Awesome location. Honest bar is so nice and comfortable in the winter. Loved our junior suite
A lovey property - staff exceptional
The property and the neighborhood were amazing and the staff was even better. However the free “drink” per day was two bottles of water and we were not given an upgrade for our room.
We stay there any time we are in Paris. Always delightful - quant and great staff
gorgeous hotel; gorgeous location. my go to in Paris
Charming hotel in the best area of Paris. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Pavillon de la Reine remains a hidden gem sited at the one of the most beautiful squares in Paris. The rooms aren’t particularly large or bright but they are distinctive and infused with a real charm. The fantastic and efficient staff make this property a standout in the competitive Paris hotel landscape.
Great location and staff. Rooms and bathrooms a bit dated.
Stayed for 5 nights. An excellent hotel with exceptionally friendly and professional staff, conveniently located in a desirable part of Paris. I appreciated the fine touches such as a box of macarons, beautiful flowers in a vase, and the daily supply of Evian water and refreshments. I will definitely return.
Staff was fabulous and breakfast was just what we needed.
So much good but the service****made it do wonderful. Bravo to the staff
This is my new favorite hotel in Paris and I will never stay anywhere else. The location on Place des Vosges is superb. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and read a book or have a meal. The room I got was impeccably decorated and the amenities - including box of macarons - were a very nice touch.
Excellent in every aspect.
Delightful Hotel
Just plain wonderful all around. This is the hotel you want to stay at when in Paris.
My favorite place in Paris
Absolutely lovely weekend stay with wonderful and helpful staff, spacious and well-appointed rooms. We loved it!
Beautiful hotel.
Absolute perfect location. Beautiful courtyard. Amazing food and the staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris
Hotel fit for a Queen (or King)
Pavillon deLa Reine is the former residence of Queen of England and that is how we were treated by an incredibly helpful staff. Located in the Place de Vosges near Le Marais is fabulous neighborhood. We had a room that overlooked an inner courtyard that was silent with the exception of a blackbird singing sweet songs in the night. Concierge scored tickets for us to concerts and museums....complementary umbrellas.... Whenever we come to Paris we will stay in Pavillon de La Reine
Perfect.
Beautiful small hotel in great location. Service is wonderful. Staff very attentive and eager to please. This was our third stay and we will be back.
Look no further as this hotel is absolutely spectacular! Absolutely beautiful setting. Conveniently placed to walk to lots of historic sites. The Anne restaurant is so special and we had the most fantastic gastronomic lunch. Would definitely be going back. Stunning!
Best place in Paris
Fabulous, wonderful stay! Highly recommended.
I will recommend this wonderful hotel to many friends and family. We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we entered the hotel, the level of service was above and beyond what I expected. We loved our rooms - beds, linens, size of room, decor - all superb. The location of the hotel, in a stunning courtyard, could not be better, just opposite Places de Vosges - stunning and very central. We hope to return soon.
Highly recommended
Amazing hotel highly recommended! We will return on our next trip to Paris! Well located, very quiet, super clean with a wonderful team!
Place des Vosges is a unique address in Paris, in the heart of the Marais. The Pavilion is also a unique building, historically and in its location within the Place des Vosges. A beautiful setting on a private courtyard the hotel offers a range of room/suite options, all well appointed and furnished. A good range of breakfast options is offered at convenient hours. An on-site restaurant dinner service is also available as are various spa treatments; we did not sample them, but likely up to the facility standards. Not inexpensive, but in our opinion well worth it.
The location in Place des Vosges is unbeatable, but the property is in desperate need of updates.
Rude receptionist, distasteful room decor, tired appearance of the hotel, limited and overpriced room service
All amazing except our particular room was dark and bed linens and towels were Not good quality, thin towels, rough sheets.
Paris’ best hotel for hip art, shops & bar scene
The mansion hotel, hidden just north of the Place does Vosges was a perfect base for a week in Paris. Many guest overheard in the library or lounge talked about multiple stays and generational family trips and use of the hotel. La Pavillon definitely has a special quality and connection to this ancient part of Paris. Romantic weekenders, film industry folks, honeymooners, grandparents and artists mixed easily at the casual, but elegant, breakfasts and happy hours. Most guests spoke French, but a fair share of English speakers (mostly US) were in the mix. Stylish, quiet, and well proportioned (unusual for Paris) rooms spread over several floors and courtyards of the mansion. Service was immediate, very personal, and efficient— bellmen and night porters, concierges (Merci, Arnaud!), front desk, bar staff and maintenance clearly enjoy their jobs and helping travelers. Merci toutes!
This is a two star hotel at best. Avoid unless you want to be disappointed. No room service, breakfast is like for cattle, air conditioning not working, etc.
A great choice
Consistent; elegant, friendly and well located.
Amazing property, location and service. Arnaud and Niles were super helpful in finding the right restaurant reservations and museums
Reception staff were great and very friendly. Service & Cleaning done to a high standard. Attention to detail was excellent. Room and bathroom were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. Close to most of the main sites, city centre etc. Fantastic hotel….I’ll definitely stay there again.
Wonderful property! The room, service, staff, food and grounds are all spectacular. Very impressive.
