrassed with this nonsense. I would never recommend this hotel to any one. This is not a five star hotel at all.

First night was a disaster. Gave me a room which needed restoration cement chips off in the bathroom. Water flowing out. 4 am I had a real bad back neck pain to realize that the mattress was damaged and had a cavity therefore the pain. Complained. Mr Mohit Kumar a rude and crude man called front desk manager comes around offering another room when we had paid for a Jaipur tour that morrning. We refused his upgrade and took his offer on complementary breakfast. At check out we had a bill for breakfast and low and behold he denied the offer and we paid for the first day. In all a disastrous trip to the Radisson specially with Mr Mohit Kumar at hospitality control. Stay faaaar away.

This hotel is very nice. The staff did their best to accommodate everything to a high standard - it was clear that many things had been shut for a long time due to COVID and we just now coming back. There were a lot of guests at the hotel and the hotel seemed understaffed or not ready to accommodate so many people. That being said, all the staff were excellent and the breakfast was really good.

Wasn't a pleasant experience staying at this place. The staff is noncooperative. Reaching the in-room dining service was next to impossible. It took me 2 hours to get a couple of water bottles in my room. While they are taking care of proper cleaning but rest everything else is horrible. They were overwhelmed with marriage bookings so they were concentrating on only those clients who were taking part in marriage and were simply neglecting others. Had several issues with key card when it will just stop working and you have to reach out to the front desk folks in order to fix it. I'd not recommend anyone to stay here especially when they are completely booked. They were also not very cooperative when I had asked for early check-in and had to un-necessarily pay for one day extra. The staff seems to be negligent, unprofessional and disinterested.

This property was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The room wasn’t fully clean when I checked in. There were black hairs in the tub and fingerprints all over the mirrors. The vanity mirror was broken, the heating was also broken in the room and the room temperature stayed at 19 degrees Celsius. It was so cold throughout the night I could barely sleep. I called the front desk several times to try and fix the beat, and they kept hanging up on me or wouldn’t answer. I finally had to go downstairs and physically ask someone to put a mini portable heater in my room. It helped some, but not really. The water quality in the shower is also very bad. The water dried my hair and skin out. The spa is horrible. Do not go there. I have had many great spa experiences in India, but this spa was the absolute worst. The massage therapist walked in on my changing twice even though I was yelling at her not to come in because I was still getting dressed. She also walked out of the therapy room while I was laying on the table without clothes on and left the door wide open for over 2 minutes. Her nails were so long they were scratching my skin. And she was not skilled at all. She kept dropping her bowl of oil on the floor or spilling it on the table. And she had no idea how to locate pressure points or knots in the muscles. I’m not sure how she even got her license. I had to stop the session after 15 minutes because it was so bad. Checking out was also a huge pain.

comfortable stay, courteous staff

Notably courteous staff, very accommodating to me when I first arrived after approx 24 hours traveling. My suitcase had not arrived from an international flight, so I was desperately needing some toiletries and an early morning check in to rest before working. Staff made sure I was checked in early, and offered basic toiletries which helped bridge the gap until my suitcase arrived. Breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of western and Indian foods with an omelet station. Room service very prompt and accurate orders. I reported the wall mounted shaving mirror was not working, and unfortunately it was not fixed before I checked out. Otherwise very comfortable stay. Also very convenient to the airport and work location.

Location, Price, Comfort, and Food All in One.

Great hotel with incredible rooms and a good price. Stayed here instead of the Mariott and didn’t regret it at all! Restaurant options are plenty, and the rooftop bar is so good! Great ambience. I ordered room service ahead of time to be delivered 7 hours later and they showed up 2 minutes early. Only improvement I can think of would be if the pool stayed open past 7PM

Bed sheets were torn. Sofa in room was broken. Looked like I was staying in 1 Start Hotel. Will never stay with Radisson ever. Worst experience

We stayed in the business class room. Room was well cleaned. Hotel staff was polite and helping. Specially Mr Rahul from bell desk was kind enough and help us a lot. We would stay here next time for sure... I give 5/5 to the Hotel.

Staff don’t know what they are doing, they don’t know how to look at reservations, they charge 2 times the money for same room, we talked to the manager about it, he told us to take care of, it never been done

Nice place to stay

Great choice for a work trip or leisure trip. Although it is not close to the city center, it is in a convenient location for travelling. The staff is really helpful and polite. The food is good and at very good prices. Swimming pool is really nice too.

Enjoyable stay

It was ok. The hotel is nice and convenient, Sevice was good. Our one night stay was enjoyable. The food was good but a bit expensive. Breakfast spread was adequate. Restaurant staff were polite and efficient. Overall it was ok.

Standard business hotel for good price

The hotel is a standard business hotel. The staff is professional and the rooms are good. Location is also very convenient to the airport. However, it looks a little past it’s prime. If you can spend a little extra money, stay at the Marriott right next door.

Good staff and very courteous . Room service is great and friendly. I would avoid the breakfast service though, as rightly pointed in many reviews, there is lack of co-ordination even in non peak hours like 6:45am with mixed up orders and missing orders. Food is okay.

Nice and convenient

What’s up with the horrible insecticide smell? In our rooms and in the restaurant downstairs! It was really bad. Apart from that, it is nice, comfortable, and close to the airport. Mandatory New Year Eve Gala is very expensive and even though the food was great tasting , it was not a good feeling to be forced into something. Our kids don’t eat all that food and even us definitely did not enjoy it as much, so late after 8:30 pm. The music was annoying and very loud to pump up the “party” atmosphere. They were trying hard with sad karaoke singers. Very attentive nice staff who try very hard.

Good hotel, very convenient specially with Uner availability Good breakfast spread, the only thing required is Brewed Cofee. They serve only Basa fish which can cause problems as it considered yo be an Ocean Cleaner can cause allergies

Nice hotel near airport, very reasonable

Proximity to airport, clean, good staff and room service. When I suggested tips to improve room lighting staff was very receptive and asked if there is anything else they can do to improve their services. Overall I enjoyed my stay. It would be nice to have refrigerator and microwave services in the room.

Close to our business but far from city center

First they cancelled our reservation because my credit card had security on it. Instead of notifying me, they cancelled the reservation and we were stranded until I had security removed. At 3:00 a.m. to be told your reservation was cancelled, is horrible. I have not had that experience with other hotels I booked thru Expedia in the past. Then, the bathroom door got locked and stuck with a guest inside. Had to request a room change. These are some of the negatives we experienced.

A substandard property not worth staying

An old property in a gross state of mismanagement. The rooms are poorly kept and all equipment is very old. The staff is poorly trained and lack courtesy and grace. Overall a poor experience. There is a Marriott property next door which offers a far better stay.

Maintenance

Looked good from outside and lobby. However room poorly maintained. Floor board under aircon blower in poor condition. Seemed like water leaked and damaged the floor. Wifi not connecting. Only pple service oriented is from F&B and Doorman. Courteous staff and they interact well during bfast.

Not a good choice

Very rude staff at the front desk. He wasn't helpful & welcoming. Room was not clean enough. However the restaurant ( breakfast) has very polite & helpful staffs. We enjoyed Pragya's service & attentiveness. She was a wonderful staff. She made an extra effort to make our breakfast enjoyable. Thank you so much for everything Pragya.
