TravellerLocation was amazing, nice and spacious rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and free parking. Overall experience was good. The only negative i saw was tiny stains on towels and bedsheets but i hope they will improve.

Hotel is nicely made, but it was not possible to pay on arrival, and only in the morning at check out they were able to organise the payment, cause was the absence of the administrator. They charges 20% more than the price given on the hotels.com on booking, claiming that the price could change every day. They had a price list at reception, where non of the prices listed matched the price charged. The room was on ground level, facing the street, and due to high temperature it was necessary to have the window open, and therefore had to listen to passing peoples conversation, noise from traffic, and fumes from passing busses. NO AC in the room. At breakfast we were taking our coffee in our thermos mugs for the road, we were told we were not allowed to take away the coffee, only what we were consuming during breakfast was included in the price. No bill provided for our bookkeeping.

I stayed at Rachmaninoff Hotel for 2 nights while visiting Veliky Novgorod. I was pleased with my choice: rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed, breakfast has good variety, staff pleasant.

TravellerI can’t find anything bad to say about this hotel. The most comfortable beds in Russia, very clean rooms where everything worked well. You can walk anywhere at anytime with great restaurants that the girls at the desk recommended. Speaking of the girls at the desk, they are also the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel in Russia. The men are stone faced and quiet which is unnerving to us but thankfully all of your dealings are with the girls.Lots of ancient sites to visit with very few tourists.The visa support was also flawless.Highly recommended.

Отель расположен в тихом центре города. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Радушный и внимательный персонал. Подняли вещи на третий этаж. Завтраки понравились. Советую останавливаться в этом отеле.
TravellerОчень понравилось расположение гостиницы, прямо напротив Ярославова городища. К сожалению, нам достался мансардный номер на 3-ем этаже. Так как здание отеля старинное, лифта нет, но персонал помогает поднять багаж в номер. Зал для завтраков маленький, но, так как время завтрака оговаривается заранее с каждым гостем, столиков всем хватает. Завтрак хороший. Персонал очень вежливый. В целом все очень понравилось. Но в следующий раз будем бронировать номер на 2 этаже с большими окнами.

Прекрасный Отель. В целом, все комфортно, чисто. Мы жили в стандартном номере на первом этаже: в номерах дополнительно халаты, тапочки. Старинное здание, высоченные потолки, высокие окна. Достаточно простой, но вкусный завтрак по системе «шведский стол». Есть все необходимое: каша, творог, яичница, омлет, сыры, мясные продукты, овощи, блинчики, десерты. Вкусный ароматный кофе. Все чудесно. Один минус - огромный шумный кондиционер в номере. На ночь мы его выключали, но в городе была жара, открыли окна. Если поменяют кондиционер, то станет всё на 5+. Парковка есть во дворе отеля и со стороны главной улицы. При полной загрузке отеля нам места хватило. Расположен Отель в самом центре города, на Торговой стороне на тихой улице, но поодаль от шумных заведений, загруженных улиц (хотя такие сложно найти в Новгороде). Определенно рекомендую Отель и приеду туда еще.

Очень душные комнаты (№4 и №9). Окно не открывалось, так как было сломано, но просьбы его отремонтировать были проигнорированы персоналом. В ванной комнате также духота, вентиляция очень-очень слабая. Комната для завтрака окнами выходит на задний двор на стоянку машин, хотя можно было бы сделать с прекрасным видом на Ярославо дворище. Странное решение.

Мы проживали в отеле одну ночь и нам очень понравилось расположение. Удобно для пеших прогулок. Находится в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей.
