Lovely hotel. Staff, food and service great. Only issue was garden view from balcony looking over onto a wasteland hill.?

Fantastic hotel, had the touches of an adults only but a really lovely family feel. Very clean, lots of atmosphere and high quality aesthetics. Bit of a remote area but nice hotel beach and convenient public transport outside the resort. Food and drinks variety great, a la carte hard too book so do it on arrival.

Thank you to the staff at the Andriana for your hospitality these last 2 days. This was our first ever visit to the hotel and it's down to you for making our stay so memorable. Effective; efficient; friendly; engaging and service always with a smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food offerings were great with endless varieties to choose from. You certainly deserve your 5* status.

This was an immaculate hotel with great facilities and very efficient, friendly staff. The grounds were all well maintained and just a short walk to the beach. The all inclusive meals were good with plenty of choice for all tastes. I would definitely return.

I am giving this resort 5 stars as it is indeed a great place. Great food, facilities and entertainment crew. However A couple of things to mention: the pool is 1.5m deep throughout, which makes it for less then enjoyable experience for those of shorter stature. The tile around the pool is super slippery and our kid fell twice, both times hitting his head on day one, after which he was terrified to walk around and wanted to be carried. Bottles/cups/trash around the pool area accumulate and should be picked up more frequently. Despite these couple concerns, we would definitely come back again as the other positives outweigh the few items of concern.

Family rooms were great. Food options at the buffet were great but the Italian was a disappointment. By far the best part of this resort is the Animation and Entertainment team who have mastered the art of providing great fun with their hilarious shows and poolside activities.

Good hotel. Friendly staff

Really enjoyed our stay, the quality of the rooms and housekeeping etc was fantastic, rooms were spotless and turned down twice a day. The food was cooked well and a good range of choices, although often stayed on the safe side. The staff we all pleasant and friendly but with the exception of the spa staff it wasn't knock your socks off service. A slight hiccup with the WiFi when we arrive was dealt with very swiftly and they were always on hand to help with any issues or questions. When we visited it was extremely hot (high 30s-40) and so sitting outside in the evening wasn't always the most pleasant and there wasn't a great deal of choice for chilling out late at night. It feels very well suited for families and perhaps slightly less so for couples. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend the private pool option.

Unfortunately all five of us staying there contracted a vomiting bug - thankfully not until towards the end of our trip. There was little variety of food choices, and food in the beach /pool areas often uncovered. Rooms were spacious, and in the main the staff were friendly and attentive. The beach area was a nice antidote to the pool, the walkways around which were very slippy.

Good hotel, staff very friendly n welcoming, food good. Didn’t had the chance to go to the Italian restaurant. Due to ongoing construction work near z hotel and strong winds (the last 2 days), there were lot of dust on the balcony,

The property was nice. They needed more activities at the resort . Due to the weather, more covering for evening meals. It was cold outside at night.

Great resort with fab animation

Great hotel. Location was ok but hotel had everything you needed. Front desk and animations staff were great but felt the male staff in restaurant were slack and not helpful. My main complaint was that for the 4 days of our stay we were unable to book any of the ala carte restaurants. We was told at check in that we could each have one complimentary dinner at each of the 3 restaurants but would needed to reserve them. So on check in I asked them to book my restaurants and was told there no availability for the duration of my stay, which felt like but of a scam. Other guests had same issues. It’s seemed guests that check in on weekend book up the restaurants for the week and if you check in midweek like us there was nothing available. This needs to change and maybe guests should only be allowed to book one or two days in advance to give everyone a fair chance. Having said that the main buffet restaurant was very good! The hotel should also consider having some better tv channels especially sport as we could not watch any football and neither did any of the hotel bars have screens.

Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone.

They should have personal that can help you with your drinks in the pool area, for guest to enjoy more the stay. Restaurant hours more flexible, have a place open at all times with something to eat

Definitely not 5 star hotel.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and the entertainment team is fantastic. BUT the food quality is terrible. It doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars hotel quality. Same food everyday and nothing special. The hotel is busy so you have no chance to book at A La Carte restaurants. The food repeats everyday and you eat same food twice a day.

Great place great staff service great food

Amazing resort with excellent facilities for families. Had to phone for towels on several occasions as none were replaced in room. Staff were very friendly and entertainment team were amazing.

