TravellerThe position was brilliant and right in front of the sea and beach, good furniture and fixings. on the negative side though, poor communication and we never had our code emailed to us before our arrival so were unable to access the building. We had to contact Expedia to resolve the situation as we were left outside of the building.

the residnece was missing a lot of amenities. also, there were problems checking in and keeping our keys working. Air bnb's have better set ups. living room looked nothing like the photo. very uncomfortable cheap couch.

TravellerBei der Ankunft war der Buchungsautomat defekt,als wir die Tel. Nr. auf unserer Kautionsquittung aus dem Automaten wählten wurde uns gesagt man wüste nicht wer und wo wir überhaupt wären. Zufällig erschien nach geraumer Zeit ein Mitarbeiter der uns dann unsere Schlüssel verschaffte und uns eine Telefonnummer gab die uns jederzeit einen Service bieten würde. als gegen 20 Uhr 30 der Strom Ausfall eintrat,war nach ca.10 Anrufen ein Mitarbeiter am Telefon der uns mitteilte,dass er auch keine Ahnung hatte. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und die Tel Nr , für den angeblichen 24 Stunden Service hatte einen spanischen Anrufbeantworter. ich probierte also nochmal die Nr. auf der Kautionsquittung. dort fragte man mich ob ich gestern nicht begriffen hätte .dass man mit uns nichts zutun hätte . Darauf hin wurde ich schon etwas ärgerlich und entschloss mich das erste mal eine Beschwerde an einen Reiseveranstalter zuschreiben. Zwei von Acht Urlaubstagen waren ihr Geld nicht wert. C.Ginko
TravellerDie Lage mit direktem Meerblick und Zugang zum Strand ist grossartig. In der Küchenausstattung dürfte noch einTeekrug dabei sein und grössere Tassen, ebenfalls eine Decke zb Wolldecke oder Duvet mehr, weil das Wetter noch frisch und eher kalt gewesen ist.

Playa del Palma was really not for us, mega touristy. I made the mistake to search 5 star hotel near Palma and I picked this. Really not a five star apartment, yes it’s new but it does not make it five star by default. Had to get my luggage there on my own with two kids etc. but staff was nice to let us cancel the remaining 5 nights.

TravellerProblem vid den automatiska incheckningen då vår kod till dörren inte fungerade och ingen support gick att få på tfn. Vi fick ta in på närliggande hotell första natten för att sedan träffa ägaren under dag 2 varefter det fungerade med dörrkoden. Själva lägenheten fin med hög standard och bra läge.
