The positives were the large rooms and free shuttle bus service to Patong beach. The negatives were the breakfast quality and also the hotel requires refurbishment (especially the swimming pool area)

It’s okay

Avoid! Avoid! Do not stay at this hotel!!!!

From the moment i checked in..it was bad! The service at reception is shocking, very slow. The hotel is on a hill and you have to wait for a shuttle to your room, which you have to wait anywhere between 10 to 25 minutes. The shuttle drivers dont listen and i was told by the driver he makes the decisions on when he goes! I booked a studio, it had a stove top, microwave and fridge. No crockery or cutlery provided. What is the point?The swimming pool is in need of repair, many missing tiles that you can cut your feet on. There was building works going on, a crane was parked and i was told i cant go to to my room on 1 of the days. They moved my bike, tipping it over, leaving scratches and smashing the bottle i had in the seat. Housekeeping were really loud, always waking me up. The worst part thou is i had my JBL blue tooth headphones go missing. I advised reception and were told they know nothing. The 2 other groups of friends in my group also had personal items and cash go missing. There was issues with my key card, and it took me to demand to speak to the manager to get it fixed. I had to walk to reception on 2 occasions because it did not work. (Its a massive hill) The hotel is a little out of the way, thank goodness i had a bike. Ive stayed at better hotels for alot cheaper and better service!!!

Good service around the hotel. Especially shuttle bus upto our building. Also nice to have a shuttle bus to beach or shopping centre. Timings could be better. Shame the hotel shuttle didn’t go up and down the steep hill just outside the hotel. Breakfast was always exactly the same. If you went late on choice was very limited as they didn’t replenish some items eg fruit and pastries

It's a really nice property on the outskirts of Patong. I will be back again. I stayed in the cottage suite and everything was great except for the private pool. The water is always freezing, especially at night, and I'm sure there is something that can be done to warm up the pool.

The worst hotel experience ever!

We came for our honeymoon based on the photos and comments of the rooms, but it was a completely terrible experience. We chose the premium room with bathtub but the hot water for the bathtub was not working. On the second day, when we came from outside in the evening, the room was invaded by ants. We waited for the room attendant to come and change all the sheets and wipe the floor. On the 3rd day, the door's card reader was broken, so we waited for half an hour for someone to come and enter the room. On the 4th day, the city's electricity was out, so we could neither charge our phones nor stay in the room because of the heat. On the 5th evening, the air conditioner broke down and we waited for more than 1 hour for the air conditioner to be fixed. Since there were no fly screens on the windows, the room was filled with mosquitoes as soon as the light was turned on, and therefore we could not sleep comfortably at night. After all these bad experiences we had, they neither apologized nor did anything to compensate. Everything we experienced seemed normal to them. I would definitely advise anyone who looks at the photos and thinks of coming because the room looks nice, not to come.

The room was huge and clean, we had access to the pool it was very nice. Staff is amazing and friendly ! This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking. Also free shuttle service to the nearest beach which is nice!

This by far is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The jacuzzi was dirty from when I arrived and looked like it had not been cleaned for years which is why I didn’t dare get in it. Requesting an iron they would take a picture of you with the iron as if you are going to steal it. They would then take it out the room and you would need to call almost everyday to request one. Would it not make more sense to make a note on their system rather than make guests feel horrible as if I was planning on stealing it. The room smelt and I assume it was from the air con vents but when hI called them all the maintenance man did was spray air freshener in the vent which obviously did not help. I was literally counting down until I could leave. The staff are rude and I understand there may be a language barrier but I have been places where another language is the main language used and staff were always very helpful. This resort I felt like they just didn’t care or try to care and understand. Even on the day we were checking out I got a call just after 9am (mind you it’s a 12pm checkout) telling me I can’t be late and I have to be out by 12. Seriously I was so disappointed with this. I was fully aware on the checkout time and didn’t need a rude call saying Don’t be late. Honestly I would not recommend this place. I think maybe the resort is too big for the staff they have so the place is going downhill. I loved Phuket but would never stay or recommend this hotel.

