Nice stay

Good hotel well located. Very nice staff. The music throughout the hotel is way too loud day and night. I had a meeting at 8am and then lobby was literally a disco… quieter common areas would be better.

Nice Hotel

I stay at the Pullman was OK, upon checking in the bartender was rude and not helpful for us and the hotel was just so so. It was clean and safe, but there was nothing about it. That was special and I would not return when there are so many other hotels in the area for around the same price. We had dinner at the HYATT one block away both nights because it was more relaxing and had a better selection of food. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel. It’s just not as good as other things in the area and after having a bad experience on check-in, I preferred to go elsewhere for drinks and dining.

This hotel stay was good but definitely not a VIP hotel stay. No room upgrades and everything was fee for service. I arrived at 8:30a and was told I could wait until 3p to check in or they would charge me $50USD to check in now although my room was ready… seemed like a money grab but I paid. On another occasion housekeeping knocked on my door(room already cleaned and bed made). I was in a video call and when I went to answer the door, housekeeping apologized but never stated what they wanted. Moments later the front desk manager called me and she was like she received a message that “I refused to let housekeeping in” I explained that I never called for housekeeping and that she lefts without actually answering what she needed. The manager took note and apologized but definitely was a strange experience. Staff really didn’t take the opportunities to connect with patrons and for a hotel in a very business area I had hoped that they would be more informative, sharing on things to do and places to see. Luckily I had friends and went out with them. Felt very much like a ordinary hotel experience, nothing VIP about it.

No sleep at all - so uncomfortable

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very attentive (open doors for you etc), the rooms are large and soundproof...BUT the beds and the pillows in particular are so uncomfortable that neither of us slept a wink all night long. I don't think this is the first time the reception have been told this judging by their nonchalant reaction as they charged us the stealth 18% tax at checkout. The swimming pool is also not great as it is on the ground floor, so for most of the day the hotel building itself and surrounding buildings plunge it into shade, making it chilly to sit out there. The jaccuzi is a joke. It's warm but the 'jets' of water are pathetic. I would never stay here again and advise you to look elsewhere if you want to actually sleep.

The initial two accommodations that I was given were dirty. The third appears to be spotless. Additionally, trainee staff performed poorly in customs procedures.

Good for business, not for pleasure

A reasonable four star hotel but nothing to write home about. Very bland, soulless, corporate decor. A few reasons I won’t be staying here again - offering guests two small bottles of water - for an entire 3 night stay - is cheap. Especially in this heat! And not telling them that they are all they will get is poor form, I had mine finished on night one. Given the cost of this hotel they could definitely give guests more water. There weren’t even slippers! Cheap. Also the gym is very basic. And the pool looked amazing in the photos but it’s in shade the majority of the day as it is surrounded by tall buildings. Still. Clean and reasonably functional for a corporate traveler

The breakfast buffet selection was very broad, fresh, and well presented. Lunch and dinner options ordered from the menu were also very good, better than one would ever find in most hotels. The room is well equipped and the common areas offer plenty of space. I highly recommend the property.

staff refuse upgrade and do not recognize gold status, safter booking three guests at hotel they were completetely inflexible. If you need to be nickle and dimed this is your best bet to have your time wasted. Paid for breakfasts and the restaurant buffet was closed.

Booked three people at hotel and provided no benefits to gold member . If you want to be read the riot act and be nickle and dined for every expense book at Pullman Cadan Isuidro . They look out for themselves

Despite the prices are not cheap at the hotel restaurant, the food is not good enough to have lunch or dinner however there is a good breakfast. A new chef should be hired since it would be great that the guests have a good option for eating inside the hotel.

the location was good. the rest was not fantastic;

The place is great. Looks and feels like any modern hotel in Brickel. The only issue we had is we got there a little early and asked if our room was ready. We were told that yes, it was and we could check-in early but for a fee. The fee was approx the price of one night. We declined. We travel a lot and most hotels will allow you to check-in early if the room is empty and ready without an exorbitant charge for a couple of hours. Other than that, the hotel is really nice.

Great hotel overall

Great location in San Isidro - quiet and safe area close to noted restaurants like Malabar and Astrid y Gaston and to churches and main roadways. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast spread that changes every day. Couple of complaints: a) there is no complimentary water provided in the room. Good tip is to get bottled water at the airport prior to heading to the hotel to avoid paying S/12 for a water bottle that costs S/2.3 and b) hotel taxi stand charges a lot for arranging a cab for you (ex S/80 to Lima Centro!). Better option is to hail one yourself on the street.

There was a 10% of your whole bill charged for “services”. The staff did not know how to explain what kind of services. It would be great if this exact percentage was announced before booking. The bathroom had a hole under the sink letting pipes and connections visible, it looked messy and unpleasant....it was a little weird for a 4 star hotel. The location is good if you are in the area for business, not so great if you’re there for touristy endeavors. Breakfast was good and staff was polite and nice.

They didn’t supply bottle water like the other hotel. When I ask for toothbrushe ,they gave one small bottle water and they charged $4 the other drink bottle water.I think too much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful right from the doorman, receptionist, waiters and housekeeping. It is modern, our room was clean, super spacious and very comfortable. Their breakfast was superb! They offer a wide selection of cold meat, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, bread, juice, hot drinks etc. Atton is located in San Isidro which is 30-45 minutes walk to the famous Miraflores. It's a very quiet hotel, Street and we feel very safe. Highly recommended.

Only thing I have to complain about this place was the staff. No one seemed approachable or friendly at all. We loved the hotel. It was beautiful and super comforting. Our little suite was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was great, accommodating to everyone, were from the USA so I loved that they incorporated Americanized food options!

The hotel is bright, new, and immaculate; it is in a wonderful neighborhood. However, what truly distinguised the hotel for us was the exceptional service. The evening before our morning departure to the Andes with a small, regional airline, our return flight was canceled (by an email that I fortunately noticed). The airline was only able to offer a return for date when we would already by back home in the US. I called the airline but with my very limited Spanish could not even begin the discussion. The situation was looking hopeless. I then went to the concierge desk, Cathy was on duty. She spent 40 minutes on the telephone with the regional airline representative, essentially teaching customer service and explaining that you do not strand customers in the Andes. Cathy was able to negotiate an alternative return trip for us. She saved the day! We could not have made it without her. Thank you Cathy! For us, there is just one hotel in Lima, the Atton San Isidro.

It was a very nice, modern hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel didn't have much character, and the immediate area was a mix of residential houses and high end shops.

Nice hotel in the financial district of Lima. Room service and food prices in general are way beyond reasonable even after accounting for the fact that you are in a top notch hotel. Water was not available as a courtesy and the bottle was priced at S/.17 or US$ 5, when retail price is US$ 0.30.

I asked for something close To the airport and the hotel that you guys put me out was 35 minutes away from the airport so I had to take a taxi there and on the way back I was going to use their shuttle service which is that I had but it was an up charge them more than a taxi service back to the airport disappointed in that. Hotel Atton is conveniently located in San Isidro, close to many top restaurants. Commuting to Lima Central and Airport is just half a hour by taxi. Room is spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is complimentary with good selection of choices. I would consider staying again if I come back next time.

Comfortable Place to Stay in Lima

This is a comfortable business hotel in a nice area with many embassies nearby. The restaurant has a nice breakfast spread that is included and the food for dinner was also good. The staff is very professional and we had no problems getting taxis from the hotel. The pricing was also reasonable. The big question for the first timer is whether to stay in Miraflores, Barranco, or San Isidro and we chose the latter as it's slightly closer to the airport and was centrally located. I don't think that you could go wrong with any of those areas though.
