Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area. The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining).

It was very central for our ski trip. Staff were friendly and hotel was really nicely designed.

The hotel is a beautiful place and the staff is wonderful.

Overnight stay in Kitzbühel

Only stayed the one night in this hotel as a stopover on the way from Salzburg to Innsbruck. Took the train to Kitzbühel Hahnekamn station - the hotel is not far from there. Happy with everything although would have preferred that breakfast was option, not inclusive in the price. Nevertheless breakfast was good and plentiful.

Great Choice for Couples and Friends

Perfect for a long weekend with couples and friends.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located in the town. However one member of the hotel team was continually rude, made my family feel unwelcome and upset my daughter. This was discussed with the hotel manager who was unhelpful. We ended up avoiding all the hotel facilities and eating/drinking and relaxing elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Great location - I will be back again.

Stayed a few days with my two children (11 & 14). Got the train there, the hotel was in a perfect location - just a short walk from the station. Nice and quiet too. Skiing was just as handy. I will be back.

Almost Perfect?

Really nice hotel, no complaint whatsoever, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only small comment I would make is the beds are not extremely comfortable (especially the pillows) :P but for a ski holiday that’s enough

Good common / bar areas. Great service and friendly staff Ok breakfast Excellent location - close to centre and 10 minutes walk from lifts Rooms were in average condition but definitely not 4-star. Bed was terrible, mattress was with holes and squeaking at minimal movement. Noisy all around - got woken up in middle of the night by neighbours flushing the toilet! Appreciate high season but rates were disproportionate for what you get

I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Outstanding location, staff and breakfast. The room is nothing fancy, but it is clean and large. Can't wait to return.

Perfect hotel in Kitzbuehel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to have a balcony room that overlooked the mountains. We couldn't get enough of that amazing view. Close walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and cant wait to go back again.

Q Hotel Maria Theresa, Kitzbuehel, Austria.

The WiFi did not work in rooms or Public areas in spite of complaints nothing was done to rectify problem. I tried to run a Speed Test but the App could not connect to Server - lack of signal. Hotel refused to give any credit for non availability. Hotel charged 15 Euoros per night parking when we was not in garage but on the street. They refused to remove charge then, took money from our my credit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT. The breakfast was very good.

Kitzbuhel Gold

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, not only in Kitzbuhel but Austria in general. Staff are amazing, the view fantastic and service excemplerary. Breakfast is superb with both hot and cold options. If you want to be in the centre of town in a grteat hotel this is the place

Very well located. Excellent spa facilities but unfortunately no pool. Can use pool in sister hotel but is 20 min away.

Returning customer stop 5 euro tour!

I have stayed here in the past as I love Kitzbhuel, however the last time was 6years ago. The last time myself and our group were sad to say things had slipped. However when going back this summer with my wife I wanted to take her here because of previous good times. We were definitely not disappointed. I'm sure refurb work has been done to the bedrooms since I was last there. The hotel is in a lovely location right by the old town, was looking lovely inside and out and our welcome was great. We had even been given an upgrade with a view over the Hannenkahm. I will return in the future when back here to ski.

I've stayed here a few times. Everything about the hotel is excellent. Great location, breakfast, spa, staff. Rooms are basic, but very comfortable and clean and bathrooms are modern.

Lovely Hotel

We love this hotel. It had great rooms and the lounge bar was wonderfully relaxing. The staff were very helpful, pointing out the ski hire arrangements and local restaurants.

Town Centre location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good food and very good facilities.

Noise

Amazing hotel let down by Paper thin walls and unfortunate neighbour who threatened us for being too noisey (before 10pm). Young group of nutters very loud at 1-2am on other side. Hotel moved us to another room which was excellent service. If doors were thicker and heavier, and especially for the inter connecting rooms (expected for 4 *) then we’d have no complaints. Don’t expect a peaceful noiseless stay. Interior design, ground floor and bar staff, location, breakfast were all excellent.

Disappointed

Bar and steam room worthy of 4 star rating. Bedrooms absolutely not. 3 star at best. Breakfast good although limited hot selection. Evening meals not so good. Watch out if they try and charge for tap water to your table in the evening. Some great service but also some awful service. One guy on the reception desk’s general attitude could be summed up as “the customer is always wrong”.

