We loved this little gem of a place. Lovely n clean, quiet n awesome staff. Would definitely stay again.

Good location

FORCED TO SLEEP ROUGH! I had been delayed and arrived late evening on the 13th September, ldesperate to just relax. I soon discovered that there was literally no cables connecting the television or the 1990's Set Top Box and DVD player to anything, dispite listing Premium TV channels and Satellite TV. After making my disappointment and frustration apparent to the security guard who had just checked me in for my 4 day stay (dispite the fact he didn't speak English) Three uninvited, unannounced and unwelcome men entered my private room in order to physically intimidate me to leave. After their attempt failed and I had explained my rights and my intention to stay to them, they then threatened to have me arrested, (which is quite easily done with a 2 million Rupiah payment to local police to manufacture any charge they like) and no doubt use my fee to do so. All three would not leave my room (at my repeated request) and forced me to re-pack my belongings under duress then leave my booked, confirmed and fully paid hotel room, now after midnight, with no other accommodation available in the area. One then followed me for about a kilometre away from their property, in another attempt to intimidate me. This situation could have turned bad for me fast. and could be a very unsafe place for an inexperienced, unprepared traveler unable or unwilling to stand their ground. STAY FAR AWAY! and FREE TIMOR!

Great if you’re looking to save money in Canggu. Big rooms, clean bed to sleep in. AC worked great. Bathroom very old and odd, but you get what you pay for. Perfect for just what we needed, cheap, safe place for a few nights to sleep at in Canggu.

Great place near the beach and clubs

Staff are friendly and was able to help me when i need something. I will recommend.

I stayed on the 2nd floor after inspecting the lower level rooms and can confirm that the bathrooms are nicer and smell better than the downstairs apartments. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Quiet location despite being basically across the road from Atlas beach club! Walking distance to beach (4 minutes), shops and eateries. Comfortable beds/bedding. Ok bathroom considering its old. Had a TV, fridge, aircon. Didnt use the pool as i had a finns recreaction club membership but it was always covered with a film of dust/debri and it didnt look like their was a filter. Nice grounds. Staff were also nice and not imposing. Would definitely stay again.

Need blockout curtains, they leave lights on all night. Non smoking room shouldn't be between smoking rooms!

A quiet and lovely stay here at Putu Guest house 2 The people are on hand and very helpful. Beds are comfortable and the air con very quiet and efficient, Swimming pool is clean and there are comfortable sun deckchairs. [unlike other accomadation/ resort we have stayed at at 4 times the price!!].

I liked that the rooms were large and it was very quiet. Even the air con was quiet & didn’t bother me when trying to sleep

Smells

Perfect place, so quiet even though it’s close to the beach clubs, spacious room and flexible check-out.

It was very close and central to everything (2 min walk to atlas beach club) and the owner was very friendly - constant cleaning of the pool also.

Super cheap. Great pool. Very quiet. Cold air con. Perfect little place to rest.

Putu guest house 2 is a bit further from the main street, but not too far for walking distance. Location is good. You can reach the beach easily.

Wonderful place to stay

Great very friendly and clean

+Big rooms, quiet, comfy beds, nice with fridge, great ac, great pressure in shower, clean pool, nice with the kitchen, great value, close to beach. - smell from bathroom sometimes, very old sheets with stains and broken, staff seems a bit lazy never cleans unless you ask for it, communal kitchen is a bit disgusting with old stuff laying around, trash, watertank has never been cleaned, Sunbeds are broken and old. Just fix the minor things and it will be a great place!

Awesome safe spot to rest your head near the beach

Fabulous place with plenty of good energy. Good souls within, good traveller energy. Poor internet, and some level of upgrades needed to achieve a better comfort score. Staff was super with each request though, and will definitely revisit if in the area.

An Unpleasant Stay

The location of the guest house is very close to Berawa beach, but it is located at the innermost back of a long aisle. The house is relatively new in that area, and price is also higher.

Good value

Nice and spacious rooms, pool was nice and clean, overall good stay for the price, close to beach aswell, only downfall was a plumbing issue caused our bathroom to smell like sewage the entire time

Not recommended

Stayed here for 2 days. Room was dirty, bathroom had a strange odor, roof in bathroom was covered in what looked like black mold. On my last day there was a cockroach and a centipede in the bathroom. TV did not work. I'll give it 2 stars because location was great, pool area was nice and the wifi had good speed. Would not stay here again.

Fijne plek, rustig gelegen vlakbij eet en winkel gelegenheden. Vlakbij strand. Lekker zwembad. Ruime kamer met hele grote 2 pers. bedden. Sanitair is minder. Wel fijn een koelkast op de kamer maar die maakt wel veel geluid als die inslaat.

De kamer was prima. De bedden enorm groot en sliepen heel goed. Alleen de badkamer stonk naar plas. We hebben eerst maar een fles chloor gehaald om deze over de vloer te gooien. Daarna was het weg. Er is ook een keuken naast het zwembad, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Verder zag het er prima uit, ook het zwembad en de rest van de accommodatie. De lokatie is midden in de drukte, van diverse horeca en winkeltjes, maar doordat het tussen andere huizen ligt en via kruip-door-sluip-door steegjes bereikbaar is, is het heerlijk rustig. Heel dichtbij het strand ook. Een welkome plek in de drukte van Bali!

