Our villa was located quite far from main resort. Shuttle was always available however. Property was quite nice and clean. I was disappointed that the villa did not have any windows. Toilet was outside and had no door or any privacy whatsoever, It was not as relaxing as I was hoping. Staff was very accommodating and very nice.

We chose Pramana Watu Kurung for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay. The place is beautiful, peaceful and clean. The staff are very friendly and warm. The breakfast, especially the Indonesian breakfast, is really delicious. The daily yoga at the resort is a perfect way to start the day.

Great hotel with great service

We loved our stay at the Pramana Watu Kurung! The hotel and villas are absolutely beautiful and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious and generous. We would definitely book again.

For my first trip to Bali this location made it so loving I can’t wait to go back again . The help from staff and locals was amazing . Highly recommend this place

Beautiful place to stay at! Kindest staff with attention to detail. We were fortunate to stay in such a private, serene villa, with no noise pollution at all. Only things I didn’t particularly like were that some towels were stained(but staff will gladly and readily change it out for you), and the pillows are a bit too soft. Transportation was also quite a hassle if you want to venture out, and rather expensive since there are no third party taxis allowed. But beautiful space and beautiful people, will definitely want to come back again if I’m visiting Ubud!

Just came back from a quick 5 days getaway with my partner and we absolutely loved staying at the Pramana. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious (not to mention the cocktails). We certainly had the best time, been pampered with daily massages and already looking forward to be back. Thank you all for making this holiday very special!!

Mini oasis away from the city center

Tranquil and lush resort away from the Ubud chaos. I would highly recommend staying in the artist villa. The room comes with its own pool and outdoor bath. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downfall of the resort was the food unfortunately. While the breakfast menu is very generous the restaurant quality of food wasn’t world class. With this in mind, you’ll want to travel into Ubud town which is 20 mins away to eat. Everything else was 10/10!!

Beautiful setting. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Authentic Balinese cottage! It is 20 minutes from the central area of ubud so that is the only thing to consider.

Amazing, boutique Bali!

I would absolutely stay here again. We loved everything about this small resort. We stayed in the Artist Villa which are a bit off the main property but there is a golf cart shuttle or better yet we preferred to walk and see and meet the people from the village. Our private villa with its own pool, outdoor tub and covered porch was magical. The Breakfast was delightful delivered as room service or taken in the bar. The hotel has the amenities of a Western resort but felt local and less corporate than some of the big name resorts. The daily shuttle to town was handy but you could also spend days on property relaxing with the free yoga and/or getting a massage at the spa. Just wonderful.

We booked this on our last night and it was a perfect ending to our adventure in Bali. Food was great , atmosphere was very serine and clean , staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Fab stay

Great boutique hotel with beautiful architecture in a fabulous location. Our room was very clean, staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was huge with plenty of options and they catered for vegans.

Incredible service from the staff and views of the jungle were spectacular. Exceeded my expectations. Free yoga and morning walks available each day. Free shuttle bus into Ubud town several times a day. Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. Very relaxing 4 nights here with my partner. Also very close to rafting centre if you wanted some activities. They also offer to book other tours with other companies for you and deal with all the logistics. Food was amazing, several courses just for breakfast! Good variety of local and western quisine and executed to a very high standard. Very honeymoon vibes. Would come back in a flash.

The Ubud Experience

The experience was amazing, our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Loved the private pool. Breakfast was amazing each morning especially the morning it was floating in our own private pool arranged by the hotel. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bike tour was great too.

Awesome breakfasts! We got a free 60minute massage which was very relaxing, and overall hospitality was outstanding.

Pramana Watu was amazing... truly a getaway and relaxing oasis. It looked just like the pictures, however the view is more breathtaking in person! The whole resort is incredible and has a wonderful staff to match it! All of the staff was so warm and friendly... we were there for our honeymoon and they made us feel so special! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy and enjoying themselves, very kind people. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Paradaise

We had a problem with a noise in the room and they fixed in a couple of days, minewhile gave us an upgrade room.

The view and resort design was great. It was exactly what I expected from Ubud. The staff was very welcoming, considerate and kind all the time. Food was good and it is noticeable that the resort made a lot of efforts for guests to enjoy Balinese menu. I loved the Balinese breakfast.

We stayed there for a whole week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A unique resort and perfect place to relax and unwind. Very private feeling - no crowds - quiet and relaxing - only 18 rooms - Half of them with their own private pools so had communal infinity pool to ourselves with one or two other couples - Staff very friendly. Great service, Excellent selection of breakfasts which is included - High tea served everyday also included.

True Balinese Experience! This hotel is exceptional! We searched for so long to find the perfect hotel in Ubud and this one is just superior! From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty! The hotel is a beautique, 18 room paradise, set about 15/20 minutes from Ubud Art Market. There is a free hourly shuttle which is just perfect and takes the ease out of getting to and from town. You don’t need to stay in the centre of Ubud when you are this close to pure peace, serenity and exceptional service. We booked a Pramana Suite for 4 nights which was massive, clean, with a huge stone bath and separate shower. Every member of staff was so welcoming and bent over backwards to make our time in Ubud one to never forget. A special mention to Yanik in restaurant, Pramarta who took us on a great walk in the local rice fields, Sri and her team for the heavenly massage therapy and Tari at reception. We cannot wait to come back! If you are still looking for a hotel, stop - this is the one!

It was amazing. Best service I have ever had at a hotel. Staff is great and so attentive. Cant say enough good things. I will come back and stay again.. Great food in the restaurant as well. Good for couples with lots of privacy. Hotel arranged great walk thru neighborhood rice field. We had great time..

Little piece of paradise.

If you are looking for a small, relaxing and intimate stay look no further. Nestled onto the edge of the cliff overlooking the river below Parmana has don even a most excellent job. All staff are welcoming friendly and keen to make your stay enjoyable.

Great Hotel

This is a bran new hotel located in Ubud. My stay in the hotel was amazing. Great services and hospitality. The hotel provide free shuttle to Ubud center where a lot shops and restaurants located. I highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful Boutique hotel on the Ayung River

The hotel is new and therefore is still has a few issues and the staff is still a little raw. The one thing which needs to be looked into is the restaurant service and the staff. The kitchen staff is untrained and service is incredibly slow. The female waitress was very rude and I think racist.

Pramana Watu exceeded our expectations starting from attentiveness of the staff to hotel facilities and amazing breakfast. It’s worth mentioning the stunning views and sunsets. We got a free upgrade from standard room to pool villa unexpectedly and couldn’t which more. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s 15 mins to busy Ubud by hotel shuttle surrounded by Ayung river valley and rice terraces. Perfect place to relax.

Romantic getaway

Magic place with friendly staff. Hotelroom is just perfect. The only drawback is maybe the food which could be better (there is nowhere else to eat in the area) We still recommend this place. Three nights was s perfect length.

Wir waren zuerst etwas überfordert mit dem tollen Service. Da es dort nur wenige Zimmer gibt - ist man keine Zimmernr. Sondern wird oft mit Namen angesprochen und es wird versucht einem alles zu ermöglichen. Wir waren oft fast alleine am Gemeinschaftspool. Perfekt für Flitterwochen. Haben auch Honeymoon-Extras bekommen. Lage drumherum war nicht so einladend, aber es gibt jede Stunde einen Shuttle Service nach Ubud. Perfekt.
