Laura in the office who greeted us was very pleasant very nice. There was a time when she needed to be a security guard late in the evening she did wonderful. Thank you Laura for being such a nice person and having a great personality. The rooms were a little outdated so there should be a little bit of updating on the floor and in the bathroom and in the beds. But our stay was very nice and if we come back we may stay again thank you

One thing I liked about the property was that it was covenants to my church which was a 6 min drive. One thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t have a pool. Overall it was a good spot to spend the night at and the room stay was good. The tv was set up good and the a/c ran cold

Super polite staff, rooms were recently remodeled. The room was really musty smelling, but it did get better after a day. Freeway access was great.

Arrived at check in time and wasn’t greeted and then “computer was down” Showed my reservation confirmation on Expedia app and he hand wrote confirmation and gave us keys Room was pleasant but there was a puddle outside AND inside front door from a/c unit on the front window. Threw a towel over inside puddle and then left to enjoy our day. Returning later to small kids running up & down upper balcony and a noisy night . Breakfast was tasty but too many people in a very small area And the small kids again just in the way of the serving area. We ate in our rooms and checked out. Do better Quality Inn

Excellent staff, decent room, very limited breakfast.

Staff is friendly, room was clean but it smell like it wasn't a non smoking room when we first arrived. Cleaning crew took care of smell the next day. I'll go back again next time we go back to San Diego

The front desk was great! The property was well lit, so I appreciated that. Breakfast was nice.

The beds were awful. The flooring was coming up . The handle fell off the bathroom sink. The smoke alarm went off at 2am. I would not recommend this property at all.

Roaches in the bathroom!

Its hard to describe. The staff was friendly but the room conditions were terrible. There were roaches in the bathroom. The toilet pipe was coming off the wall (I forgot to take a pic) the hair dryer died half was through blow drying. The elevator was broken and the starwell smelled of urine. Also their breakfast was good, but disappointing. They basically only served waffles, orange juice and yogurt.

The hotel it is hiden and you can not see the sign of the hotel. The room is was clean and smell clean.

Really friendly staff and hotel is in a good place, easy to access through highway. That’s pretty much it… breakfast only had 2 waffle machines, coffee and milk, juice, yogurt and cereal, apples. Due to the hotel being beside the highway, it is very noisy specially at night, you can hear all the cars and trucks traveling by. No elevators working.

The elevator was out of service and we lugged luggage up to the 3rd floor of the Inn. Breakfast was fine as was the efficiency of the maids who had our room cleaned and towels changed while we were out. Just that darned elevator!

The location was convenient to all tourist sites within 10 mins. However, it was noisy because it’s next to I-5. The service was good and it was clean. Overall, it was a good hotel.

I have been happy with my first two weeks at this location. The room is great, seems newly remodeled, great shower, great bed- updated room. Housekeeping cleans the rooms everyday which is few and far between nowadays.

I have enjoyed my first week at the Quality Inn. The room seems newly renovated- and the beds are very comfortable. The housekeepers have cleaned my room every day and hotels don’t do that very often anymore- under the excuse of covid-I appreciate being able to be comfortable throughout all my travels, and this place has done it for me. Thank you Quality Inn for helping the hotel industry getting back to normal for business travels and letting the rooms be cleaned daily. I appreciate clean comfortable accommodations!

I did not expect the property to be located where it was. It was behind the shell station and the other side was the noisy freeway. The inside of the room though is very clean with wooden floors. No funky smell (old carpet smell)compared to the Rodeway Inn. Beds are comfortable and very quiet inside eventhough its close to the freeway. Perfect place to crash at night and enjoy San Diego during the day.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the advertised sound proofing on the building was not quite true. My room was noisy due to the very loud noise from vehicle traffic on the road and old AC unit. I wasn't able to get much sleep on the first night and requested to be transferred to another room for the remainder of my three night stay.

Will never go there again! terrible place front desk was not hospitable at all. Room stink, blankets and pillow were the worst. I paid to much for this room One employee was great the maintenance man had great customer service but that was it.

The floor was not swept well if at all. There were very long hairs sticking on to my feet and few pebbles. Otherwise, the condition of the room ok. I didn’t realize it wasn’t rugged so my feet were cut un aware.

No break fast for kids No milk No cereal No bread Only sausage and eggs sandwich prepackaged I have to go again but won’t stay that place. Very bad. From room window, you can see all home less people.

It was to noising to close to the freeway did not sleep, and the breakfast was not all good at least you could of have cereal.

The room was clean and tidy.

Clean property centrally located. It is in a somewhat safe area for the city and you can get to downtown and other areas quickly without breaking the bank. Don’t expect the Hilton but it does the job. We are generally in the go anyhow. No issues at all, great breakfast sandwiches and burritos - very pleased, not a buffet but an extended on the go - you get more than apple and yogurt. Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend the property to others.

Let’s start with they couldn’t find my reservation in their system… to the refrigerator in our room didn’t work and took forever for a replacement… to the odor of the heat/ac unit that on top of that did not function properly… to the spiders on the ceiling not to mention the dead moths in the coffee pot… and only 1 set of towels in the bathroom… less than desirable place no quality here. Very disappointed as it was the number 1 recommended by the navy to stay. Surely NOT a place I would recommend at all!
