Great location in the city. Room was clean and has everything we needed. Pool and sauna were a winner for the kids.

Great placement

Great property and holiday. I booked through Expedia with a great price flight and accomodation package but the property disappointingly would not accept my All Accor silver status card benefits since I didn't book with them.

the hotel was very nice, staff were excellent and very helpful. I enjoyed using the gym and pool area.

Have to say the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. It made out stay happy and enjoyable.

Downtown location but a bit outdated and expensive

Staff were generally friendly and helpful. At checkin, we were given a room at level 2, which was without park view. Following long liaison with reception staff, we got a room at level 8. Staff of valet parking and restaurant were friendly. The hotel is bit outdated. Chlorine in pool and spa pool was too strong which made our eyes irritated. We gave up after one visit.

A pleasant stay

After a rather awkward check-in process with a person who clearly wished she was somewhere else, the stay was fine.

My son asked for a Staycation for Christmas and I chose the Pullman. I could not have picked better. Staff were delightful, facilities exceptional, spotlessly clean and the most convenient location! Absolute perfection!

Good hotel location central in city but lack parking. This should be provided by hotel free od charge for their customers.

Nice property. Shame the view over the car park, blockout curtains had to be closed most times, the blinds limited opening, windows sealed- no chance of fresh air. Staff nice, room spotless, serviced daily, requests granted.

Parking wasn't available. Had to U park. Was very busy so was not able to get the room I wanted. The bar and restaurant were also busy and when asked the staff at the front about alternative dinner options, refered me tp the concierge who was unavailable. So we found out own way with no reccomendations. carpets in 1410 had what looked like "sex" stains on the floor which was incredibly gross. Draw on the desk was broken and fell apart when I went searching for the fast checkout service. Shower head was filthy. Rubbish dirt and dust under both beds. Didn't feel like we were very welcome.

Location is good. Room phone not working, unable to call Reception or Housekeeper. Swimming pool is small

The Pullman was a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this Pullman. Staff were easy to deal with and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are good with quality linen and there is a pillow menu. Breakfast is of a good standard. The indoor lap pool, gym, sauna and steam room are very good too. The location is excellent. We recommended this hotel and it is not expensive (except for the minibar which had a reasonable half bottle of Lane’s Shiraz for a surprising price of $65).

Nice, comfortable, centrally located hotel.

Listed as five star but expect 3. Spa sauna and steam room out of action a lot. Loose electrical wall socket in room. Bar more like a sports bar than a cocktail lounge . Items not stocked up like milk for your tea. Smell of sewer in bathroom . Loud doors. Location is great. Staff are friendly.

Liked: Location is its attraction. Beds were comfortable. Disliked: indifferent, bordering on rude bar staff (older Gentleman with grey hair and beard). Inflexibility for simple requests i.e - waiting at reception to politley ask for milk as none in room with Tea and Coffee, only to be told to go back to my room to use the phone. On complying with this, the person on the phone was “Reception”. Frustrating and unnecessary. There are better hotels in Adelaide, and I question the accuracy of “5 star rating”

Over all it was an exelent hotel.

An average Adelaide stay

Just average. Opened (and then missing) items in the mini-bar, housekeeping sub par (dirty cups left in the room after servicing). Good location.

Good location, close to shopping mall. Have many cafe and restaurants nearby. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. The shampoo & conditioner supplies are not like five-star hotels provided.

Fantastic stay. Staff all so warm and friendly. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and delicious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at the hotel, my son who was accompanying me also. We decided to use the valet service and i must admit this really helped.

Two nights in Adelaide

Great location, close to Rundell St mall and lots of restaurants, bars and nearby transport. The room was very clean and bad a very comfortable bed and pillows. Not very spacious but it was ok for 2 nights.

Excellent Room

Amazing stay; the staff were incredible, fast check in!! Room was extremely clean, had all amenities and was so nice and big!! Location wise, really close to nearby grocery stores and mall!! Would definitely stay here!! Felt very comfortable and safe here!

Had some extended periods of time at the reception desk trying to sort and then re-sort additional bookings.So the staff were friendly, just not efficient

Easy check in and out staff breakfast

It was a little disappointing, the bar only had ridiculously expensive wine by the glass options, and the in room breakfast a little bit small

I was unaware that I needed a physical credit card to pay for my room and leave a deposit for mini bar etc. this made it very difficult to check in as I only have credit cards in my phone wallet and and no longer carry physcial ones with me.As htis resulted in some difficulty at checkin, the satff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

We loved the Pullman. A last minute change of hotel had us stay here for the weekend. The staff were approachable, helpful, friendly and very welcoming. The facilities are pretty impressive. The gym is fully equipped, the pool is spacious and the spa is beautiful. Everything you could want is well within walking distance from the hotel. No need for transport as everything is right at your doorstep. There’s so many dining options righty around the corner, as well as supermarkets for those little bits and pieces for your room. I’ll definitely be going back.

Such a positive experience during a hectic time.Check in staff very helpful and efficient. The hot tub was a luxurious relief after a long day and room service dinner delicious. Centrally located and a short walk to shops, restaurants and tram.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Every single person was helpful, kind and quite friendly. Our only complaint on a lovely trip was that the doors are a bit noisy. Like every time someone walks by or opens a door nearby, the doors rattle. It’s little disruptive if trying to nap or go to sleep.

Disappointing, really.

It is rather disappointing that the hotel does not care about people who are not Accor Club members. As soon as you check in with a Hotels.com booking, it is low floor, carpark views and a simply do not care attitude. The listing on hotels.com lists 24 hour room service (but the overnight selection is basically microwave meals) and a mini bar. The room had a mini bar fridge but it was empty! Upon querying that we received no reply. I had been trying to correspond with the hotel prior to arriving, as our flight was changed to a very late arrival time but the response time when we did get a response was very slow. The room was nice, as you would expect for the price; but the overall experience was spoiled by the lax attitude. Just a very disappointing, really.

Stayed three nights in April 2024. Paid extra for balcony room - worthwhile. Spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Lovely bed. Good meal and Nice ambiance in hotel restaurant

Loved the Pullman

Very friendly and helpful staff Valet service was a treat. Right in the centre of town. Next to a few good restaurants.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Buffet Brekky was delicious. Check in and out super quick and easy. View of the park from room was lovely with all the autumn trees.

The Pullman was fantastic for an easy check in process, and services provided. It is easy walking distance to any local amenities you might need; whether that be a pharmacy, supermarket.

Liked that it was only about 10 TO 15 minutes from the airport. Shopping was close by and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room had no mini Bar - Tried to arrange a couple of drinks to be brought to room but was refused due to the time we checked into the hotel & requested some drinks. This was due us being at WOMAD.
