Loved Our Stay

The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Abu Bakr for helping us with our stay.

You can’t do much better then here

I booked this spot thinking it was a hotel and it was actually a resort so that was a pleasant surprise. The room I ended up with was absolutely beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I can’t recommend this spot enough for what the value is for your dollar.

I booked this resort for me and my mom for a week and it was one of the best holidays we've been to! The staff were brilliant, Mahmoud and Ali (lifeguards), Adam and Tamer (divers), Yousef from the lounge and Ahmed from housekeeping just to name a few. They were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The bathroom was a little old but we rarely spent time in our room so it didn't bother us at all. There was always something to do that we found we didn't have enough time in the day to do everything. We will definitely book another holiday at this resort with the rest of the family!

Recommend this place for families and solo travels

This resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was lovely, felt really safe, the amenities were great. Snoring off the dock. A few different pools and direct beach access to the Red Sea. Hotels.ca states shuttle service included but didn’t state it was free for domestic flights and kind of pricey for international flights so that wasn’t ideal but overall great experience. The prices for the stay alone were reasonable.

We loved the resort with 2 pools and private beach. The all you can eat buffet was spectacular as well as the Thai restaurant.

If you want a workout then this is the perfect place ,everything is far from the room. All inclusive is not included. Breakfast was really good though

Lovely large property with friendly staff. Good selection of food. We were there in July so was very hot. Nice relief when in pool or in beach. A good selection of sealife, went snorkeling and my other half also went scuba diving, offered in the resort. Surrounded by reefs so you can only use a small part of the beach with the children. Free shuttle to town centre. All in all enjoyable. Will come back but maybe when temp slightly cooler.

Dirty i wish i knew that won’t spend that much of money on this dirty hotel the sheets are old and not soft i keep bagging them to clean and refill

Hotel room was really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in took a hour unfortunately. And our bathroom shower drain became flooded when we used it. Also, there is a curfew on the beach and pool. You can only use it from 8am until 7pm. But aside from those things it was wonderful

Excellent with room to improve

Location was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of our room (Regency Suit) was a bit disappointed - the size was perfectly good but quite dated and dusty, the sliding door of the wardrobe was broken, some parts of the shower were missing, the cover of the main door was fallen apart, the door from bedroom to the balcony was not working properly (not able to open) due to uneven floor level. Buffet food choices were almost the same everyday, for us, it was okay. The food was lovely in the Beach House, Mouhoud (I hope I spell his name right!) He was excellent, he worth a 5-Star! We spent most of our time on the main beach and another day on the private beach for suite/ club members. The team on private beach were very welcoming especially Bahaa and Alaa.

Great hotel, great time

The facilities of the Hotel are very very good, the location is part of the beach and it is very interesting. You can see a lot of coral and fish compared to the wildlife of other coastal areas. You can see wonderful things. I have to single out the head of the diving center and the head diving instructor, Adam, who was incredibly prepared and very helpful during the dive. I think their work deserves five stars. It must be said that the hotel could use a renovation, but regardless, we had a great time. we are very very satisfied

The Park Regency is a beautiful resort on the Red Sea with a private beach, good breakfast, and well-located in Sharm El Sheikh. I found the management staff very responsive to any and all concerns or needs.

This property was excellent, the staff was very nice. Beach was clean and had good service. Activities such as snorkeling and scuba diving was offered on site. Walking distance to Naema Bay. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

Great Hotel

Fantastic luxury hotel. Rooms have a sea view with a balcony, lots of pools and a nice beach. Very hospitable staff. Highly recommended.

Very nice room but no heat in the winter

The stay was amazing, we had a gorgeous view of the beach. The only problem was that the room was very cold and there was no heat.

Park Regency Sharm el Sheik

This facility is old, but the staff is friendly and compensate for the tired rooms. They are VERY professional and accommodating. One of the rooms we stayed in was not satisfactorily clean. The other 3 were fine. Breakfast is good but not superior. No longer a Hyatt standard. Good value for money.

Beautiful resort, 3 big and clean swimming pools, wonderful private beach, great diving centre. The food was good and the service was great.

Amazing Service

Service, good service & this Hyatt gave us amazing service. Mr Sayed in the reception had all our questions answered. Housekeeping were great from cleanliness to little things you need from ashtrays to electric adapters. Mr Mohamed from café fresco sent us a fruit basket because my wife was sick & couldn't make it for breakfast. Mary & Khaled in the Cascades restaurant were amazing in the last day. Amr from Souq restaurant provided amazing service for an amazing night with a beautiful show. The view was beautiful from the room & all outlets. I traveled a lot & I am an ex hotelier. We fell in love with the hotel because of the amazing service.

best part is sea reef of beach , services at the hotel is extremely poor , when I gave complaint 2 times for electrical problems , door lock problems , room bad linen problem , it took 2 days to resolve the issues. hotel room was rundown

