We had a long layover in Doha and Premier Inn was perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Our kids loved the breakfast at the hotel and they still talk about it.

Stopover in style

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and restaurant. Close to metro and airport

The facility was alright, staff was good. However, there was no facial tissue or water in the room. Staff brought water when asked for it. There was no separation for the shower.

The hotel was 7 minutes ride from airport. It is older hotel but very friendly staff. Breakfast was just so so.

Very slow check in

Easy checkin and out comfortable bed clean facility

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The dining room staff was very friendly, helpful, and attended to our needs. One staff member especially, Nassiwa Ugyeu, was especially considerate, even going so far as to round up the last of my favorite chocolate croissants for breakfast when there were no more left at the buffet.

A really great affordable option for an extended layover between international flights. It’s only a ten minute cab R18 ride to or from the airport if you don’t synch with their minibus and easy to walk to some local attractions and restaurants. Will be back!

Free air port shuttle promise is a RIP off. They don’t mention that shuttle is available only every 4 hours. So you are lucky if you leave on shuttle on time, if not you will end up staying 4 hours 😨 They should mention in their advertisement that air port shuttle is Q4 hrs. Also when I waited to leave from hotel on checking out, I was told to sit in the lounge for shuttle to come at 0600 AM, but 0603, I realized that the shuttle had been left without taking me and the staff mentioned that they thought I left 😨 I ended up leaving to airport by arranging a Taxi.. So overall unsatisfactory experience !!!!

A stay at Premier Inn with my daughter was perfect of what memories are! From helpful front desk to delicious breakfast, staff went beyond their call of duty to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you. Would like to come back again.

For the price it was very good and very close to airport and sites

Everything seemed okay until the morning, when I arrived ten minutes early for their scheduled, advertised free airport shuttle, which was the main reason I booked this hotel. I was informed it was full and had already left. As they were asking each person about their plans for the shuttle at check in, there was absolutely no excuse for this. Average room, no complaints except for the shuttle nonsense and the lack of apology/accountability in the aftermath.

Nice and friendly staff, some minor issues with the state of the room and cleaning.

One night stay

Nice clean environment

We booked hotel for one night. No Transportation from Air Port. No treasure in room. Nothing in freighter . No plugs for Icon characters the didn’t me for breakfast is including or not. It’s close to OLD airport not new one.

Amazing service and great rooms with lot of beds for family. The location is perfect for layover in Hamad International Airport. Would highly recommend it and will visit them again on the way back for our layover. Also while in the area check out the boat tours in the garden area of Doha. Great group of people and great value.

We appreciated the availability of an airport shuttle, and the fact that the National Museum, which is stunning, was within walking distance! Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only criticism we had was there were a couple places where things were ragged. For example, some of the towels were frayed.

Very convenient location due to its proximity to the airport plus they have comfortable mattress and pillows. Would book again.

Hotel had everything I needed, I travelled for F1 GP and going out and exploring. So bed and shower was all I really needed. Staff were helpful - recommended places to go to, organized taxis when needed, remembered my name and greeted all the time which was nice but rather odd as I used to work in hospitality myself. Rooms very tidy, could not fault it. Air conditioning worked great. Would be nice to have more English tv channels, but that’s just me being fussy, it was not essential

One night layover

Nice clean hotel for a quick layover stay. Located in a quiet area. Friendly staff. The bed is a bit hard for my liking and the pillows a bit lumpy but all in all it is expected given the hotel 3 star rating.

Will only stay here when I have a layover in Qatar

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Very clean and I felt extremely safe as a solo traveler. Doha was amazing.

Convenient if you have a long wait for a flight

Quick night before a connecting flight. The hotel is close to the airport, it has a free shuttle bus and a 24 hour reception too. The only thing I didnt like was that the hot water in the shower didnt work, it only got luke warm.

Convenient for airport transit

This hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from Doha (Hamad) airport. It has a limited shuttle bus but I took a taxi. There were plenty of taxis waiting at the airport taxi rank. It's cheap and all Qatari taxis accept payment by card. The hotel staff are very nice and the rooms very stylish and comfortable. There's a small gym and a restaurant. The local area isn't really for tourists but it's ideal if you're arriving late or departing early by plane.

All the staff are helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned up daily with fresh towels. Breakfast buffet was very good with varieties.

We stayed for 1 day as we had a really long layover in Doha. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and priced well. Room, services and facilities were great! Priya at the reception helped us check in and gave all the information we needed for our stay so thank you to her!

It was the best experience The only thing I recommend is the shuttle should go to airport more often. Shuttle timings are 4 PM and 9 PM.

Doha Airport Premier Inn

I stayed in Doha airport branch from 27th october until 3 November 2024. The two waitresses (black girl the braided hair and a Chinese/malaysian girl) at the breakfasts buffet were very helpful. I sadly didn't catch their names, but they need a promotion!!!! Management of premier inn, please upgrade their contracts!!!

Nothing like Premier Inn UK. Nice, big and clean rooms. Excellent beds that are huge. Free parking underneath and very short drive to the airport. Good supermarket and eatery across the road. But the real winner is breakfast. Not a massive selection but good tasty food and coffee.

Stayed a few hours for layover to get some sleep. Quiet and clean. Approx 15-20mins taxi from Airport (approx $20 AUD). Convenient shuttle bus back to airport every few hours but check the hours if using and also on time so don’t be late.

Great option to stay here when there is a long layover. We were able to get into our room quickly and the place was clean and quiet for us to get some rest.

This stay was perfect. I only needed a hotel for an overnight layover, but the hotel far exceeded my expectations. The room was big and comfortable, but most of all the service was exceptional. I had an issue where the family in the room next to me was SO LOUD - yelling, screaming, etc. I don't usually complain but I called down to reception and I had a new room within 5 minutes. I didn't even have to leave my room to get my key, they brought it to me. I had to go to the airport ridiculously early, and the front desk called me a taxi and told me an estimate of how much it should cost. And thank you to Yasser at the front desk!

Service is very good and property. Just shuttle schedule is not convenient. And hotel couldn’t schedule even if you requested. Not helpful!!

The security guard helped me grab my luggage from the taxi and it was a smooth check-in. The room was cleaned well and I did not notice any dust and my allergy was not triggered. I would love to stay again for my next flight layover. My only issue is that I can’t barely squeeze the soap in the sink. I think it needs more refill. And the hair dryer was hard to use (pressing the back handle). The lights and accessibility of the outlet are in the best place.

Best hotel in Doha for an overnight airport stay

A great hotel at an awesome price. Such hotels typically cost close to $150/night, and most of the hotels in Doha do cost north of $200, but this one had a pretty high Google rating so I took the risk and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, perfect climate control, spacious and hot shower, and best breakfast ever (make sure to add $8 for it!). Overall, I am very happy.

Staff were super polite at check in. They ask you to wait and sit before your go at checking-in which beats staying in line. The room was large and there was a free shuttle to the airport.

Easy to get to and the room was perfect!

As I was only staying at the hotel overnight so I could get my next international flight, I can only say that the service was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious and breakfast was lovely too.

The only issue is that their shuttle services are not frequent so as you miss one you have to wait for 4/5hours for the next one therefore you end up taking a taxi.

Very friendly, helpful welcome team. Quiet room, super comfy bed. Everything was spotless for our quick stop over. We utilised the shuttle both ways and worked well for us with timings - although they are not too frequent. Great value if you have several hours in transit and want to sleep.
