Terrible. Was afraid to remove socks and walk barefoot. We were given the accessibility room, the bathroom had no vanity, the shower head was broken and I had to fix the TV myself to get it to turn on. Parking was impossible, everything was just dirty. Nasty fingerprints on the wall, the elevator just plain dirty.
I booked this hotel on December 4 , 2024 and the amount- $240.01 - was posted to my Visa account December 5. My arrival date was January 19, 2025. I had called the hotel directly Dec.4, to advise that my flight was late and I wouldn't get to the hotel until after 12 midnight. (Jan.20) I was advised - no problem. I arrived at the hotel. approximately 1245am Jan.20. I also had done a hotel online booking, January 18 to further confirm my arrival. When arrivng at the hotel, I was advised that I had no room, even though I had paid for a room and had been charged on my Visa since Dec.5. The hotel was full - but they finally gave us- myself & my grandson - a room that was set aside for "carribean" pilots. The room was cold and right by the elevator. I wasn't calling the desk to complain as it was now 2 am! Not great experience. Joan
Cold days in Miami with no heat
Firstly, I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have had a wonderful experience. For this stay I had booked a room with a city view on one of the higher floors. When I arrived around 2:30pm the only room they could offer was on the fourth floor. Basically tree top level with views of the buildings surrounding the hotel. I accepted the room, #405. After dropping off my luggage I went out until around 10pm to explore. Upon returning I went to lay down and found the mattress was broken down. Tried sleeping on the other side that wasn’t much better. I had early meetings and wasn’t able to return until 9pm. I notified the front desk and they changed my room to a lagoon view on the second floor, #230. During the first couple of days Miami was experiencing some cold weather, upper 40s for a high temp. The one thing that would have been nice to know is the hotel does not have heat inside, just A/C. Front desk said that’s the way it was built. I get it, it’s Miami but the room didn’t offer a blanket on the beds. You have to sleep in your sweatpants and top with socks on to try and stay warm. Thankfully the weather warmed up for my next two days so the “no heat” issue wasn’t a problem. I just wish the front desk would have informed me and others checking in about this issue. I rarely complain but this wasn’t one of my best stays at the Pullman. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just felt bad having to keep going to the front desk.
I waited a long time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which is suppose to run every half hour. I finally called the number I had luckily noted. The hotel had no heat and it was an exceptionally cold spell in Florida. The hotel was out of blankets when I arrived. They offered me little to compensate how cold it was!!! On an up note, I was upgraded to a suite which was VERY nice (minus how cold it was). Upon check-in when I was informed of my upgrade and I asked how I got that and they said it was based on how I booked it. Thank You Expedia!
Not what was expected
Getting to the hotel was the easiest experience we ever had. Check-in super fast. They didn’t tell us much about the property. When we got to our room we couldn’t open the door… it sticks and you had to push it hard. The Tv needed to be attached to the cable and there are absolutely no working plugs by the bed. It’s also not sound proof like they advertised.
Good location. But the room is a bit run down and the bed sheets have stains and hair which we found a quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Plus there is no mini-fridge in the room, another con
Great place to stay.
Nice pool area next to lagoon
Very close to the airport, with free shuttle bus. Easy check in. Nice bar and restaurant and very good breakfast. Shopping area within 10 minute walk from hotel.
Nothing
No hot water in room. Complained to reception and told to leave the shower running. Also told lack of hot water could be due to it raining all day. Restaurant closed. Only bar food available. Guests had to wear coats in the bar area because it was so cold. I cancelled a future reservation. Dreadful place.
Overnight stay flying out
Large and clean rooms - great for families
Large room for a family of three and we enjoyed it because of its space.
The room was Ricky dinky
Everything was great but next time I need to make sure I ask for room that is NOT adjoined by a door to another room. Our guests next to us had the TV volume on loud until past 12:30am and you could clearly here their talking. I called the front desk to see if they could contact the guests and ask them to lower their TV but no one at front desk answered the phone.
Generally poor
Hotel is very dated for what they charge $270 per night you would expect it to be better. Reception girl was absolutely useless we still haven’t recieved our $100 hold fee for incidentals.
The property is in complete disrepair.. the maintenance guy came to the room 2 hours after a request and was on his earphone call the entire time.. and couldn’t resolve issue.. later see sitting by pool eating.. then sleeping.. entered through glass door which almost fell off hinges to pool.. this place is not what it used to be.. The room service food arrives in take out packaging.. This hotel used to be wonderful… now it’s a disaster.. sad really….