Two star hotel/ no good Management

Hi there, the girl front the Front Desk was helpful given some direction on the Village Resort, wich is small no way to get lost or finding the places. Was so disappointed because one day the maid did not clean our room, went too complaint and the answer was because I didn't put the tag on the door to make the room!!! also they did not replenish the toiletries!!! Have to keep telling the maid need a extra towel because we were two adults and one child. For the price I paid at least on this season the management should be on fallowing up everything is good on the rooms!!! No complimentary bottle of water, never I will come back to this kind of Hotel After paying so much money for the staying not worth it I won't recommend to not one. The Maria Theresia was a nice hotel in a good location. Very convenient for the centre of Kitzbuhel.

Close to ski lift and Xmas market

We enjoyed our stay at the Maria Theresa. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us find our way about town. The location was very convenient to the town center and the gondola. The room was adequate especially the large bathroom with heated floor. The biggest shortcoming were the paper thin walls between rooms which carried a lot of noise.

Lovely staff and in the centre of town

Ive been going to Kitzbuhel for many, many years but it's the first time I've stayed in this hotel. A very friendly welcom at reception (Tobias was the receptionist). A traditional Austrian hotel. My room 506 was basic but very clean and bright with a Kingsize bed. The hotel is central and it's about an 8 min walk to the main ski lift. Bfst: various cereals, breads, cheeses and ham, etc. Some hot food but that was very basic. I would recommend this hotel.

Right in the centre of town

This hotel is so convenient to everything, and it has the comfiest and cosiest bar area with sofas and a fire and deckchairs outside for sunbathing. Great breakfast buffet too! I won't stay anywhere else in Kitzbuhel!

Well situated in the near centre of town, short walk up to the main ski lift and short walk into the centre of town. Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice spa and facilities

Rooms somewhat small but comfortable. For more quiet, ask for room away from busy street. Serve excellent breakfasts.

Ski weekend

The hotel is in a good location, nice building. Clean and greate staff. But so dated!! It is literally worn out but very clean facility. I can't really recommend my friends to stay there as it is not cheap price but really old. There are brakes in pain on the doors in the bathroom, holes in the floor etc.

Lovely hotel close to gondola.

Maria Theresia is in a very good location for the ski gondola and the town. It has a lovely bar to sit and relax in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. Our room was clean and modern.

We had a great stay. Staff very warm and welcoming. Also gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore. Wonderful breakfast. Spa rooms were great at the end of a long hiking day.

4 Start Hotel in Kitzbuhl

Convent location right down town. Carpet in room badly in need of cleaning. Bathroom door needed WD40 Very modern and thus very complicated shower fixtures. Breakfast was good. Parking was convenient Fascinating décor throughout the hotel

Very Nice except for the Smoking in the Lounge

The room was very nice and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also really good. The entire experience was great except for the smoking in the lounge area, which is directly across from the front desk. It's amazing that this is still allowed. The very helpful person at the front desk had the front doors wide open because he didn't like the smoke. Fortunately it was a nice day!

Quick but super!!!

Typical austrian architecture and style.great breakfast,gluten-free available,lobby bar good location, staff very helpfull. Many restaurants near by.room quite large, so was the bathroom.

A Very Pleasent Stay In Kitzbuhel.

We arrived very late to the hotel and were greeted very warmly by the night staff, spent five nights and was made very comfortable for the duration, the breakfast was a perfect start to the day, location is perfect if like us you are hiking in the Kitzbuheler Horn, the wellness area is excellent, hotel do need a revamp but I am sure that will come in time, cleanliness throughout is excellent, we will be back.

Traditional and modern hotel in town centre

Nice hotel close to town centre and ski lift. Some parts of the hotel are a bit worn, but overall it is ok. Nice breakfast buffet. Sauna(s) and ski garage in basement.

Great hotel in the heart of Kitzbuhel!

Comfortable room, hot shower, great buffet breakfast, and loved that the hotel offers a few classes (exercise/yoga). I also enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms on the lower level :-)Staff people were very friendly and helpful too. Should I return to the area, would definitely consider staying again at the Q! Hotel Maria Theresia.

