I love this place its clean, quiet and workers are so nice

Met Our Needs for in Interstate Stop

We spent the evening while traveling at the Quality Inn Gulfport I10. Its location was ideal, given that we had a storm approaching and route was weather dependent. The three story motel itself is an older property situated near other lodging, and I was able to happily point out to my DH that our stay was $30 less than a neighboring 2 story property. Breakfast good and room was ordinary motel, EXCEPT, it had a headboard with lots of USB ports and ac outlets. The herbal tea in the room was a nice touch, and towels were very absorbent.

Bathrooms and interior need updating

It was ok for a place to sleep. The bed was nice. The bathroom wasn't really dirty, but it wasn’t cleaned very well. The place smelled of pot smoke.

The room reeked of a smell upon entry and the furniture was badly stained. Had to go to the nearby Walmart and purchase disinfectant and some covers to police the smell and cover the furniture.

My stay was comfortable and met my needs. The furnishings in the room were dated, and many of the outlets were so loose that getting them to work was unreliable. The carpet showed its age but was clean enough. Overall, it was a quiet and decent place to rest—nothing exceptional, but nothing too bad either.

Was charged $150 deposit in case of damages. First room had a leaking toilet. Second room we were moved to smelled terrible, had rips and red stains on the carpet, nail polish on the desktop, sticky, red liquid congealed on the night stand. Dirty, grimy counters. Used half a container of Clorox wipes trying to disinfect and clean it to a tolerable level. I feel that this hotel owes ME $150 for the condition of the room. Grosse!

Busy area but quiet

Everyone was very nice and helpful our two day stay was very good. Room was clean. The Breakfast is very good, and area was nice and clean to eat in. Will stay there again if we come in April to casinos.

The pool and hot were dirty and we found a live roach. The beds were hard.

When I arrived at the facility, parked my car and went into the office, gave the clerk my id and credit card at that time she checked me in and gave me a room key. I noticed immediately upon interning the room that the ceiling had some water damage and there was spots with black mold on it , I immediately checked out of the hotel within 4 minutes of receiving my room key from the clerk. I took pictures of the ceiling with my phone. I’m demanding a refund immediately, thanks for understanding

Fast check-in. Nice lady at front desk. Rooms were clean, and our accommodations were met.

Breakfast staff lady was rude. front desk lady was amazing! only stayed for a night while traveling over the road last minute and had a pet with us.

Clean quiet lodging with a hot breakfast included. Good value.

There seemed to be many transient guests. Parking lot messy. Trash outside room doors.

Ok Hotel

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The bathroom door handle fell off when we tried to open the door. They had several homeless people hanging around the hotel. The breakfast was very limited and the employee serving the breakfast was vaping in the breakfast area.

Receptionist was not friendly at all and tried to over charge for damage feel

Staff was helpful . Room furnishings worn out and rusty. Blow dryer didn’t work but was promptly replaced with a new one. Scary guests blasting rap music at length at 8:00pm and no security. Stay next door at the Best Western Conference center.

Great stay with a few hiccups.

The only things that kept me from giving them all excellent was breakfast buffet and the elevator only working part of the time we were there. I’m disabled and didn’t see a place on Hotels.com to put that in so I’d get a room on the 1st floor and we got the Second floor. The elevator would go down sometimes, but it wouldn’t come up sometimes. Then one time I got on the elevator and it closed and just barely got out because it was open just enough for me to squeeze out. It didn’t shut all the way another time it just jumped a little bit when it closed and open backed up it was about 1 inch difference between the floor And the level we were on and the elevator. The breakfast food is just terrible. Biscuits and gravy and egg and omelette was gross. Robin at the front desk was FANTASTIC! She came outside to explain where stuff was and was super nice! Employee of the year!!

Excellent breakfast the room I was in sheets and covers were clean but bed skirting had dog hair around it and dry white spots in one area of bed skirting. Refrigerator had rust spots on the outside of it it was a smoking disability room but i slept comfortably it was quiet but airplanes are flying right above the hotel abit but it didnt bother me. In all the services were great anything you need they will get it to you and were always helpful.

The employee doesn’t accept deposit by phone. We always get this hotel rooms. But last time the attendant doesn’t accept it.

The design of the building is great but you can't see the numbers on the room doors from the parking lot. Very inconvenient.

Be warned you are for better or worse *right* next to the airport. You will be woken up by an airplane.

Got here for a one night stay. They demanded a $150 security deposit. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. This isn’t a particularly nice place…that’s a ridiculous deposit amount.

Easy to get to beach, good coffee and breakfast in morning.

Cruisin' the Coast 2024

Hotel seemed to be booked solid at the time of our visit. The staff - especially the daily room service - were friendly and most helpful. Like most hotels now they only provide towel service on extended stay. Did not use the pool but it was well kept and most inviting. Daily breakfast was very good and the hostest made our belgin waffles for us every day.

Never again

The rooms was horrible. Found a spider in my bed, roaches in the room. The carpet was dirty.

check in was at 3.00 p.m. but our rooms was ready at 4.30 p.m.

