The location is great. But it took us over an hour to check in - no keys at desk for John St. - initial reaction of man behind the desk was get in touch with them - not very helpful, but came around... We had been given a parking spot # in an email - it was occupied - after many texts second spot given - occupied as well... parked in visitor parking for 24 hours and then had to move car. Unit was nice - great view, but tired - Murphy Bed broken - we didn't need it but a bit of an eyesore, dishwasher top rack kept coming off rails, bathroom fan casing in one of the bathrooms was filthy, and had to take huge glob of hair from drain in 2nd bathroom to get bathtub to drain... There were only 2 glasses - i wine and 1 highball, I text and they sent over 6 glasses - no wine glasses, but very pleasant and they tried...

All was great except for check in

Brought stepson visiting from States to Toronto for tourism. 2 bedroom condo was way to go. Hosted a dinner with my son who lives in Toronto. Hosts were accommodating to permit this which was awesome. Everything you need to cook a dinner was there. Awesome! Beds were comfy andcplacexwas clean. Awesome. Only complaints was delay in checking in, then the missing FOB to access parking. After almost 2 hours of delays we finally get to reserved parking spot only to find someone was parked in it. Of course you can't text someone when you're underground. We finally got that resoved in about 20 minutes. Overall aside from the check in process the place was clean, convenient, completely stocked, affordable and quiet.

Perfect location

Perfect location. Nice condo with incredible views. Parking garage very confusing. Some confusion over deposit caused some early concerns. Hadn't been vacuumed in a while but overall nice

The view was incredible, the CN Tour was right outside the master bedroom window. The condo was well kept and modern. Directions for the condo were clear, but use of the parking garage was not at all, which made it difficult for us since we drove. The elevators were a pain to use. One was out of order all 3 days that we were there so there was always a long line with surly residents while waiting. Also, we had to park in a city lot Friday until 3:00 and Sunday from 11:00, which cost us more and was a pain to deal with. They didn’t have a holding room for bags so if we would have taken the train we would have been paying to store them Friday and Sunday which also would have been a pain to deal with. They should work with the renters some way to make it easier one way or the other.

I followed the directions as presented to me by the Quickstay team. The instructions were for weekdays only and we arrived on the Saturday. To enter te building you need a fob so we were now locked out of the building. When I piggybacked through the door there are two security guards, now they are not Hotel staff since this is a residential building, and provide no help what so ever. I called the contact and after several tries she explained that she could not contact the cleaning crew. In frustration I made my way to the room knocked nobody answered but the door was left unlocked. Text back at 2:45 asked to leave our bags in the room, the response was the cleaners would not allow. Called back and explained the room is untouched and it will not be ready any time soon. They allowed us to store bgs in room and promised our room would be ready by the time the game was over! After the game, keys were still not at dest! Went up to the room and as I walked out of the elevator, I was greeted by the cleaners and there we exchanged the keys at 6:45. At no point did Quickstay ever take responsibility nor did they ever contact me for resolution, not even to be comped in anyway. The text and email response were always the same "sorry for the inconvenience we will look into it with the cleaning company" Very dissappointing for a family of 6 to what was their first game. The room is awesome and the location in the top notch but for $630 a night I expected much more

The location and accessibility to the area was great! The ease of checking but mostly the ability to talk to an agent to get information was ideal. The unit layout was spacious and beds were clean and comfortable. The elevators are not as ideal. Some were out of order and if cleaning staff get on there’s not much room. So can wait a while for elevators. The price for cleaning for a one night stay is a bit much and there were dust bunnies so feels like this is definitely for the service provided. Otherwise loved the stay.

Modern, relatively clean, great views, beds for 4 single.people

The location, size of the unit, quality of furnishings, comfort of beds- all 5 Stars. Great view of CN Tower from master bedroom windows! Close to public transportation and lots of great restaurants. Unit maintenance- 3 Stars The main lock on the front door was not working correctly. I had to giggle the key randomly for a while to get it to unlock from the outside. Building amenities- 1 Star Short term renters are prohibited from using the billiards room and gym even though the property manager (QuickStay) said we'd have access with our key. We did have access to the roof top pool. Parking- 1 Star We pre-booked parking in the building. The key was missing when we arrived. QuickStay informed me the prior guest didn’t return the key and a replacement wouldn't be delivered until noon the following day. Fortunately, I was able to talk the concierge into opening the doors to the garage. However, my reserved spot was occupied. QuickStay assigned me a different spot. However, the key was never delivered to the unit; which meant we were not able to use our car during our stay because we couldn't re-enter the garage. Cleanliness of the unit- 0 Stars When we arrived the trashcan under the kitchen sink was full of garbage and dishes where put away dirty. More disturbing, the shower curtain in bathroom was covered with mold. I contacted QuickStay to have it cleaned, but they never responded. 5 Star property with 5 Star cost, but unfortunately it has 2 Star service.

