Great personnel and great hotel

Great hotel in a lovely city. Good location for bars, restaurants and the town square (including a wonderful cake and ice-cream eatery)

NEVER AGAIN

After a brawl started by drunken Russian-speaking guests, who accused me of attempts to visit their rooms (because I got into the same elevator) security guards have been called. They found me not in someone's room, but in the hotel lobby, got confused, demanded from me to go to sleep and when I laughed and refused (I am a grown-up and not obliged to go to bed when a non-policemen demand), they called the police, that, ultimately, refused to come. The whole fuss was caused by a receptionist, who was scared and overzealous at the same time. I went to bed much later that I intended to. Never again!

One of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed in. Very easy check in and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast included in the price had so much variety and fresh products it was a pleasure eating there every day. I strongly recommend this place for anyone staying in Gorzów.

Best hotel in town!

Always a pleasant and enjoyable stay with very attentive staff

Comfortable hotel near city centrum. A little adventurous parking in hotel garages - not recommended for owners of large cars. But with VW Golf and similar you can do it.

Great hotel! Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful room with jacuzzi. Great after a day of walking around the city. The bar/restaurant was excellent. Delicious food, great service. Definitely will be back.

Would choose this hotel again

Took a short road trip around Poland. This hotel was our favorite. We stayed in 5 star hotels in bigger cities but enjoyed this hotel the most. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast (included with our price) was superior to other hotels’ highly priced breakfasts.

Did four different Polish hotels in four nights and this was the best. Super-helpful staff sorted out the printing of a boarding pass and, having looked around Gorzow, eating in the hotel restaurant was definitely the right choice. Breakfast also of a high standard. Very close to station and town. Comfortable room, too, with only quibble being lack of chill in the air-con. But this place is thoroughly recommended.

Super place to stay

Just a single night stay on the way to Warsaw, but a very pleasant one. The restaurant was very good and friendly service everywhere.

Single beds are too small

Really decent hotel, fast wifi, delicious breakfast, a minus for the jacuzzi which was closed due to some maintenance. Because the twin room was the only one affordable I can say that the single bed is too small even for me which I weight 80kg.

Stayed for 6 days. Reserved a suite, upon arrival the room was downgraded (no refrigerator) due to weddings booked on the weekend. Was given a handicapped accessible room (I am not handicapped). Have stayed in Gorzow before, and other hotels there have done the same downgrade to Americans. Hotel is less than comparable to a Holiday Inn, but location is very good. There is not a balanced HVAC system (therefore no heat in Sept). The hotel is located directly across from an upscale shopping mall. It is a good value for Americans - but "you get what you pay for". The restaurant is almost never occupied (so you are certain to dine alone), and I never saw another person at breakfast. The restaurant's breakfast/dinner menu are not comparable in quality, preparation, or offerings to the most basic American standards (maybe geared to UK standards). Maybe this is why you never see anyone there? But the restaurant waitstaff, reception desk, and the service staff are excellent, speak flawless English, and are super super friendly (I wish they emigrated to America). Possibly the most modern hotel in Gorzow and recently built - but in a 1960's communist style interior? Note to management: visit a hotel in America... and take notes.

I didn’t like the 1500zl they had to hold for the room. I ended up getting charged and am currently fighting to get my money back.

Good hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food and drink is good. Single rooms are very compact but ok for a night or two. Gorzow itself is fairly boring, not a tourist destination.

Great little hotel

This is a great little Hotel that I keep coming back to each time I have to travel to the area. The breakfast is great, the staff is always friendly, and if you want a variety of restaurants for dinner, the mall is right across the street. I will keep coming back to this place.

An outstanding hotel!

I recommend enthusiastically the Qubus Hotel. The room accommodations and the services provided are outstanding. Beginning with my arrival, the intelligent, well-informed and friendly receptionist took the time to explain, in impeccable English, the hotel's facilities and how I might make the best use of them. After returning to the hotel after the evening concert at the Filharmonia, I was astonished to discover that the restaurant was still open, where I enjoyed a truly outstanding dinner. Finally, I must call attention to the remarkable breakfast buffet. To sum up, the Qubus Hotel is the place to stay when you visit Gorzow.

Very nice business hotel in Gorzów Wielkopolski

Nice, modern and clean hotel in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Each day two bottles of mineral water are supplied along with a tea/coffee. Good bed, good blinds in the room, so I had a very good sleep. Very good breakfast, you can choose about 100 different product (both hot and cold items) as their brochure says. Early morning from 7 to 7:45 the breakfast area was very cramped, full of businessmen, so it was hard to find a free seat. However, after 7:45 it is a lot more comfortable with less people. Food was replenished fast, nice work by the staff.

