I stay at this hotel all the time and i love.

Highly overrated..

Renovation recommended!

Have stayed here many times over the years, and unfortunately we can observe the slow decline of its condition. A major renovation with new plumbing, carpeting and decoration would help and attract more guests.

Just great service, clean and convenient. Highly recommend loved it

It's the second time I've stayed here and it was excellent again. The staff is friendly. There are many dining options both in and out outside of the hotel, and the parking deck is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is very good too.

Hotel is very nice. The downside is food options can be very limited at many times of day.

I booked this hotel for my family business trip every 3-4 months it was really disappointing each time breakfast just below standard cold food and not enough staff to clean and clear table our table looked like a trash and we will not stay again .

Very good value 5 star hotel.

excellent breakfast apart from no warm plates and so food gets cold very quickly. in the foyer the steps down/up have a light strip to indicate that there is a step (and are dimly lit) but it is not on the edge of the step and is misleading andprone to an accident. Otherwise, no problem.

The room was dusty and musky smell. The Breakfast needs to have mango, pineapple, and papaya. Same fruit watermelon and Jack Fruit. Need fresh pastries. Need some Thai dishes.

Great team at the Pullman. Surrounding area is fun. Thank you to the staff!

Always an enjoyable stay. The building is getting a little older and has an older building smell - but not horrible. The staff are kind and attentive. The food choices are still good.

Good llcation

It was ok

My family lives in Bangkok and they were in Khon Kaen to see family. I booked Pullman thinking it would be a very nice place for them. Unfortunately, they were not very happy. The toilet in the room overflowed as soon as they flushed it, they couldn’t get anyone from the desk when they called, and it was a lot of waiting for them after a very long drive. I booked two rooms dad/brother and mom/wife. It was a little expensive but I wanted them to be happy. They were not. I’m so disappointed because they — and I — were expecting a really nice place since it was Pullman. We will not stay here again.

Everything was very good except from breakfast so disappointed

Everything was 5 star, but I wish the room had a little more lighting because at night it was kinda dark.

A cold old hotel

Hotel is tired and needs a redec. Breakfast was cold. Cold fried eggs cold bacon, cold sausages even the coffee was luke warm. Yes i could have asked for the food to be warmed up but i shouldnt have to at the prices charged. Very disappointing for a first stay in this hotel

Need electric vehicle charging capability (not even a power socket available), Room functioning and clean beds old and hard.

My 6th stay at the hotel. No matter what you need the hotel is central to it. Surrounded by clubs and bars. Loads of shopping and long walks in and out of the main city. Loads of food options at the hotel and surrounding area, or simply take advantage of “grab” Staff very friendly and helpful. Gym is decent and well maintained. Pool has been re vamped and I have never struggled to get a sun bed. Highly recommended

Have stayed many times over many years. Would say not a 5 Star hotel because of lack of updates like a smart TV , microwave coffee maker etc, but the beds are still very comfortable. Staff is excellent as usual.

It’s an elegant hotel; they don’t build them like that these days. For Westerners, it’s a great location, with many food options and bars just steps away. The hotel itself has many dining options, too, but they’re priced above my budget. During the Songkran festival, the party outside was very loud, but I can’t fault them for that, and it was lots of fun.

Great hotel in a great location with large comfortable rooms and great service levels throughout.

Observation

Cable television nonexistent..!! It would be nice to watch a movie or sports in the evening or news in the morning, a 5-star hotel surely should provide..!! Will probably use another hotel on my next visit, in about 2 months.

It used to be better. Now poor Wi-Fi, declined food quality, and too soft mattresses.

TV selection next to zero, no world news, no movies or sport. 5 star hotel can certainly do better, it's all available..

Once majestic hotel still has amazingly large rooms with amazing views and a certain ambience about it. But everything declining year on year, rooms need refitting, little things like toilets less well maintained, cupboard drawers not sliding in well, and generally under maintained, service levels gradually dropping too. No main Christmas tree for first time when have stayed at Christmas. Everything feels a bit tired, but it still is a special place and enjoyed my stay. Sadly without closure and full refit this will soon be a cheap budget hotel.

Been back all the time

Hotel room was a great size, nice bathroom and bath, furniture chair fabric was a bit stained, could do with dry cleaning. Only 2 Engish TV channels and they not good. Great food and bars in walking distance . Friendly staff , room service was nice

Old but good

Pullman used to be the number one Hotel in Khon Kaen until Ad Lib. I tried Ad Lib and even though it is a beautiful hotel i had some issues there so I moved to Pullman. Pullman very comfortable and very friendly. The room could use some updating as the carpet, drapes, lights are looking pretty shabby. Even so, it was a very good choice.

