Plenty of space, great service

Spacious, clean, quiet, good location for sightseeing and good value for money. Perfectly adequate for our one night stay.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment, with 2 adults and 5 children. Having one - small 2 seater lounge chair was very inconvenient for 7 people. The apartment furniture could use some updating, it was very old and dirty. Beds were comfortable, however lack of warm bedding in cold Canberra climate wasn’t ideal. Also be aware that there are heigh restrictions on the parking lot if you have a 4wd or large vehicle.

Only thing missing here is a lift when you are on the top floor

Good location and price for what you get.

A pretty average experience staying at Pinnacle as a of 4. Whilst there are good aspects of the property (namely it's location), the room felt a little run down and we won't be rushing back. Pros: - location is super close to restaurant precinct which has some really great options (Penny University cafe is phenomenal) - rooms are spacious, a 2br apartment was plenty of space for a family - plenty of secure undercover parking Cons: - our apartment was not very clean on check in; drinking glasses had grime in them, the dishwasher smelled putrid and there was a few dirty items in there, whole place was stale smelling - fly screen on balcony in need of repair, not safe with small children - there was a weird sewerage smell emitted from the bathroom/toilet late in the day - they charge $20 per night for a cot ($10-15 is pretty standard but this seemed ridiculous) - the parking spaces are tiny, it was virtually impossible to get children in and out of carseats if someone was parked next to you Would recommend if you are staying with children to request a room away from the main driveway. The noise of people coming and going was quite disruptive in the evenings.

Great location in between Manuka and Kingston villages (closer to Kingston), walking distance to both and to Manuka oval. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable accomodation, very neat and clean. Great communication and very easy to deal with. A lovely short-term stay.

Great place to stay everything you could need is provided with the exception of fly spray and a comfortable mattress. Mattress was WAY TOO soft, lumpy, old. Please replace the mattresses and this place would be 5 star. Thank you

Location

Conveniently located in the middle of a lot of popular tourist places. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick with any needs. 3 bedroom, 2 story unit was big enough for a family of 5.(2A, 3C) All amenities were available. Issues were: they need to improve on cleaning. Need to sort out noise. Can hear EVERYTHING in the units around.

The property is in quiet area, easy to drive around and close to the city attractions. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Need a lift

Goo place to stay with a family

Check-in was a breeze thanks to Nathan who was very helpful. We love staying at Pinnacle apartments. Very comfortable, clean and an extremely good location close to all that Canberra has to offer. Good secure onsite parking and I noticed they have 2 EV charges. We love Manuka and Kingston for eating out and Pinnacle is perfectly located for this. We highly recommend Pinnacle Apartments for a nice, quiet, safe and convenient location when in Canberra.

All the equipment in your house can be found here. A washing machine and dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped for the room.Nfortunately, the range hood is not powerful enough.so you need to open a window that to get rid the smell of cooking oil. According to my experience, in many hotels in Australia, you can hear outside sounds or the sound of shower water in the near room. And the same is true here. Thanks for the very spacious and comfortable room. Let me who doesn't like to go out, to spend a leisurely vacation here.

Welcoming and comfy.

Very friendly welcome at reception. Free upgrade gave us plenty of room. Very comfy bed after a big day traveling. Everything we needed in the apartment. Will definitely return.

The arrangements in the property made our stay, safe and comfortable. We liked the location as it was very close to amenities such as restaurants and bus stops. Also the property was pretty neat and clean.

Very happy, I wanted to sight see in Canberra and this is very centrally located. Everything within about 15 minutes. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Wifi was also good quality.

A lovely spacious apartment that was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Really close to old Kingston shops, Supabarn and cafes. Very convenient and pleasant location. As a solo female traveler, it felt very safe. Would highly recommend.

Great Location, friendly staff

Great venue only problem we had was that we couldn't regulate the air conditioner but we didnt follow up with office as it was ok. Heater was also supplied. All other aspects excellent and we will stay there again without a doubt.

Kitchen was a little outdated but beds and bathrooms were great.

Great, no, awesome neighbourhood in terms of eating out options and groceries. Clean apartment. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and a coffee capsule machine. You can walk to the train station if you're taking the train to/from Sydney and there's buses every half hour or better to get to the city centre. You can also rent a couple of bikes from reception. Or it's a short drive to most places you'd want to go to in Canberra as a visitor. Decently priced given the location and neighbourhood, especially if you're travelling as a group. Just lacking in attention to details in design and maintenance but nothing major - nitpicking, really - e.g. Lack of bug strips or seals between the glass doors and flyscreen doors on the balconies, the wrong sized flyscreen doors being installed for their respective glass doors, some cosmetic damage to gyprock and paintwork that could've been prevented through the installation of doorstops. Again, nitpicking.

Terrific service for a very comfortable and well appointed stay. Local village in Kingston short walk away. Easy location for walking. Pool was great to have during hot days. Will recommend to friends without hesitation. Than you

Great apartment, clean, very comfortable (except for the sofa which wasn’t comfortable), convenient and spacious. Great heated pool and convenient parking.

