Great couples stay in Florence

Very nice hotel! We love Florence and this hotel was a bit of luxury for us on an anniversary trip. Staff (especially Olga and Tatiana) could not be more helpful and the facilities, even though this is a limited room hotel, were first class.

The hotel was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel offers many amenities including breakfast and a happy hour.

It is very convenience to everywhere. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was staying at the first level, very noisy.

The hotel is next to the Ponte Vecchio and close to the Duomo and Uffizi gallery. It is in the ZTL area, so the hotel offers a parking garage for €20/day and registers the vehicle for the guests who drive here. The hotel is noisy due to the traffic. There is no way to turn off the AC so the fan keeps blowing cold air. We had to open the windows to let in the fresh air, but the cars driving by is very loud late into the night. We were on the 2nd floor, but the walls of the buildings trapped the noise and amplified it. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is standard affair. There are dining options nearby, and the hotel location is perfect.

Loved our room with its separate sitting area. We had breakfast included and enjoyed the variety of sweet and savory baked goods, meats, cheeses, and more. The staff were very pleasant. I liked being across the river from the major sites, in a quieter area that still offered great access to everything you could need.

Very quaint property with very friendly, helpful staff. Nice little rooftop terrace to enjoy your welcome drink and take some nice photos. Rooms were a bit small.

Overall loved this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, clean and a comfortable bed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the bathroom. Not sure who thinks clear glass and a view of the toilet and shower from the bed is something people want. They need to change this. Otherwise wonderful place to stay.

The location is perfect for walking to all major landmarks in Florence. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We never tried the breakfast nor used the spa services. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on the top floor and the inside of the hotel because the sound of the street gets a bit loud in the morning.

My wife and I stayed at this property for three nights following five nights in Rome. The hotel could not be better located and is one block from the entrance to the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. The staff, Tatianna in particular, were energetic, friendly and helpful at every encounter to ensure our stay was exceptional. The Executive Suite room we had was very well appointed as the hotel has gone through a recent renovation. Excellent air conditioning, large bathroom, very comfortable bed and small kitchenette added to the experience. The add-on breakfast was plenty for our needs. The breakfast area is small, but the buffet was more than enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Bank Hotel weekend in Florence

Very warm and friendly welcoming hotel with brilliant staff on reception. The bed was super comfortable and the room immaculately clean and large. Each day there is a happy hour where canapés and wine/prosecco is offered. Minutes from the Ponte Vecchio but without the noise. I will stay here again when I return to Florence

The staff are very helpful and very friendly. They really do their best to make your experience a good one. Nothing is too much trouble, all staff go the extra mile, very impressed.

Amazing Florence Location, Strange Smell

Great location in the heart of Florence, steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and close proximity to all of the main attractions! The staff is so kind and accommodating and was super helpful and responsive as soon as we booked our reservation from afar. Our main concern was that there was a pretty strong scent as soon as you enter the hotel lobby, and also in our room, reminiscing of wet dog. We ended up canceling the second half of the stay to move a bit further out of the city into Tuscany to get to a place with some less people, a beautiful view and a pool.

One of the best places to stay in Florence

Great service. The staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to insure we were happy had everything we needed. Superb location, walkable to everything without being in the center of Florence’s busy tourist areas. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, caring and very convenient place to stay in Florence.

The front desk staff is amazing!! Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they try their best to assist you and make your stay memorable. The property is very convenient located, main attractions are walkable distance, the room and beds very comfortable.

This hotel was a great location right off the Ponte Vecchio bridge so everything was within walking distance. The rooms were great and the bed very comfortable but what made the stay the best were the exceptional staff who were so friendly and helpful!! We will definitely stay here again if visiting Florence.

Amazing hotel!

This boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful! Amazing location, cold AC, incredibly comfy beds, huge and modern bathroom, free breakfast and appertivo, and a convenient spa. We truly enjoyed our stay here! The best part was the attentive staff who reached out before our stay and helped us throughout- giving restaurant recommendations as well as booking reservations and tours for us. Special shout out to Adriano and Olga, two amazing staff members who assisted us during our trip.

Simply the best

We stayed here for a small family wedding. The staff were so helpful and truly contributed to making the wedding and the trip an amazing experience for everyone. You will not find friendlier or more helpful staff anywhere in Europe. They took care of everything including complicated laundry tasks, shopping recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation. The spa was a relaxing treat after long days of travel and the rooms provided plenty of space to unwind. The location is close to everything while being away from the main tourist area. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to stay here again sometime soon.

