No upgrades given! Need to be at less friendly at the reception I think the have to train on customer service.

Terrible service at the receptionist, I did arrive at 2AM it was nobody at the desk after 15 minutes the receptionist came out and not even an apology and she had a really bad attitude, sorry I wake her up. It was not a security persona, and the door open wild

Agua de la regadera sin presión y la televisión súper pequeña y con 4 canales!!! Los demás no se veían! Mala estancia en ese aspecto! No hay como quedarse a gusto viendo la tele si está fatal!

Relaxing place to stay

One of my favorite places to stay at while traveling. The servers are fantastic and I like the over all look of the hotel. It's always a pleasure.

We have stayed at this hotel before. This is a beautiful, quiet and traditional-looking place. The staff is excellent. The restaurant and bar are both good. This is in a were and modern part of Aguas but is a short Uber ride to the center. We love this place.

The service and attention was exceptional. However, the rooms are not the cleanest. The hot tub looked dirty, the carpet looked dirty, the room had an odd smell. They need to renovate the place and replace and/or deep clean the entire location.

Beautiful Spanish style property but a bit worn or dated in some areas, like bathrooms and some fixtures. I got shocked trying to shut off a lamp that was taped together. They immediately upgraded and traded our room.

Beautiful Hotel

La Quinta Real in Aguascalientes is a must-stay. This beautifully preserved colonial hotel boasts stunning architecture and impeccably maintained grounds. The service was exceptional, making our stay truly wonderful.

Lo mejor de este hotel es la gente, la verdad que siempre me han tratado muy bien en recepción, siempre que necesito algo me ayudan y me dan soluciónes muy rapido, aunque el hotel es algo viejito las habitaciones con minisplit las amo! Pero si, para recalcar, su gente!!

The hotel was a very beautiful traditional Mexican look that we love. The things that we didn't like was the carpet had look to old . They need to improve on they lightning. They was no small fridge in the room . So we couldn't buy our own things we wanted to keep in the roomm.an they was no control over the AC unit.

Todo muy bien! Una propiedad excelente y con multiples opciones alrededor. Mi unica sugerencia es hacer el area de alberca mas amigable con mas sombrillas, camastros, etc.

Terrible experience with management. This hotel did not have warm water to shower. I asked another guest in a different room and they did not have warm water either. My room had a connecting room but they were unable to lock the door because they 'did not have the key'. Shocking! Do not stay here.

The pool was cold all the time, there is no waiter/ waitress near the pool, there is no room or game room for kids. Valente at the front door is amazing

Este lugar se presenta como un hotel de lujo, pero la realidad es que no cumple ni con los estándares básicos de hospitalidad, lo cual es inaceptable y enfurecedor. Nos hospedamos dos adultos y dos niños durante dos noches, y desde el primer momento las cosas comenzaron mal. Llegamos a la habitación y nos encontramos con solo tres toallas y dos ridículas botellas de agua de 250 mililitros para cuatro personas. ¡Un verdadero insulto! Al solicitar más toallas y agua, nos informaron que tendríamos que pagar un cargo extra. A pesar de la injusticia, acepté el cargo adicional, pero lo que sucedió después fue aún más indignante: ¡ni las toallas ni el agua llegaron! A las 8 pm del viernes hice la solicitud, y nos dejaron completamente ignorados. ¿Cómo es posible que un hotel que cobra lo que cobra por noche trate así a sus huéspedes? Pero lo peor estaba por venir. El sábado por la noche, al regresar de un evento, me encontré con una escena que rozaba lo grotesco. Las sábanas de nuestra cama estaban manchadas con sangre. ¡Sangre! Como si no fuera suficiente asco, al abrir el closet encontramos una cucaracha. ¡Una cucaracha en un hotel de "lujo"! Esto es simplemente imperdonable, un absoluto desastre de limpieza y mantenimiento.

The property is beautiful but the rooms need new carpets as they are old and smelly, the fountains need to be cleaned and in working condition. It is not a 5 star hotel anymore

The food wasn’t that great it was convenient and expensive. Service at diner could’ve been better breakfast buffet was good.

I just loved the aesthetics of the hotel and how centric it is. Some things a bit outdated but I believe they’re doing remodeling so hopefully it gets better. They need more air conditioners in the rooms.