The property was normal i had higher expectations

My partner and I just spent one amazing week here in a cottage and honestly we can not fault it one bit. We were greeted and made feel welcome as soon as we walked through the foyer doors. Ice and a few of the ladies made check in seamless and fast which we were grateful for after a long day of travel. Our cottage was 10/10 so clean and tidy, the bed was so big and comfortable, best sleep we have had in ages. The bathroom was perfect and having a large fridge was so convenient for us too keep stocked with snacks and drinks. The outside bath was amazing too, sitting in that in the afternoon after a long day of riding around and site seeing was the cherry on the cake. We are so impressed by Patong bay hill that we are already planning on returning for a week or two in July. Cannot wait to see you all again in July. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

I had the pool access room, and the pool was really nice. Room view was great. Room in general needs remodeling. Bathroom door paint is falling off.

Cannot begin to express how beautiful this resort is. I stayed in a room that has its own private jaccuzi in the balcony. View was amazing. The spa had heaps of services at affordable prices. They offer free shuttle to patong beach at scheduled hours but if you miss the time, theres motorbikes taxis outside the resort thatll take you to the beach. A max 5 min ride. I'd only stay here the next time i visit phuket

I chose this resort for the quietness and the views of the sea were beautiful also not to far from the beach. Rooms were also cleaned to and excellent standard Access to pool I loved. Walk to beach and shops restaurants convenient

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice property. Pools in the pool access suites are a little outdated. Tiles are falling off and ended up scratching my foot on one. Still would not hesitate staying here again.

Breakfast menu was limited and it was same all three days.

Fantastic Experience and Highly Recommended

This hotel was wonderful. We stayed in a hillside cottage with jucuzzi which had beautiful views and honestly looked brand new. Decor was stunning. Check in was great, staff helpful and we were helped with our bags via shuttle to the cottage. Whenever we needed a shuttle down the hill to the main lobby for breakfast or the pool it came within 5 minutes of us calling to ask. One night we ordered room service as well and it was good. We went for burgers and the meat was good quality and it arrived very quickly! Breakfast had a good selection too. It’s an indoor/outdoor set up but all the food was covered. Some guests didn’t make an effort to replace the covers which was frustrating but staff kept going around to do it which was good and prevented flies touching anything. We had an external company collect our laundry one day and the reception staff were very happy to help us with the pick up and drop off which was much appreciated. We used the hotel shuttle several times into Patong Beach and it was seamless- so much so that for one of our evening shuttles the reception team phoned us in the room to confirm a shuttle to bring us to reception for the main shuttle into town without us asking. The walk into town is about 25 minutes but honestly it was such a great way to see Patong and there were loads of shops, restaurants etc along the walk that it really felt very close to everything. I was honestly very very happy with our stay here!

Lovely place to stay, just on the outskirts from the hustle and bustle of Patong but still with a bit of peace and quiet there. Shuttle buses run 24 hours to take you from the rooms to the Lobby as there are a few hills. Overall good place to stay with a special shout out to Amo. The most pleasant individual who came over every day asking if there’s anything he could do to make my stay better.

The hotel was a let down and I don’t even know where to begin. Firstly on arrival, we weren’t greeted when we were in the lobby, in fact when I went to reception to ask for assistance, the receptionist (who’s name I forgot) told me to wait in an abrupt manner which I found appalling considering I had been travelling for 16 hours and was so tired. Then I saw a notice the next day when I went to breakfast that a welcome drink is given to all guests on arrival which both me and my partner did not receive. Then there is the apartment. The size is good but it comes with a kitchen that has no utensils and a sign saying that you are not allowed to use the hob. Thankfully I didn’t want to cook on my holiday but for those of you that do, please know that the kitchen is nothing more than a display. The drainage system was rubbish because every time me and my partner had a shower, the bathroom almost flooded so we had to wait a bit for the water to go down or be really quick with our showers. When the cleaners came to clean our room, they didn’t actually clean, they only came to make the beds and leave and never replenished the toilet roll and I had to continuously chase and ask for some. Then there is getting to your hotel room. The hotel premise is on a very high hill so they have shuttles that take you from reception. The cars are not safe at all and the staff drive like maniacs so you’re at ever bigger risk of falling out or hurting yourself.

