It has lift, elevator, very important. Room average, reasonable clean. Share bathroom is not for me.

Basic Room, Clean. Friendly Vibe.

Wanted to visit santa barbra castell, and a few other places, Mushroom street, 5 guys, posteget Beach. Room was on Location, stayed for 4 days, trouble free. Very Well kept place, I was polite and respectful of others, as everyone was to me. Great for solo travelers.

hi not good would not stay again location was good had to ask 3 times for bath towe and shower had hold up while showering.

When we arrived at the property the lady was not aware of our arrival & told us she didn’t have our confirmation. We had to show our credit card statement showing money was taken & screenshot of email confirmation. Then the lady started preparing our room. We had to wait for more than an hour while our room was being prepared. Apparently there was no concern shown on this nor was there an apology. The room was ok, toilet was also clean. The owner was kind enough to book us a private transport to the airport for our 3am departure. The best part of the place is the location. It’s very central & if you only need to come at night to sleep then it’s good but don’t expect anything more.

Not the best

Firstly, there was no one in the building to check us in at the check in time. We were led to the wrong door (which was someones room and NOT the reception) We had to call 8 times before someone picked up the phone, who did not even speak English, so we had to struggle with the limited Spanish I know. An hour after the check in time, we finally got our key. The rooms are limited to 1 person only even though there are 2 beds, a double and a twin. The shared bathroom was quaint. The shower did not look very clean so we did not use it as we only stayed overnight anyway. The toilet had no towel to dry your hands and the door handle was broken. The reception is supposedly open from 10:30-10 but there was never anyone readily available to speak to. For a short trip like mine, it was fine and convenient as it’s right next to the main square and beach but I would not recommend staying here for a longer time.

Very basic with communal shower and toilet, it was a bed, not much more!

This place was so hard to find, especially by car. Once I decided to walk around and follow clues it was possible, but still confusing. Also, I put my luggage in the elevator (to be clever and not have to carry it up the stairs) and the elevator got stuck closed! HOWEVER, the staff/family running it were the kindest!!! The resolved my elevator problem quickly, and when I asked if there was a fridge to chill my water in, they brought an etire minifridge to my room!

Unpleasant experience

We arrived from airport with 2 kids at 22:45. Check-in time was marked from 15:00 to 23:00. It was the problem to get to the room. First to enter the building - it was locked. Then to find the pension (no good signs). Nobody was expecting us - no person at the reception desk, and we were confused and concerned if we got to correct place. I called twice to the number provided by Hotels.com. No response. Somebody finally woke up but directed us to the place one floor up. It was a different company there - Old Centre. We returned back to the second floor, and the lady nocked at the door to wake up the person responsible for checking us in. Finally! The place is very clean. Very convenient that the grocery shop and Cafe is on the ground floor of the same building. The beach is just across the road. The contingent is strange. One man was inviting to his room offering money. Later the second was coming with compliments . . . So we were terrified and happy that we booked that place just for 1 night.

Pésimo , horrible , sin palabras 5 días ahí nunca encendían aire acondicionado , nunca cambiaron toallas ni sábanas y ni hablar de la limpieza de cámara , las puertas de los baños sin nada de privacidad peor de lo peor

Excellent location. Very basic but cheap

Great location other than that a dump. Run down looking. Room description decieving. Didnt have own bathroom, Had to use communal one with a door falling off hinge and shower holder broken. had to hold shower head in one hand to get shower. Bed too small. feet literally hanging over side and walls paper thin so you could hear all noise outside.Comparable pensions nearby for same price and much better value.

Great location, Basic accommodation.

The Address given takes you to the front door but we couldn't get in! There is an intercom system that either wasn't working or wasn't being answered. Its appears to be a residential block and when inside you have to go up one flight of stairs. Reception is behind a closed door(number 2) so you have no idea you are in the correct place. At the property i was made aware that i had booked a shared bathroom(that was my fault as it was on the confirmation but i had missed it). I asked for an upgrade to a room with private bathroom and they duly obliged. The room was basic, no wardrobe(Room 7) so we had to live out of the suitcase. At the end of our stay we asked for a late check out which was refused, out of interest i looked on the Hotels.com site after we checked out at 11am and it was showing 4 rooms still available so that was frustrating. The lady at reception was very pleasant but had no understanding of English which made the smaller things very difficult. The location is perfect.

Ok. Rom. God betjenning med dårlige engelsk kunnskaper. Stedet føltes risikabelt ved evnt. brann fordi ytterdør måtte låses opp med vanskelig nøkkel. Super beliggenhet.

Veldig bra opphold, litt problematisk at betjeningen ikke snakker engelsk