Very clean. The WIFI was terrible and there is almost no Optus reception so that was a problem. The single beds were really only big enough for children or short and very small adults. Good location.

Good area for our needs

Property was well suited for our 2 night stay. Very roomy and well stocked kitchen. A fan in the bedroom would be nice addition.

Best Location, Facilities and amazing staff

Its amazing, the location, the facilities are clean, well maintained and overall good. The staff are very friendly and Nathan from Reception is awesome. One thing though, the mattress are very close to retirement, at least in the room we stayed.

Parking excellent

Fantastic location. Staff were lovely. Only negative is the 5 flights of stairs to get to the 3 bedroom apartment. Thankfully we had the help of 2 other younger guests, who carried our bags up!

Convenient location and easy check-in. Our room was on the road and while comfortable, the bedrooms were a little noisy into the evening. The listing says there is free on-site parking however after completing the non-refundable booking, they send an SMS stating that 'parking is limited and subject to availability'. There is a chance you won't get a space... it's actually first in, first served. This is important to know prior to booking.

We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Apartments. Fresh and clean apartment with comfy beds and had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay.

Great apartments situated minutes walk from Kingston shops, having extensive cafes and restaurants! Great secure gated parking at the property. Apartments have updated bathroom with great water pressure and ample hot water. Given these are apartments, many families stay here. Top floor apartments are not accessible by lifts. Overall a great stay!

Beware the hot water system if you are staying as a group of 4. Split the showers

The two bedroom apartment only had one bathroom & toilet. The description did infer there was bathrooms not bathroom. The lounge was like sitting on a concrete park bench it was that uncomfortable. We had 4 staying and there was only one small bar of soap and no liquid hand-wash. Importantly the room was clean and the bed was good.

Terrible communication Re the stairs and elderly.

Booked on the day we were staying f whilst we were travelling. Called as I noted there were stairs in the photo. Asked if there was a bathroom on main floor. Was advised there was along with a bedroom. I commented good, as I am travelling with elderly parents and stairs are an issue. Arrive and ask about disabled parking to be told there is none and they have to climb two flights of stairs to get to the front door and it is non refundable. Why in earth did the person I asked about bathroom location tell me that?! Especially given I provided context about parents having difficulty with stairs. My poor parents were in a great deal of pain by the end of our stay. Yes there are stairs, yes the internal ones are obvious. I called to clarify if there was a bed and bath able to access without going up the stairs and was told yes there was.

Narrow steps.

Comfortable clean and warm aircon on arrival so toasty and warm. Friendly staff Beds comfy Shower perfect. Great location.

We didn’t spend a lot of time there unfortunately because my wife was admitted to hospital and we didn’t get back until after 1.30am. Very clean and awesome bed!

We really enjoyed our stay

Really good location, although the hotel is getting a bit aged, it is very practical and everything works. Outdoor pool was heated which was a nice added bonus

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Lovely clean apartment, the staff were pleasant and helpful and it was easy to get to the cbd. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. I have nut allergies and the complementary biscuits provided at the coffee station were nut free which was very considerate and inclusive :) Couldn’t be happier!

So clean, comfortable and the small things like washing liquid for the machine and coffee pods left for us makes the stay even better. Great area and facilities a great walk away. We can’t wait to stay again!

The carpark was a little squeezy, especially for a larger car. Felt very secure (almost too secure knowing that there was only one way out for all those guests in an emergency) with all other gates padlocked. Kitchen was nicely appointed (could have done with another fork or two!). Overall was a lovely place to stay, staff were friendly and location was perfect.

Apartment was quite spacious and really well set up for our young family - heaters, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Location was great - a supermarket was nearby, good restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

We found the condition of the apartment to be excellent. Good amenities, kitchen was excellent and modern, and the fact that it was serviced on alternate days was an excellent surprise. We will be back for sure.

Clean enough but I wouldn't say very clean judging by the colour of my toddler's socks and infant's pants knees after crawling around on the carpet. No shower gel provided or hand wash for washing hands, we got a single bar of soap which we had to share between the shower and bathroom sink. Nothing for the kitchen sink. Especially during these covid times this was disappointing. You would think there would be at least a bar of soap at every sink with no hand wash provided. I also cancelled and rebooked late after a sudden change of plans. The first time I booked I was told a cot would be provided as requested. The second time I booked last minute so I suppose it was understandable that there was no cot when we arrived. However, I was then told it would cost $20 a night which wasn't communicated the first time I requested it which was again disappointing. The location was good with an easy walk to the shops. Also a decently large apartment. However, given the amount we paid for one night I would expect a bar of soap at every sink, the shower and a cot at no additional cost.

The 3 bedroom apartment is fantastic for a family of 5. Kids loved the upstairs area just for them. Property was clean & easy to find. Great location, close to restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the garbage truck before 6am right under the bedroom window on a public holiday. Maybe think about moving the big bins out to the street on bin nights. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were fine and clean. The area suited our purpose for a family wedding .