Stay here!
This is a beautiful slice of history right on the Place de Vosges. Highly recommend!
Loved the location. Beautiful place. Exceptional service
Staff were brilliant and the hotel was as lovely as ever.
Lovely hotel in a fabulous spot in Paris. Well run, and the staff is great. I’ll be back, for sure!
beautiful
very cozy and charming hotel with personal service / attention
Great hotel, fantastic location. Impeccable service
The ambience was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent but the space is limited and the library like seating was not too comfortable for dinner. The elevator was tiny (given the age and history of the building it’s understandable) and a bit tired looking. Breakfast coffee was excellent but I expected a little more variety. The bed was really comfortable. I would have liked a little brighter light level in the bedroom. The amenities like Kleenex and Nespresso coffee were not sufficiently replenished.
So charming and quiet - felt like you were in another time and not in the center of the Marais. Can't wait to come back!
We choose this place just from the pictures on their website. We went for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The staff decorated our room with rose petals and balloons. The hotel was clean, convenient to everything and had an excellent breakfast each morning. We cannot wait to return.
Lovely ambiance and very helpful and friendly staff.
Beautiful and charming property. Great location.
Best kept secret in Paris.
I loved everything about this hotel. Staff was responsive, food was great, fabulous room, great location. Absolutely stay here!!
My stay was pretty much perfect. The hotel is stunning, our room so comfortable and beautiful, the location jaw dropping, and the staff service was just amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive while not being overbearing. My only complaint is that now, after my stay, any other hotel I stay at will feel like a letdown! La Reine is truly cream of the crop.
beautiful hotel and professional, helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel was very charming. Service was excellent. I love the neighborhood. The room was just a little small.
Incredible stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Paris. It has incredible Parisian charm and is quiet despite being right in the heart of Le Marais. You have great shops and restaurants right at you doorstep. It’s an incredible hotel.
5 stars. This hotel is truly a dream.
Amazing hotel and location! We got upgraded to a beautiful Deluxe room and received a complimentary wine bottle as well as Alain Ducasse chocolate. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel felt very welcoming. The spa whilst small was very nice and the treatment was everything we hoped for.
PAVILLON de la Rein was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and service was top notch! The location is spectacular and located in the best Paris neighborhood. The hotel is set back in a courtyard mansion so it’s peaceful and relaxing after a busy day of activities. The rooms are beautifully updated with spacious modern bathrooms. The rooms are very quiet and very spacious for a hotel room, especially a Paris hotel room. We’re definitely coming back!
Superb service. Central yet secluded setting.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional service.
Loved the ambience and service
Excellent hôtel with stately old world charm. Was upgraded to a junior suite because my room wasn’t ready on time. The jr suite was spacious even by American standards. But the most fabulous part of the hotel were the staff. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
Tucked away
I always love staying at this charming hotel, my go to in Paris. Charming, terrific location and tres' chic
The location is great. The first of three nights I spent there with my 92 year old mother was pretty awful. I had asked for a room which was handicap accessible and there were two stairs down to a dark and not fun room. I also asked for two twin beds. Well, there were two, but they were made up as a king. The room was described as having a double sofa bed, but it was a thin sofa which was made up so I could barely sleep on it, so I slept, during a windstorm which raged throughout the night (this wasn't their fault, of course) on a piece of furniture which could barely allow side sleeping. The room we got the next day was bright and cheerful and recently renovated. The beds were set as requested. The staff were particularly wonderful, every one from the baggage handler, to the concierges Rudy, Arnaud and Nils and the front desk people. I had no complaint at all about the service, the spa was great for an anti-jet lag massage. The gastronomic restaurant, Anne, was OVER THE TOP FABULOUS, and impressed my friends who have very sophisticated palates. The Bar 28 was loads of fun to meet my friends. I'd go back any time, especially as the hotel allowed me to leave a package for my return in their storage area!
Best Paris Hotel Ever!
My stay at the Pavillon de la Reinemwas part of a two week vacation to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends in Paris. The hotel is top-drawer, best location ever, and the staff exceoptional. I will most definitely stay at Pavillon de la Reine for all my future visits to Paris.
Best hotel in Paris
This is our favorite hotel to stay in Paris. The hotel and its staff are fantastic. The neighborhood is great for walking in any direction out of the door.
We both loved the classic feel of the property but the most important aspect was the excellent service we experienced. Everyone was so professional and kind. We couldn't have been happier there. Having the suite with two bathrooms was an absolute God send on our last night there when we had to be ready to leave quite early. We will be back to this charming place as we didn't even have time to try the restaurant or breakfast room which both looked so warm and inviting.
A beautiful tucked away hotel. Cosy and warm feel. Excellent location. Wonderful and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay very much
Fantastic property, simply one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
It was one of the best trips to Paris, thanks to the hotel. Location, rooms. A fine restaurant. The atmosphere is special. And special thanks to the staff
We stayed here for our honeymoon 16 years ago and came back for a mini get away. It was even better than we remembered. We wanted to spend as much time in the hotel as we did walking around Paris. The lobby is so warm and inviting and the staff is so helpful. Thank you Tim for such a wonderful weekend.
excellant
very good
All good except.
