The room was very good- clean and big. The dining room was a bit dirty. The food at the breakfast was good!
Great stay
Great stay, nice stuf, all requests and more supplied, any time I'm arriving to Jerusalem I'm staying at Prima Park hotel
Very pleasant stay
Surprisingly pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. I was most impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff wherever we were, helping us with our luggage, making sure we have a place to park our car, accomodating us wherever we needed help. The room was clean and pleasantly appointed, breakfast was plentiful, and in an attractive setting. This will be our go to hotel from now on.
Great place to stay
Clean & very convenient
Enjoyable stay
The room was pleasant. The bathroom was clean. The staff was responsive to any needs. I would stay there again.
Nice hotel near the tram, easy parking, very convenient. Complete breakfast.
Great service!
The hotel is easy to find and located within walking distance of the tram station and Central Train Ststion. The dining area is large. The food is good with a wide variety of selections. The room on the 7th floor in which we stayed was clean and comfortable. However, the twin beds pushed together to make a queen bed were not long enough for me, who is 6’ plus.
Very friendly staff.
One of the best hotels around Jerusalem. A Kosher . Not very far from Harp of David Bridge, few walks to the station and Mamilla Mall..All was Ok but is in the dense area, other hotels very near it Slept 3 night.during Pasach/ Passover holidays 2023.
The staff were very nice and very helpful. Since we were in a rental car, it was easy enough to get to. The hotel is very nicely decorated and very accommodating. Can't say enough good about all the staff!!!!!
Stayed one night visiting nearby relatives. Very nice 4 star hotel. Easy 11 min walk from Yitzak Nevon train station. But is in the middle of nowhere and far from restaurants, shops or main Jerusalem sites. Served its purpose well. Only stay if you have business in Kiryat Moshe ( is close to Kinesset and Supreme Court. Otherwise stay in better situated hotel.
Nice
Fantastic Hotel in Jerusalem (staff, food, tours)
I can highly recommend this hotel for 4 solid things I loved: 1. Wonderful staffs (reception: #1 is Michael Feigne, then Shereen, Muhammad, Kamar / restaurant: Khalid, Taseer, Omar, Khalil / Housekeeping is fast and courteous/the filipino ladies housekeepers also kind) 2. Delicious food both breakfast & dinner especially on Friday & Saturday (not to miss). Tasty and several options. The restaurant has very appetizing atmosphere too. Good decor. 3. Strategic location. It is walking distance to the Light Train (Kiryat Moshe station). This is not close to the old city but good enough because of the train. And most of all…. 4. Rent-a-Guide tour company picks up and drops off in this hotel. This is very convenient and this tour company is amazingly excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the room was cold as there was no heating.
Pleasant staff. Basic accommodations
Great service and experience. Very helpful and friendly staff
Very friendly staff and helpful
Clean, quiet, safe
Staff are amazing
Staff very helpful & friendly
Excellent Thanks for everything
Nice Hotel!!
I stayed at Prima Park 5/12/22-5/18/22 and the staff made it feel like home. This was my first time in Israel and I'm glad I picked such a great place to stay. I have asthma and when I advised the front desk I smelled smoke in my room Naveen quickly moved me to another room and apologized (although it's definitely not her fault that guests break rules). I really appreciated her quick response and friendly demeanor during every interaction. All the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Helped us find dinner options when the city was closed for Shabbath. The dining room was large with a great buffet for both breakfast and lunch. The halls and main areas could use a fresh coat of paint but the rooms were clean.
Wish it could have been a better stay
When I was at check in and I gave the recipients my passport she told me it was not real and it was very disrespectful because I said please try it again and it worked. Plus I Was not so happy with the room at all, I was looking for a hotel that has a bathtub and when I got to my room there was no even though it says on the Hotels.com page that it does have one There was no welcoming drink or anything in the room when we arrived The carpets were stained and so was part of the bedding which made us very uncomfortable.
Prima Park in Jerusalem
Clean, quiet room. Helpful staff. Great location.
Stay at the Prima Park
Clean, quiet room. Very accommodating staff. Israeli breakfast with many delicious choices. Location very convenient.