Amazing experience

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend for a family week of chill and fun. From the plus sides: - Clean and well maintained - Friendly and attentive service - Very active entertainment crew, Matteo was a blast! - Variety of Sports activities - Well maintained pool area and the beach - Decent variety and quality of food in the main restaurant - Very nice Moonlight a la carte restaurant where you get one free dinner From the minus sides: - Two additional a la carte restaurants (Burger and Italian) are truly bad. Don't bother, just stick to the main one. - Water in the spa jacuzzi is lukewarm and the temperature in the sauna and steam room is way too low

A really nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. There is plenty of entertainment throughout the day and night for kids and adults too. The pool is nice and big and there are options for a private pool which was handy. There is also. Private beech connected to the hotel. My only critique would be that the food for lunch and dinner could be improved. We found it was quite repetitive and not always to a high standard. There are several al la carte restaurants on sight too, which were great, but are very hard to get a booking at. So best to book in advance. Also just to note that the hotel is about 1 hour from the airport so getting a taxi will cost about 100 euros from the airport.

The resort was amazing. Very beautiful and clean.

Very busy hotel which results in guests needs being overlooked. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed and problems were not dealt with in a timely fashion. The range and quality of food was really good and much better than other AI places encountered. The drinks quality was average at best but ample drinks stations provided. The BBQ restaurant which was not part of the AI package was not as good as expected. We did encounter a few problems during our stay which was eventually sorted out after a few days and many conversations with various staff members which was rather disappointing and in most other places would have been sorted out immediately. Unfortunately the service was below par and not as we were expecting from a 5 star resort.

They refuse to provide you with water as of when you need it and tell you to go to the shop and buy it yourself. Drinks are full of syrup and added sugars, used by cheap alcohol. Not enough bars for everyone at the hotel or seating area. Seen a lot of people sitting on the floor. Pool is overcrowded with not enough sun beds and there is no waitressing service at the beach or by the pool. Rooms are disgusting and unhygienic. They only replace towels and don’t clean the rooms properly. Room service is at an extra cost, food is always cold or warm and not hot. Repetitive food used from the night before for lunch. The customer service is non existent. Entertainment and activities are limited and of poor quality. No bar at the theatre area, you actually have to walk a while to get to the theatre and usually music ends at about 10:30pm with nothing else to do.

Fabulous

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful and extremely clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. It was a real treat to be driven to our room with our luggage following shortly after. The bubbles waiting for us in our room were an added bonus. Plenty of sun beds were available and the food to a good standard

Everything was perfect!

The Princess Adriana resort is a great property in Rhodes. It is roughly an hour from the airport, but getting transfers were not an issue. The staff at the property were all very friendly, especially in the buffet where it seems very busy but they help out with a large smile underneath their masks! The property has been adjusted to be more COVID secure, with staff wearing masks, plexiglass dividers, enhanced safety procedures for the buffet, and frequent cleaning. It is hard to maintain social distance from other guests however, who are not required to wear masks. The pool is very large and a good size for the hotel, and the beach is wonderful with a lot of chairs. The hotel itself isn't necessarily close to any towns apart from Lindos, which is a drive away. The room we had was clean and comfortable with the amenities we needed. All in all it was good value for the money we paid. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rhodes!

The private pool was really big, food was very good and the Hotel modern.

Rooms were not spotless , floor quite dirty, coffee cups not washed properly and toilets not cleaned daily. Executive suite sea view wasn’t really even side view. It was a road view with less than 10 % sea view. That’s not what is advertised on the website. Dinner reservation in one of the restaurants was refused to us as we were 20 mins late and we have been informed that restaurant is fully booked and very busy , when clearly more than half of the tables was empty and stayed empty that evening as friends, who attended, reassured us. Real shame as everything else was impeccable.

Fantastic family holiday

Friendly staff. Fantastic animation team which creates wonderful performances every evening. Great food with a good choice. We stayed there for 7 nights in garden view room which was very clean and tidy however view was not on the garden but on another building so bear that in mind when you book this type of room. It wasn't an issue for us as we didn't spend much time in room during the day. Also be aware that area around the pool is very slippery. We had a fantastic family holiday time.

Room was fantastic, food was delicious and tasty, service was kind and friendly. Moonlight restaurant is amazing! You should eat there at least one time. I don’t recommend the italian and burger restaurants-the are basic and simple, the main dining room is preferred. In overall-make a reservation to this hotel,you will enjoy it!

