Property not the best
bitter sweet stay.
wifi net work was very poor in my room. i could hardly do the work i needed to do without losing connection. 1st day , they forgot to put my towels and then the receipt i got doesnt reflect the taxes or charges , leading to a shortage in the mount that i have to claim from the company.
The front desk staff was helpful but tried to let me pay double,if it was not for the person who mentioned double paying on a previous review, I would have fallen for it. The airconditioning makes an awefull sound and is much louder than the tv,definitely needs an update, but rooms very crisp and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a safe place and best in the vicinity.
Best choice of hotel in Ondangwa
It is an average 3* hotel, perfectly adequate, but nothing special. However, it is the best choice of accommodation available in Ondangwa. The reception staff initially did not find our booking and was generally slow. The room is pleasant enough and the breakfast very acceptable. I don't like to sleep with the aircon on all night and I did not feel safe sleeping with an open window on the ground floor, with no security around (not sure how safe the town is in general). After calling for the manager, I managed to get an upstairs room, which is preferable.

Fantabalootlik !
Hotel in the city
Everything was good except the cleaner kept opening the windows so Mosquitos came in and I was bitten on the nose. The swimming pool was filthy so unable to take a swim.
Beautiful place in a lovely town
The place was excellent and real value for money.
It was quite a convinient place for me to stay close to the areas i came to visit.Staff very helpful and kind.
Close to where I needed to be
The rooms are old and worn, although Bed linens clean and crisp ( yay!). The air conditioner leaked and flood half the room nightly until we put a trash basket under it and emptied it every morning to avoid squishing on wet carpets, just had to learn to live with drip, drip, drip all night. The pool was so filthy it was un swimable. The restaurant was fine, food mediocre. The staff however, was gracious, kind and very helpful. Certainly not a four star hotel by U.S. Standards, maybe one or two star. This was our first stay in Ondangwa and they were very helpful to us.
hotel resturant review
The hotel serves nice food, but there service is slow and the restuarant stuff are not friendly.
A great choice for the Ondangwa / Oshakati region
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. I stayed there in July, and didn't see or hear a single mosquito. Friends staying at a nearby hotel had mosquitoes. That alone made it a good choice. The hotel sent a shuttle quickly when I called from the airport.
not very nice
avoid if you can. only benefit is that it's close to the airport

Average hotel
It was a bad experience because I was double charged by hoteis.com and the hotel. They just told me the problem at check out with no time to solve. Out of it is a average hotel. No other problems. People are friendly but reception is not efficient
