Staff was incredible

I like how each room has a tablet which can be used to control lighting, temperature, television, etc. Breakfast is an extra charge but there is a wide selection of food and I would say its well worth the price. The staff was also very helpful. The only thing that didn't work for us was the phone and we were unable to dial local numbers even though the hotel staff told us that it ahould work - this issue was not resolved during our stay.

Breakfast was not the best, few items didnt look too fresh.

Smallest rooms and rudest staff in Krakow

Unfortunately we were constantly reminded that we are a burden to the staff working here. Minutes after closing breakfast they were already hoovering under our table, refused to serve at bar 5 min before closing, they just treat you like in a 10€ hostel. Rooms are also the smallest Ive ever seen. Despite payimg for x2 upgrades, the open suitacases didnt fit in the room.

Is lovely hotel, location can not be better, walking distance to every where. Specially if you need catch trains, because is right across from train station. Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and professional.

A bad way to stay

這旅館位於車站對面，火車、電車、巴士交通繁忙。我入住低樓層Deluxe Double Room，有大片透明觀景（被觀）落地窗，窗戶受車輛通過影響，日日夜夜（因為我住二晚）產生共鳴共振的噪音，根本無法休息或安眠。這旅館標榜設計新潮，但是實際入住，發現其房間設計很差，風格雜亂、建材平庸。三角形房型中間有柱子、房邊無用死角、過多家具，使得號稱23平方米的房間擁擠不堪，通行不便；床邊走道過窄，夜間下床很容易撞到。我想花多點錢住寬敞一點房間，實際卻比不上一般標準雙人房。其他如浴室淋浴水壓不足、水溫太低，淋浴門防水不佳等。諸多缺點，實在遠低於4星級旅館水平。至於該旅館自豪的口號：A good way to stay，我則認為是A bad way to stay。

The hotel is in a great location, way to walk to the old town, also located right next to the station/shopping centre. The hotel staff were so hopefully throughout our stay, we came for a wedding in Krakow, with most of the wedding guest staying at the hotel. I think they handle this very well. We don’t really dine at the hotel but what we did try it was very good. Totally recommend this hotel, there is also a sister hotel based in the old town, which has a spa but the hotel offers a private shuttle if you want to go to the spa.

Nice stay

Good stay, nice hotel well located right next to the main railway station. Old city within 10 minute walk. Room quiet and comfortable. Nice bar and coffee machine in the lobby.

The hotel is lovely and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a positive experience. It is close to the train, shopping malll, and a lovely walk to the centre square.

It was a good hotel in a very convenient location and the staff were good. Drinks ie coffee, teas are available only on the ground floor which was a bit of inconvenience. I wish an electric kettle were provided in a room.

The hotel is conveniently located just in front of the Krakow station. We can control almost everything with a tablet equipped in the room. But the Wi-Fi password didn't match my computer and telephone despite my complaints to the front desk twice.

My room overall was good but My room was not ready when it should been , Room I got was inside ending into a triangle Was not to my liking

Rooms incredibly small. No meeting rooms as advertised (nowhere to take a work call in the common area). Very noisy with rooms being right next to each other with little buffer.

Great hotel

A really great hotel in a perfect location. Bus stop right outside. Taxi pick up point outside the doors. Main Train/Bus station across the road. One of the best shopping centres in Europe on your doorstep. A 10 minute walk to the main city square. The hotel itself was so clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to stay here and if im ever visiting Krakow again I will be staying here!

I booked this hotel as it is directly opposite the main station and as a woman travelling on her own, I only had to walk across the road to get a train to the airport. Despite being on a main road, the noise from traffic was almost eliminated with the window closed. It is only a 6/7 minute walk to the main square and I would have felt safe walking back at night on my own but had family staying in other hotels nearby. We easily walked from the area to the Jewish quarter for dinner and back but you could you use the tram which stops directly opposite the hotel. The room was very comfortable although the bed level was slightly high. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and there was soap, shampoo and body lotion provided in dispensers, hairdryer etc. Everything in the room is controlled by a Samsung tablet which was really easy to follow. I liked that there was a QR card already on the screen to the connect to the wifi for that room as I walked in. I also changed the aircon to make the room cooler. You cannot use the lift upwards without the room key so felt secure. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. My only reason for scoring it 4 stars is that the breakfast cost Zlt75 which is around £15 so a little pricey. The Galleria shopping centre is across the road with plenty of eating options so in hindsight, I should have done this. Overall, I would recommend the hotel if you want a nice, convenient and comfortable place to stay at a good price and would stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Gorgeous rooms. The in-room service offering via the bar didn’t work, we placed an order and didn’t receive anything, but we alerted reception. That was the only minor inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel was in a great location and a ten minute walk to the main square. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and staff attentive. A great hotel which I would highly recommend!

