i made a good choice.

Great property at a very reasonable price. Comfortable and well kept, very convenient location. I wish there was a pod coffee machine with a couple of pods in the room though.

Great location! As other people mention parking is tight. If you can’t park in tight spaces find somewhere else to stay. We had to change rooms as first room smelt and fridge leaked- I actually slipped over in the middle of the night! Our new room was okay. Gym was okay too except the water fountain was out of water so I had to go back to my room to get more water. A few small things could really improve this hotel

Nestled in the heart of the city and away from major roads with all the facilities we needed

The property was excellent however the insufficient onsite parking was very disappointing and trying to park half a kilometer away for my disabled wife was a major concern. If I had known the limited parking situation at time of booking, I would have booked elsewhere. The facility and location itself was very good.

Great apartment hotel. Modern and clean. Right in the Canberra downtown shopping area. If you have a car, make sure to book a parking space as parking is very limited.

nice enough to stay in for a few nights , but parking is a nightmare

Nice property, only minor issue was a bit of what apeared to be mould on the shower wall. Overall a great stay, rest of apartment was spotless, located in a great spot in the city centre, 100 meter walk to the canberra civic shopping centre. Parking at $30 a day was a bit rich & not much free parking in the area, except for Sundays. Extensive, Bus transport nearby. Many restaurants within walking distance. Central to all attractions in Canberra, 6 minute drive to Parliamentary zone. Definatley would stay there again.

Always stay at this hotel when in Canberra. I am American and visit with my family during the holidays. I have friends in Canberra so I go there every year. Very courteous staff. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary. Conveniently located across from the mall in Civic! No car necessary! In the center

Modern well equipped and goof value! Located in a vehicle free shopping area on one side with vehicle access on the other. Be sure to reserve parking as it is scarce in the area.

It would have been great if our pillow covers and sheet was changed. There were hair present on both the pillows. Overall- good

We loved our stay in Canberra Quest City Walk Hotel, walking distance to everything we needed. Hotel clean and modern, bed was comfortable and it was very quiet, with a kitchenette, the balcony was an extra bonus. If I was to have one negative the housekeeper didn’t top up the teabags daily, but I did get some from reception, the conditioner and body wash in shower was empty from day one, after notifying reception it was still empty on day 4. Apart from this I highly recommend Quest City walk apartments.

Perfect Family Stay On Budget

We stayed for a week Rm 112b , wow the hospitality was amazing from reception to the housekeeping maids.. I highly recommended Quest if you’re travelling with kids. Easy access to the shopping mall , public transport and other. The best part was having a kitchen and free wifi and movies for the kids. I love MOR products for body gel and shampoo/Conditioner provided love it!!!! Will be staying here for more whenever we visit Canberra.

Our 2025 NY holiday

It was a very good and comfortable stay. The only small issue we had was the carpark due to limited parking spaces but there are parking around, saying that, the hotels staff are very friendly and try their best to help us. We are happy and satisfied guests.

Great location and good value. A little more care with the daily room maintenance would make a marked difference to the overall experience. Overall 8 out of 10 and I would stay there again.

Mostly pros. Very large clean unit with cooking facilities. Management friendly and helpful. Cons - no opening windows so it’s a bit stuffy. Limited parking on site. Cheaper parking available not far away.

The property was in a great location 10 out of ten. Unfortunately, the last day there was no hot water throughout the whole resort. The drawer in the bathroom, had no handle, so if you shut it, you couldn't open it or very very difficult. The property manager should fix this a.s.a.p

Close to everything around Canberra

I was impressed with the comfort and quality of the 1BR apartment I stayed in for 5 nights and I very much enjoyed being on the top floor in a quiet location, which I had requested. My thanks to the staff of Quest in Canberra City Walk for accommodating this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest. The apartment had everything we needed, was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very central. Parking was available but, at $30 per night, this was the only thing I could fault.

Great location Bit pricey with no breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. The couch was rather uncomfortable though. Water was warm. Some road noise woke our grand daughter through the night, so whilst the rooms are sound proof within the building, not so of the outside. Very kind staff.

The staff were extremely good and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location for dining.

I enjoyed my stay but felt the 5am fire alarm evacuation could have been managed better. I also believe that as our sleep was interrupted guests should receive compensation for the fire evacuation as i did not get a restful sleep and had to stand in the cold for 40 minutes.

Great central location, close to attractions and shopping precinct. Some very noisy birds in the tree outside my room at 6am - but thats a lovely way to wake up. Highly recommend for a convenient central location and will stay again.

We really liked the hotel and surrounding areas. The only thing that was missing was the hotel. when we arrived we waited for around 47 minutes for the room to be ready. Besides that it was very nice !!!

Very convenient to Shopping Plaza right opposite, to walk to restaurants. Very quiet to sleep, room was very comfortable with self contained kitchen. Parking was an extra $30 , it would be nice if they had specials with parking included. Would definitely stay again

Friendly and helpfull staff at reception, the room was clean and tidy and every thing worked as it should.

Very close to the shopping centre which means you can go to cokes and actually make use of the kitchenette in your room. Everything was clean, I used the gym too, which was modern and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Apart from the fact we had booked two nights for a room with a King bed that we didn't get, and then get told it was their error and nothing can be done cause all king rooms are booked out (yes, I was one of them?), hotel was clean, tidy and had good amenities within walking distance to city centre. Although, charging $30/n for parking is abit excessive.

Room was large and very clean. Great shower and water pressure. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Issues with the internet, tv is connected to a secret wifi that guests cannot access, has to logged in by staff who have to enter the password manually in the room.

I'd rate an overall 5 star but one of the attendants walked in to the room while I was sleeping and asked me more than once if I wanted my room to be cleaned, if I’m sleeping... Other than that, great stay, and I would recommend and return again.

Highly recommend

Great spacious apartment with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen and laundry with a comfortable lounge area. Parking on site for an extra fee limited availability. Located on a mall where you can find various shops including supermarkets. Definitely recommend

The Quest City walk is right on the main shopping area of Canberra with the result that shopping is easy and available. The room was spacious and had all the facilities that one would expect. It was also quiet and comfortable.

Position suited thought it could be noisy but wasnt at all. Parking was tight. Staff top notch.

Young man on reception was very helpful and courteous.

Kept finding ants and gnats in the room. Shower leaked the entire time and when you did shower, water got all over the bathroom floor outside the shower (leaked from under the door). Otherwise, it was a good stay. Friendly staff and plenty of places to eat.

Close to where my conference was. Good shopping nearby.

Great central location. Key CBD buildings in easy walking distance. The car park is rather challenging for a land cruiser though.....