Great condo, in a great location!

It was too bad we stayed only for a night, otherwise this condo was in a lovely location. Right opposite was the CN tower and Ripleys aquarium, and a whole lot more to see.... the management was very prompt with their communication and I was very impressed that they would often respond within 30mins of my query... the condo was in great condition, and worth the stay. I would come here again!

Overall this property is really good. Pros: - Great location - near to waterfront, CN tower, aquarium, restaurants etc. - Modern, quiet, clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed (apart from a tin opener!) Cons: The only (big) letdown for us was that the apartment was advertised as having a pool. You have to have wristbands from the lobby to use the pool and they will only issue them to the owners. I emailed the owners twice to ask them to give the lobby permission but I did not get a response. As a result, we were unable to use the pool for the 4 days of our trip and had 2 very disappointed children. If the pool is not available for guests, it should not be included in the advert (comments or pictures) as this is misleading.

Great location to downtown and area sights. Convenient to subway and Express from airport. Unit fairly new, nicely decorated. A/C didn’t work very well as unit stayed warm even though we pulled shades and had A/C set for 18C. Owner gave good instructions for gaining entry and advised us cleaning crew was running late so a letter check in. Cleaning crew Failed to run dishwasher and we could not find dishwasher soap to run it. Didn’t eat any meals in but did have tea one evening after washing two cups by hand. Previous occupants didn’t bother to rinse glasses or dishes before loading dishwasher. GROSS. Wife having allergies, cleaned vents from A/C/ Heating unit, something the cleaning crew never bothered to clean. We’re we to return to Toronto, we would stay here again and will recommend it to friends assuming the owner resolves the poor cleaning job his cleaning crew did or didn’t do as they were supposed to do. Hopefully, he didn’t pay them the full amount they requested.

Fabulous location, excellent rate and relaxing atmosphere. The condo was spacious, clean and convient. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Suite

I had a hard time finding a hotel room where I could book 3 people each with their own bed for a company function. I took a chance by booking this, I have never booked a condo unit through Expedia and was a little nervous about the check in process. Everything was a breeze! We had a point of contact at all times who responded right away with any questions we had and I heard that the unit was gorgeous. The next time my company has a large group booking I have been told to book this suite.

Convenient but a bit complicated

The location was excellent but being a private condo, the check in was complicated, a lot of steps and codes.

Excellent spacious downtown Toronto condo.

Easy to find. Good instructions from agent. Easy garage entry. Painless check in. Friendly concierge. Thrilled from the moment we opened the door. Responsive thermostat. No skimping on lighting. Everything worked. Large rooms. Good mattresses.

Excellent accommodations and value, well priced

This is a 2 BR condo with additional sleeping availability in a sofa bed and murphy bed. Décor is great, the place is clean. Only two drawback that I noticed: 1. there is no TV in the MBR for us insomniacs; and 2. the Bell TV package did not include any US television stations like ABC, NBC, CNN etc., unless I didn't use the system properly. The unit has good views (I stayed in a 19th floor suite) and full higher end kitchen and laundry facilities, which I did not take advantage of. Check in and check out is automated, and worked well. I was unsure of what to expect when I booked, but gained some confidence when the agency qualified me after booking to ensure that I would not be bringing additional guests or hosting parties. This is a residential complex and they want to manage noise levels and clientele who stay there, which was reassuring. I will definitely stay here again, and would recommend this as a very good alternative (about half the cost) to the pricy hotels in the area.

접근성 빼곤 그닥...

유니언역,cn타워 및 하버프론트 인근에 위치하여 집근성이 좋음. 하지만 객실관리는 전반적으로 미흡. 구석구석 먼지 뭉치, 곰팡이 핀 욕조커튼, 닦다만 컵 등 새 건물임에도 꼼꼼하게 관리되고 있지 않은듯 보였음. 예약시 매일 하우스키핑 해준다고 되어 있었으나 3일동안 한번도 안해 줌. 낯선 체크인 방식도 혼란스러웠으며 주차도 애를 먹었음. - 건물입구 현관을 들어가는 것부터-5식구 취사가능 장점을 믿고 선택했으나 후회스러움.접근성 말고는 일반 호텔보다 나은게 없었던 듯.