Pleasant stay

Food could be better also local drinks not great. Very slippy tiles around pool area. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. Very polite and friendly staff. A pleasant stay but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Modern hotel

The hotel is very modern with comfortable, spacious rooms and spotless public areas. All the staff very friendly and helpful and tried hard to please. However...... there are several areas which need improvement. The food although adequate was not delicious and we got to the stage of “same old same old” again. I’m aware it’s hard to cater for large numbers of guests and there was a good variety but something was missing. Although again the restaurant was very clean and staff very helpful. Secondly, the all inclusive local alcohol was not very good. Finally, and probably most important the tiled area around the pool was lethal. I witnessed several falls every day, including my elderly father. Although there are small plastic warning signs displayed something needs to be done before a serious accident occurs. Overall it was a pleasant stay but not great.

Good Food, Average Service

The quality of the food is great. Drinks could be better. The sea water is fantastic which make up for the pebble beach. The hotel is clean and well laid out. The service is average to bad and the staff could be a little more friendly.

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel is beautiful throughout. A friend and I had five days on a spa break and if there had been an adults only section it would have been perfect! We had a room that had a deck straight into a private pool area, which is beautiful but the children both sides had their floats and were jumping in an out where I thought it should have been more relaxing! For the last two evenings there was a very long queue for the dinner hall which is not ideal. Apart from those two things, the hotel is beautiful.

Perfection

From the moment we set foot into the hotel lobby the hotel oozed perfection from the cleanliness of the pool area and restaurants to the beautiful rooms the beach was gorgeous and the staff couldn’t do enough to help I would stay again in a heartbeat 💗

Nice and worth

On the good side: The hotel is brand new and we liked it a lot. Food was tasty and served with pleasure and very fast although the hotel was full. I recommend to make early reservation to the restaurants especially to the Moon Light-highly recomened! The staff was very friendly and hospitality. We took a room with a private pool-amazing and worth the money! The private beach of the hotel also very nice. On the bad side: The hotel located an hour from the airport (by car),far away from anything or anywhere... The wifi was so poor and slow that I almost believe it was deliberately just that you buy from them a much faster package that the suggest. I think that on the price that they take for a night it’s more than fair to give a fast wifi and without disconnecting-we are in 2018, fast wifi is a must. Another point that upset me was when I asked for an iron for my shirt-the answer was that their isn’t (!), if I want an ironed shirt I need to pay. I didn’t like it.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and wonderful. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Michals at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. He was always willing to assist with information or any questions that I had. The restaurant staff were friendly and made the dining experiences wonderful. Kostantine (the food & beverage manager) was amazing! He went out of his way to help us with our restaurant reservation and made sure we were happy.The bar staff were great! They always greeted us and made sure we always had what we needed. The entertainment staff from Francorosso and Pink Wave were incredible. They engaged us in daily activities, always greeted us and took time to talk with us. The evening shows were fantastic and I appreciate how they included me personally as well as other hotel guests in the shows. The only complaint I have is that when I first checked in, the woman at the front desk (I can't remember her name) and did not provide me with the necessary information. She did not give me cards for towels so I had to run around the first morning and figure it all out. She also did not explain the process for the free 15 minute massage at the spa so I missed out on that. Lastly, she provided me with the restaurant schedule but did not clarify that we had to make a reservation for the Italian & Burger restaurant. Fortunately Michals and Kostantine helped me secure a reservation.

Excellent hotel

Entertainment team were superb! Great staff. Wide range of activities - enjoyed archery, shooting & aquagym. Food excellent (especially carvery) - mostly buffet style but one proper a la Carte included. Drinks great but would have liked more diet drink options - found some too sugary. Very new & clean hotel. Main pool a bit deep at 150cm throughout. However had arm bands for child and used pool lounger, so really enjoyed pool. Beach was pebbly but water clear and could swim with fish. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very pleasing. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Had private transfer from airport - took less than 1 hour.

המלון מעולה,שירות ממש טוב וצוות בידור מדהים. המלון נקי מאד האוכל טעים היו לנו בחדר מספר פעמים כמות גדולה של נמלים (חדר משפחה עם בריכה משוטפת) והגיעו לנקות את החדר ולהחליף מצעים ממש מהר. החדר עם הבריכה ממש מומלץ רק חבל שהיו נמלים. הארוחת בוקר לא ממש משתנה ואין מגוון גדול מידי יש wifi כמעט בכל איזור במלון ואפילו בים.

Excelente hotel but poor wifi connection

The hotel infrastructure is amazing and staff very friendly. We were on a room with a swimming pool that we shared with only other 9 rooms which was amazing when we wanted a bit od quiet time. The things that I’d say need improvement is definitely the wifi connection, which is very poor and sometimes doesn’t work at all, and for a hotel of this calibre I really think this is a service that should be flawless. The other thing is the Italian restaurant that we had to book for dinner. The food was low average and it should offer a complete al a cart service. The starters and dessert options were very few and served on a buffet rather than brought to your table.

