Near to Manauara shopping were you can find everything you need.

I always stay at Quality, polite and professional staff plus the hotel is closer to everything. Definitely will go back.

Quality Manaus Hotel is very close to a large mall. Has everything you want to shop for. The other direction the buildings aren’t great but there are a couple’s fun restaurants and the local micro-brewery. Also all the tour businesses pickup at this location. Highly recommend this hotel in Manaus.

This was a nice place to stay - 5 days - breakfast buffet was consistently good with some variation in pastries and hot dishes. You could find different breakfast combinations quite easily and there is an omelet station, fresh fruit and fresh juices. Good selection of cereals and coffee as well. Very clean, friendly staff.

Nice area, close to the mall for dinner options and relatively safe. Functional gym which does the job, pool ok for a quick dip but nice to see sunset. Uber so cheap to get into the Teatro area is affordable. Graciously provided late checkout for free. Breakfast was brilliant and full of healthy choices.

I really need to give 5 stars for the staff, the lady in the restaurant helped me when my blood pressure just dropped. They really took a good care of me, the front desk checked my pressure and helped me in my needs. About the hotel, it is a spacious room with a desk office, a sofa and a great closet. however at night I don’t know why the place was noise. It has a neat bathroom. Everything is new and smells great. Walkable to the restaurant and beautiful mall also a big supermarket at the back street. The breakfast is delicious and the variety of options. Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to go to the pool and gym but certainly I will enjoy.

Too much noise thru the windows

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Next to Manaura Shopping center where you can have good food and Carrefour Super market to buy water and snacks.

Prostitution rings

I have stayed here before and been satisfied. I will not stay here again. The management allows an ESCORT SERVICE to operate openly in the lobby and on the grounds. It is plainly obvious what is going on. An ESCORT SERVICE. People can do what they want but I bring church groups into the hotel. The activity is going to happen anyway, I know. However, it does not have to happen in the face of everyone.

Most troubled issue was the noise during the night. Guests slamming doors and talking very loud in the corridor

Rooms feel like a sauna. AC hardly works. Bugs in room. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this property and can vouch for all the high marks i gave it. Having the fabulous Manuara mall and Carrefour (think Target) within safe walking distance in a plus.

Simplesmente foi uma péssima experiência. Apartamentos velhos e com mal cheiro, 1 hora para esperando o checkin, após errarem a minha reserva. Uma hora para o check out, pois a responsável não conseguia chegar ao quarto devido a lentidão nos elevadores. Sem falar em um amigo que ficou preso por 25 minutos no elevador. Completando… café da manhã ruim!

My second time at this property and both times were great. It is clean, pleasing to the eye and well ran. It is also super convenient to the mall and Carrefour superstore.

The rooms were spacious. The food was good. The price for food and room were reasonable. It is located next to a big shopping center, and it was convenient.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, NOISY AREA, uncomfortable bed

Located on traffic jammed main road, makes for noisy environment all day and night. Thin glass windows allows noise to enter room. Horrible service all around. Check in process was very poor and made us wait unnecessarily. Asked for towels…showed up 3-4 hours late. No regular hours restaurant on premise. Low quality look, feel all around

The hotel and staff were great and my room looked exactly like the pictures. Admittedly the bed felt a little cheap but I slept comfortably. The fact that it is less than a block and a half froma really nice mall is fabulous. All in all for the price point I was happy.

Ok overall. Baby clothes and shopping and a nice rooftop pool. Hello brother Eng. and even more importantly the food is truly horrible and lack of selection

We stayed at the Quality Hotel on either end of a tour to the Amazon Jungle, we were able to leave some of our luggage at the hotel while on tour. The location is excellent, it is a safe area, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The front desk staff were excellent, our Portuguese is very limited and most of them spoke English enough to communicate. The bar and restaurant staff were great. The hotel was modern and well maintained. We traveled around Manaus by Uber, it was great and very inexpensive, we never waited more then a few minutes. I would definitely recommend the Quality Hotel Manaus.

