Decent place with a friendly manager. In a good spot with about 10-15 minute walk to both bus station and to main attractions of Old Town and beach area.

Great hospitality

We were so warmly greeted and given wonderful tips about how to explore San Sebastian

Perfect spot for two nights while exploring all that San Sebastián has to offer

Fantastic apartment ideally located for everything in San Sebastián. Short walk to bus and train station for easy access, just over the bridge from the old town and a 5 minute stroll from Zurriola beach. The district of Gros is perfect and this apartment is in the heart of that. A quiet side road so peaceful at night. The family room was spacious for 4 and nicely decorated. The staff (Paul and the kind lady on reception) were friendly and welcoming). The price seemed fair and we would recommend Pensión Aida without hesitation. Hope to return again!

Great location and the staff even taught us some Basque phrases to use during our trip.

Excellent stay

The Pension was very easy to find, travelling from the bus station. It is in an excellent location for the old town. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Everyone was friendly.

I had one of the best check in experiences ever here. Paul took the time to note popular sights and restaurants on a map and made me feel even more excited to explore this city. The walls are thin so it can be quite noisy at night but it was a great location - close to the bus station, old town, and gros neighbourhood.

Decent place to stay for your money in San Sebastián

Room was small, but fine for one person. Main issue was that it was very noisy- both because of the train nearby, but also from plumbing when other guests were running taps. But location was good (I imagine that the old town would have been noisier) and staff were very helpful. I also appreciated the coffee machine in reception.

Muy coqueta, limpia y cerca del centro. Te dan un código para entrar y salir del edificio y de la habitación. No hay que andar con llaves ni tarjetas. Repetiríamos si volvemos

Muy buena atencion.

La atencion telefonica previa con algunas dudas, la atención de Paul en recepcion y de la persona de limpieza que conocí fueron EXCELENTES. Mi habitacion muy comoda y perfecta. Tan solo me " Quejaria" Del armario un poco desvencijado.

Bom hotel, com boas instalações. Bem localizado, próximo a praia e ao centro da cidade. Atendimento muito cordial. Funcionários simpáticos e muito prestativos. Eu recomendo.

Todo perfecto,un poco de ruido el exterior or el tren

Le seul bémol c’est que la pension est à côté de la gare donc on entend les trains mais on y dort très bien

Bon emplacement, dommage qu’il est des fortes odeurs lorsqu’on ouvre les fenêtres et absences de parking, il faut compter 15 euros par jour en plus du tarif

Abbiamo dormito 4 notti a Natale e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera veniva rifatta ogni giorno. Parcheggio in Garage a 15 euro al giorno.

Localização é ótimo apartamento.

駅まで徒歩圏内。旧市街にも便利。宿泊施設周辺にもおしゃれなカフェやバルがたくさんある。サンセバスチャン空港からのタクシー運転手さんにもよく知られている宿泊施設で住所を示すまでもなく連れて行ってくれました。

Nice location

Great service and friendly staff. We had a very nice family room with a small kitchen - great place if you travel with kids. Location was super - in the city centre and few minutes from the nice beach. Staff helped with a discount code to a public parking garage. Only small discomfort was no built in air condition - just two big fans. But it worked ok and we would stay here again anytime.

Exceptionnel

Tout simplement parfait du début à la fin. Gina et Paul sont exceptionnels!!!! Aimables, accueillants, toujours le sourire. Ils connaissent le coin sur le bout des doigts et nous ont donné des supers conseils sur tout. Les chambres et studios sont très propres et fonctionnels. La pension est très bien placée. Quoi dire de plus à part que nous recommandons à 2000%, et que nous reviendrons dès que possible. Encore merci pour tout Gina et Paul. Agur!

Séjour très agréable pour 3 nuits à 4 dans le studio . Très bien situé . Nous avons garé la voiture au parking plaça catalinya non loin de là.

Pasamos un finde semana fantástico el alojamiento Aida es muy recomendable volveremos seguro. Nos atendió Paul una magnífica persona con un trato muy cercano.

Pensione migliore di alcuni hotel 3 stelle.

Personale accogliente e gentile, struttura a livello di hotel 3 stelle. Buona posizione, letti comodi e bagno funzionale. Utile la macchina per caffe e altre bevande calde visto che non si può fare colazione in struttura, comunque in zona ci sono molti bar, uno propio davanti alla struttura. Fermate autobus e treno nel raggio di 100 m. Il centro storico e la spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi in 10 min.

Pension Aida dice que no trabaja con Hoteles.com

soy cliente de Hoteles.com y es la primera vez quer tengo este problema. Llegue al hotel con la confirmación de la Hoteles.com y me dicen que Pension Aida no trabaja con Holetes.com que nunca trabajo, no me atendieron y me ofrecieron una habitación mas carga. Me senti estafado. Espero una respuesta de Hoteles.com

estancia perfecta

Pensión con muy buenas instalaciones. (Mejores que algunos hoteles y hostales) Habitaciones limpias, luminosas y modernizadas. En cuanto al personal, super amable. Nos dejaron una plaza de garaje cerca sin coste adicional y fueron muy simpáticos en general. La localización está muy bien, cerca de los puntos de interés. Si volviera a S.Sebastián, volvería a escoger esta pensión.