Was great having pool access from room, although many tiles coming off on the pools throughout. Makes it a bit rough underfoot, Many stairs and steep hills to get to your room unless wait for resort shuttle then only 2 flights of stairs to your room. Staff inside were absolutely lovely and attentive. Resort desk staff limited English, had to wait ages on arrival for them to “find our booking” Don’t expect bacon at breakfast, looks like cut spam, but they do hv an egg station, the noodles usually great too. You will need to fill up your drink a couple times though as the cups and glasses are so small. No cutlery or bottle opener in room. Not allowed to cook in rooms despite induction stove. They give you two bottles of water daily which is nice. Don’t bother with room service, pizza like a frozen pizza reheated and pad Thai less desirable. Microwave in room and the mini mart have great burgers half price late at night. Nightclub on site, don’t hear the music, just many drunk ppl coming and going when you are heading to breakfast, we enjoyed the ppl watching of this, quite funny to see. Easy commute to Bangala rd, barter price if using tuk tuk outside facility as they will say 300 baht upwards, be willing to pay 250 baht or hotel taxi 300 baht but very comfy vehicles. Return from town tell driver 200 baht, some will try 400 but many accept 200 or use Bolt app to even get 100baht at times Resort mostly clean Some black mould in shower corner bottom silicone and cobwebs

I think the shuttle service into central area should run more frequently.

Overall was ok good location walking distance to town beed tuk tuk back though steep hills Room has cooking facikities but no pots pans platea cups or cutlery. Shuttle drivers and cleanera good. Doesnt serve any pork products so no bacon.

Transportation not convenient. All else great.

Even thou I have requested non-smoking room, they gave me the smoking room initially and later non-smoking room much less desiable and smaller room.

Hotel’s breakfast buffet was extremely limited and had very few options. The pool’s tiles also kept coming off so it was very easy to get scratched and injured while swimming.

Wasnt impressed by the fact the staff couldnt converse, the quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was shocking. My son had food poisoning from the buffet...and i also encountered very drunk, inappropriately dressed ladies with certain body parts hanging who clearly werent there as guests. This was shocking as it was around 8sm in the morning. I will not be recommending this resort!!!

BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous and clean. Safe and quiet. Our pool was great - shame it wasn’t in the sun though to tan. Easy walk down to the beach and back up. The shuttle is kind of useless as they don’t know how to explain where it picks you up. My biggest complain is the lack of English. You would think that the receptionists would be able to speak English but they didn’t very well.

This used to be a quite place to stay now music pumping all night till 5 or 6 am is this a hotel or dicotek very disappointed

"24-hour Free Shuttle" means ONLY the one on the hotel compound. The one to the beach only runs once a day. You'll need to pay 2-300 baht for a taxi to get to town or the beach and the same to get back again EVERY SINGLE TIME. Calling a shuttle only to also catch a taxi EVERY time you go out and the reverse EVERY time you come back gets a little old. The on-site nightclub is crazy noisy. If you want to relax quietly in the late evening by that pool just outside your room (for me, one of the biggest draws for this place) FORGET IT! The club is open and "rocking" from about 9 or 10PM until 6AM. If you get up early for breakfast (6:30) you can ride the shuttle with the straggling drunks and hookers heading home from the club. Some may even join you in the restaurant. For me, it was a German guy and two Russian hookers cursing each other for the entirety of the short ride to the office. In the restuarant, it was two drunks inviting themselves to sit with a couple of local female Thai guests and constantly hit on them while they were trying to eat breakfast until the girls started screaming at them to shut up. If you're a partier and have your own "moto", this place could be the perfect spot. Otherwise, you could probably do better. Also, the wifi was HORRIBLE. Probably due to the distance of the room from the main office. They charged me 1000 baht (30 dollars) for a late checkout (4PM) as well. The room itself, the staff, the cleanliness, etc. were excellent.

I was quite disappointed in this resort. I understand they were trying but some things just annoyed me while staying there. On arrival just know that this resort requires 5000 baht CASH deposit. My gf and I weren't carrying a lot of cash and it definitely limited our spending in phuket. Our sea view was covered by buildings and was really disappointing. The room had a kitchen but there were no pots and pans or kitchen supplies to use it. We had to go into town for cheaper meals and getting to and from the room is a bit of a hassle. Luckily they do offer free shuttle service to your room.

Liked that it had a pool at every building, mini bar and kitchen. Disliked no dishes in kitchen, distance from Lobby to room and to beach from room.

