Was horrible and no properly clean. The place great for summer vacation and early winter getaway to the lakes.

Pool area is crazy busy but we still had a great time. Conveniently located but isn’t everything on the island?

The place is so outdated and dirty. Location is good. Front desk is good but maids are terrible

There was musty smell all the time in the room. The towels were old my husband killed about 3 or more spiders, there are holes in the bottom of the door both right side and the left side. There were spiderwebs all over the room.

We had a great time. The staff members were very kind and helpful. Walking distance to downtown!

We had a blast! We had a cart, but we could have walked to most destinations. This was our 2nd year here, next year will be the 3rd.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at in Put In Bay!

The property was in a good location. The staff was friendly, for the exception of a pool security guy checking armbands at the gate. He is obviously tired of tourists. When we checked in, it was late afternoon and we dropped off our bags and left to meet friends. I was skeptical of the room the first night we went to bed as there were cobwebs in the ceiling corners. The next morning I showered then flipped on the alcove light over the sink. It was DISGUSTING. I’ve never seen so many cobwebs in a hotel! The ENTIRE ceiling-area was one, complete cobweb that reached almost to the front wall. It had spiders and things dangling from it throughout. It had been there a WHILE. When I looked into the rest of the room, there were small cobwebs all over the ceiling… and cobwebs connected the entire curtain to the wall. I’ve never seen anything like it. I took a video, but I don’t know if I can post it here.

I made reservations in March for our stay in August. I called the hotel 3 different times about questions staying at the resort. I asked about service dogs. But when I got there, the manager was very rude about us having a service dog. It is against the law to ask questions about service dogs except for 1. dog for a disability 2. what service is dog trained to do. She did not let us stay there., We had to go to Bay Lodging Resort which the service was absolutely wonderful - thank you!

Close to town and short walk to jet express

Was not happy about very little parking for vehicles. Golf carts should have separate parking. Also wasnt happy about wearing a wrist band the entire trip. We had no intentions of using the pool, wasnt sure the reason behind the wrist band. I can see adding it later if we wanted to enter the pool area. Our room smelled of mildew and left the window open during the day to help air it out. It was ok for what was intened for however I will not rebook again.

We had a wonderful two days here. The check in was easy. The pool was great. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Caroline for not only doing her job well but was a smiling face and positive attitude towards all.

Breakfast was only provided during the week not the weekend. Hidden fees, used Expedia. We were happy with the location but not the neighbors. Loud, drunk, and constantly being woken up throughout the night.

Not great for business travel / conferences. Room facing pool area is very noisy. Chair dirty and not comfortable after 15 min. Smoke from terrace smokers comes in through huge gap under door. Bath Towel storage not in bathroom?! These are spring break type levels of rooms for young partiers.

Honest review here. Bed sheets were dirty. Sink clogged water barely goes down. Towel basket very dirty. Room next to elevator very noisy and annoying. Stayed for 4 days requested room service never showed up.

The people that worked the desk were very nice. The pool was great. Room wasn't as nice as the online pictures showed, and also had a moldy smell. Not sure if we would stay here again.

This hotel is definitely a 10 out of 10, they went above and beyond for us. We stayed one night, but were on the Island for two days, after we checked out of our room, the staff let us keep all of our luggage on the property for almost 10hrs, they allowed us access whenever we needed it even though we had checked out already. We can't wait to stay again, best stay in the Bay!!

Pros: Property was clean as well as pool area and jacuzzi. Staff asked upon checkout if we would like a taxi, which we appreciated. Cons: view from our room was not appealing. Staff did not greet us when we came in and out of the property. Overall, a good experience and would stay again

Was in walking distance to several areas of interest.

Outdated but nice enough. Was perfect for our weekend. The 12 person villa had plenty of room. We needed an oven for breakfast and I didn’t pay attention that there wasn’t one but we made due. The pool and DJ Adubb were awesome

We paid extra for a balcony and pool view, however, there were no chairs on the balcony and there were signs blocking our view from the balcony. Very disappointed. The bathroom was quite small and the lighting in the room was poor. The parking also was an issue. Not enough spots to accommodate all the guests. Very frustrating.

Decent place to stay in PIB.

Like much of Put In Bay, it is packed and loud on Fridays and Saturdays. Didn't even use the pool or hot tub because they were full of loud partiers. It is an easy walk from the docks to get there and the room is nice enough, though not super modern. Check-in was slow just because of the line. Close to bars/restaurants and they had decent golf cart rental prices. I would stay here again but for me would try a weekday stay.

Busted toilets, moldy showers, and bugs galore!

Toilet was broken and rotates off the wax ring, causing some pretty bad smells. It looked like the shower rarely gets cleaned. Mold, hair, and soap were abundant in bathroom when checking in.