Nice hotel in walking distance to everything

We just loved this hotel. Clean, friendly, and close to everything, shopping, dining, laundry, salons and more. We were there for a wedding and would definitely come back.

Went To Kitzbuhel To Do The Mountain Walks, Was Pleasently Surprised With The Sceanery.

Lovely hotel in center of Kitzbuhel

Staff was helpful & friendly. We parked car nearby & walked into center of town for supper. Kitzbuhel is full of Bavarian charm, very clean with flowering window boxes & architecture combining the old with contemporary finishes. The hotel had a truly superb breakfast buffet. The rooms were uncluttered with radiant, cozy heat.

Last minute skiing break!

Only booked this a week prior to our stay. Expedia were offering an excellent price as it was end of ski season. Hotel lounge was pretty quirky but very quiet which was a shame as it was nice and cosy. Bedroom very comfortable but quite small, but clean with a balcony. Breakfast pretty good. Plus points had to be location, location! Walking distance to main lift, shops and bars. S'kitz bar and dinky little S'engerl, a wooden log cabin type bar/restaurant down the lift almost next door, both excellent find and full of locals. (always a good sign). Negative point, there's no car park, and the hotel charges €13 a day for street parking! Luckily the restaurant at the back was closed for April so we parked there for free. Would I stay again? Yes if the price was good, definitely! But although I loved Kitzbuhel its very pricey. Stayed in Soll in march only 20 mins away which is much more affordable with superb skiing....

Outstanding experience

Fabulous Hotel in dowtown Kitz. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. My husband and i were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Best place for a romantic vacation.

Lousy room

The rack rate for the room was €310 and we got a 10% discount for paying up front, meaning that we paid €279, roughly £233 for bed and breakfast. The initial impression was good; a very friendly and efficient young man unloaded the car and took it to the hotel car park before bringing our luggage up to the room. In the corridor leading to the room all of the red lampshades on the wall lamps had splits in them and needed replacing. I would have expected a better room in a €100 a night bed and breakfast; the curtains were partly hanging off the rails because the hooks were broken, the bedside lights hardly gave any light for reading and were from IKEA, probably the cheapest lamps IKEA has on offer, the mirror on the wall was a very basic mirror glued to the wall - no frame, there were no carpets/rugs, the bathroom was a flashback to the sixties, definitely not more that 2 Star. The view from the window was of a very tatty and run down ‘Pension’ with lots of rubbish etc. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. We cannot comment on any other facilities as we fortunately only spent one night.

Very Nice Place To Stay in Kitzbuhel

Q Hotel Maria Theresa is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms, bathrooms are very simple yet worked just perfectly for our friend and my son and I. The service staff is quite pleasant. The breakfast was more than adequate and the hotel has quite a lively bar, at times with a dj. The location is great, just a short walk to the lifts or any restaurant in town. We would absolutely stat here again.

High quality but expensive

It was my second time in the hotel and it has been very neatly renovated since the last time. Food is great, both dinner and breakfast. Only sad thing is how they have raised prices by almost 100 euros per night in 2 years.

Reasonable hotel but cleaniness needs lots of work

The hotel was reasonable, decent sized room and bathroom although shower was very akward (not great after a long day skiing). Cleaning service was terrible, first day our room wasn't cleaned at all, after that is was just beds made. Dirty cups sat on the dresser for five days, constantly had to ask for more toilet paper and clean towels. Front desk very helpful and accommodating although overcharged us at the end and presented a bill all in german which made it hard to reconcile. On the positive location was great, bar atmosphere great, breakfast nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the cleaning needs work!!

Kitzbuhel

We requesed twinoms but were given double beds, hotel managed to upgrade us to a twin and a family room. No restaurent at night in the hotel. Staff freindly.

