Very happy with everything except the room was very noisy from traffic.
Excellent people, Great food. Went out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend the Prima Kings if you are staying in Jerusalem!!!
We had a nice spacious room.
The service was great But the hotel still has family’s that were displaced because of the war which I feel bad for them but was a bit noisy and messy
all good
Location
Great time !
we had a great time
Very helpful and accommodating staff. Centrally located hotel Very guest oriented.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable bed, THE BEST SHOWER IN TOWN. Best value and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Comfortable, great location and delcious food!
My husband and his sister and I had a wonderful stay at Prima Kings. We were there in 2022 and plan on returning on our next trip. Loved the Lounge, and all the buffets were delicious. Very comfortable rooms with a nice view. Friendly and helpful staff.
Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating.
Great location within walking distance of many attractions including the old city. We always enjoy the sumptuous and varied breakfast. Very accommodating staff.
Am yisroel Chai
We had stated here pre Covid and had a 4 day lively stay … this time The room was a smaller room , for 10 day stay was too small Hotel did not have any wash cloths after numerous requests . The halls , lobby weren’t the cleanest this stay , understanding the many displaced families staying at the hotel , not a problem, and while no issue with the many the displaced persons , the housekeeping could have been stepped up .
Excellent staff. very attentive to the guests
The location is central and makes a big difference
Excellent hotel very good service very nice rooms the breakfast is tremendous . i r i t came by and I told her that because of people like her this hotel has a great reputation
The staff is super courteous and welcoming. On the other hand, the lower floor rooms are smaller than those found in other 4-star hotels, and we found our replacement room stripped of many electric bulbs. Though they were promptly replaced by maintenance, there seems to be poor communications between housekeeping - which should make note of the missing bulbs, and maintenance - which is in charge of replacements.
Even though it was just a few months after the start of the war and there were many evacuees at the hotel, the management tried and succeeded in making everyone comfortable. The breakfasts were just as good as always (which is quite good) and it was heartwarming to see how well the evacuees were adjusting. The Shabbat meals were absolutely delicious and our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed them. We came to Israel to visit our grandchildren who were studying in local yeshivas and staying at the Prima Kings made our visit extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the warm Shabbos atmosphere, the helpful staff and the great location in the heart of Jerusalem. Special kudos to the manager Irit Avital and Mohammed at the front desk who treated us like royalty. Many thanks!

Location is good
On one side of the hotel lots of honking from cars and on the other side of the hotel it is more quiet Very good breakfast everyone is kind
Excellent food and very nice staff
This is an amazing facility in every way especially the serving team. They catered for our needs above and beyond our expectations. Very friendly and welcoming in every way you can imagine. We were simply pampered with all we needed even without asking. We literally enjoyed every minute of our stay. A big shout to Mr. Khaled Helmy, a unique of his kind. He daily made sure that we have no complaints whatsoever. Such a great leader to a great team! The only thing that was against our expectation was the beach. We expected a beach we can swim in. But it was rocky and full of corals. Many people love that but we didn’t. Yes, there was a special sandy spot at the head of the bridge for swimming but very limited. Rather than that we believe this is a unique facility with its outstanding service and team. Kudos to that hotel!
Very pleasant hotel
Very pleasant hotel. Room was spacious and bright and modern.Particularly outstanding was the extremely comfortable bed (nice and firm), and also the great lighting in the room. Wherever I have stayed all over the world, I have found the lighting in the bedrooms not plentiful or bright enough. At the Prima Kings, the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was excellent.
consistently wonderful - Prima Kings!
Prima Kings has consistently provided wonderful service. The location is ideal, an easy walk to Ben Yehuda, Mamilla Mall, the Kotel and all things Jerusalem! The staff was warm and welcoming and the Lounge foodies and perks were a wonderful surprise! The breakfast - as always - delicious and plentiful before a full day of walking and doing all!
Will stay again and I’m very picky :)!! Only negative for me was the air conditioner was not as powerful as I’d like…
Wonderful Hotel stay in September
The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the food wonderful, the location outstanding and the price was very affordable.
Customer service was great. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend
Thank you to the thoughtful staff, especially Irit Ben-Hur! I appreciate your hospitality!
Nice and simple hotel. Fantastic breakfast Staff was helpful and friendly
Had a great stay. I only stayed for 1 night but I would absolutely come again and stay for longer,
The rooms were dirty on arrival. They had to come up and clean our bathroom after we checked in. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Highly recommend this place, we enjoyed every moment of our stay here.
Lots of noise and demonstrations in the area outside the hotel.
Awesome location. Easy walk to old city and the shuk. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very accommodating to any request we had. I would definitely stay there again and I do recommend it as a great Jerusalem hotel option.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We’ll located.
Staff were no nonsense. Not a smile among them. Made it seem like we were bothering them.
Very clean and close to old city with affordable price. flowers in balcony is amazing.
The street/traffic noise was absolutely terrible.