I love this hotel. I came with a friend, the hotel is great! Location, staff, clean and great room Will be back every time I’ll stay in Jerusalem
Overall decent. Bad noise isolation
Breakfast was as expected. Front office lady was very nice and helpful. When calling them the day prior to arrival, I had to call 5 times to get an answer (at 11pm), and then the lady who answered was unpleasant and not helpful at all. The rooms were nice but the bed was just ok. The mainly bad part was that the windows facing the main road were poorly isolated and those who slept in them had problems sleeping.
Arrived. Day after Valentine’s Day and received a heart shaped cake and a bottle of wine unexpectedly in the day. It was a nice touch
Mazing service
The hotel has great staff and amazing service. They spoiled us with a cake in the room, 2 glasses of wine and great helpfull service, and even made a room with free drinks and snacks for a big group of guests which came to take exam near by. The room was big enough with comfortable bed in a renovated decoration and diverse breakfast and good fiwi. The only cons was the noise from outside (the main road) which some people might find interrupting. Also, The room can be a bit more cleaner.
they gave me a handicap room!! so what you think me to say??
The room description says the room accommodates 2 adults, but the hotel charges a $35 surcharge per night when 2 adults share the room with 2 twin beds. The room is clean with a mini fridge. The air conditioning works great while in the room but shuts off after 3 hours with no movement. This means it will shut off while you are sleeping and wake up to a hot room. It also shuts off if you leave the room during the day. It takes over one hour to cool off. The light rail Tram station is directly behind the hotel and convenient. The free breakfast is also very good with only Kosher options ( no meat of any kind) but plenty of cheeses and eggs.
For me the first hotel in Jerusalem I felt really welcomed
Good cappuccino. Next to light rail (4 min walk).
It was clean and close to the central bus station, but far from everything else. The electricity went - and we had a room in total darkness - not to much use. It said there was a gym, but it turned out to be 15 minutes walk about and not easy to find.
Service was poor, the condition of the room was horrible- door didn’t shut properly and the bathroom was broke in the shower
Staff at front desk help. Breakfast staff did not bring the coke i asked for many tomes and there was no shampoo in the room or soap and the phone did not work
Primawesomeness
It was a wonderfully blessed trip one of the safest places that I have been ...
I liked everything about the hotel and staff. I would stay there again and certainly recommend it .
Great hotel
Wonderful stay! Great hotel!
Clean and pretty spacious.Location is good. Very close to train station
Amazing
Clean, polite staff and good location, complimentary water bottles, sweet cake and chocolate box.
Hotel location
It was ok
The bathroom sink leaked and the shower water didnt stay in the shower area. Breakfast food was stale/hard from the warming lights when I came down for breakfast which was at 8 - 2 hours before breakfast should have ended.
The rooms and especially the bathrooms need to be remodeled. The door is crumbling with moisture. Rust at the bottom of the bath. The handle of the shower leaks and splashes in all directions.
Not a good option in Jerusalem!!!
We start booking a hotel in Jerusalem two weeks before arrival. By the time most of the good hotels were gone. We have to settle for this hotel. The hotel is poorly maintained and is beds, beds linens and towels were old. The breakfast place is filthy. By 9:00 am tables, tablecloths, the coffee and juices machines and milk place were a mess. The appearance and attitude of the hotel attendants is very bad. They just don,t care.
Disappointing
Unfortunately, the tone was set at check-in: (1) they insisted on adding 17% VAT although the booking confirmation we got from Hotels.com said clearly “Total to be charged by the Hotel” …. (2) We asked for an extra bed for our son who was supposed to arrive for the 2nd night, but they said the room was too small for that (although the picture shown on the Hotels.com website shower 2 two beds and plenty of space, actually there were 2 single beds.) (3) When we asked to book Sabbath dinner for the family plus 2 guests they said there was no place for guests. (4) Normally one expects the reception staff to try to be constructive when guests are actually wanting more paid services, but there guys were not interested in our “problems” and in fact dismissive of our apprehensions (ie, where our son would sleep and where our guests would eat!). The Hotel was really full for those 2 days – the breakfast room did not cope very well, and we had to wait a while for a table to become available. Also, Hotels of this caliber usually have an urn with hot water available for guests over the Jewish Sabbath. When I asked one of the workers I was told quite rudely that I could buy coffee at the coffee shop! Finally, really annoying that a worker banged on our room door at noon on Sabbath asking when we were vacating the room – later he apologized for the error….
