• Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the pousada prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Special Instructions

Guests must transfer via Boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Please note: Electricity outages may occur due to weather conditions. This property is located on an island and is accessible only by boat. The property provides 15-minute boat transfers daily from 8 AM to 6 PM. Boat transfers are subject to weather conditions. Guests must drive approximately 0.3 miles (500 meters) on the beach to reach the parking area (located at 1200th Street in front of Ponta do Papagaio Beach) and to board the boat. Guests must contact the property in advance to arrange transfers and to receive driving directions to the boat.