Vacation
Staff are very friendly
A very nice hotel with good attention to details. Recommended.
We had the most wonderful stay at the Prima Kings. They went out of their way to make our stay super luxurious and comfortable. Food was amazing!
it's not worth a penny more that we paid for it. it's a 3-star hotel Maby.
Very comfortable, helpful hotel
quick trip
Comfortable room (loved the balcony), hot shower, good location, and good breakfasts.
Location Location Location From this hotel it is easily walkable to Machane Yehudah, the Kotel, Ben Yehudah St. The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. However, the hotel is older and our bathroom was beyond tiny. Also, two double beds pushed together does not equal a king bed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of foods but is not top notch (ie; canned fruit not fresh, orange drink not orange juice).
Prime Experience at Prima Kings
This was a first class experience! Our room was beautiful and clean with fabulous views. The breakfasts are amazing! The good was plentiful and so many salads and eggs and so many options! Suppers were also delicious and so many things to eat or choose from. The staff are helpful and friendly. Roey made us wonderful and fresh omelettes every morning. Shabbat was a great e person r here!! The location is perfect It’s walking distance to the old city and Ge’ula and meah Shearim. What a fantastic e Perrin r! We can’t wait to go again!
ok place for the price
Prima Kings is in a great location
Renovated rooms not that well renovated. No heating in any of the hotel rooms if you are there in the cold weather. Frige in room froze every product within 3 hours. Some lobby staff were helpful and friendly some not. Plenty of food for breakfast and dinner. I know the area well and needed to stay there.
Great location - awesome staff.
Nice friendly staff, good location I would go back.
The staff cornered me by breakfast each morning to convince me to give a review- I’m not into pushy. Overall though, it was a great stay.
Super value
Excellent service, friendly and accommodating staff. I highly recommend this Hotel.
Simply wonderful!!!
Very accommodating
Excellent lo
The property was lovely with good food for dinner, breakfast and a lounge. The only downfall was that you could hear the loud traffic and cars honking their horns at nice.
A most pleasant stay
Very pleasant stay, very good breakfast, very attentive service and while the room was small, it was well furnished and supplied. We will surely stay there again.
This is a 3 star hotel that is really in 4 star shape. The rooms are clean and efficient, the breakfasts are superb and the location is prime.
Location Kashrut Cleanliness Top hotel
Booked for 6 nights left after the first night paid 1,600 for a room that has flies smashed on the walls and flying around. Carpet falling off the walls and floor... bath tube yellowed and rusted.... hair in the bed that was suppose to be clean.... the room was not covid cleaned at all
We got a room of 5th floor and until 3am we couldn’t sleep the noise from the cars Going bye was loud police siren Drivers using their horn all night
Family trip
Great location very friendly staff great food overall exceptional
Over all it’s ok , room was very small, was only me and my wife, we couldn’t pass by inch other, food was great, staff could use more smiles
Great hotel - value and comfort
Friendly staff Clean, comfortable room Fantastic food
Rooms not kept up and cleaned well. Staff seemed tired and not so accommodating - not the usual friendliness you expect from hotels.
It was very clean.service was great and everyone was very polite
Great stay for the price
Hotel was very convenient-walkable to old city and to yehuda market. A little noisy due to traffic below but nice balcony and view.
We were on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view of the Old City of Jerusalem. Very safe - we were close to a number of museums and embassies so it is a very safe area of Jerusalem and very convenient to the Old City. The hotel is recently renovated and caters their food to kosher visitors so all guests can eat without worry. It was also just delicious! The service was superb. Stay here for service like the Ritz and prices that you can afford. The room was small but beautifully appointed with all the treats including bottled water, a box of chocolates, and a bag of dried fruits and nuts. There is a fridge and Nespresso machine. Also a safe! A jewel of a room. If you can afford the larger rooms (there is one that is a bit larger), do it. Air conditioning was very good. We especially loved the manager - Arik! He made us feel welcome and taken care of.
We booked here on the recommendation of a trusted friend and we didn’t go wrong. Upon arrival we received a warm welcome from the staff. We arrived before check in time and left our luggage in storage while we went out. Fresh fruit, water and wine was in our room upon arrival. What a nice and unexpected touch! The daily breakfast was excellent and the spread was amazing. One of the members of our group has celiac and dining out can be an issue, but the host and the chef were very helpful in that regard and went over the food dish by dish. (No contamination!) The hotel itself is undergoing refurbishment and an update. We stayed in one of the updated, stylish rooms and were really pleased. Of note, we heard no loud construction noise while we were there. If you are Sabbath observant, you can pre-arrange for Shabbat dinner and lunch. Again, the food was delicious. The hotel is walkable to the Old City and Ben Yehudah St. It’s a farther walk to the shuk but still doable. We would definitely stay here again.