WORST EXPERIENCE – AVOID THIS HOTEL From the moment we arrived, it was a nightmare. Upon landing, we were told to wait at Door 5 for the hotel shuttle, even though all other shuttles were arriving at Door 22. This critical detail was not mentioned in any email, leaving us scrambling with four bags to catch the last shuttle at midnight. Absolutely ridiculous. At check-in, the front desk staff offered us a ride to the port the next morning for a "flat $45." However, the driver insisted on $70 when we arrived at the port, despite our prior agreement. Calling the hotel for clarification was useless—no one helped us. This felt like a scam between the hotel and the cab service. The room itself was awful: Bathroom issues: Water barely came out of the shower, and the tub didn’t drain properly. Each of us had to wash one foot at a time just to get out. Air conditioning: It was so slow that it took forever to cool the room. Breakfast: While the ambiance was decent, the food options were terrible and poorly prepared. Overall, the stay was horrendous. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Given these experiences, the hotel should refund part of our payment, including the $25 we were overcharged for the taxi. WORST. STAY. EVER.
Comfortable bed, nice room. Food good but expensive. Good location for shopping and near to airport and cruise port. Hotel offers paid (15 dollars) courtesy coach to airport and cruise port
We had to wait over 1.5 hours at Miami airport for the hotel shuttle. When it arrived...it was full! The driver of the shuttle said there was another shuttle 10 minutes away, but one of the other guests had waited over 2 hours for the shuttle. So...we booked an Uber ($50.00) instead. Shen we got to the hotel, they told us that there was only one driver on duty!
The property was ok! The rooms weren’t the best! The staffs weren’t that friendly at all!
The room was freezing and thermostat did not work. Too cold to sleep. The water never got warm. Plane noise was really loud.
Smooth checkin
Class to Airport
Good hotel!
Very nice and quite place to stay
The meals and wine were tasty & very expensive- particularly the wine which was very basic
Nice pkace. Nice people
Adriana is amazing at front desk. The hotel is quite run down. The mattress is very soft, too soft to be able to get a good sleep. The room isn't very clean. Dirt on the bathroom floor, came across a hair on the bed sheets, rug has random bits which I imagine are from the last visitor. We tried moving to another room and it was the same experience even though they advised it was a renovated room. Also turns out they are at capacity this evening so nothing further they can do. While front desk is kind, I wouldn't stay here again.
Je n ai pas obtenu le breuvage gratuit . On m a référé à l application de l hôtel … le checkin a été très long
Run down and very dated furniture and fixtures. Had trouble with plumbing ( no hot water). No drinking water provided. Front desk personnel were unfriendly and seemed unhappy talking to us. Will not be coming back.
Excellent in house restaurant and bar
Beautiful lounge and pool area!
Very good
Great
It was fine, just a little outdated.
Great stay
Great Hotel ideal for airport and cruise terminals , with shuttle service for both
Great airport hotel.
Close to the airport, though you dont really hear the planes and easy access to the rest of the city. We were pleasantly surprised on our one night stay. Close to restaurants and convenience stores before your trip and easily walkable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. If we had one complaint, it would be cleanliness: dust bunnies and a used coffee stir stick when we got to our room and noticed same at breakfast. Beyond that, overall a fine location
Shower curtain was very smelly like mold. Could barely see out of window as it was dirty. Bed needs to be replaced. Way too soft and lumpy.
I have stayed here before and quality is not the same. It remains a good hotel, clean with a nice pool overlooking the lagoon. parking fee is extortion.
Loved the location...could have been more dining options in the hotel
Nice
Clean and friendly staff
Quick but great stop in between flights!
Great check in process online! Friendly and courteous staff! Amenities are fantastic, especially the pool area! Shuttle service was perfect
Over all good
The inhouse restaurant was excellent and the pool is beautiful.
The staff is not so friendly , the building is pretty old but not bad for 1 or 2 days stay
Todo fue maravilloso ,me sentí como en mi casa
They don’t have heat and it was 56 degrees so I was cold
The pool area was nice
Everything was perfect; the property, our room, and the service was particularly special. We'll stay again.
This hotel looks good outside but the facility in this hotel is old. One desk lamp in our room did not work and the room does not have dome light. So our room is pretty dark. Some elevator buttons were not working. The room cleaning was also not very good.
Best hotel in Miami!!!
Excellent airport stay. Just a few things in room not working
Clean room and friendly staff. Quick check-in / check-out process. Convenient shuttle running every 30 minutes to / from the airport... just quite expensive.
