original pensjonat, friendly people, good breakfast

We loved that the inside of this hotel was made of all wood, it felt traditionally and very cozy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and each room has a balcony to enjoy the evening views. They also have a restaurant on site with excellent food.

The hotel itself was nice enough, though the beds were hard. When we arrived, we were greeted with a piece of paper that was in Polish, so we didn't understand it, but the woman pointed insistently to the 10 PLN sign (we must have owed more than we paid Expedia by credit card). The worst was that they didn't bother to tell us that the only road into the hotel (a muddy, gravel road) was being worked on and we were trapped for ALL DAY!!!! They could have told us and we would have parked further up on the road. If English was the issue, they could have emailed and we could have translated it. When asked why they didn't tell us, the gentleman the next morning just shrugged his shoulders (in his defense, my Polish is minimal as is his English). Since it poured rain all day, we pretty much lost a day of our vacation.

Nice friendly Pensjonat

Very nice friendly staff. Nice location east access to Zakopane and surrounding attractions. I would recommend this place. Good value.

A bit cheeky that you had to pay extra for sauna as well as jacuzzi that didn't work.

gorgeous hotel in an overly crowded area

We loved the hotel. On the other hand we weren't so happy with Zakopane. The area is way too crowded and one didn't want to leave the hotel. Only negative about the hotel is turning off the main road onto the small road that the hotel is on. A very dangerous blind curve.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but very hard to find! Room too small, wouldn't recommend if like comfort. Very nice staff, tasty breakfast.

Lovely family hotel.

Used as a two night stay on a European road trip. Great hotel with lovely gardens and friendly staff. Easy free parking. A drive or bus ride from the centre of Zakopane. Not easy to park in Zakopane itself.

Good hotel ,great value for money .

Wonderful staff, good food clean anf friendly staff Booked a room with a balcony and view but all we had was a old wooden shed . Dont get in room 9. Great sauna and great value a must for everyone .

Super service from hotel staff. Nice quiet location, but still close to everything.

Fantastic spot

Location a little bit out of town, but that makes it perfect quiet spot. Taxi or buses are very cheap,so if you want to find some relaxing spot here it is. Rooms clean, spacious and tidy. Nice breakfast buffet and fantastic dinner. We stayed 4 nights and had each night something different. You can hire jacuzzi and sauna. There is also great garden at the back of the building,where you can have a fire place or barbeque. All staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. We will be back!

Ski trip

Went to zakopane for a ski trip. The venue was nice. Comfort cabin cottage feel. Wood work throughout the hotel.

FAntastic affordable ski adn historic town

Three days in Zacopane fantastic mountain views interesting historic town some good skying after peak season . good to be out of centre of town and local busses are cheap regular and friendly. Really recommend getting a good map from the start as ski options scattered.

Basic room, 5 min drive from Zakopane center. Spa is a big plus!

great hotel

Perfect hotel which is more than comfatable. Wooden style rooms, with en suite bathroom. Mini fridge and TV in room too. Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet as well. A short bus ride takes you into zakopane.

Nice chalet, but not perfect...

Very nice chalet, rooms was clean. But limited choice at the breakfast buffet, unless you like meat and cheese. Staff doesnt speak English except for "moment please" so you are on your own for directions and advises. Wifi terrible as per Polish standards... LOUD DOGS BARK ALL NIGHT!!! Every thing was still ok until that last point, you just cant have a full uninterrupter night because of those dogs, very annoying. Finally be aware this place is nice except for the neighbours dogs but its a good 50 minutes walk to Zakopane center so keep that in mind.

Etablissement charmant, malheureusement, les chambres sont situés en sous-toit et ne sont pas équipées de climatisation . Il convient d'avantage de réserver un séjour en période hivernale qu'en période estivale .

Hotel in etwas abgelegener, dank Bus aber gut angebundener Lage. Sehr guter, neuwertiger Zustand. Toller Fruehstuecksservice. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

On the way to Morskie Oko

Very nice room in Zakopane mountain stile. Nice bathroom too. The breakfast was overal good but there was not much choice of sweet, one type of marmelade only. A nice brochure with local info is available if you find it yourself (it was not offered to us). Free parking space. The reception does not speak any English whatsoever. Not possible to communicate basic things, impossible to get info on sauna and other services/touristic info. It is not easy to find the place due to the lack of signs on the main street. The street leading there is in a terrible shape.

