The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the location an easy walk to restaurants and shops.

The reception staff were fabulous

The property is well located close to town centre. My accommodation room was on the small side ( just ok as I was by myself ) room was very clean and staff was friendly

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff were friendly. We checked in late and staff were accomodating and communicated the checking process clearly. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Location is very central and walking distance to various food options

Very comfortable roomy suite, good high pressure shower, comfy bed, and room 27B has excellent views towards lake pertobe and ladybay. Stairs only but worth 34 steps ;)

Excellent property in an active, stimulating city. Our 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable, especially after a busy day touring the region. Staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything you need in Warrnambool

Great amenities, well located in central Warrnambool. One bed exec apt had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tea, coffe, milk provided. Even had a washer and separate dryer if needed. Lovely helpful reception staff. Good parking.

The staff behind the desk were amazing I had a problem, which they helped me out with a solution. I would stay there again and would highly recommend this to other travellers

Close to town but limited view in a pretty town

Great location near the city centre and it was still quiet. The room was on the small side and the view from the window was of a wall and a fence. Cleaning was efficient and the facilities were good.

Great little getaway spot

We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment for 2 nights. Perfect size for 2 couples with the comfiest king sized beds. It had a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in. Clean and spacious. Great location within walking distance to main shops, restaurants and art gallery. Very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend Quest Warrnambool, we will return.

We just stayed a night however the room was lovely and I would recommend to anyone staying in Warrnambool. Room had cooking ability however we did not use, we ate down the road as it was so close to the street with a lot of restaurants, cafes etc.

Great location not great pillows

We had a great stay. The staff was amazing, our suite was great and there was plenty of spaces for 4 adults. The only thing keeping our stay from get 5 stars is the pillows were not the greats for all of us. If there was an option between two pillows on each of the beds it would increase our rating

Absolutely beautiful - the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to lots of wonderful shops and dining areas and also supermarkets. The theatre is around the corner also. Would highly recommend.

The front desk folks are extremely helpful. The check in was fast and our family was able to get in to rest after a long day drive along the great ocean road. The location is excellent, close to super markets and eateries. Good space for a family of 4. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in excellent condition, clean, quiet, private and easy walking distance for shopping and dining - great for in dining too with cooking facilities, laundry and relaxing lounge area.

Great place to stay in Warrnambool!

The units were clean, spacious and well appointed. As this was the 4th week of our 28 day trip, the washing machine and tumble drier were a welcome sight! Quest is well situated in Warrnambool, being close to the downtown and park/beach areas. The staff were very helpful and provided great guidance on the best local coffee shops and restaurants.

Bath is too high need to be replaced by shower

Clean, reception lady was lovely. Bed just was a bit wonky. Felt like the head was lower than the feet.

Great place to stay, so close to many restaurants and the centre of the city. The only downfall is there are no lifts, so all luggage has to be carried up stairs, but management was happy to help if needed.

This was an excellent property, spacious rooms and ample amenities. Very comfortable and happy to have a washing machine. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Could use night tables in the bedroom.

We were allocated a good sized room which catered for guests with mobility issues as requested. We were very impressed with the willingness of staff to cater for our needs. We will be returning.

We stayed here two nights in March 2023. The hotel was clean, the staff pleasant and the location fine. But, our room was very disappointing. We don't mind having a small room but we hated that the window looked out onto a fence (only a few feet from the window. It was a bit like being in a windowless box. We had no idea this would be the type of room we would be given. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room fortunately but it could have been a much nicer visit if we had had a different room or had been warned ahead of time.

Short getaway

Nice place to stay, and location great.

We were in a three bedroom apartment that included a lockup garage. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Rooms were large, beds and couches were extremely comfortable. Communication was great and staff very helpful. Great position. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was awesome. Walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Staff very helpful, the apartment was spacious for a one-bedroom apartment. Only improvement would be to have a larger TV in the bedroom and it's not that important. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Weekend to see the whales (a little drive) and be walking distance to the pubs and restaurants of Warrnambool. Excellent stay and great facilities.