C’est pas bon

Paikka oli hiljaisen kadun päässä. Muuten alue hyvin ruuhkainen ja täynnä autoja ja skoottereita ja siksi vaikea kävellä. Lähellä meren rantaa kuitenkin ja runsaasti ravintoloita lähistöllä. Huone kohtalaisen iso ja jääkaappi hyvä. Vedenkeitin olisi ollut erinomainen lisä! Huoneessa viemärin hajua. Suihku hyvä ja lämmintä vettä. Vesi levisi pitkin vessan lattiaa. Ei ollut mitään suihkusuojaa. Bidesuihkun vesi haisi. Keittiö oli käytettävissä, mutta emme käyttäneet ollenkaan. Juomavettä sai täyttää suuresta vesisäiliöstä. Uima-allas hyvä. Sopi muuten hyvin neljän viikon asumiseen, mutta siivousta piti aina pyytää erikseen, samoin wc- paperi oli aina haettava sen loputtua. Vuodevaatteita ja pyyhkeitä vaihdettiin vain kolme kertaa koko jakson aikana. Sekin vasta pyydettäessä. Emme vaadi siivousta päivittäin, mutta jonkunlainen säännöllisyys pitäisi olla ja kertoa asiakkaalle saavuttaessa siitä, esim 2x vk. Kun pyysimme sairastelun jälkeen vaihtamaan lakanat, meille kerrottiin, että lähtijöitä on niin paljon ettei niitä riitä. Kuitenkin meidän jaksomme aikana oli välillä hyvin vähän muita asukkaita. Silloin olisi ollut hyvä siivota meidän huoneemme. Tämä oli huonoin asia hotellissa. Kyllä he olivat ystävällisiä, mutta palveluja ei saanut. Tilasimme taksin hakemaan kentältä, mutta sitäkään emme löytäneet. Sen jälkeen yhteyshenkilö ei enää vastannut meidän kyselyihimme.

Trevligt men luktade lite illa ibland

Rummet var fräscht, badrummet var mindre fräscht och poolen var som en bubbelpool och luktade äckligt. Hotellet i sig funkar men är inget märkvärdigt. Läget är dock grymt

My stay was reuly great at Putu Guesthouse 2. SUPER nice staff, perfect location, big rooms with everything working in them, pool, scooter-rental. Best 18$ per night I've ever spent :)

Mycket nöjd!!

Det var mycket fräscht och rummet var prytt med frangipaniblommor när vi kom. Poolen var fin och det var alltid max bara två andra gäster där (skönt). Trots att de ej erbjöd servicen att boka resa till gilliöarna ringde de till vår stora glädje dit en kille som kunde hjälpa oss, och de var i allmänhet mycket vänliga. Putu guesthouse ligger en bit från huvudgatan i canggu men man går till stranden på bara 3 min och går man längs stranden kommer man relativt snabbt till Old Man’s (the place to be). Kan starkt rekommendera!

Prisvärt

En får precis vad som betalas för. Bra pool, rymligt rum, bra tryck i duschen och bra internet. Nära till stranden och fantastisk solnedgång samt till många bra restauranger. Tipsar om Bali Bowls & Smoothies som ligger precis vid vägen utanför hotellet.

Simply Guest House

Place was like big commune, guests talks and helps each other, so atmosphere was nice - at least when we were there. Staff is helpful and lovely. Hotel is near the beach and market. There is nice small pool, but sunbeds needs to update. Simply big room, big bed and good shower. In our room aircon didn't work, so that was annoying. In hotels kitchen is possible to make coffee and get water. You can make there also food, but it's not the cleanest place.

OK, recommendable if you are not needy

Because of the lower price i didnt expect much. It was okay, would stay there again if low budget!

Quiet hôtel in a plaisant area

Away from the noise of kuta but close from à beautiful beach With big waves. The hôtel is nice With big rooms very clean And son quiet. Only bad point the staff is just here to take care of the building not so much of the customers they just answer to your request. The area is pleasant nice restaurants And shops à Good start for the beginning of à trip in bali

細い路地の奥で静かです。徒歩圏内にカフェやレストラン、ビーチがあります。場所柄選択肢は限られますが。。wi-fiは部屋の中は繋がりにくいです。NHKとANIMAXが映りました。小さいプールと共用キッチンがあります。トイレの水圧は低いです。

Cet hotel est très bien situé à proximité de la plage de Canggu près du Finn's Beach Club. La plage est belle avec des supers vagues. A recommander pour les surfers.

静かリラックスするには、良い。

Värdelösa service... vi bokade en transport för 6 personer och så kom en bil som endast kunde ta 5 och utan vår packning. Så det hela slutade med att vi fick åka 2 bilar för mer än dubbla priset. Personalen till och med skrattade när vi argumenterade med dem...

Bon rapport qualité prix

Endroit calme et à proximité de la plage. Ne pas hésitez à choisir sa chambre : toutes ne se valent pas ! Alors qu'une sombre et odorante nous était proposée, nous avons insisté pour grimper dans les étages. Chambre vaste et propre. Petite piscine entretenue. Hôtel de surfeurs avec parties communes un peu délaissées.