The first room we had was very basic. Cheap and nasty furniture and no blinds or sheer curtains for privacy. There were guests from other rooms able to walk right in front of our window as there are no dividers on the pool access veranda. No privacy. Bathroom was like a dungeon. Views fabulous of Patong bay. You need to get transport from reception to access rooms as they are up very steep hills. We complained and were moved to another room on the other side of the complex. This was much nicer but did not have the views. Breakfast was great. Not much around and you need the shuttle to get to the centre. This finishes at 8:30 and a taxi cast 300 baht each way. Staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.

AMAZING!

Had an AMAZING stay at Patong Bay hill for my honeymoon! From the room to the service and accessibility to patong beach it was perfect. Make sure you get the premium pool access room/suite for the perfect view of the sea! Newly built pool also had a great atmosphere for relaxing. Five stars all around!

The lobby for a resort like this was disappointing, the sitting arrangement for the breakfast was awful.the room was 10 minutes far from lobby and resturant by walk. And the resort itself was far from local shops. Inside, the room was big, nice and clean.

Quiet place for rest & relax. The resort is pretty big with steep hills/slopes. My room (private jacuzzi) is located in Block O, came with a super comfy king sized bed and its very clean. No mosquitoes, no air-con leaked problem. Breakfast spread was "okay".. Shuttle service provided to Patong Beach, but we rent a motorcycle instead at 350baht/day directly at the reception. Fortunately for me, my husband imprinted the route fast enough and we have no problems navigating Phuket Town. I agreed with fellow reviewers on the room's tv channels. 😐. Not good, not much.

Love the design, room spaces

Beyond my expectations ! about an hour from the airport and 10 minutes drive from bangla road and patong beach.. overall the hotel had a Great Staff, very clean and well organized rooms . and everything as described no surprise surcharges and restaurant has a good variety of food another highlight was . dont have anything to complain... once you arrive they check you in and a van drives your to the room since is in a hill .

Perfect pace to relax.

Located on hill overlooking Patong Bay. Location means that you need transport to get to town or beach. The hotel does provide free shuttles for guests.....only issue is that the last one for the night, returning from town, is at 8:30pm. So you have to use the notoriously expensive taxis, Grab is no better. Otherwise the resort is great. Awesome rooms, comfy beds, great pools. Breakfast is pretty good too. The staff are nice and friendly. All in all a good spot for a few days or R&R.

Stayed here few nights, booked premium suite with pool access and sea view. Our room was overall very pleasing, however, the room was up a hill and shuttle had to take us to/from - we walked a few times. Very large resort, maybe too large for our preferences. Hotel property sits on hill with free shuttle to limited spots- beach, mall, etc. You'll need to arrange drop off/pick up. Breakfast had good options - arrive early to enjoy it in peace. Lots of tour buses stopping here and moving to next destination. I felt that was a turn off because the amount of people were overwhelming during breakfast. They also need to be taught some simple manners... Although our stay was decent, we probably won't stay here again because of mega tour buses coming and going all the time.

This is the 4th time I have stayed and this time I had 3 rooms. All rooms have air conditioners that leak ALOT of water, will ruin anything you leave under it... The buffet was one of my fav things at this place but now They are just cutting corners and it’s disgusting. The hot water system lasts a maximum of 2 minutes in all rooms. Our towels were taken but not replaced, when we called to ask we just got given pool towels, sheets not changed in days. Considering we booked a premium room with a Seaview I wasn’t impressed by the view of just a roof lol Room service was fast and yum. Pools are nice and clean. Definitely won’t stay here again ever

This place is a winner, for the price it’s amazing. Only downside is no gym which sucks Cos u eat so much at the awesome buffet 😂😂

Amazing experience at patong bay hill! Secluded from the busy patong area, yet close enough when you want to go out. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The suite with the jacuzzi was special because it had a pretty view and private balcony. 10/10 recommend

Terrible service, very hard to communicate. Good luck if anything goes wrong because manager told my friend “customer is not always right” when wrongly charged for something.