Compered to other Puro hotels - sorry NOT same standard especially the lobby area - sad seatings, bar too small and no seating for talks etc Generally not same standards as Puro Lodz and Poznan

Staff was very accommodating and professional. I did wish that there was more heads up about the updates happening in the building, but they were minimal. Maybe also consider a small sign in the bathroom about the heated floors being controlled on the tablet. Wished I had found that earlier in my stay.

The hotel is beautiful and quaint, the staff was absolutely amazing and extremely polite and helpful, our bartender Oleg was a pleasure to be around and made the best drinks. Ask for a mojito, you will be surprised how it’s made and how delicious it is! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will certainly be back.

What an amazing hotel. Probably the best I stayed in. Everything was fantastic from the excellent room to a wonderful staff and the location was just perfect. We stayed originally two nights and loved it so much we came back again to stay another night. The beds are so comfy that I felt as if I was sleeping on the cloud. Overall a fantastic experience.

Nice hotel with great location. Literally, 1m walk from Galeria Krakowska and Train station. Its 15m walk to the main square and bas got excellent uber pick up point just in front of the building.

Lovely design, great breakfast, and central location! Rooms aren't huge but they are well equipped and nicely designed. Breakfast was GREAT. Be sure to try the avocado toast and Shaksuka options (need to order). COVID restrictions were properly met.

Handy for transport hotel

Was straight-forward, and the hotel was a good base. I’m glad I got it for half price at the time, because I’d have been let down if I paid full for what it was. Nice modern hotel, but not at the full rate it would normally have been at.

Puro is such a nice hotel... my favorite in Poland. The Stare Miasto is a great location in Krakow, especially if you arrive by train... it's right across the street from the main station.

Overall a nice hotel. Very good location. Missed a fitness, and the lightning system can be annoying at times. Breakfast could also improve.

The location is great, opposite a mall and walking distance to the bus station. The hotel is so nice to allow us to check-in when we arrive at about 7am on an overnight bus, way before check-in time. The room is modern with the light control using a tablet. It is also very clean and comfortable. They also helped store our luggage at the hotel when we go zakopane for 2 days. There is a coffee machine at the lobby area for hotel guest to use. It is especially good on winter days to have a hot cup of coffee when we get back hotel or before we leave hotel in the morning. Will book this hotel if I come back to Krakow again.

The hotel was in a good position for all facilities that we needed. Transport was walking distant from Hotel reception staff were very helpful and Hotel was clean and very inviting. Complimentary coffee and drink machine available 24 hours, just what you need after a day out in thr cold.

Room was a bit too small, other than that excellent, right across the street from the main railway station, free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, very high-tech equipped rooms with sensors for lighting, heated bathroom floor, everything can be controlled with a tablet provided in every room.

Stayed here last weekend, staff couldn't do enough for you. They are very polite and helpful. Hotel was very clean and rooms are lovely all very high tech. I have already recommended this hotel to two people.

The stay was fine. I was not happy that I made a booking that supposedly, according to your website included breakfast and yet the hotel had no information on this and charged us extra for breakfast. I put this down to communication between Hotel.com and the hotel, rather than the fault of the hotel. The room was fine, but no privacy at all for going on the toilet. Especially if the other person wanted to use the shower at the same time.

Incredibly helpful and welcoming Reception team! Loved the hi-tech tablet to adjust temperature, lighting, entertainment, etc. We booked the “Business” category (room 209) and, although not huge, we were satisfied with the size. I imagine the standard rooms would be a bit tighter, so I suggest paying the slight difference when booking. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and everything was kept so clean. We were impressed how the employees never stood still, cleaning and refilling plates. The cleaning never stopped. I am convinced one could eat off of that kitchen floor! We spent 4 delightful nights here and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Krakow. Thanks again to Daría and the young man who helped us with the taxi to Schindler’s Factory, you made us feel so welcome!

Worth a stay (ideally 2-3 to 5 nights)

This was our second stay at Puro. First one was in a suite and we were impressed. This one was in a standard room so we weren't expecting the same infrastructure however, I believe there are things that could be better in the room layout: - the curtain that separates the bathroom area from the bedroom area leaves little privacy: it doesn't close both sides so one person might see the other one while they are in the bathroom... - the glass separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom was a bit too short and the shower resulted in a very wet bathroom area unless you'd be very cautious while showering (not the top if you like to relax under the shower...) All in all, the service was at high standard as usual. Reception and Hotel management are very smart and quick in sorting you out and they are super kind. We do suggest to use the SPA in the other PURO Hotel (closer to the Jewish area of Krakow) and the service can be accomodated from one Hotle to the other. The Massage was very good and facilites are new and stylish and clean. Reception was, again, at the best!