Hotel schön, renoviert - aber teilweise nur „übermalte“ oder „überfließte“ alte Struktur in den Zimmern - vor allem im Badezimmer fällt das extrem auf… Aber Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist in jedem Fall sehr gut! Der oben genannte Einwand würde mich persönlich nicht davon abhalten, das Hotel nochmals zu buchen

Parkplatz nicht beim Hotel 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gab auch keinen Parkplatz Service der das abgenommen hätte, ein solcher wurde mir nicht angeboten

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt. Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Zimmerausstattung eher ältlich, aber völlig okay). Unser Bad war recht neu. Das Fitness-Studio im Haus ist sehr rudimentär ausgestattet.

Hotel im Zentrum von Kitzbühel

Sehr freundliches Personal und mir wurden auch sofort Restaurants der Stadt empfohlen für gut bürgerliches Essen da im Hotel nach dem Lockdown nur ein 4-Gang Menü angeboten wurde. (Kann sich aber schon geändert haben). Zimmer sehr sauber und großräumig. Frühstück sehr variantenreich und für jeden etwas dabei. Preis-Leistung ist MEHR ALS PERFEKT.

God beliggenhed

Hotellet er velbeliggende og det hele fungerer fint, men alligevel er det lidt for meget "skrabet". Der mangler lidt hygge eller lidt ekstra om man vil.

Frühstück gut, Einrichtung alt und kaputt, Schimmel bei der Badewanne und in drr Rntlüftung.

... warum nutzt man ein Hotel ... um zu übernachten und zu schlafen. mir ist es immer wieder ein Rätsel warum die Matrazen in Hotels wo die Nacht 160€ kostet durchgelegene alte Matrazen haben und das Bad aus 1960 ist. Tolle Lage, tolles Service, aufgehübschte Lobby ... alles toll ... wenn dann auch die Matrazen passen würden und das Bad größer als eine Briefmarke wäre!

Perfekte Lage im Stadtzentrum. super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Sightseeing, Stadtbummel, Nachtleben,...

Super Lage, sehr schönes Hotel. Es gab kostenlose Angebote für Wanderführungen und Sportkurse. Spa Bereich war auch sehr angenehm. Hier wäre neben den Saunen und Dampfbäder noch einen Swimming/Whirlpool toll gewesen.

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer, allerdings war der Straßenlärm etwas störend in der Nacht..

Der Preis kann sich ausschließlich auf die Lage des Hotels beziehen....sehr veraltet

Personal außerordentlich freundlich, eine Dusche statt der Badewanne wäre besser.

Schönes Hotel, erster Tag der Wiedereröffnung nach covid19, Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer etwas veraltet, aber diese werden wohl gerade renoviert. Gutes Frühstück. Kommen wieder.

Die Zimmer Beschreibungen stimmen mit der Realität nicht über ein. Das Kingsize Doppelbett entpupte sich als altes klappriges Doppelbett, das Badezimmer war stark abgewohnt und der Zimmerservice kam nur nach Aufforderung

God service, god mat, fine rom. Det var varmt på hotellet så måtte ha vinduene åpne som gjorde at det ble noe støy om natten. Beliggenheten er flott ifht til skianlegget.

Schitterende locatie, te weinig met de tijd mee

Schitterende locatie en ook goed verzorgd, inclusief ruim ontbijt, doch dit zijn de minpunten waar een hotel dat topklasse claimt zeker zou moeten aan voldoen en waar dit hotel in te kort schiet: - geen vlot onthaal in het Engels als generieke taal - geen functionerend vrij internet (nu was het constant uitgevallen) - geen badkamer bruikbaar door 2 personen op een 'tweepersoonskamer' - ontoelaatbare horigheid met daarbij totaal gebrek aan surveillance op lawaaierige toestanden... Men heeft zelfs een hond in de avond meer dan 2 uur aanhoudend laten blaffen...

Vi fikk ikke det vi betalte for

Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi de hadde "Klimaanlegg på rommet (air conditioning)" og gratis Wifi + parkering. Da vi kom dit fikk vi beskjed om at Klimaanlegg hadde de aldri hatt! Nydelig da det var 30-35 grader ute ;) Wifi virket ikke i ett sekund på rommet. Og dårlig andre steder på hotellet også. Parkering var rimelig begrenset og helt fullt. Så vi måtte parkere et godt stykke unna (P4 på utsiden av byen) Beliggenhet og hotellet ellers var helt fint. Og med gangavstand til det meste.