Bad staff training and hospitality

It was a very bad experience for me and my husband. We expected the staffs of the hotel to be welcoming and initiative yet standards not met. Firstly, we had to request for housekeeping to clean up our room every day. Isn’t it their duty to be initiative? My DND sign wasn’t even up at all. Secondly, I work as a hotelier as receptionist in Singapore and I know how it works. I requested for my deposit to be given back to me on second day as me and my husband had some issues on our atm card, and wasn’t able to withdraw cash. We asked the front office staff and they mention that only upon check out, that they can return the deposit to us. We need the cash for transport and food etc. And our room was fully paid off before we even checked in. On Singapore when my guests need their deposit as they run out of cash, we would return their deposit as Long as rooms are paid. Another thing was, breakfast was not great. Everyday was the same old thing. Nothing new, staff looked like they’re more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than serving us. We had to request for the fan to be turned on instead of them being initiative. Lastly, lost my mobile in the room, and emailed staffs if hotel has found my mobile and they replied saying “no” when my device was located at the hotel itself. I hope the GM of this hotel do something about the training of the staffs, and reflect on what has went wrong. Utterly disappointed and angry about this.

the resort is huge but spread out and a good 10 minute walk down a very steep road back to shops etc.( there is a free shuttle avail though at certain times) it does not offer a lot on site , the shop is tiny with poor variety of goods available ; breakfast buffet is ok , other resorts offer better at cheaper deal; room is huge with microwave , fridge and electric hob but crockery , plates etc are not supplied. dont be fooled by on line photos as most rooms do not have patio which you can walk into pool

Great Location, close enough to the action but not in the thick of it. The free shuttle to the mall needs to be with more frequency as the walk up and down the hill can be a bit much. Otherwise beautiful views and rooms at this property.

New resort tucked away on a lush hillside.

The reception area gave a poor an incomplete picture of the vast resort. Avoid the rather steep walks by asking for free drop off and pick up from your room. You must hold on at all times while traveling in their bench-seat pick-up truck style shuttle service. It is a brand new resort and the rooms are spotless. Just ask for massage service and a massage business will shuttle you to and from the hotel for relaxing massage. Television selection leaves a lot to be desired, but who is watching TV at this amazing location.

I had a really good time staying at patong bay hill resort, the staff was very friendly and the shuttle from the room to the front desk was always quick and immediate. This is a lovely place to stay if you want to stay in a secluded room with a beautiful view in the more mountainous area. Heading back out the resort you would immediately be surrounded by the busy streets of Phuket.

The Resort of the Hill

Hotel was really nice and quiet. Our room was comfy and we had an amazing view of the city. It wasn't too far from the action of Patong. The resort is huge and sits on top of a hill & they have a shuttle service that takes you back and forth. I would recommend as it was affordable and definitely worth every penny.

We enjoyed our stay. Our suit was clean and spacious I loved it and The view from our room was breathtaking. Breakfast was great they have so many options. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Takes a little getting used to, but great overall

Loved the accommodation, booked the room with the pool which was great. Only bad side was the location as there are hills but the company has got a great system in place whereas they collect and drop you off to your room in cars, all you have to do is call up. They also offer shuttles to the beach and mall, there and back which I made the most of. Overall I had a great experience.takes a day to get used to the system but once you know it’s alright. Worth it for the type of accommodation you are getting.

This place is a really huge hill and a good 20 min walk away from main shops but the view and the place itself is well worth it!! Those views are amazing, the place is clean and brand new. Definitely a winner

I didn't like the attitude of one of the staff asking me that apilow casing was dirty.It has been found wasn't me.coukd be any thing else.and ask for clearence bill for check out,they said can't give settelment bill cz i booked through website. I liked seiming pool.

Very nice hotel

Such a large hotel it was run excellently. The room was spotless cleaned everyday. Only negative was breakfast wasn’t the best as it only catered for Asian or American tourists.

Nice and cool on the hill and safe and quiet away from the streets of Patong. Having a room with a pool was a real plus coming back from long days out in the sun. Negatives centred on the small amount of space in the breakfast area and lobby. Also the lack of a proper restaurant in the evenings. Some of the hotel is still being built which reduces the atmosphere of relaxation and at times the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with their duties. It wasn’t always clear who was in charge.

Great First Experience in Patong!

Really amazing first experience at Patong, and we are glad that we chose this resort. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! The restaurant also had a good menu and very tasty Thai food! The room was clean and it had a beautiful view. We definitely will be back here when we go back to phuket!

The pool was amazing, the only issue is we had random Asians coming from other rooms making them self at home on our private patio with the pool. Staff were great and the hotel is still under construction but is amazing already

They charged me 300 Baht for dirty towels

Too much construction going on at the time of my stay. Workers staring at me as i swam in the private pool. Food was average and when i checked out, staff charged me for towels they claimed i got dirty!!!!!! The room and view however, was awesome!