No handicap room. Hard to use bathroom. No handrail for toilet or shower

Over all nice. Breakfast that was included was disappointing. Breads, yogurt and coffee. No eggs or meat. Very nice pool and hot tub. Room showers are very nice. Towels were on a rusty shelf.

The staff at Put in Bay Resort was accomodating, however, the services at the resort were average. Firstly the wifi wasn't working at the resort during our stay but there was network and wifi at all other locations on the island, but was working at all other locations. The reservation said that breakfast was included, however, after we got there, we learned that there was no breakfast available on the weekend(s). We got a room with a jaccuzi, however, there were no directions in the room on how to turn the jaccuzi on and yes it wasn'r just as easy as to turn the button on in the tub. We had to call the staff to get their help in turning it on. Not to say we did find hair that wasn't ours in the tub. Also there was no microwave in the room. We enjoyed the weekend at the property and on the island.

To start with there was no microwave or coffee pot. Ice machine near room was not working. Shower curtain needed to be bleached or thrown away. Furniture was dusty and floors needed to be cleaned. Front desk check -in was not very helpful or friendly.

Great stay.. clean very friendly. Bed not so comfy.. may need new mattresses but other than that it was a great stay .. will be back

The hotel is more like a "motel". The pool veiw room w/balcony did not have a balcony, it was just a walkway. The room was outdated, the curtains were hanging on by a thread, the room didn't have a microwave or room phone, floor needed a good cleaning. The refrigerator had some old melted Klondike bars in it (which tells me the cleaning crew is not doing their job). The door to the elevator does not shut all the way, which is very unsafe because you need your room key to get in. My family and I will NEVER stay here again and I would advise you to please book somewhere else.

The management was wonderful (allowed us to move our reservations back a day) and the front desk people were very professional and friendly. We were on vacation and were not happy that housekeeping came by at 8:15 AM and wouldn't leave (we were in bed and yelled to come back). We had to open the door and ask them to come back later. Room was OVERPRICED and MEDIOCRE. When we checked in the room smelled terribly like deodorizer. No real blankets on the bed, thick sheets. No water glasses, or ice bucket. No Bible in drawer. No space next to the sink for toiletries. Shower door came off the tracks. No refund for renting golf cart, though we only used it for 2 of the 4 hours (decision needed to be made prior to renting.) Mediocre breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly. The convenience with all the restaurants and bars in walking distance was perfect. We are already planning on our next trip next summer

We stay here at least once a year. The rooms are aging but overall the property is great and the staff are top notch. We will be back next year.

I liked bar at pool, great music. Staff very nice and helpful. Glad there was a quiet time. Location is great close to downtown. Very happy with our stay!

Wild atmosphere with a lot of younger kids We couldn’t use the pool because it was packed with “day pass” younger (21 year old) people You can’t hang out at the pool with any beverages or food that are not bought at the pool bar

The rooms need renovated. Our sink drain was broken. The ironing board was broken, their were holes in the walls, and the towels were dingy.

For the price of the hotel it did not live up to expectations. No breakfast on weekends. Pool was over crowded and open to public. Was not able even use the pool. Was like a frat party not a hotel. Very loud. I would not return or recommend this hotel unless you are there for a frat party experience

I didnt like that there was limited parking. We had to park away from our hotel. Why are there for no microwaves in the rooms. Those are the only issues i have with the whole experience.

We paid for a balcony room to a pool front and the only thing we ended up with was the hall between us and the pool cannot check in until 4:00 and you have to be out by 11:00 I wouldn't suggest for people to say there unless you like really loud noise and a pool that is full of younger people

Nice hotel. Pool/bar area was very nice. Only issues were several neighbors that were partying a little too hard at 3am, but that is not hotels fault

OK stay

Stay overall was adequate. Was happy with beds and room itself, but had no phone and pillows were so flat like pancakes and old as the war of 1812. My neck was hurting when I woke up. For what this place charges, they need to get new pillows for their guests. Was not happy that they advertise continental breakfast and on Sunday there was none at all. It states Saturdays as the only day they do not have it. Overall it was mediocre at best and not worth the price they charge, but was nice they held our luggage for us when we checked in until we could get our room available.

I didn’t really have high hopes for any of the hotels on the island to be honest, but this was a nice place! The room was clean, staff was friendly and the bed was SO comfortable!

I wasn’t able to check in. They gave my room away. My whole weekend was a waste. I spend $600 and couldn’t even check into the resort. Was treated very rude.

The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from Delaware Street (the main street with most of the shops/restaurants), so it was a convenient location in which to stay. We really enjoyed the hotel pool and Blue Marlin pool bar. Even though it was colder the day we visited, we enjoyed getting a drink and sitting out in the pool loungers, listening to the music, and hanging out! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected as it included toaster items (bread, waffles, bagels, etc.), muffins and danishes, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, and coffee. Would recommend this hotel and will plan to stay here again on our next trip to PIB!
