Not a safe area

Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. Otherwise perfecto :)

Was cheap but its above a small cafe, in a very downmarket area with difficult to find parking and not a safe area, especially 4 any young women. Long way from barcelona too Room very basic but clean, v cheap firm matress and small shared showers.

The address is not In Barcelona like it was said on the website very disappointing In that aspect and the rooms did not look as nice as in the picture but it wasn’t horrible looking if that makes sense it looked old but very very clean 15 min walk to the metro

It was terrible. The staff spoke no English but, were inferring when I come again to Spain to stay there. I never would. I had no privacy, on the days I wanted to hang around the area and stay in the room, I couldn’t without having the door opened on me several times by staff including the manager, once while I was sleeping in. There was no way for me to put a sign to not disturb and even when I said no service they insisted on barging in. The front check in man, Lesardo was very unwelcoming. He did his job but, I asked for check out on Saturday twice. He instead did not check me out and when I asked again what time it would be when I was leaving Saturday, he chose not to check me out. I asked the manager for a confirmation email that same Saturday morning when I gave back my key, they didn’t. I instead had to contact Expedia regarding this part of the situation in order to expedite them and even they are ignoring Expedia. There was no amenities, aside from a towel, two simple bottles of body wash and shampoo. No trash cans in the room, the walls are not sound proof as they advertise and my last night there, I had to listen to someone basically yelling his morning prayer which abruptly woke me at 4 AM when I already had to be up at 6AM. They charge you for water, even as a guest, no food stipon for their breakfast, no clean rooms, even they say no smoking but, the room wreaked of tobacco smoke from prior guest. It was all around a poor hotel. Never staying again.

the family and restaurant were nice. The pension is a 30min train ride or 83euro cab ride away from Barcelona Center--too far. I was disappointed that the family were not willing to refund even part of our payment, although we left after 2 of a paid-for 9 nights.

The owner was very nice and the hotel was clean and the amenities comfy

Family owned and so very friendly and accommodating! Food was Excellent!!! Great portions too! Owners are just awesome!!! We were treated so very well!!!

Great staff

The staff here were very nice and helpful. They googled directions for me on how to get to different places and went out of their way to help make sure I got where I needed to go. It was very clean and comfortable. I am very happy with my stay here.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gracias a las personas que nos atendieron el restaurante de lo mejor que eh probado, gracias por hacer nuestra experiencia tan placentera, nos sentimos como en casa, si algún día vuelvo por Barcelona fijo me volveré a hospedar aquí. Observación importante solo nos quedamos dos noches y nos hicieron limpieza en la habitación eso se agradece mucho.

O quarto individual era pequeno e o ar não circulava. Não consegui dormir pelo calor, mesmo com a janela aberta e com uma camisa úmida no corpo. Impossível. Os banheiros compartilhados são bastante pequenos, também, mas estavam limpos. Os funcionários foram muito receptivos e agradáveis todo o tempo e a localização é boa, em uma cidade tranquila e fácil de estacionar, mas perto do litoral

Ich hatte extra ein Doppelzimmer gebucht obwohl ich allein war, aber dieses Zimmer sollte ein eigenes Bad haben. War leider nicht so ! Das Gemeinschaftsbad war am Ende des Flurs. Es hatte keine Haupttür. Der Geruch von Bad und Toilette war auf dem ganzen Flur zu riechen und zog sogar in das Zimmer. Zum Glück war ich da nur eine Nacht ! Parkplatz finden ist Glückssache, da es mitten im Zentrum ist in einer Gasse von vielen.

El personal muy amable La limpieza de la habitación perfecta Los lavabos regulares a nivel limpieza El ruido de la habitación de al lado se escuchaba, porque al señor que estaba allí se le ocurrió que tenía que estar con la puerta abierta toda la noche. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Bastante bien para pasar 1 noche, con respecto calidad precio, la cama mejorable, y el aire también, pero sirve, acogedor y con todo lo necesario

Arriver un dimanche n’est pas très pratique à cause du marché, l’entrée de l’hôtel est très compliquée à trouver. Séjour seulement d’une nuit, nuit difficile car la rue est bruyante la nuit et tres tot le matin.

Muy buen servicio por parte del personal. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El baño compartido limpio al principio de la tarde, pero con el uso de los demás clientes por la noche un poco sucio.

Camas pequeñísimas, l habitación olía a tubería, el baño era compartido vale....pero super sucio no tiene escusa y encima con todo esto 38 € y aesta bien.

HORREUR ARNAQUE

Nous avions pris 2 chambres et 2 nuits dans cet hôtel mais nous sommes arrivé au milieu d un quartier populaire, sans parking alors que c est indiqué sur le descriptif de l hôtel. Mes filles ont eu tellement peur qu elles sont allé dormir chez des amis. Nous souhaiterions le remboursement d'une chambre que nous avons pas occupé. Le patron qui n a voulu rien savoir il nous a tous simplement dit de voir avec hotel.com. Les sanitaires était à rafraîchir robinet cassé porte qui ne ferme pas, poubelle cassé tâche de sang sur la porte... J espère qu hôtel.com va procéder au remboursement de notre chambre.

Sprache nur spanisch, kaum englisch Kenntnisse. Sanitäre Anlage sehr mangelhaft. Abgewirtschaftet, Dusche läuft kaum ab, Wasserhahn kaum nutzbar. Schlösser der Türen schwer gangbar.

Um show de horror

Uma verdadeira espelunca, muitoooo longe...fui ate la e nao tive coragem de ficar com meu filho, so perdi tempo e dinheiro Como tinha que avaliar todos os itens coloquei neutro para a maioria, pois nem entrei para avaliar

En plein milieu d'un quartier populaire, restaurant en rdc, impossible de dormir trop bruit, on dirait le souk, pas de place pour garer la voitures, lieu pas très sécurisé pour laisser la voiture loin de la pension, à éviter à éviter à éviter, hôtels. Com, doivent même pas proposer ce type d'hôtel à ses clients, en tout cas c est ma dernière réservation avec hôtels. Com ils se sont montrés non professionnel.

Estuve en un hostel en Barcelona donde he pagado mas caro, y no estaba limpio como este. Limpio, personal agradable, tenía toalla, jabón. Lo recomiendo!