Staff not very helpful and quite abrubt maybe this is so due to the language barrier.

Nice modern hotel

Really modern hotel in a good location about 15 minutes away from Lindos. Pool area was lovely as was the bedroom. Food was nice but a little repetitive, moonlight restaurant was amazing so book in there to eat for a night. Spirits and cocktails good however personally wasn’t a fan of the wine. Would recommend for a chilled out break.

Friendly staff and very clean hotel

I stayed here with my family for two weeks 29/07 to 12/08 2017. We had a family junior suite room 8109: The room: It was well located, away from too much noise, pretty close to the beach & was ok, I think I should have booked a room with a pool as that would have suited us better. There was a reasonably large double bed for my wife & I & a put up bed either side of that for the children. The minibar was filled a couple of times a week; would have been nice if it had been replenished as needed, the same goes for the toiletries in the bathroom. The room was made up by10:30 each day; which was nice as we were always out & didn't get in the way of the cleaners. The turndown service was a bit disappointing for the children who were hoping to get a chocolate included. pool/beach: The pool area was clean, the pool was a good depth and temperature. The poolside bar was nice if a little slow when busy. It was noisy at times with entertainment teams games & workouts, but that was fine by us. The beach was lovely, we always got good loungers not too far from the sea, the baking hot pebbles certainly sort the men from the boys. The sea was amazingly clear & the children loved snorkelling with the myriad of fish. Food/restaurants: The food was good, we ate in the main restaurant & BBQ grill. We tried to book the others but were told you have to book 3 days in advance if you wanted a more family friendly slot. I wore smart shorts, deck shoes and shirt/polo every night.

Hotel Missing key items

Spacious hotel room, but no wash clothes and no clock. Most disappointing was No guest laundry, instead expensive laundry service was offered. This hotel has no beachfront rooms. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The Perfect Getaway!

Booked this hotel for my Wife & I, as we are expecting our firstborn in a few months, and this would be our last chance for a vacation just for the two of us, and let me tell you - we picked the perfect spot! If you're after a place where you can relax and simply do nothing for a week, come to this hotel and you won't be disappointed at all! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by smiling, friendly and incredibly helpful staff, seriously, the staff is almost too polite and helpful, it's practically maddening... We upgraded our room to one with a shared pool, which was about 300 yards from the main building, but affords you much greater privacy and quiet if you choose to forgo the main pool and all the hoopla it entails. Our usual routine was to wake up around 8:30, head to breakfast around 9-9:30, then sit by the main pool for a few hours, either reading, dipping in the pool taking part in some of the activities offered like water basketball, then, around 1 or so we would go in for lunch. When lunch was done, we would head back to our room for a dip in the pool followed by an afternoon nap, which was again followed by dinner... We seriously could not recommend this place enough - there were couples, entire families, old & young, and everyone seemed to be having a great time! The food selection is incredible during all meals, and while it may get repetitive after a few days, we didn't mind it too much. In short - Book a stay here and enjoy every moment, we did!

This hotel is perfect, definitely would stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

5 star resort on beach

Very lovely hotel and great location, being less than 1 hour from airport. Staff provide excellent service from the time of check in to check out. Happy to accommodate requests where they can. Facilities great and animation team provide excellent entertainment each nite to a high standard. Would happily return at another time.

Excellent amenities, staff and food on offer. If, like me, you prefer the rustic charms of Greece, then maybe this all-inclusive hotel isn't for you - as it is good drive from anywhere else other than Lindos. I would probably also be wary if I was on a romantic trip, as the complex does have a reasonably high volume of small families and kids. That said, Andriana does represent excellent value for money and I have rarely experienced such helpful, pleasant staff. The private beach is a highlight - having a well stocked cafe bar, plenty of loungers and a beautiful patch of crystal blue seawaters.

Overall the hotel is very good. However, comparing to other hotels we stayed in Rhodes, it was not as good. WiFi was awful. Service is awesome.

One of our best ever holidays! The Princess Adriana has great amenities, helpful and friendly staff, a wide range of activities run by the animation team and a private beach with watersport extra cost

Nice hotel

Expected more from a 5 star hotel. Was disappointed with the lack of restaurants and food choice. A la carte should be available more than once! Buffet was always cold. A resort of this size in such a remote area could benefit from doing a private shuttle bus service to tourist destination points as local bus service is lacking. However the hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

Clean, friendly, relaxing hotel. Everything is on the complex. Not a lot of local restaurants around hotel, which was disappointing but the island is so small that you can take a short drive to Lindos which is full of restaurants and bars

Great Hotel! Enjoyed every second!