Friendly staff

During our visit, my wife and I were displeased with the property. The AC was not working in any rooms during our entire stay. the rooms felt like they had the heater on the entire day. I just didn't feel they did enough to fix the problem... a horrible experience. Emilio Castillo 949-378-2618

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is sad to see that it is poorly managed. We stayed at a suite thinking that it would be better (cleaner carpets, fresh paint etc.) unfortunately, it was as bad as the rest of the rooms we have seen in the past years. Employees are not as friendly and efficient as they used to. Service is mediocre at best. Staff was not able to complete a simple request for coffee delivery to the room. It is sad to see a such a beautiful facility getting worst every year. Unfortunately, Aguascalientes has a limited amount of 5 start hotels, this is why we keep staying at this hotel hopping that it would be better next time.

El hotel muy descuidado, le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones. Las áreas comunes muy bien y el personal siempre dispuesto y amable.

The staff was amazing and the room very confortable, but in our second night we found a cockroach in our room. The front desk didn’t do anything about it, just send someone to pick ir up after we killed it.

AC wasn’t working properly, bathroom door was hanging and one of the hinges was broken so you couldn’t close the door, bathroom zinc was clogged and water overflow, no pods for coffee, I called and they never showed up.

The hotel structure was very nice, but the amenities were limited, staff was not very friendly and would not recommend the hotel dining.

Property looked nice, but it seemed they were understaffed, my room wasn’t ready by check in and stafff wasn’t too friendly.

2nd time staying at this hotel with no issues at all. Gardens are beautiful and well taken care of. Had to change my reservation due to work issues and hotel management were so helpful and easy to deal with. A

Quinta Real hotels are remarkable in architecture and the room sizes are way better than other properties suites.this particular hotel needs updating and they need to shine and show case the good on the property.needs a deep cleaning and fumigation for mosquitoes .management is not existing and the employees need training desperately. A very underwhelming experience and that’s a shame because they have the potential be excellent.

Second time staying here with my family, and we love it. Beautiful surroundings and spacious rooms.

No hot water on the shower

I liked the hacienda look of the property. I did not like that by suite 227 there was a beep sound for the 3 nights that I stayed there. Otherwise I would have given a perfect score.

Need better pillows

No fue la mejor experiencia

La experiencia fue por debajo del promedio, para un hotel de este nivel. La refrigeradora de la habitación tenía un ruido incómodo, y la caja de seguridad nunca logró funcionar, a pesar de que hubo 3 visitas de parte del área de mantenimiento. Además la atención en recepción fue insípida, e incluso hubo errores en la factura final cuando duplicaron una factura de comida. Para rematar, en el Business Center solo hay un escritorio, con una silla terrible y un aire acondicionado no funciona. No fue la mejor experiencia.

Our suite was pleasant but, one lamp light switch did not work, the safe did not work, the closet light switch was unreachable and then burned out, for couples only one set of slippers and only one bathrobe per couple (we were told), did not re supply us with bathroom amenities. Breakfast al fresco as only option in an almost cold environment made the 6 ounce coffee cold in a minute. I am glad that they are replacing the carpeting in some rooms. I enjoyed the architectural aspects.

Needs maintenance

The hotel is a beautiful one, however, maintenance is not up to the facility. In room safe did not work, TV very small and dis not work properly.

Disappointing experience overall. Not what you would expect of a Quinta Real property. Suite is dated and balcony full of bird's drop.

This is a beautiful Spanish baroque style property providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The gardens and architecture were beautiful. The outdoor pool was unbelievably hot ( almost as a jacuzzi) unfortunately it did not last. After the rain the pool temperature dropped and remained too cold for us. The service was impeccable and staff was attentive to our needs. This is a very nice place to relax. It is close to a theater and a park where we bicycled. On the other hand it is far from town center where nice restaurants, shops and churches are. Overall this is a very nice hôtel.

The architecture of the hotel and access.

The staff was super helpful and the property kept in very nice order. It was very convenient to anywhere in the city and surrounding towns. The rooms could be updated a little. Our a/c had problems. Food was a little high priced and they don't always mention to you the charges as they bring it to you.

well everything was ok except the food at the restaurant, the food to expenseve and no flavor on it, and also no cream and chesse was add to the dish when they said it was include ,any way everything else was good only bad food

The building is beautiful

The hotel is beautiful, colonial, the gardens are green and pretty but the rooms are dated and hot water takes more than 15 minutes to get to the room. We has strong rains and some rooms in the first floor were flooded

Its a beautifull property! full of decoration and details! Staff was great! the only thing is that the room cards will not work everytime we would come back after dinner the staff at the lobby said that they were going to send someone to check the lock, but that person never appeared. Other than that little detail, everything was great