Another nice stay on Gorzow Wilkipolski

We have stayed many times at The Qubbus and always have a Junior Suite! Bit more space suits us well...We will be back mid year, as usual !

Quality Qubus

Great Hotel, lovely food, fantastic service and value for money

Good location, clean hotel and very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful. The only thing which I am finding a little bit odd is the fact the guests need to announce the hotel staff prior entering the SPA area, so they have time to turn the heating on. Warming up of the sauna takes approx. 20 min.

Nice location in the middle of the city. Parking seemed to be tricky, but not sure if we missed the parking spot.

Good location & good breakfast

It's my first visit to Gorzow, apparently Qubus was selected from its best reviews among all other before my trip. The staff greeted nicely and it's fairly neat room, but I expected a better and thicker mattress. Although I only stayed for one night and didn't explore the neighborhood much too, but I did took a walk to the mall across the street after dinner, nothing much special for the stores inside, but good place to go indoor during the cold weather. I have to give credit to the breakfast, many selections and tasty. If you travel by train, the hotel located only 5-7 mins walking distant from the station, very convenient.

One-night business stay

This was my first stay at this hotel and I would stay here again, if in the area. Check-in staff were quite efficient, even though they hadn't received the booking from Expedia (made earlier that day). There is paid, secure, underground car parking, if you don't want to park on the street. The single room I booked was clean, of a reasonable size and slightly larger than other single rooms I have stayed in. TV selection was good, with several different languages options available. The bathroom was clean and bright, with a reasonable shower. Food in the restaurant was of a good standard, well presented and reasonably priced. The hotel is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the centre of town and easy to find. Overall, this is a reasonable 3-4 Star hotel, although I would expect to see a few more staff to class it as a good standard 4*. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Good Hotel at a Great Location!

Very good location near center of city and 300 m from the Railway Station but with very limited view of the city. Lot of buses and tram to travel all over. Typical hotel for business travelers with good Wi-Fi and secured parking. Comfortable beds, good and friendly service, so-so bar, very decent Polish breakfast and fair restaurant. Staff is really friendly and helpful and their English is sufficient. I will return back to this hotel next time I am in the city

Location and cleanliness.

Simple, but clean and modern

The hotel is basic, but pretty nice. Especially for Gorzow. The restaurant serves decent food and the free breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of choices. The only problem I encountered was the hotel did not receive my reservation from Expedia. It ended up not being a problem since I was able to forward my confirmation to the hotel's email address. But the Expedia rate was better than the hotel's rate. And luckily Qubus had available rooms.

Hotel is getting older and not being renovated accodingly. Best: breakfast Worst: aircon not working enough, towels clean but very very used, gym with few old equipment and not even in good condition.

Lækkert som sædvanligt. fine parkerings muligheder til små penge på hotellet.lækker terrese på 4 sal til morgenkoppen cafe. utroligt fin morgenmads udvalg. flere lokale spændene produkter. lige overfor ligger et fint storcenter med div forretninger. lille gå tur og man står ved en stor flod.. vores fortrukne weekendturs hotel besøgt 7-8 gange.....

Le camere non sono male: avrei tolto la moquettes, ma è gusto personale. Ristorante e colazione ottimi. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

super dejligt hotel

1 gang for 2 år siden under covid besøgte vi hotellet bare for en overnatning også vidre på mc. var der et eller andet der gjorde at vi måtte tilbage igen... her 2. gang er vi begge enige om at det er et af de hoteller vi gerne vil tilbage til igen.... billig parkering på hotellet super venlig personale fine rene værelser med de ting der nu skal være gode senge gode badeværesler med nok vand bruser. nok noget af den bedste morgen buffet i den kategori hotel... fint lille shopping center lige på den anden side af gaden.

Lekker geslapen

Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in Polen. Na een lange reis konden we plek nemen in het restaurant en hebben we lekker gegeten. Personeel sprak goed Engels en was heel erg vriendelijk. De kamer was netjes schoon en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Nice but a bit old

Probably the best offer in regards to a larger hotel in Gorzow Wielkopolski. But the hotel is rather old and in need of larger upgrades. But a comfortable bed and the service was excellent

Suelo alojarme una vez al mes en este hotel. El hotel está limpio y es céntrico. La cama podría ser más cómoda, así como la almohada. El desayuno está bastante bien y la cena es muy buena pero muy cara para lo que es Gorzow.

Das Hotel ist inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen und bietet nicht die beste Ausstattung. Die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist auch nicht ausreichend. Bietet gutes Service und gute Lage für um die Stadt und Umgebung zu besichtigen.
