Great room n lovely service

I was coming to Memphis for a particular event. Circumstances were changing about the start of the event. I left my home not realizing that I was not going to make it in time. I call Quality Inn and informed them of my situation and they made sure that I did not have to stress out about my reservation that all was well. I was not charged extra and was treated well upon arrival. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Memphis. Staff is wonderful.

Nasty Attitude!!

My stay have been really nice with the exception of one person who works night. She kills the whole vibe of this place. She's very loud and arrogant and lack people skills. I guess I disturbed her during a nap for tissue. She's the nastiest employee I've ever seen greeting guest. I don't know maybe she just treated me different. I can't believe she's allowed to service people.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. They squeaked and made a horrible pop noise with the slightest movement. They started cleaning extremely early and after finally falling asleep was awakened by loud vacuuming. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel. On a positive note the guy for check in was extremely nice and it was very clean.

Close to my destination, clean and comfortable.

A nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even let me back in the room after check out because I had left my charger. Very nice people.

Casinos were nice and good dining within the Casinos.

The manger didn't like the fact that we had 6 esa dogs and after we checked in the next Day he called the law and we had to leave and 3 of them was tiny toy poodles and the other three was small dogs. We're going to be getting a lawyer because we had paperwork from the doctor to have them with us and they said that we had to many and we called them when we made the reservation

Not clean, carpet was filthy, sheets had spots and stains on them. They were not clean, therefore i was very uncomfortable, but made the best out of it.

The staff were all super helpful and very nice. I brought my pups along and was accommodated adequately.

Room had not be cleaned very well. Bathroom floors were sticky, mirror and toilet dirty and there was a funky smell in the room.

I paid for a two night stay and did not stay, I was then told i would be fully refunded but was later told i would not. I would never recommend booking throught Expedia even in life.

This certainly is a decent place to stay however the shower in the bathroom was challenging. It took forever to figure out how to get the shower to work.

They were doing a remodel, carpet in hallway torn up, etc. which made a 1inch difference to tile. Easy to trip on? I was in a handicap room, which was great, but it was next to outside doors, which was very noisy until midnight, and then about 12:30 some woman brought in a barking dog, she had not paid for. So I did not get to sleep until after 1am.

We stayed in the scarlet O’Hara suite and it was great! We loved the spacious room, separate living room, and the jacuzzi in the room was a nice area to relax

It was great. Our room was newly renovated. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was better than expected. They serve coffee 24/7.

Very friendly staff. Wasn't expecting smoking room availability. Currently doing some remodeling or upgrades. Very courteous and saved work till decent hours like 10 am and ended pretty early so was not a bother. Beautiful lobby.

Would recommend the property is under construction and my room was in the construction part so the hallway was a bit dusty and crazy looking but the room was clean and looked great

Overall it was a good experience. We only stayed one night. The heater was set at 90 when we entered the room and it was a bit of an unnecessary choir to get the temp adjusted. Hair dryer did not work and the commode was wobbly. Room was clean and neat.

Typical budget hotel

Considering the fact the hotel is a budget hotel, I don't really have anything bad to say. My expectations were low and I was not surprised with what I ended up with. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Older facility, not many updates

It was a nice place

The room was clean, however none of the bedside lights worked. Realizing you were undergoing some kind of remodel. The room should have been checked out to be certain things worked.

The Mattress were hard, the advertising said Breakfast but there was only breads, no meat no eggs no grits no breakfast.

The property looks like it used to be really nice but has now become dated and run down. I asked for a non-smoking room but when I got there, it still smelled like smoke and they were cigarette burns from in the bed spreads. I found a tack on the floor and a piece of broken glass in my bed. It wasn't very large but it was large enough to nick me. My biggest issue by far though was the service, the front desk check in lady was extremely rude. She was sitting down with her back facing me talking to another customer that she seemed to know and there was a sign on the front desk saying "call 198 from this phone if you need service because I am away". I didn't realize that was her talking so I called 198 and she comes over very angrily saying I am right here. She then refused to make eye contact with me, only spoke in short curt sentences and would only give one word answers if I asked her a question. Then handed me my keys and before I even stepped away from the desk,walked off and went back to loudly chatting with the guy there. Extremely unpleasant.

Drove from Atlanta was greeted by Max who was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and I saw nothing wrong at all! Quiet area, Lobby was clean breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel! KK Atlanta Ga

Nice and quiet

The room was dirty. Someone had spewed a soda all over the front of the bathroom door and it hadn't been cleaned. The TV didnt work. The room next door had their TV on loud all night long. We will NOT stay there ever again. STAY AWAY!!!!

The manager Joyce was great very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are little outdated and the floor could have been a little cleaner. Beds were good, clean, and comfortable. Staff was great.

The only issue is always the WiFi here. It isn’t sufficient for the hotel as you can barely pull up a webpage when connected. This has been a consistent issue the multiple times we have stayed and is close to being a deal breaker for us as when we get away we want yo be able to relax and use the internet in our room.

The property is decent and the hotel is undergoing carpet replacement, which it needs. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bed was on the firm side. There aren't many restaurants that deliver there, so get food before you get there. The foyer is neat and seems like a nice place to sit. The breakfast tables are underneath the stairs, but it would be nice if they moved them towards the front of the foyer. Please don't smoke in the nonsmoking rooms. They had to move us after we walked into a blast of cigarette smell in the first room.

We spent 2 nights. The positive side is being clean room and nice staff. The down side is the internet speed, terrible, old condition of the room and building, and location. It is in an area among farms. To reach a dining place, we needed to drive for 35 minutes.

All the staff were very nice.

Nice,quiet place. This hotel is very close to Hollywood and Sam's town casinos, the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The continental brkfst. is OK since there's only a Waffle house a few miles away on Hwy 61 (north). All in all a 'good night's stay'.

Overall good stay. Nothing extraordinary but was everything needed for a overnight stay

The staff was really nice but it was just a really run down kinda dirty hotel. The best thing is that it was so close to all the casinos.

There were several people coming in late at night that were loud but didn't last long. The room was very clean, if we go back we will stay there again. The hotel staff was real nice and took care of us very well. The dining was not that great in the middle of the week. I would recommend it to any one looking for a nice clean place to stay.

Slightly rundown. Floors could use a thorough cleaning. Staff helpful and cordial. Will pass on future stay.

Comfortable

The lighting in the room was bad/dangerous. one of the wall lighting fixtures between the beds was knocked at a 30 degree angle and the actual bulb socket had been hit and was dangling by the wires. the other wall lighting fixture between the beds was missing the bulb! the wall lighting fixture on the opposite wall wasn't working at all.., so I took the bulb from it and put the bulb in the fixture between the beds, to have a usable light!!

Excellent staff

The property was dated and not kept up as it should have been. Problem with plumbing. The area around the hotel is so run down that it is depressing. Will go someplace else to visit a casino for this area is dead. The motel is just surviving.

The hotel and the rooms were clean but it had a oder in the the rooms and hallway ,it the ceiling needs paint in the rooms and they should have more seats for breakfast area.

Very quiet and we got a good nights sleep here

Bathroom and beds were clean, carpets throughout the building very dirty. Coffee pot in room did not work. I pulled out nite stand to plug in clock and the area behind was filthy and had roaches on wall. Girl preparing breakfast also was working front desk and could not keep up with both.

Linda at the front desk for check in at night is great! She's extremely friendly and helpful!
