El dia que se hizo el check-in no me había registrado correctamente la compra realizada y no estaba identificado el pago del desayuno Bufet, luego de mostrar mi registro en linea lo adicionaron. El día sábado después de las 8pm, con mi hija de 5 años queriendo dormir, empezaron a hacer reparaciones en los pisos de abajo golpeando las paredes sin dejar descansar correctamente, me acerque a la recepción a notificar y pararon de hacerlo, sin embargo a las 4am iniciaron nuevamente a golpear las paredes despertándonos completamente, nuevamente me acerque a la recepción muy molesto con la situación y volvieron a parar. Tristemente no hubo ninguna acción de iniciativa de agradar al huésped ofreciéndome alguna remuneración. Al parecer no tienen un control correcto de su propio personal ni de sus instalaciones, que por cierto los desagües tanto del lavamanos como de la ducha del baño estaban tapados y el agua no fluía correctamente. Ojala el hotel realmente lea esto y tomen acción sobre la situación ya que no es barato como para que sucedan este tipo de cosas.

The Air Conditioning units may need some work, although weather humidity levels wasn't helping. Also there are ongoing renovations which makes construction noise understandable. Nevertheless, awesome people, very very friendly, always prompt to help, courteous, in sum the experience was excellent. I look forward to stay in same property again.

We have stayed in this location almost every other month. However, needs more supervision for the cleaning of some of the areas of the room. AC and Hot water worked fine. Watchout for the sudden step in the floor, easy to fall down for a senior or a kid.

Hotel very old and outdated, Windows A/C very old Amana,noisy and with almost all of directional flaps missing, bathroom very tight( less than 4 ft wide), bathtub rusty and with mold, carpet very old and stained,,,looks like a cheap Motel. Service and courtesy of employees is friendly and outstanding.

Best of both worlds but don't tell anyone! It's runned by Hilton Hotel

The people here are so kind and accommodating. Are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. We had the manager give us mimosas at breakfast the morning we were leaving and have a genuine conversation with us about the importance of serving their customers. They treat you like family here.

The suite has a lot of space in the kitchen and living room. The furniture looks old but I’m glad it was clean. I did like the bed, had a good rest and I appreciated having a clean bathroom although the amenities were super poor in quantity and quality. There weren't cold water just hot and with a tropical weather it was a bit disappointing not having it. Overall I think is a good property , staff was kind and nice.

The staffs are friendly and breakfast buffet is excellent. The staffs all extended their warm welcome to me and the family. I will definitely go back. Enrique and the buffet staffs all went above and beyond making sure our needs are met and also gave us free chocolates. Thank you.

What I did not like about my room, the air conditioner is old the vent tabs were broken and made a lot of noise. One important note: when booking a room, please ask if you room is in the hotel, mine was besides the motel not in the hotel. The view from my room was horrible, my view, below my window there was a big metal box an then the parking lot.

Attached to the hilton. All suites with two 50 Samsung smart tvs. Bathtooms were too small though. Plaza is dated. The budget friendly side of the Hilton. Wish free breakfast was included, its 21 dollars for the breakfast buffet. Staff were amazing though. The neighborhood is quite modern and safe. 24hr gym access. Definitely coming again

I always stayed there but this time the room had a smell and the worst thing there was no water so we left the hotel and hope i can get my money back

Everything was wonderful service was great. Security on the other hand not the great. The security staff are very rude and incompetent. They let people that are not staying in the hotel just walk in and use the facilities. And while me and my son were in the pool a man was taking pictures and masturbating. When I told security they just walk the guy out of the property. Both the employer and head of security were both very rude. Aside from that everything was wonderful

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel. The staff was courteous and responsive. The facility was clean although the Plaza suites side may need a little updating. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Lots of recreational area in the lobby to rest, I loved everything in general.

The only con was that it was confusing to get to plaza hotel room, other than that I recommend adding breakfast, because it was exceptional, the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. Can’t complain about the room size!

The property is adjacent to the Hilton Hotel and they share the common areas (pool, gym, reception, restaurant) which are very nice. They make nice pupusas. The hotel itself could use an upgrade. The rooms were clean but basic and tired looking. The price was reasonable, specially since you do have access to the other areas of the Hilton. My family stayed for 2 nights who’s was fine

DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were at the annex. Terrible. We found a cockroach and the air conditioner made a terrible noise (see pictures). The room had a stale smell. Very disappointed, expected more from a Hilton hotel. We definitely will not go back. Everything looked old and run down.