Immer wieder gern!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal mit unseren Hunden in dem Hotel und würden es immer wieder buchen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter, Frühstück und Sauberkeit sind top. Der Stil des Hotels ist absolut gemütlich und zur Umgebung passend eingerichtet. Hunde werden dort gerne gesehen und haben im Gartenbereich sehr viel Platz zum Toben. Es gibt unserer Meinung, wirklich nichts negatives zu berichten.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Pension

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche über Silvester mit vier Paaren. Leider hatten wir wenig Schnee, haben aber prima Alternativen und Tipps von hilfsbereiten Personal und Chef bekommen. Letzterer stand uns mit Rat und Tat sowie super Deutsch in Notsituationen zur Seite (Morgens das Auto fit bekommen). Das Frühstück und die für deutsche Verhältnisse günstige Küche waren sehr lecker. Die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Angebot der Gartenhütte mit Grill/Kamin haben wir genutzt und einen wunderbaren Silvesterabend verbracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fräscht pensionat men otrevlig personal

Mycket trevligt pensionat men vissa i personalen var oerhört otrevliga, medan andra var mycket trevliga. Nyrenoverat och fräscht. Restaurangen enbart öppen på kvällen och mat bör förbokas. Trevligt litet spa med jacuzzi och bastu mot extra avgift.

Nice, a little far, no English

My score would be 8.0 (from 1 to 10). ADVANTAGES: new facilities, clean, iluminated and big room (we were 4 people and stayed at the top), breakfast included, kind staff, optional Jacuzzi and Sauna (additional fee) DISADVANTAGES: no one speak english at the hotel. 3km distance from nearest sky center (is ok if you drive a car, imposible to arrive there walking, just by car). Only cold breakfast: ham, cheese, bread, jam, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and if you are lucky egg ;)

Hej, Perfekt hotell för de som gillar skidåkning på vintern. Härlig natur. Bra frukost och fina rum. Tyvärr pratar man ingen engelska bland personlen och det var svårt att göra sig förstådd. Svår infar från huvudvägen till hotellet

Отличный отель, одно не очень понравилось, что нет выбора еды на ужин по меню. Только то, что они заранее приготовили. Впрочем, для не большого отеля это не критично. И в самом городе ресторанов хватает.

Świetna obsługa, bardzo smaczne jedzenie, doskonałe warunki - czysto, ciepło, bardzo przytulnie. Rodzice byli naprawdę zachwyceni po powrocie :) serdecznie polecamy wszystkim pensjonat "u Ani" :)

Читали по отзывам,что хороший отель и все рядом. Удобство ноль!до ближайшего оживленного места только на машине,не удобно очень на такси больше выйдет! Все хвалили еду,30 злотых за ужин:суп укропник,тефтели и пюре со свекольным салатом супер. завтраки кошмар! Воды нет, сока нет, чай дешевый в пакетах, кофе растворимый. В один день были сосиски,во второй ничего!НЕ ДОКЛАДЫВАЛИ! экономе средой и удобством по нулям и я б не советовала больше!

voller Luxus in wunderschöner Gegend

Das Pensionat liegt etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt und ist ruhig. Trotzdem ist man schnell im Ort. Die Einrichtung ist wie neu und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit frischen Brötchen.

Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni. W hotelu było bardzo przyjemnie i przytulnie. Miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania.Wygodne łóżka, ładne pokoje.Cisza spokój na uboczu centrum :) Ogólnie super ! :)

Tolle Übernachtung, inkl. Service

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, doch würden jederzeit dort wieder eine längere Verweildauer buchen. Die Zimmer, vor allen das Doppelbett, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Betreiber gehen sofort auf Nachfragen ein und das Frühstück ist ausreichend und schmackhaft. Von dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis waren wir sehr angetan.