Nervous but i was wrong.

I was nervous because of the rating being low but overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. I'm not sure what people expect for the price but the stay was good. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very humid and musty smelling. It made my clothes feel damp.

The property was in a very convenient area. Close to everything. The hotel itself was adequately clean and maintained. The breakfast was good, for what it was. The staff did their job, insuring everyone that ate breakfast had a room key. The area has a rather large number of homeless people roaming about, but we had no issues with them. Not a five-star hotel, but it was comfortable enough for us.

Horrible bathroom

The room what horrible, the carpet was old, the tub was rusted and also the fridge was rusted too. It was so bad I didn’t want to take a shower in the there.

Rooms and lobby were recently updated and relatively nice. Hallways/steps were dingy and not very clean. Decent motel for the area.

The pictures on hotels.com fooled me into booking this room. Broken down cars with smashed out windows littered the lot, hotel staff smoking weed outside our room, etc. I called and requested a refund for the second night, there was no way we wanted to stay again.

I had a lil quality time the breakfast was everything my room was clean and I reallly enjoyed my time alone

This is an older hotel our room had a couple of bugs in it. When we checked in the clerk said because we used Expedia they needed my credit card and needed to place a $150 hold on it which was twice the price of the room. Crazy right but already paid Expedia so what else can you do. Said the hold could be up to a week

Worst hotel ever

Put us in a smoking room that smelled like pot. Put notices everywhere that they would charge for any extra towels or pillows. Had to have an arm band to use the pool. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. The staff was smoking in the stairwell.

Comfortable clean beds - exterior room entry

The room was really clean, updated, comfortable, and had all the basics needed for a stay. Refrigerator, microwave, convenient charging stations. The doors are exterior. I'm not a fan of that and I did have concerns about the parking lot. We stayed 2 nights and everything was fine. I really appreciated the comfortable, clean beds.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was conveniently close to the airport. The hotel was very clean with a ton of amenities.

We were there 5 days and they never made our room once. I had to go to desk every day for towels and toilet paper. Always had an excuse. Talked to cleaning ladies that we were going out and we wanted our room cleaned,never happened. On the other hand breakfast was very good and the ladies tending breakfast were great

The room was very clean, was able to get clean towels throughout the entire stay, staff was super helpful and nice, breakfast was good. The pool was open and very clean when we went. The area isn’t perfect but it isn’t super bad either.

The only thing we didnt like was the wifi was to slow. Other than that it was great

The pool was kind of small and seemed to need some chemical treatment. Didn’t bother the kids though. Room was clean. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Walmart across the highway.

This hotel is horrible. I saw a little mold, a lot of rust, and stinky water. If you have to stay here, it can work, but my family and I were very uncomfortable the whole time. They only cleaned the room and bought towels one day. Some of the towels were stained…We would NOT stay here again.

The room was very wet, but because I had my shoes on when first arrived, I did not know the carpet was saturated. When I got ready for bed, and took off my shoes, I realized the whole carpet was wet. Since it was so late I decided to stay, but honestly if I had known earlier, I would have declined this room. This room was not safe for falls, and honestly with wet carpets, what could be growing in there?!

Emtire Property is filthy and in poor repair with exception of dining area which attendants seem to keep very well. Stairwells are exterior and stink of urine. The exterior needs a super power wash and paint. Rooms are in disrepair in need of paint and more. Door lock failed to work on ult occasions. Maintenance and front desk tried hard to help but see ill equipped to handle. Seems like there a full time residents living in rooms

The carpet inside the room was damp, & stained . The curtains smelled like old cigarettes. The bedspread was stained with yellowish stains. And the tub was stained by the drain a brownish color. When I went to get change for laundry, they only had enough change for 1 load. The lint catch on the dryer is all blown out, nothing really there to catch lint. The freezer in the fridge is totally packed with freezer frost. The tv remote is missing the cover for the battery compartment.

Would picked another hotel next time

We had a smoking room so i expected it to have various smells. The paint was coming off the ceiling by the bathroom. And the bathroom wasn't up to par but was good enough for just showering for the weekend stay. The breakfast was not good, the cooks were rude. Make sure you have your room key when going to get breakfast cause they will harass you about it. The front desk assistants were nice, they helped me print my tickets to water park, cause printer provided for guest didn't actually work. Stairs smelt of pee and trash was left in parking lot. Only thing that the room was perfect for was that it was conveniently close to all the stores and fast food places. And if your going to Gulfislands waterpark it's exactly 8 mins away. Other than that wouldn't stay here again

Comfortable

The rooms were comfortable and clean. There wasn’t any noise that we could hear on the outside. We had a bottom floor room which is generally noisy with people coming and going but it was quiet.

Easy to get shuttle from airport. Wonderful staff.

Average but not clean

The staff was very nice and moved our room closer to the elevator so my husband wouldn’t have to walk so far. The breakfast staff was very helpful and even made the waffles for the guests there. The bed was a little high for me but that is true for me in most hotels because I’m short but other than that all was good.