My only complaint about this hotel is that there was no coffee/ tea machine in the room. Loved the location and hotel was well run, and well appointed.
Great staff and location
The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Paris. The staff was friendly and accommodating and it was easy to get around from its location. I would highly recommend it.
Pavilion de la Reine delivers a solid B
PdlR delivers but does not exceed expectations. The junior suite priced at around 600 euros per night was very small, the extra bed was not prepared until reminded, the complimentary bottle of wine from hotels.com never materialised. Air conditioning / heating was too tricky to control and ended up opening the windows to get some fresh air at night. The external dinner reservation made by the concierge went MIA. Small things but they pile up. On the upside - top location, amazing courtyard, good breakfast, comfortable beds.
Charming
Lovely welcome and spacious room, thoughtful little treats left each night. The location is perfect for my purposes. The lobby bar is an elegant spot for a cocktail in the afternoon after a busy day on the town. One negative, The bed was a little hard and pillows too soft, nevertheless I would Return in an instant.
Lovely hotel and staff
The hotel is located behind some amazing art galleries across the street from Place des Vosges. We enjoyed sitting, lounge and breakfast areas daily. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The beds were just right, affording us good night sleeps during our stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in booking dinner sightseeing reservations. We enjoyed the nice welcome tin of macaron.
I am shocked this is a 5-star hotel. The rooms were tiny, run down and the shower was the worst. If it wasn’t for the excellent crew I’d give this hotel a 1-star review. Location is good but that’s about it. So disappointed.
Very nice and helpful staff. Responded to any complaints immediately.. hotel has a quaint french feel, but is very nice
The property is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. We got in very late and the room that they put us was next to the elevator. After a long day of travel we were worried about the noise. Without hesitation they moved us to another room. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the service amazing.
Excellent location. Beautiful old building. Nice courtyard for relaxing.
My only complaint is the gym was under renovation while I was there. Everything else was excellent.
Excellent stay! Will definitely return! Great location.
Location was perfect! The property is secluded and private off the Place Des Vosges. Interior was boutique and nicely furnished. Outdoor seating area was wonderful. Use of their bicycles to explore Paris was great. Wonderful service.
We will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this outstanding hotel in Paris. The location is outstanding and the staff were uniformly and exceptionally helpful. Every interaction with the hotel staff was a pleasure. The room ( a junior suite) was spacious and allowed to to sit with guests sipping champagne and talking into the night. The only criticism is the athletic facility equipment. The weight machine is second teir, their is no standard treadmill, no recumbent bike, no stair machine, and no barbell above 10 kg. There is a relatively new elliptical and upright bike in good working order. The athletic facility is however immaculate, and easy to access, and well stocked with cold water bottles. The lobby breakfast was wonderful each day with plenty of options for low carb and keto, and also of course french bread and pastries ... overall a great experience
Perfect location and the setting is gorgeous. We will be back for sure.
Great hotel in Paris if you can splurge a little bit ...
I would highly recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. Well worth the added price as it is a most wonderful and delicious way to start the day!!
Excellent location, excellent service, excellent facility. Could not ask for a better in Marais.
Great Boutique Hotel
The hotel was an oasis in a very busy area. The layout is somewhat idiosyncratic, which is charming in a way. The garden is gorgeous and a great place to relax with a beer after a busy day. The property is very well maintained but a little on the older side. The employees are amazing. To a person they were charming and wanted to help.
Amazing service, beautiful ambiance, great area
This is a charming hotel in a fabulous neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee every morning.
Poor breakfast..not sure what it was but the whole breakfast experience left you coming away dissatisfied, bored and a feeling of wishing to it all over again the following norning.. as a direct reflection on Breakfast we cancelled evening dinner at the hotel
Location was great. Shopping, cleanliness and proximity to attractions and metro.
Elegant oasis in the busy Maria.
Service was excellent and friendly. Beautiful hotel with gracious felling. A real oasis! Two criticisms: I am 71 and my partner is 72. Were supposedly upgraded to a suite from a superior room, but the. “Upgrade” was inconvenient for an older couple in particular as it the bathroom was on a different floor than the bedroom and required going up and down narrow stairs. This upgrade seemed more like placement in an undesirable space that I would not have chosen had I known about it in advance. Breakfast was very good but a pricey at 35 Euros per. I did not realize in advance that it was not provided with an expensive room.
The location is sublime, the staff is wonderful (they let me speak French at them the whole time) and the room was beautiful. Maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in during my whole life.
Loved this hotel. Staff is beyond attentive and accommodating. Only negative- rooms need more lighting
Tres bon
Amazing, Only draw back was smoking coming into window/room all night from courtyard below
Fantastic venue and staff but smokers spoilt it
Excellent staff but hotel very noisy at night, could not open window into courtyard as smoke from smokers below very irritating
Great in every respect. A splurge worthy hotel. Would stay again.
The hotel was lovely and the staff was excellent, but the room was tiny. Not even a place to sit.

Great Property! Friendly staff! We left our headphones and they were kind enough to ship them to the U.S.