The front desk employees were very efficient and courteous.

They changed the internet about a year ago, it's much slower, and really not functional for business purposes. Until they go back to the previous internet provider they had (much faster), I'll be staying at other hotels

Everything very good but bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment.

I've stayed here for years. Internet was recently changed to new system, super slow. I won't be staying here again. Blue Tree and Millennium internet much better, rooms just as nice or nicer

Good, but improve room/food service!

Front desk service was very good and helpful. The main drawback was room/food service. Salad with no dressing, tea with no milk or sugar, one single cup for 3.50 BRL, no kettle included in the room, water from the mini-bar a bit expensive, but those are minor things. The one bad part was when I requested milk & sugar for the tea, the room service guy brought up a whole thermos of milk and tried to charge me 12.00 BRL for it! He wrote down that I ordered a "garrafa de leite" (whole bottle of milk), but I did not! Just a little bit of milk for a cup of tea was all I needed, and it's supposed to be included with the tea, not charged extra or brought separately. Also, whoever was taking the order on the phone had some difficulty in communicating. Aside from that, it was decent. There were no universal outlets though, and only 5 travel adapters available (all of which were apparently claimed by a single group). I would recommend either installing universal outlets or providing more travel adapters for guests (5 is definitely not enough for a hotel of this size). The hotel was very clean though, and the front desk staff had co-ordinated with the tour company I was using. That was very nice. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, as long as the room service is improved!

Nice hotel, very near a Mall and a big supermarket

Great hotel, well placed, very next to a huge mall/shopping center and a Carrefour, a great supermarket, the room is great with a big table to work, staff is very polite and helpful, in all it is was a great experience, except for the bathroom, the shower and the water command were loose, they fixed it fast but I think taking more time to check rooms it should have not been needed to fix it while the customer was already in the room. Also the toilet paper place is way too far from the sit, which makes it very uncomfortable to use the it, I had to take it out of its place and put it near.

Check In

Booked reservation on Friday, Arrived on Sunday night around midnight. Had to wait 30 minutes for room because reservations do not work on Saturday or Sunday so the reservation was not confirmed to the front desk. Very frustrating at midnight after traveling 18 hours and desk worker more than rude. At check out on Tuesday ( Tuesday was a holiday so everyone can't work on Monday either) my reservation was still not in the system so it took another 30 minutes to get this solved. This time the staff was very nice and make a great effort to solve the problem. I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times in the past because it has a grood location and most of the time tolerable.

This hotel met all of my needs. Literally 2 minute walk to large mall. Breakfast bar in the morning was great! Pool is good but due to the slick tile and weird design it can be dangerous. Bed was a little hard but ok. A/C in room was adequate.

Took 3 hours to get room ready after check in. Front desk did not tell housekeeping we were waiting and never checked on status. Toilet was not working properly and management did not seem to care. The manager could not be bothered to come up to check on the problem after I asked him.

Excellent hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was incredible and included a truly international selection of foods.

Good stay

Good hotel for the price. Nice pool and good breakfast. Most staff at reception only speak Portuguese. Only con is that they didn't have socket adapters available.

Friendly Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel -friendly staff throughout who were very helpful with trip advice,taxis etc. Only drawbacks were prolonged closure of pool throughout most of my stay with staff unable to predict when it would reopen-also no alternative venue on offer. Also the lift system is inadequate taking ages to get anywhere- I was assured improvements were in progress but frustrating as too hot to walk up and down stairs! Otherwise a good place to stay.

the hotel was nice and clean.located +-20 from airport.frontdesk workers were always kind.only two bad things were the water did not get hot all the time and ac was noisy and was leaking water ones.

This Hotel was closed to a shopping mall where there is a food court and a movie theatre. However, not much around the Hotel and it is not recommended to walk around in that area. You are about 10 minutes by taxi to the downtown area of Manaus.