Excellent
Very quiet. Staff was excellent
Nice location, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Recomended if you want to stay near the airport, have shuttle every 30 min.
Very clean and near restaurants
I wish the bar had been open for drink upon arrival @ 11:00pm. The shuttle driver was excellent. He had so much valuable information
We got there late Late check in Nothing special I had to pay my own transfer from the airport to the hotel
Great location for the property, easy commute from the airport with a free airport shuttle. The bathrooms need updates, there was no extraction fan in bathrooms which caused it to be misty after a shower and use of the toilets.
It was great, but seemed to be old
The pool was very beautiful.
Room was ok. Bed very saggy. Water drains poorly in shower. Used double or queen size sheets on a king bed. Sheets didn’t tuck in and we were sleeping on the mattress throughout the night. Very disgusting.
The hotel was nice and cozy, however one thing my partner and I did not like was the lack of mattress covers but rather a thin sheet between us and the mattress. You don’t really get any of the “VIP Expedia” amenities it talks about so be prepared for that too.
The person at checkin was so friendly and helpful. The bartender made the best rum cocktail.the place is clean and lovely. Just loved the pillows on the comfy bed
Convenient and comfortable
Location is good near airport. Hotel rooms are a bit outdated, bed is too soft/worn out. Shower pressure low and the tap fell off the wall. Pool area is nice but not enough seating/towels. Staff ate nice and helpful.
It was ok but the rooms are very dated , ice machines didn't work
rooms could be cleaner and windows need washing
Nice place
Could you please return my credit card deposit? Thanks
Exelente la recomiendo 100
i did not like the matter they charged $30 per parking per day after being over charged for rooms I after paying for 2 rooms for 3 nights never again will stayed there
Great
Room clean, stuff friendly and beauty view.
Please have the manager or supervisor sleep on the mattress in room 905. I think a new one is necessary. Everything else was great.
Would come back.
Food is amazing. Happy hour is a great deal. Bar service is excellent
Very nice hotel. Accessible if you want to go to the city.
Close to the airport for those overnight layovers. Priced competitively.
Pullman lets itself down
Travelles ro Pullman Miami Airport (which I know is an airport transit hotel). Paid good moneybfor a room that looked clean and tidy on the website but when ww arrived the whole hotel smelt musty. Our room smelt even worse so i had to turn off the aircon to stop the smell being spread around the room. Very limited meals avaliable. Definitely will not stay there again. Hotel is very tired looking, our rolm was dusty and had other peoples hair in the bath tub. About time for an upgrade of the hotel to bring it up to the Pullman standard.
Dirty, uncomfortable beds, do not recommend port transportation they push at check in. Uber is half the cost and takes you to directly to your cruise port entrance.
Great desk staff. Beautiful room. Nice bar area
Good: Nice hotel and shutter service to the airport is supper convenience, Bad: our bathroom always smelled like urine
Great Hotel
Good cozy and clean
Excellent place and staff
The Pullman seems nice, as we just arrived. Haven’t been here before.
Great hotel
Nice room, but freezing cold. It was not possible to heat the room. But other them that everything was good
Carore
Everything was all rigth and fast.
Wonderful beds
Great pool and buffet
Great breakfast buffet. Nice pool. Great location by the airport. Would use again for a quick stopover
Nice location near the water. Carlos at the bar was definitely a great bartender and open too anything. Front desk staff was helpful. But the room was just not what I expected. The bed was caved in and loud and just worn out. I had just from a 7 days cruise and the bed on the cruise ship was in better condition then the hotels bed. I went too heat my food up on floor 6 too eat and the microwave area was filthy. Mac and cheese all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting and the Ice machine was dirty. My shuttle driver on 12/16 was very helpful as well. I would try it again but I wouldn’t pay unless I was able to view the room before hand. Thanks
I have been going to Pullman at this location at least twice a year and this was my first time being very disappointed. The female receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional, so I had to insist on seeing the hotel manager. The manager was apologetic and to make up for her rudeness she changed our room to the 15th floor and waived the $30 parking fee.
They have a friendly staff we had early arrival and was able to leave our luggage while we headed out until accommodation was ready, I was called @2 pm saying we can check in which was convenient. They have a shuttle coming from airport and to airport free, every 30 min. We also was able to get ride to cruise port for only $15 per person w/ different company, booked in the hotel, you will need cash and we payed $6 dollar reservation fee. Cheaper than a taxi.

It was run down. Restaurant was nice. Breakfast not good