Good location for central Jerusalem
Hotel looking a little tired and in need of a facelift, staff lovely
shocking service
we checked into the hotel on saturday night - the service of the night staff was not satisfactory at all the attitude of the staff was shocking !!! this hotel staff and management needs a serious shake up!
Surprised that room rate did not include breakfast. Breakfast additional charge of 75 Shekels. Your web site should have made it clear that breakfast NOT included.
You are getting more than what you are paying for!
Based on the price category of this hotel, I would class this hotel as a 4 STAR. The staff were very helpful, clean room, quiet location and breakfast was a real treat too.
Pleasantly surprised. Great breakfast, great check-in experience
no
i wouldnt reccomend this hotel, they didnt tell us that the bottom floors were old and not renovated. they were musty and not very nice
Transport to hotel😔
Driver of the airport shuttle, very rushed and speeding through traffic. Almost got into a car accident, understandably not his fault because of other erratic drivers. He could've taken his time in order to keep passengers safe.
It could be better
Nice hotel. The front desk employees are not so nice, but there was a guy that was Aladino, he was the best guy. Near the train station. The breakfast is expensive but you have a lot of food. The lunch was better.
Despite initial difficulty, very successful stay
Despite problems about prepayment and smoke in room (after we complained the hotel refunded the extra payment we had to pay and changed our room as soon as we asked), the service excellent and the breakfast amazing. When my wife needed something to eat at night when the kitchen was closed the people in charge found a few containers of yoghurt. As for Jerusalem, awesome once signified something spiritually intense, perhaps even overwhelming. Something else!
Nice location, clean and comfortable, surly staff
Prima Park is a clean, comfortable hotel in a central location. The staff is not very professional and did not treat the guests in a friendly, helpful manner. No one there has ever heard of "service with a smaile." The facility itself is pretty good, though. Has basic amenities such as coffee and tea in the rooms, but nothing special.
over priced for simple room
Next time in jersey will choose different hotel
bad. bad service, dirty room, expensive. no activities, pool and fitness center 15 min walking to the university.
bad hotel, not 4 stars
Dirty room, bad service (if u needed something like bottle opener, it cost 15 NIS to bring it to your room because its called room service) no pool, no fitness center, no activities at all, started passover so there was no good food....simply bad, not recomended
It was standard and the food could be better for dinner breakfast was very good presentation was nice
the breakefest wasn't so goof
Good location, poor service
Unpleasant smell in room. Staff shrugged off this complaint. We managed with the smell by keeping window wide open for duration of our 3 day stay. Staff not trained to smile. Very poor wine selection in the bar. Unfriendly bar service. Doorman unhelpful with parking. Two good things about this hotel: low price, 1 block from tram line station. Those factors compensate for bad smell, poor service.
good location
Overall the stay was good, but it could have been better. The first breakfast revealed dirty plates and glasses. Most of the front-line staff are very friendly people. Parking spots were scarce. Room was small.
Please at least change sheets. It is a hotel. I'm not sure what the min requirements are for writing the review
Something like a 2-3 star hotel equivalent. Dining looks a bit old. The room was pretty ok with all facilities. The staff were very helpful and good
Nice hotel
This hotel is in walking distance from the Central bus station, so we had a very easy nice walk there. The staff was very friendly and let us drop off our luggage before check-in time, which let us use the day to explore the city. The room is good enough to our taste, clean, all we need were there. Would stay there again
A comfortable stay with good food and free parking
Would reserve this hotel again.
close to many sites but need car
pleasant experience, TV and good WiFi food was only fair
Good location. Clean hotel, good service
Second time staying there. Clean and modern hotel. Central location, located near the tram.
ok hotel
hotel was clean but there was along wait for the bellman and the breakfast was disappointing
Customer service is at its worst
I was late to check in on one day because my flight had a delay. Airline supplied me a letter to confirm that. The hotel wanted to charge me for that first night even though I explained to them that it was beyond my control. The hotel had 70% vacancy anyway and they didn't want to hear or even try to do anything. I told him to give me the room for rest of reservation period until I'll talk to Expedia and explain the situation. check in Clark was extremely rude and told me that he doesn't want to check me in at all. Asked to speak with a supervisor but there was none available. Basically, He told me to take a hike. I travel a lot and I don't like to give bad reviews! Even if it was not good I rather keep it neutral. But this one was beyond horrible experience. I had to look for another hotel at night with a child and after a long flight dead tired jet logged. This was the worst experience I ever in my life with an hotel!