Not my first choice for Manaus

The hotel is okay. But, Manaus does have a couple of better options available.

Super stay at Manaus

I loved my stay at Quality Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable, cheerful colors. Breakfast was super! Omelette station, fresh food and a collection of international and local items. The vicinity to Manaura shopping mall and Carrefour made it easy to grab a quick meal or a decent one (Cachacria Dedo), exchange money, do some essential shopping or spend time. It has all the major known shops in Brazil. It also has a hair dresser, which was convenient for me since I had an event. I also liked the complimentary coffee and water with pineapple and ginger at the hotel entrance (nice gesture). One thing was missing in Quality hotel though was the coffee/tea making machine in the room. This is essential if you are in a business trip and want to have a quick cup of coffee before you move.

Pessima experiência nesta vez

Naseado nesta experiência Quality Manaus nunca mais. Motivo? Controle de pragas. Ja me incomoda ter moscas no café mas o que pra mim nao pode é ter barata no quarto. E o pior que ainda me disseram que as baratas vinham nas malas dos hospedes. É mole?? Ainda por cima a Internet era pessima. Fora isso quarto estava limpo (exceto filtro do ar que estava sujo) e a localizacao que é otima.

Impressão de abandono

Boa infraestrutura, mas mal aproveitada. O bar da piscina não está funcionando e aparenta abandono (inclusive, por conta da sujeira). Não há guarda-sol ou ombrelone na área da piscina. Faltava quase tudo no bar: tudo que pedíamos (e que constava do cardápio/carta de drinks) não era possível fazer, por falta disso ou daquilo. Bem frustrante.

O check-in e check-out na recepção são rápidos. A mulher que limpa o quarto é muito simpática e tem um grande sorriso pacaralho.

Hotel e atendimento estava excelente! Só o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções de comidas regionais!

Importe ter uma boa acomodação, com bons serviços e conforto nas viagens a negócios. Pois passamos o dia em reuniões, visitas, etc.. Nada como chegar no seu quarto confortável, limpo, cheiroso. Poder tomar um bom banho e degustar uma boa refeição.

O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, destaque para a proatividade e atenção da Letícia. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, mas carece de manutenção básica como substituição de rejunte e silicones de vedação no banheiro ( o aspecto não foi bom). Café da manhã muito bem servido e completo. Excelente localização.

Sehr mager eingerichtet, schreckliches weisses Neonlicht im Zimmer, laut (Strassenverkehr) ab 05 Uhr am Morgen ist im 1. Stock nicht mehr zu schlafen. Wir haben deshalb Hotel gewechselt. Zimmersafe läuft nicht. Etc. Etc. Irgendwie ein herzloser Ort. Einzig das Morgenessen war recht gut.

Bra hotel på bra läge!

Det var en fin hotel på ett mycket bra läge! Kändes tryggt runt om! Rummet, speciellt badrummet var lite förfallen! Stort rum med ett skrivbord som delade rummet i två rymliga delar! Incheckning tog mycket tid men vi är tacksamma att vi fick rummet mycket tidigt som vi hade önskat o skrivit till dem i förväg! I närheten fanns en stor och fin Shopping centrum! En mycket bra skaldjursrestaurang låg i anslutning till centret! Rekommenderar hotellet!

Café da manhã muito bom. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, acho q deveriam trocar os produtos de limpeza. Senti falta de uma tomada ao lado da cama e no check out tive problemas em receber a nota fiscal da taxa que paguei no hotel.

Pedi um berço para minha bebê de 6 meses e alegaram que eu teria que ter colocado uma observação na reserva, mas eu fiz a observação, só que não foi atendida. Não é um hotel ideal para viajar com crianças, e além do mais tinham somente dois funcionários no Buffet de café da manhã, acabavam as coisas e tínhamos que esperar por muito tempo pra repor, porque eram apenas dois pra tudo
