Spacious apartment with a great view, good amenities but in need of renovation.

This property needs some maintenance and new furnishing . It is lucky to get one star . Maybe good for back packers Close to the Main Street . TV worked well . Shower pressure good ,rust around the shower screen . I would never recommend this property.

Place smelled, water tasted like mold, place was very dated with no style at all

Enjoyed a great stay. Great room and pool area. Parking was good. Unfortunately a lift was being serviced on one day.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out, great spacious room. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

It gives you a starter pack of small tea bags, coffee n 1 v small carton of milk. Towels. That’s it. No more fresh towels. There’s the laundry machine for you to use. Buy your own laundry soap powder. Make sure you throw all your rubbish. Or you’ll be charged.

Port Pacific's location and amenities offered a great package. The pool, table tennis, and billiard room was fantastic entertainment for the young folk in our group. The convenience of a shopping plaza so close was wonderful! We hope to return.

The noise from the pipes was a bit off putting, the first night was the worst, hardly any sleep. But besides that the place great, bed was comfortable

We specifically chose this resort for its walkability, ocean view, facilities and AC in the bedroom. The location is nice and central and the building has nine stories. As it is not first row towards the beach only the top levels are high enough to get partial ocean/river view. What was disappointing is, that it was nowhere mentioned that the spa is under renovations and not usable. Also, there is no AC in the bedroom and the AC in the main room doesn’t remain active when you leave the room as it has a motion control. The manager said it was supposed to remain active during the night (when the room is dark) but it was always off in the morning and the apartment was heated up. We were not offered any compensation for either the closed but advertised spa, nor for the missing AC. Overall, the price was too steep for what was offered.

Great stay in Port Macquarie.

Excellent 1 brm apartment. Clean, spacious, comfortable and very well appointed.

I'd definitely stay here again with only one complaint being the shower head and pressure are far from good. That was the only letdown during my stay.

Staff were very accommodating & respectful. Location is excellent & walkable to all areas of interest. The apartment was very good, comfortable bed. Plenty of room for a couple or couple with children. I would revisit the resort & recommend to family & friends.

The room was very spacious and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. The best part was that everything was within walking distance, shops, groceries, restaurants, cafes, beach and boardwalk. The facilities were very clean, with a heated pool and spa and a lovely adults only rooftop area with a spa, BBQs and seating for a meal. Excellent holiday location!

Central location

Great place to stay. We were happily surprised to be placed on the top floor with large balcony and access to the rooftop bbq area/spa. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to some lovely places to eat, cinema, shops, the waterfront, and bit longer walk to the beach.

Was comfortable for us and in a very handy location.

Got a room on the 9th (top) floor. That floor is not accessible to kids but contains a roof top area with views of the whole of Port Macquarie, hot tub, bbq, tables and chairs. Magnificent and no one there when we were there. Room has to be one of the best in the city for space, views, comfort and quiet.

Great stay!

Pro: Great location, great view on L7, very comfortable, has everything you need in the room, great facilities for families on L2, relatively well maintained. Con: One of the towels had stain, it wasn't cleaned and checked by staff properly. Based on what I suspect it was, it was quite off putting to say the least. My husband also somehow used up a whole tank of hot water to have a shower, not sure how that happened!

Short Family Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The additional facilities were awesome. Pool, spa, activity room, gym, sauna, adults only floor for relaxing! We were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be staying at this resort again :)

Spectacularly located for Ironman Australia. Well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Huge balcony. We loved it.

Nice place and close to everything

Excellent location to walk to every thing in the area. Plenty of underground parking. Close to restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Port Macquarie Holiday.

We stayed in a one bedroom water view apartment on 7th floor. Serviceable kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery and cutlery and all your kitchen needs. Smallish bathroom with shower and vanity with bath towels provided. Dining room and lounge room combination. Comfortable lounge with tv with Foxtel channels. Balcony off lounge /dining room with lovely water views of Port Macquarie waterways. Good size bedroom with king bed with tv and separate balcony , All linen provided. Laundry was on level 7 for all guests to use. Top and front loader washing machines and 2 clothes dryers. Port Pacific is close to cafes, restaurant and Port Centro shopping centre just a short walk away near the Glasshouse and Information centre. Shops in centre are Ritchie’s IGA, Bakers Delight, Boost Juice ,Target,Chemist Warehouse, Sussan, Smiggle, Sportsgirl, Dusk and more. Short walk to churches and other shops , Coles, Officeworks and JBhi fi. Cafe down stairs for breakfast and great coffee for takeaway to have in our room enjoying the views. This is the best accommodation we have stayed in Port Macquarie and we look forward to returning for our next holiday.

Excellent views, good size apartment & well equipped

Great place to stop for a few nights.

It was a great place to stop over. Wish we coiod have stayed more than 1 night. Laundry isnt in the rooms its at the end of the floors, at least its free but my clothing did get locked up because inwas 15 minutes past the lock up time but the floor staff didnt mind opening up for me. Front counter wasnt too happy about me asking for my only set of clothing. There isnt much food after 8pm either. Everywhere closes we ended up with fast food in a place full of restaurants. This hotel is great. I will stay here if i cross paths with port maquarie again.

A great unit and facilities in a great location.

