One of the better Quest apartments we’ve stayed in. Front office Staff member was friendly and considerate. Had this property been renovated it would receive 5 stars in all categories. It’s only a short walk to supermarkets, Cafes and food shops.

My bed was too hard compared to the room I had last time, last year. I mentioned it and a small topper was put on it, but it didnt really do much. Guests dont like complaining as it can negatively influence your stay, so please bear this in mind before asking us if we said anything or didnt say something sooner. It was my second day out of four, over the christmas break, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but it was still uncomfortable, this affected my stay and will definately influence my decision to stay again, greatly! Dont forget that a good bed affects your sleep and whether you wake up sore and stiff as I did, who needs that on a holiday! You are the QUEST after all, I would expect less at at a cheaper hotel, not your hotel. They need to fix room key problems, twice mine locked me out my room and gave me great anxiety that it might happen at night, as I was staying over christmas break. My room was cleaned twice which was unexpected and a nice touch. The staff the cleaners especially, are so friendly and the reception staff. I much appreciated the guy who welcomed me christmas day. Also the late checkout was greatly appreciated as I had a later afternoon flight, thankyou to the lady who organised that as well as organising my taxi, it all went smoothly.

The apartment was really spacious and looked great. The dining table was generous but the chairs were metal and really uncomfortable. The desk chair was a little grubby and stuffing totally gone. Will go back to the Quest but will make sure that a ground floor apartment is available. Certainly recommend.

We stayed one night in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were a good size, well appointed and we had a good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. The studio apartment was nicely updated and perfect for me travelling alone. The kitchenette had everything I needed to make simple meals. The location is easy walking distance to supermarket and dining options.

Easy to find

Nice place but I found the pillows to be terrible. Therefore not a good nights sleep for me.

Tiny rooms for the price

A bit disappointed with the room size. The bathroom and shower were also very small. The kitchenette was nice and equipped with a hotplate and microwave. My biggest issue was with the bed which was uncomfortably hard. Considering the main reason for a motel is finding a good place to sleep having such an uncomfortable mattress at this price point is shameful. The lady at reception was lovely.

Very good for a short business trip

Very well maintained in a quiet location. The only disappointment was thinking there was a restaurant on the premises.

Close to shopping

I liked how quiet the accomodation was, bed was comfortable and loved the kitchenette. I did not like the smell of the room, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drain in front of the toilet and sink. It eminated the bad smell through the entire studio.

For the most part the staff and facilities were excellent but this morning before we left a cleaning staff member went to enter the room without knocking half an hour before we had to depart which my family found quite rude and intrusive, they did apologise and left which I do appreciate but I was still taken aback by it! It has however not deterred my family from staying at your property but I would hope your cleaning staff would be mindful to knock and wait before letting themselves in!

It’s deceptive to describe tiny room as apartment

I was very disappointed with my stay. I booked a “Studio Apartment” at a “Quest Apartments” property so naturally expected an apartment style accommodation. The room was tiny and I believe it should not be described as an apartment because it’s not. It is much, much smaller than most motel rooms. There is barely one metre of space around a queen sized bed, and that’s it. The room was clean and modern. But the sound proofing is poor. I could hear my next door room. I could not open the blinds at night because the room faces an adjacent apartment block and there is zero privacy with the blinds open. I requested a change to a larger room but was told there was none available. I asked for a partial refund but that was declined. So I left. $200 down the drain.

Needed a place to stay on transit to Melbourne. Was going to arrive after the office was closed. Good instructions were given re access to the key & to our room & payment organised with no problem. Rooms were small but adequate. Bedding comfortable. It was a 3 bedroom apartment which suggests a max occupancy of 6 but the coffee provided was only for 2 with a plunger coffee for 1 cup. Otherwise place was adequate for somewhere to sleep overnight

The only thing I didn't like was room was very dark as no windows that let any light in. Everything else was fine.

Functional property. Very clean and well appointed for what it was

Lovely room, needs some clean cutlery, mugs had cracks and chips in them. Had a ground floor room, upstairs and stair case beside us very noisey to early hours of the morning.

The property was new & clean but the room was v cramped & there was no servicing of the room over the Easter weekend

I booked a 1 bedroom apartment and was placed in a studio. It was a bit annoying but we were moved to another room once I showed them our booked reference.

One night stopover

One night stopover. Very clean and comfortable room. Clean shower and toilet. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Sufficient kitchen utilities.