Beautiful once it is finished......

This is a new hotel and not finished yet,so pretty hard to give an accurate evaluation. It's up on the hill on the outskirts of patong. Depending where you have a room you either have a view of Patongbay or your looking at the hotel itself Every block of hotel units has its own swimmingpool. Room was bright and big with small kitchen. Two cooking plates, microwave and a decent fridge. A lot of things were still missing but the service as very prompt. There was no safe in the room,was installed next day. We had no kitchen utensils,plates,pots or pans, were delivered next day. Also at the moment only one size bathtowel,huge. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is also 24 hrs security, nr of guards is increased at night as well

Tolles Hotel, toller Service. Es gab auch einen Shuttle der bis zum Beach gefahren ist und auch zu den Zimmer 24/7 gebracht hat. Allerdings konnte man sich manchmal auf das Personal nicht ganz verlassen, dennoch waren sie alle sehr nett. Das Hotel lag auf einem Berg, wenn der Shuttle mal nicht kam, musste man die Strecke hoch und runter laufen. Aber die sind immer innerhalb von 5-10 min gekommen. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung sowie der Pool vom Zimmer waren Hammer.

Abbiamo alloggiato 6 giorni in questo resort che non rispecchia le stelle. Prima di tutto cauzione esclusivamente in contanti e non accettano carta di credito e non era specificato, secondo disagio i due letti singoli senza chiedere preventivamente che preferenza avevamo. Camere vecchie con porte tutte rovinate, scarsa pulizia, ogni giorno avevamo gli asciugamani macchiati. Colazione pessima, zona molto sporca. Personale poco accogliente e scortese, sorrisi e saluti sembravano degli extra. Organizzato male anche per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani per la piscina o per il mare, ogni mattina dovevamo rincorrere le ragazze delle pulizie per darcene dei puliti.

Le personnel etait tres désagréable et ont pris ma femme thailandaise pour une prostitué !! Les navettes pour aller a lentree jusqu'au chambre ne sont pas pratique

Im großen und ganzen eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, bisschen abgelegen von allem, unser Whirlpool hatte immer wieder kein Wasser da der Stöpsel nicht richtig rein ging.. Organisation müsste etwas besser sein bei so einem Riesen Hotel, wenn man Probleme in der Stadt hat und den Shuttlebus nicht findet ruft man das Hotel an die können einem nicht weiter helfen.. War schön aber ich würde es nicht nocheinmal buchen, Preisleistung finde ich nicht oke

Quarto espaçoso, porem estava com cheiro de cigarro, mas foi resolvido logo que solicitado. Banheiro antigo, e não tinha box, com isso o banheiro ficava todo molhado. Acesso a piscina do quarto muito legal, água da piscina muito boa e temperatura boa. Bar da piscina e piscina principal muito bons. Café da manhã com omelete feito na hora.

Dommage pour un hôtel qui pourrait avoir plus de cachet. Manque d’âme. Le restaurant est décevant pour le prix et la qualité des infrastructures pas à la hauteur d’un 4* Les taxis-moto sur places (loueurs avec stand devant l’hôtel) sont désagréables et se gavent compte tenu de la distance du centre ville si vous souhaitez louer une moto par exemple. Pour le prix, vous trouverez mieux au bord de mer.

Pool access room don’t have umbrella !!!!

The room was never 60sqm Nice view from balcony with nice jacuzzi but can’t use at day time because NO umbrella!!! Terrible!!!!! Food from roomservice was at plastic plate with plastic cutlery to a regulare price!!! Terrible again!!!! Reception forgot 3 times to send pickup shuttle for go to the main building They don’t clean the room everyday (2 days not at my 8 day standing)

Dieses Hotel verdient bei weitem keine fünf Sterne. Die gesamte Anlage ist ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Sauberkeit was so schrecklich, das Hotel sowie die Zimmer in sehr schlechtem Zustand. In diesem Hotel nie mehr wieder.

同じ施設内なのか、別棟なのか判明しないが、深夜～明け方までロックミュージックが鳴り響いて、睡眠できなかった。大晦日～元旦にかけてならまだわかるが、チェックインした12/29からずっと騒がしいのには非常に気になった。おすすめし難いホテルである。