Great Hotel! staff was awesome! We took the Deluxe suite with the private pool. was with a 7 month old child, we had a great time! Everyone is smiling, and helping with what ever you need. The pools and yards are very very clean. The hotel is a bit far from the airport.

Very average, disappointing.

Spent 4 nights at the hotel for our Honeymoon. Made to feel like second-class guests by the staff as we weren't staying for 7+. Every encounter with the reception staff was poor, restaurant and bar staff better but not great. Food was average at best (beware of dress-codes!). Hotel v. clean but no atmosphere, highlight of the 'entertainment' is the music-synced fountain. Junior suite was nice but our private pool never got warm enough to use. Nothing to do in the local area, at all. Would not recommend to anyone, especially for a honeymoon very hard to find positives about our time there. A holiday to forget.

everything was perfect about this place. from staff to cleanliness. also very pleasing to the eye as to how everything is set out at the resort. animation team worked extremely hard to cater for all age groups.

every thing is fine with this hotel. the only disadvantage is the food. very little varaities, same food most of the days and they use products with high level of preservatives (not fresh) such as milk. However, apart from the food, the hotel is nice and very clean.

Wonderful Holiday

Amazing hotel- this is a fantastic hotel. The location staff and all the facilities are second to none. Everything is designed and implemented to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. The staff are genuine in providing you with the most attentive service. The attention to detail from both the managers and staff is apparent. We stayed in a 'honeymoon' room 3004 which had its own pool, it was great being able to just chill out and dip in and out of our pool whenever we pleased although we were only minutes away from all the hotel amenities. The great thing about these room are that you can be as involved or secluded as you feel. The food and drink are great, there is something for everyone not your usual cater for the masses, very good quality and available all day. The only draw back of this most amaIng resort is the transfer which takes two hours, that said we will definitely be back and have looked today for dates and prices- we will take a taxi next time which was 100 euros as this place is worth the travel.

Amazing holiday

Fantastic hotel with great staff. We had a honeyoon suite with a private pool which was amazing... the room was huge and cleaned daily with our own terrace and pool. The staff couldnt be more helpful and the attention to detail across the resort is great with cabanas as well as very comfortable sunbeds, free towels, lots of bars and snack areas and a great animation team to provide entertainment. Only negative - the 'free' dinner in the a la carte restaurant... we were really looking forward to it and the menu was dull (and had no greek influence) and the service was slow. Not worth the cost of the drinks (which you have to pay for). Otherwise we cannot recommend enough and would definitely return!

Excellent

Cracking place to stay; really modern, clean and classier than most. If you are not travelling with kids and looking for some peace in the sunshine, I would recommend spending your days at the beach instead of the pool. Enjoy!

Beautiful hotel but not 5 stars

Hotel grounds and rooms are amazing, it's very close to the beach with beautiful views. I was very disappointed on arrival, the reception were very disinterested and people were often pushing in. After traveling 20hours it wasn't the best first impression. The food in the restaurant lacked variety and it always felt like a rush to get seated and leave (think cattle market). Our first time there we were asked to leave at 9pm! We were very disappointed with the quality of the food in the main restaurant. Some dishes I would be embarrassed to serve at home let alone in a 5 star hotel. Staff in general are very polite but it felt like there were just not enough of them. Especially during peak times in the restaurant and bars. There are exercise facilities but it is very small with only small weights. The all day snack bars were very good but "all day" is just a name snacks are only really available around meal times.

Great overall holiday hotel

Having just stayed at the Princess Andriana I can strongly recommend. Iit was fully booked and facilities matched guests well, however they are currently building a number of extra rooms (no building work during season) and this may make facilities crowded unless these are increased too (restaurant can get busy at peak times with queues to enter). We had an appoartment style room with own pool and this was fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Great overall value and well worth considering this year.

Don't expect 5* food or service. At a 5* resort you expect at some point to be served a drink or to be waited on. Not here.

an amazing Hotel!

very recommended hotel. we had really great time. there is a show every night by the hotel team like Grease, mini Golf for free, Tennis and other sport. snack bar with great food, even instead of lunch. the hotel os an hour driving distance from the old city market, it's nice because it's make the hotel a really peaceful place. we rent a car so we also traveled.

Is a gd place to stay and lovely still going back there' the only prob is dat the Internet is bad. Any other thing is gd and we'll organise the food is gd as well and they look after you as wel.