Happy with the accommodation, only downside was arriving in a storm and no undercover area, like the idea of the room having its own washing machine and dryer, would like access to pay tv or something similar

Good Apartment facilities

Enjoyed staying here before. Good apartment facility. But for this time, we were disappointed to walk into an apartment with last guest's welcome letter and key cards on the table. Also soap bars left in the sink and shower. Very worry about Hotel's Covid cleaning policy. My wife wished to move to other hotel. Although we were given another apartment, we don't feel comfortable under such Covid environment. Hope this was an isolated case, and the management takes this as a positive feedback to improve.

It’s quiet - which is good in Wagga bc many motels are on busy roads (trucks all night). however, walls are thin (cheap modern construction). Single Room are a box; air cond right outside. It’s very clean and well kept

Comfy bed and everything I needed. The shower needed a bit of a scrub as grout a bit grubby but that was all that was needing attention.

Disappointing

Entered our room to awful drain smell. Receptionist assigned another room. Studio apartments very small with tiny windows (our windows were opague). Foxtel package bare minimum. Cleanliness disappointing. Soap. scum around bathroom taps, blocked basin with long hairs, leaking shower, grotty floor tiles. On the positive side - close to restaurants, hotels, coffee shops ect.

Dirty !

Decided to branch out for a nice room in Wagga Wagga with my partner. The room was $250 for the night discounted down to $189. It was absolutely tiny and you could hear the people upstairs. There was hair in the bathroom drawers and mould in the bathroom shower. The shower screens were also dirty. Feedback was given to the staff which was appreciated but she told me the mould had been tested and was “part of the silicon” and that the bathrooms were going to be updated. Absolutely appalling given the current health situation. Will not be staying here again!

Friendly and efficient check-in and check out. Helped out with some printing and scanning. Great coffee, different to the normal cheap instant coffee you receive at other places!

Great customer service, very clean, very quiet and a great location in a beautifully tree lined street. Always my go to place to stay when I visit Wagga.

Everything was OK except that the instructions for internet were very confusing and contradictory. And the attitude when I asked for help - to rub salt in the wound, when I went up to the office to get help, the attitude was of contemptuous scorn at my apparent idiocy in not realizing to ignore most of the (wrong) instructions and system messages. When you get on the internet it asks your room and name and then tells you these are wrong. There is an option to enter voucher details. It turns out there was a piece of paper attached to the long blurb about covid with some magic numbers on it, not labelled "voucher". This contained the magic details. Protip: Don't make your customers guess. Don't provide confusing and wrong instructions. Don't tell people their name and room are wrong when they are not. Do not treat customers with disdain and contempt when they politely ask for help.

I’ve stay a few Quest hotels before and they were all very nice. This Quest in wagga is a bit dated and room was very small. For the price I was a little shocked as I’ve stayed in better places in wagga for a cheaper price.

Fantastic service from the Quest Wagga staff. Being from out of town and having my son discharged from hospital early in the day, I phoned the staff at Quest and they organised for our apartment to be available early for check-in. The girls could not have been more accommodating, welcoming or helpful. Thank you Quest Wagga Wagga - we will definitely be back!!

Our stay at the Quest in Wagga Wagga was a very comfortable and enjoyable one. Beds were very comfortable and 2 bathrooms is always needed with a family of 5. Kitchen facilities were good and there was plenty of space for the family. Would stay here again!

First room the both tv’s not working, tried to call reception but in-house phone also not working. Staff member came and tried to fix unsuccessfully. Moved to another room. Both rooms were showing signs of age with peeling laminate and so on. They are nicely decorated. On a brighter note the staff were more than helpful. Would definitely not stay again

Studio room was a bit cramped for two people and cleanliness was a little lacking.

Stay was OK I will never stay at another Quest hotel again and I spend about 90 hotel nights a year It seemed to be a real hassle on check out to get a printed tax invoice. The lady was all but rude and said she wasn't supposed to as it was Quest policy, well I need to check invoice and keep for my work to check against my credit card statement Loads of hotels in Wagga to choose from, so maybe they should change policy

What you expect from a Quest

The room was as your would expect from Quest. The shower screen could have had a deep clean but otherwise all was good. Receptionist was very bubbly and friendly and the pool would be refreshing if I remembered my bathers. Comfortable mattress and good range of crockery etc in the small kitchen. Walking distance from everything in North Wagga. Would stay again.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was a great layout, the aircon was very needed and pre cooling when I arrived. Perfect little kitchen, the shower was a big water saver, a very fine mist, not something I’ve seen or used that type. Very quiet room, and block out curtains. Everything I required, thankyou .