Decent place.
Service so so. Refrigerator noisy but the never fixed it. Basic clean housing but not a friendly place.
Mixed
Room was OK - but not enough light. Shower was great. The "free" WiFi was random - sometimes it worked, but sometimes I had to pay for skype WiFi. The bed was comfortable, but I was there for 11 days and the sheets on my bed were never changed. The air conditioning was too cold, and I was told it could not be changed, so I had to turn the fan off/on/off/on all the time.
Average to Bad. Not a 4* hotel more 2 - 3* hotel.
The staff were not prepared for our group of 15 people. Our tables for Dinner hall were not laid. The rooms were clean and comfortable, accept for one couple with electricity problems. The food were the same for the 4 nights that we've stayed there. There's not a variety of food. Definitely not a 4* Hotel.
1st Stay at Prima Park
A youth group staying at the hotel was very noisy during late evening, which made it difficult to rest or sleep.
Good hotel not to far from Jerusalem
Not to far from Jerusalem, easy to take taxi (check prices before you get in !) Staff is very nice, reception not all are fluent in English but they managed. Good service at restaurant; good food - local and Kosher. close to busy streets, so if you don't like city noises... very safe, we walk in the evenings around hotel and walked to the Bible museum and Dead sea scroll museum.
Comfort with easy access
I have stayed at the Park a number of times and found all the visits positive. They have spruced up the lobby and the rooms which is appreciated. The breakfasts are great.
Good hotel
Great location near bus station, clean and modern room, staff helpful and friendly
Nice hotel, good accomodations
Nice.
Tour-class hotel
Good location, close to light train station; nice breakfast, good view.
vication
happy time stay with my wife
miserable staff
miserable staff
Good location and price
we only had access to a pool that was not on the hotel grounds. the place is decent but certainly not too many stars. location was right near the light-rail stop and bus station -great.
OVerpriced. Definitely not 4 stars service.
bathroom small. No shops within less than 20 min. walk to Jerusalem CBS. bathtub clogged. Internet didnt work in my phone (I had no laptop)in room or lobby. Hotel guests mostly groups. Definitely no 4 stars. Overpriced. Beware that if you must pay VAT 18%, if you dont bring your actual American passport (instead of photocopy) as they will charge you as Israeli. Overpriced.
nice hotel
Nice hotel.the loacation in not in the center
Nice hotel centrally located
Helpful staff, extremely clean and beautiful rooms. The concierge is unfortunany not 24 hours as should be.
Smelly rooms
Smelly rooms horrible service
Great Hotel in Jerusalem, ISRAEL
We had the best room in the hotel. It was for a family of four.
My stay
The Breakfast was not as good as a year ago.
I would not go back or trust receptionists
Hotel was good on the whole but I had a bad experience with them. When I returned to the UK I found the hotel had taken two unauthorised extra payments from my bank account, £103 and £5 and couldn't work out why as I had already paid for the hotel and didn't order anything else during my stay. It cost me £10 in phone calls to ask them why they did this with no answer. Luckily the manager got in touch with me and was quite helpful. In the end I was refunded £102 which was a bit less than what they took out and was told it was a mistake. However, I would not trust this hotel again especially the reception staff-as they could have told me about this on check out. Other than that the hotel was fine-the cleaning staff are very good.
My stay in Prima Park hotel
I had a suite with a bathroom with shower. I asked for a bathroom with bath what they didn't have. It was not mentioned when booking the room. All the traffic noise was heard clearly in the room and it was impossible to have a good nightsleep. We had several times problems with the phone in the room and with internet connection.
Good location Not clean not comfortable
Not good experience I couldn't wait to check our
A comfortable stay
A clean modern room with good breakfast. Great value.
Awesome Jerusalem Visit
Our stay at Prima Park turned out better than expected. The location is a bit far from the city center but the new light rail is just behind the hotel, which allowed us to bypass traffic and get around the city fairly quickly. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and we were comfortable at this hotel. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great deal.
Wish all hotels were up to this standard
We were celebrating - our 50th wedding anniversary - this (our fourth!) time; a fairly low profile for us but we were given a totally-unexpected and wonderful additional welcome (for which a belated thankyou by the way).