Wonderful chic hotel in a terrific area. The suite room was roomy, well appointed, clean & very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and made our stay extra special. Great area for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and wandering. It's a very special hotel !!!

We absolutely loved the location! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street. Staff were amazing and very friendly with each encounter. Our room was spacious and quite comfortable.

Loved staying at this hotel, decided to extend my stay by an extra day and will absolutely stay here whenever I return to Florence. The hotel is very conveniently located and kept in great condition. The place was very clean, the WiFi was super reliable and they also provide you with a cell phone to use during your stay at no additional cost. The staff also goes above and beyond to help with all of your needs. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay! We cannot say enough good things about our experience. Staff was extremely helpful with supporting us during our honeymoon providing cafes, dinner reservations, and navigating city. They even booked us a private driver to the country side with stops in Siena and San Gimignano, as well as made us lunch reservations at winery. We will definitely be back to Florence and stay here again!

The staff was great. Location perfect. AC not really cool even if you put it at minimum. The door in the bathroom is completly clear wich it make it very uncomfortable. From the bed you can see the toilet. No to much channels in the TV. No even one in English.

So convenient.the staff were fantastic, thank you Tatania, Andrea and I think Georgia not sure but very helpful with sight seeing options including short driver tour options if you have any mobility limitations. Overall excellent apartment suites to book.

Excellent staff and property. Walkable to all things including the famous bridge, gardens and a wonderful neighborhood and restaurants on the side of the river if the property. Best family run restaurant for beef and pasta near hotel. Hotel staff ran a small but delicious continental breakfast, offered great dining recommendations which they booked for us, and booked all our tours and car services for us. We used the private spa for an hour and it was relaxing and for three for 80e it was a good value. Small, but clean and quiet. The room is very modern and has noise canceling windows. Huge bathroom and comfortable king bed. They made the couch into a nice sleeper for our 14 yr old. Two different rooms for sleeping which was nice. We even got our nails done in a shop down the street. So lunch shopping and gelato in Florence! Three day stay and took the train to Rome.

This pottery was very nice and located in the perfect location by Ponte Vecchio. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and my room was fantastic. I had a problem with a shower and they fixed it right away. The massage was also great. I recommend for a nice stay in Florence

This hotel accommodated us from the very beginning and made us feel very welcome. Our flights were 56 hours late and therefore we missed two days and they welcomed us as though we were there the first day. They did not charge us for the time missed, although they could have, so we were very grateful. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a more charming boutique hotel to stay in. Just lovely people. Hotel is very close to everything and a taxi is just a phone call away where required. I would definitely stay at this hotel anytime I come to Florence.

This place did not seem like a Hotel at all with a very small lobby area and even smaller breakfast area. No restaurant no bar to hang out at. The suite itself was fantastic. Brand new good bedding and large bathroom.

There is everything to like about this property. From the aesthetic to the luxury and unique appeal but the staff took it over the top! Annalisa and Tatiana were so friendly you truly felt like family. The elevator is unique. We were able to receive an upgrade as they had a larger room available and oh. my. goodness was it incredible! Can’t say enough good. Will be back Lord willing.

Location and staff are lovely, but we were on the ground floor and it was hard to sleep with all the street noise. Even with the windows and blinds and all shut, you regularly have trucks and taxis and whatever else and that kills the experience. The room is also very tired, so for the price, it was pretty poor.

I chose to stay here as I did in 2013. I didn’t want to stay anywhere else because it had been so luxurious,comfortable,and friendly before . Each room is a mix of elegance and modern sophistication kept superbly clean.My room had an all marble bathroom with an amazing walk-in shower.The professional staff makes you feel so welcome and truly listens to you . They are eager and extremely helpful with all of your needs. Also, they have many suggestions for activities and to make your stay smooth and seamless. Since my stay there in 2013, they have opened up a breakfast café section with a beautiful spread of anything you would desire for breakfast. The very gracious hostess of the café greets you every morning with a warm Bongiorno. The hotel is superior to any higher end hotel nearby. I would highly recommend staying here for the experience of the hotel and the wonderful location just a block or so from the Ponte Vecchio and near the Pitti Palace and several very nice restaurants.. A true delight.