2 bedroom unit

We had to attend a funeral in Port Macqaurie,we chose Port Pacific,for 4 adults,it was great for us as there was 2 bathrooms,a kitchens,which we only use plates and cutlery ,but they were more cooking things to use if you needed,plus a microwave,it was very clean,lovely fresh linen,yes i would stay there again and recommend it to others

Great for kids, but gym equipment was a bit run down.

Everything was great but the bed was not very comfortable which gave me husband a very sore back

Location was convenient, walking distance to everywhere. Property itself was clean but very noisy sliding door and wi dows need to be double glazed to block out noise from main street so didnt sleep very well.

Good location- massive rooms. Gyms needs some work and there were a few Reno’s going on in other areas as it’s winter.

Close to everything we needed

Wow we were blown away by the quality of this little gem. We booked an overnight stay for our trip to QLD and this was so beautiful that we changed our plans from leaving early to leaving after the amazing Pancake/bacon/egg brekky! Wish we could've stayed longer. The staff were so friendly. We felt right at home.

Our family had an amazing stay. Location is perfect no need to drive, park, play and stroll to restaurants or shopping across the road. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. So many great facilities, you can do as much or as little and just relax by the pool. The spa and sauna was great after a long drive, fun games room we all played table tennis, pool tables & pinball machines. Definitely saved this property for another stay end of the year.

This property is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Room was very spacious and amenities were amazing. Staff were very friendly. Walking distance to the break wall, beach, cafes, and shops. Port Central straight across the road.

Great place to stay, very central. Very comfortable, plenty of room. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, great for 2 couples travelling together. A laundry on each floor was very handy. Would highly recommend

Lovely staff, close to shops and restaurants. Apartment was comfortable. The pool was undergoing renovation - it would have been good to know this prior to arriving as the kids were keen. Car park was a bit to figure out (have to enter and exit using the right lane which was odd).

The perfect stay for a family! The apartment was clean, bright, modern and full stocked with everything you’d need. Parking is plentiful, but we didn’t use our car as it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the foreshore area and beyond. Couldn’t fault it! It was a shame the swimming pools were shut for renovations but no big deal - we will be back in warmer weather to enjoy! Can’t wait to come back and stay again, won’t need to stay anywhere else in Port Macquarie.

In a perfect spot to be able to walk to everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at Port Pacific. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. The gym could do with an upgrade with some additional lighter weights. The resort is close to some great restaurants, beaches and shops. Would definately reccomend staying here.

Jack hammering going on all day during our stay, made it unbearable to use the room and no one let us know before hand that this would be the case, very disappointing stay

The condition of the property is old, it looks like you walked into the 80s, the bird is quit noise during the night.

While a great stay and location, I found the bed too soft and smalll, when there is room for a bigger bed. I also found it to be noisy at night with traffic noise

The room was very clean and tidy. The furniture seemed almost new. Beds were comfortable. There were no USB chargeable points anywhere in the two bedroom apartment. I was, however baffled that I had to put out my rubbish and wash dishes and dry or dishes and put them away. Otherwise I’d be charge an additional $50. For the price we paid for the hotel room, we found this excessive. The demanding permanent plaque on the kitchen wall was unwelcoming. Our room was next to the bin disposal/ shute, so we enjoyed an orchestra of rubbish down the shoot.

We really enjoyed our stay, there being every utensil we required for preparing and eating in. We ate out every second evening, with fave find being Stick Bar just around the corner. Comfortable bed, lovely views facing north. Easy, close walk to Richies IGA. Lots of good walks and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend.

The property is in really close proximity to all that Port Mac has to offer. There are also plenty of amenities within the resort, including outdoor pool & jacuzzi, gym and games room. Parking was easy (even thogh we have a big 4WD) - with above & below ground parking available. The room was a really good size, with plenty of space in the lounge / dining room a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & fridge, giving you plenty of options to cook your own food or get takeaway. The property is very secure with a security fob required to access lifts and main doors are closed at night (fob access to guests). Staff were friendly and ready to assist. On the down side, the bed was possibily the least comforable I have ever slept in! When I sat on it. it felt like I was sinking into the floor below!!!! The lounge seats were equally soft & uncomfotable. The room (ocean side), was also a bit noisy due to traffic outside, making it quite difficult to sleep. I would still recommend this resort as it has a lot going for it, but they really need to get new mattresses & seat cushions.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment with water view. Absolutely stunning! We wish we stayed longer. We love and appreciated how the room was so spacious. We found the kitchen almost fully equipped for our cooking needs (just needed an oven), felt so homey. The hotel facilities were fantastic, they had areas for families and areas for adults. Worth the stay

We loved our stay at Port Pacific. The rooms are well set up with modern amenities & everything you need. We were in a 1 Br apartment. Close to everything in the town centre. Heaps of coffee shops and great restaurants with a variety of international cuisines to choose from and a couple of gelati/icecreameries. The town centre is fantadtic. Pedestrian friendly & no traffic lights. Very little through traffic. Good infrastructure along the Hastings River for a relaxing walk with great signage. A special rock wall with individual artistic flair that goes all the way along. Beautiful parks and even the council bins are santised every morning. The council hsaas done it's job at Port Macquarie. Clean, tidy and a beautiful relaxing ambiance. Will be back.
