The room was pleasent .i asked for a deep tissue massage from thier spa facilty .thats where it was a let down Firstly there was a language barrier as none of thd staff spoke english,seconldly i just got a basic massage which is not i was looking for...in a brand like Raddsion i wohld expected all staff to havd a basic level of english...

Amazing staff at the hotel. Joyti welcomed us at the hotel and a wonderful clean room. Yash and his team looked after us in the restaurants. Brilliant central location. Will stay here again.

Simply the best!

On arrival, we had an upgrade to a sweet and were quickly and efficiently checked in. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had really great and pleasant stay at hotel. Receptionist and other members of staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We find very wellcome and greeted with smile. Rooms are big with all necessary amenities. Restaurant has multiple cousin with delicious food. We'll definitely visit again. Kind regards.

Gym is nice. Staff is helpful. Steps away from Swati Snacks. Downside is that the walls are very thin; it doesn’t take much to hear your neighbors.

Poor staff

Very hard to change details of my stay in advance with staff. Staff were very difficult to deal with in general. My airport pick up was cancelled with no warning and staff didn't care and were dismissive of the issue. I felt the overall service and customer support was very poor for this level of hotel. Based on my experience I would not stay here again.

Excellent service by front desk.Nice clean hotel good food

Excellent location, neat place but the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. When the room was cleaned, no essentials for making tea in the room were replaced. Took the housekeeping over one and half hours to bring it to us after repeated (six) requests.

Expectation was high but unfortunately it was absolutely rubbish

Everything was perfect! The staff at reception were extremely helpful in retrieving and organizing return of our package that we forgot in the fridge. Thank you very much Himani, Jyoti, Pranjal and Monica.

Good Hotel with Good location. service needs to improve.

Charged me for 2 nights when I had only requested 1 night, put myself and my 13 year old son in a smoking room (well at least smelt of tobacco) when asked for a non smoking room. Ordered mocktails which never arrived and also latte at breakfast which was self serve but the machine was broken, so the waiter said they will provide but no such luck. Not ever stayed at a hotel where it has undelivered in such a spectacular fashion! Not sure this was a VIP benefit..

Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous.

Staffs and service members were very helpful and polite. Hotel cleanliness was super. Morning breakfast had so many delicious items so never missed home food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed here during a business trip. It was comfortable, clean, safe, and convenient. The staff were very helpful.

We booked a 4 night stay in this hotel despit of horrible experiences previously thought they would changed as they are known brand name. But i was so wrong as the experience on this stay was even worse. The hotel has been refurbished in lobby to show the excellent looks but the rooms are so outdated they do not have a basic requirement of the world universal adpators,.flush doest work in the toilets. The A C makes noise. I can carry on with a list. Starting from day 1 we found the daibetic blood strained strip on the extra bed which was provided. The occupancy was for 3 people, and i had to repeatedly keep asking for an additional bed in the room and for all the toiletries and towel were for one person. Is it the guests job to checkin and find that the hotel room they booked for 3 isn't equipped for 3 people so they should wait around for the hotel to do their job. On the second day of the stay at breakfast we had asked for coffees and we ended up walking away without any because it never came. When we complained to the manager, he gave us an "upgrade" to another room but we were already eligible for a free upgrade through Expedia so clearly this was so compensation for their inefficiencies.

Okay stay/ not a 5 star property

Cannot be considered a 5 star property. Business room was dark, dinghy and small. I was locked out of my room for more than an hour because the card reader was not working and they couldn't fix it quickly. I was told it's a machine and that's what machines do. I then shifted to a smaller room but they refused to reimburse the difference. Breakfast was okay. There were flies in the breakfast room. Location was decent, close to the river and Netaji market.

Very miser in giving things like small towels and toilettories. They need major improvement in food quality and taste. Though we had paid for the breakfast, we hardly had any breakfast becazuse of poor taste & quality. Majority of the staff is professional and ready to help.

Great stay

Nice Facilities, but not great service.

We stayed in the suite which was fabulous. It was very spacious and well laid out. The service was not very impressive. I asked for a crib on the reservation and was told it would be ready when we got there. I also discussed the crib on the phone and was told the same. But when we got to the hotel it took 5 calls and over an hour for the crib to be brought to our room. Each time the staff were very polite, but promised it would only take 5-10 min so it was a pretty bad start to our stay having a tired toddler with no place to sleep. The room had several things that didn't work. We couldn't close the bedroom door because the lock was broken. There was also a hot water heater that didn't work at all. And all of the lights were controlled by Alexa which was inconvenient with a sleeping baby. However, we did really enjoy our stay and would definitely go back again.

Location is perfect in center of city, property point of view its OK. Not that great as Radisson Properties are .

Exactly what I hoped for

The Raddison Blu made us feel welcome, and our room was very posh and clean.

Service at front desk and in room service was EXCELLENT. But hotel and rooms were tired and run down. Badly needs refurbishment. !!

Very poor front desk service, checkin was a disaster. Rooms were not ready even at 3,30 PM and the front desk was trying to boss over us instead of being apologetic for their failure in keeping the rooms ready. after a lot of heated arguments a room was allotted to us , they had rooms but were trying to pull a fast one... Room was not clean , felt has not been used for some time as was dusty. no turn down service even though mentioned . Room service was slow , we had to check five times for a food plate ordered.. overall a disappointing experience....

clean and modern, but breakfast is bad!

Modern and clean room. However had some issues. AC was not working as good at the beginning and had to get it fixed. Hotel staff take awhile to answer your calls and is a bit slow. Overall, it is a clean hotel. Breakfast is horrible. Food was cold, Lack of good variety. Sambar was sweet and the eggs were not cooked properly. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Hmm Hot water is not so hot. If you are sleeping in an air conditioned environment which you will, since there are no windows, you will find that the HOT water temperature is warm mostly and not HOT. Out of 7 days only 1 day found the HOT water temperature nearly acceptable.........Did suggest to the Management on the same hope they raise the temperature by a few degrees which should make all the difference. They did not raise the temperature during my stay......Hope they fix it.

It was wonderful experience to be in the midst of city yet away of it's noise and hassle. Comfortable stay with excellent food choice with great Radisson standards with affordable rates.

Wifi virus infected beware

The wifi is pathetic, virus was constantly trying to hit the laptop and phone. So finally I landed up using data off my phone. Hot water was not available at all.

Good Hotel in heart of Ahmedabad

Its a good hotel in the heart of the city close to shopping destination. Friendly staff and decent sized rooms. Need to improve the breakfast.

The client profile was the only issue. That was our timing though! Noisy kids and nisier families! To make up for it, the staff was very friendly and courteous.They all went the extra mile and Sarla near the Reception and Rokunga from Housekeeping need special mention! With staff like these you don't need to worry!!