Check in using Expedia booking was painful they didn't have the booking " system" transferred over the guest reservation from expedia had to wait 10 to 15mins not sure if the employee wanted to leave or the system story was true...very disappointing

Everything was great!! We got there early and tried to do an early check in. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate us. We were not able to get an upgrade either. I requested a king bed but they didn't have it available. However, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.. The food was fantastic!!! And we also enjoyed the pool! Great customer service!!

Disappointing

Good location, comfortable bed and large room. However, aircon had failed on the first night and I wasn’t informed on check in. Bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen and not practical. Carpet was in poor condition and needed replacing. Staff didn’t know what they were doing re food - at one point I was told I couldn’t add my meal on to my room account, and I was asked to sign for breakfast when it is included, but not on every morning.

This is a terrible hotel… carpet was in really bad condition and bathroom had mold…. Really bad experience!

Some parts of the Hotel were under construction and were very noisy, but everything else was excellent.

Laundry room in bad condition and broke. Very noisy place to sleep, workers were working the entire night many times.

Check-in and check-out was easy. The staff were great and the property was wonderful. I went for a walk every morning around the grounds, I felt totally safe. I would highly recommend this property.

The condition of the suites is dated, but the suites are large and clean. Definitely needs remodeling, and we were told by the staff that it is in the works. We did have a few problems with the first suite we were given, but the excellent staff took care of us and ultimately moved us to an even bigger suite. I can't say enough about the super attentive staff at every level, which made our stay a pleasure even though the property needs some work. The breakfast buffet is excellent!

All employees extremely kindness the Restaurant Manager he was so diligent Jonathan i gues is. his name fronts desk, waiters, bell boy, cleaning employess excellent. My only complaint is the room , smells so old, and also the lighting too poor

This seems to be a busy 'destination' property with desireable space for weddings, large business meetings, and trade shows. I experienced all three during my stay. These events slightly inconvenience the paying guests because of constant changes to ingress and egress routes. The rooms show definite signs of wear, especially window treatments and bathroom fixtures. All the staff I interacted with handled themselves very professionally and made me feel like a vallued client. The hotel restaurant and room service is good if you don't want to go out. The restaurant has great servers and most of the food I sampled during my 2 week stay was better than average. They use a quality beef. I really enjoyed the bacon wrapped filets. The pool is small but attractive and enjoyable for a quck dip. The gym meets your basic away from home needs and the lounge with the pool table and big screen tv offers good diversion. Housekeeping was consistently good but different people service the room so if you tip, tip daily. The front desk is properly manned by multilingual people who will try to resolve any issue that would make your stay less enjoyable. The grounds are safe and well maintained. Even the parking lots and garages are well maintained. I had no trouble parking my rental car daily at no cost. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en El Salvador. Mismos beneficios de quedarse en Crowne Plaza, con la única diferencia que uno se hospeda en los cuartos antiguos, que si bien, son más grandes que los cuartos de la torre actual. Volvería a hospedarme allí. Las almohadas son altas, no tan cómodas. Y, puede ser un poco ruidoso el golpeteo de puertas fuera de cuarto. Pero el precio mucho mejor a habitaciones normales.

This is my second stay in Plaza Hotel and ill always come back because the employees make me feel in family, they are very polite , the areas are perfectly clean, nice and neat and the food are the best, for this and many other reason I’ll be there always. it’s my favorite place to stay!

GREAT LOCATION! if you want to be close to the city center but not TOO close to the city center this is a great option! Staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and kind. Suites are spacious and clean. Definitely a good bargain!

Loved the location, property and the staff. The front desk staff, restaurant manager and concierge were especially helpful given that I don’t speak Spanish. The grounds are beautiful but I stayed in the older suites section which were clean but need remodeling.

the hotel crew are really gentle and tries to help but the rooms conditions are awfull, a/c didn´t work, no power charguers (just at the bathroom) no telephone to call reception.......

Kindness, especially the people in charge of cleaning, those of the hotel taxis and especially a young lady called Yésica who is in front of any question very friendly. those of the good restaurant that I will tell you excellent