Top-notch service.

All staffs are kind and courteous. They are all well trained and professional. They building and the rooms are quite dated but they services made up for it.

Good but could improve

I didn't use the Airport Shuttle because it is no longer in use. This is the third time I have stayed there and although reception and the lounge area always looks good, the rooms need a slight upgrade with the furniture. I had asked reception to send a porter for my luggage as I left for breakfast. When no Porter arrived I phoned a total of 5 times, and no one answered. I ended up going down and the only people I saw was 2 receptionists checking out a long line of people. I eventually saw someone coming out of an office so I asked if he could help, and he did. I then had to stand in a queue and get a taxi booked for the Airport. I did make my flight but not with much to spare. The analysis is not enough people on the desk for checking out guests

Tremendous Staff. People make the stay great. The room, restaurants, and spa are all great, but it is the staff that are running all these things that it make it even greater.

Raja Orchid begins to show some aging, but undoubtedly still the best hotel in Khon Kaen. Will always stay here if/when in town.

Likes Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Dislikes At the time of staying non of the restaurants we’re open, according to the staff it has been like this for a while. Not enough visitors to justify opening the restaurants other than for special occasions, christmas , new year etc.

Excellent hotel and priced well

We were in Khon Kaen for a meeting and stayed at the Pullman. What a wonderful place. Comfortable large room, nice and attentive staff, great breakfasts and bar, and good location in the city. The surrounding area has shops and restaurants - easy walks. We enjoyed our stay.

Moldy shower… unacceptable for what this property advertises and charges. I’ve stayed in properties for half the price that were twice as clean!

Best hotel reom stay i have ever had.

The main lobby was beautiful. The room was very good. Dinner was below average. Breakfast was pretty good. One negative interaction occurred on my way out. The girl at the reception desk asked me if I had used anything from the mini bar. I told her that we had only used the waters provided. After the checkout was completed and we were getting into the taxi, the receptionist came running out and told me that i had used a condom and I needed to pay for it! Firstly, I think that i would know if i used a condom, which I didn't, and secondly, even if i did, all this commotion over a condom. I thought that was in very poor taste.

Love this can place. Second time I have stayed with my Thai Wife. Staff are very friendly. Food and beer is good. Rooms spacious and liveable. No pressure to get room cleaned early. Nice and quiet and great restaurants and bars just outside. Will be back.

Charming Style

Friendly Staff and Charming style but it needs a bit of attentions. Carpet is old and need to be replaced in room and lobby area. Location is great with ample parking.

Comfortable and big room , good facilities and car park. Staffs are friendly assisted and well follow the government's Covid-19 safety procedure (SHA +plus).

Road trip

Nice hotel in good location

It's an older property but it has been suprisingly manitained. The issue we had was it is incrediably dirty. Which is the last thing one would expect to experience in a SHA hotel. The NASTY carpet in the bar is just scary and the less than welcoming attitude and treament at checkin/out left us feeling gross.

Booked 2 rooms when I got to checkin there said only 1 room booked I paid for 2 rooms check my email? So I have to pay again for 1 more room

After stayed in Avani and Naree 10 , Pullman is the best one in town , a bit old but big room and very central...just the breakfast a bit pricey

I love the Pullman

I love the Pullman. It’s by far the best hotel in the city center. Very walkable. Close shopping. Many many food opportunities in all directions. A nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Trustworthy cleaning staff. All employees try hard to satisfy any of my requests. I like the hotel so much that I live in it!

My summer home.

I basically live here and love it. Nice pool. Close to lots of little restaurants and a night market, so very walkable. Close to small grocery store. I don’t buy food here or get laundry done here as it’s typical hotel prices. I go next door where everything is really inexpensive. The staff here is very helpful.

The Pullman hotel is always a very good experience; the staff are very polite, friendly and professional and the rooms and facilities are excellent. Also a great location in the centre of Khon Kaen and a short shuttle or taxi ride from the airport.

Khon kaens best

Probably the best in khon kaen but for a fraction of the price you would pay in bangkok. Free underground parking and a free foldaway bed provided for my 8 year old daughter. Location is excellent, lots of bars and restaurants right outside and central plaza within walking distance