We do not eat a lot, so we didn't eat the buffet breakfast or dinner. We went to the coffee shop a few times but there were very few options. It would be nice to be able to eat other things on the property. If there was room service, we were unaware of it. We were greeted in the room with a small bottle of wine and fresh fruit, which we thought was nice. The bed was comfortable; the wifi and tv was easy to use. The staff was helpful but were not very friendly. I saw a smile only once during the whole week. I always felt I was bothering them if I had a request. Overall, it's an excellent hotel in a good location. You can walk to the Old City.
Would definitly go back
Amazing service but no parking. Huge parking fines.
The staff was friendly and responsive to our every request. The room and food were both excellent.
Family trip
Very professional very friendly
Very nice great location
The hotel is well run, with a very polite and accommodating staff throughout. The wifi works well, with no problems or interruptions, and thus a guest can conduct business in the room. The meal buffets are quite good with many different options. The rooms are smaller than what I would have liked, but quite manageable..
Excellent hotel. Meals were great. Cleaning of room was very prompt. Lobby could offer more food services/machines
Location,location
Staying at the Prima Kings is all about it’s location. The hotel is walking distance to all major Jerusalem destinations (ie Kotel, Mamilla Mall, Great Synagogue, Ben Yehuda, Shuk, Liberty Bell Park, Emek Refaiim, fabulous restaurants). The price for its location is the noise factor …. Hotel is on the corner of two major thoroughfares so traffic noise and sirens are a constant. There is no parking at the hotel so paying for a lot can add up. Rooms are tastefully renovated but small. Breakfast is plentiful and great selection and we had an excellent Friday night Shabbat buffet dinner. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Pros outweigh the cons and would definitely stay here again.
This is a comfortable, affordable hotel, with all of the amenities and features that suit our life style. Not the most luxurious. Not the least expensive. But just right for us.
Wonderful hotel wonderful location!
Great location and great hotel!!
Overall great stay. Clean room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Central location. Breakfast was pretty basic. No parking in hotel. Room was smaller than expected.
was great. thanks
Property is located close to the old city!
Close to everything!
Done
Rooms were small but manageable. Nice breakfast. Desk staff was courteous
Clean, comfortable, recently updated room
Very pleasant stay, very good location
Cleanliness was very good The carpet in the room is very old needs to be changed They could use two new chairs in the room
A bit old but very nice and clean place, great service, nice location and good breakfast. However, in Hotels a free parking is mentioned - but THERE IS NO PARKING!!!!!!
We really enjoy every moment in the hotel thank
Shabbat Elevator
my only complaint is about the Shabbat elevator it stops at each floor besides the ground floor for only 8 seconds. If people are coming out there is barely time for a person in a wheelchair to get in. On one occasion we missed two elevators and had to wait more than 15 minutes.
The man who checked us in was very pleasant and courteous (I believe his name was Sharif). The hotel was very, very clean. Unfortunately many of the amenities were not available, but that is to be expected mid-corona virus. Thank you!
Great Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff, Food is Very Good
Skimpy Room
The room was very small,. there was no room to put the luggage. This should not be considered more than a 3 star since the rooms are so small the bathroom was tiny. Hardly any room to stand in the Shower.
A Wonderful hotel - great location.
This was our first time to Jerusalem and friends recommended Prima Kings to us. We were so glad they did! This was a great hotel to stay at. The customer service was excellent and we were totally happy with the wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. The location is perfect as it is a short 15 min walk to Mamilla Mall and the Old City Jaffa gate entrance. The rooms are small - but very comfortable and we were lucky enough to have one of the newly renovated rooms on the fifth floor. We also loved that housekeeping left us little treats every day- it was a nice touch. The staff was also very helpful in getting us cabs, giving directions etc. We will definitely stay here again!
Satisfied
We had a great time in Jerusalem. The hotel was very kind to us and upgraded our rooms. We had great buffet-style meals and breakfasts. The rooms were very clean, but weathered. The doors stick (do not close well). the windows are outdated. It needs remodeling, but the staff was great and they gave us many perks. And the location is super.
From arrival until departure, we were treated like honored guests who were being accorded VIP status. The entire staff, from the manager to every front desk representative, the front door and inside porters, the restaurant maitre d' and waiters, and the room cleaning people were all extremely courteous and quite fluent in English. Our every question and concern was taken seriously and answered immediately. The hotel was immaculate inside and out. The room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Room "goodies" were provided every day and we were given access to a private lounge daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with snacks and refreshments. Breakfast is available daily in the form of a huge buffet, and believe me, you won't be disappointed. Dinner in the restaurant is also memorable. The location is in Jerusalem Center. It is walkable distance to the Old City, and a nice Asian restaurant, a pizza restaurant and snack shop are nearby. Many synagogues are nearby including The Great Synagogue. There are also countless bus lines right in front by which one may travel to many if not most major attractions. In short, I have nothing bad to say about the Prima Kings! It is a great value, a great location and not a budget buster. You will not regret a decision to book here!