This was our second time here. We got married at this property in 2014, and cannot believe it took me this long to come back. It was an absolutely amazing experience, once again. From the moment we checked into the club section, we were warmly greeted by manager Mohamed. He is phenomenal and took excellent care of us. All staff were so accommodating and nice. Beautiful place 😊

Wonderful outdoor areas but overall disappointing

The hotel is both wonderful and disappointing at the same time. The outdoor facilities and property are very beautiful and well kept despite being an older hotel and considering the average daily rate. There are plenty of places to walk, sit, and swim among beautiful landscaping and flowers, sparkling clean pools, a wonderful beach area that is extremely clean and has clear swimming water. Snorkeling is fantastic - there are so many corals and fish. However, the rooms are old, full of calcium/sodium residue, and with old mildewy worn out upholstery on the furniture. I had no control of the air conditioning system which was noisy and blasting cold air. Aside from the room condition, I had to be extremely patient with the service both in the hotel areas and at its restaurant facilities. I was constantly explaining to apathetic staff the very basic needs such as a menu, a desire to order a dessert, or bill request. I was struggling with unresponsive and in many cases, extremely rude staff over and over and over during my four days on property. I found some kindness at the initial check-in and at the scuba diving center. I have a feeling that this sort of treatment is a result of me being a single female traveler. I observed that the men and families were treated with respect and recieved prompt service. I was there for a regional development conference and extremely conservatively/professionally dressed. It seems the hotel is not accustomed to serving business travelers.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very tired. We ate in the thia restaurant and it was excellent very authentic and not overly expensive

Beautiful setting. Restaurants Souk and Thai, and Spa were very good. Drinks were expensive and some specialty drinks were poorly made. Wine at Souk was sour, probably not stored properly. They opened a new bottle for the red and did not charge for the other

The general hotel structure is very impressive, but the rooms need maintenance and update. The restaurants and the food is very good, and the staff is very helpful, specially the staff at the reception.

It has everything a person needs for a proper vacation, i extended my stay for 3 additional nights. Staff are friendly and helpful, I recommend this resort to all

Family vacation at Hayatt Sharm

This is my 2nd stay at Hayatt Regency Sharm (31-12-2018 till 4-1-2019),the 1st was 1 year ago, Positives:excellent lactation ,direct on sandy beach well maintained building spacious room with comfy beds clean bath rooms with good amenities helpful staff Negatives: no tissue paper (napkins) in the room ,only in bath room-so bring your own before ,check in ! ,as well no tissue paper on the tables of the restaurant ! limited food varieties at the buffet,and if you arrive a bit late you may found empty dishes. taxi cars are not allowed to enter the hotel area unless it belongs to the hotel it self . only one key card for each room,even if you pay for triplet room for 3 persons ! . limited water sport activities. bit dated furniture. avoid high season periods (Christmas,and new year ),the hotel will be very crowded.

I was happy with my stay in this hotel. I would particularly thank Mr. Mohammed in the cafe located in front of the pool.

Love it when you first walk in and see that wonderful view... Then the smell of the cigarette smoke hits you. Definitely a good place very quiet resort.

One of my best stays in Sharm

Amazing place, clean & organized. Staff r helpful & professional. They have great room service & maintenance teams, receptionists & waiters. Food is great. Pools & sandy beaches r wonderful. Rooms r comfortable, big & cleaned properly every day. Little down sides: - air condition can't be fully controlled from room & in our case we had to bring the maintenance team every day to adjust it (was always too cold) - long distance between the gate & main road, so u only have limited options for transportation; concierge, or expensive taxis outside the hotel - they have golf carts between the gate & reception/rooms but operators r rude & not as helpful & polite as the rest of staff - free shuttle to Naama leaves twice only at 15:00 & 21:00 Overall I can't say anything less than one of my best stays in sharm (if not the best), it worth every penny & I'd stay there again

Very nice hotel with amazing staff and service and great access to all facilities

Beautiful grounds and view

My husband and I stayed for five nights. The room had a stunning view of the sea and there was plenty of privacy. I loved walking around the grounds and the swimming pool and beach always had available chairs under umbrellas. I prefer to eat vegetarian and both the breakfast buffet as well as the evening buffet had lots to offer and the dishes were delicious. My only complaint is lack of variety as they basically make the same dishes every day with little variation. The service was mixed. Some of the staff was very kind and helpful, some of the staff was kind but not very helpful as maybe they were new or temporary, and some of the staff was downright rude. But that’s how it is most places. They do spray DDT in the evenings to kill the mosquitos, which surprised me. Even after spraying DDT, however, there were still mosquitos at night, so I think it’s good that they do it. The most unpleasant part of our stay was the house cleaning. We gave them a sizable tip at the beginning which was probably a mistake. They appeared to be cleaning the room, moping the floors each day, but our last night we discovered that they had not been changing the sheets on our bed, but rather simply flipping the comforter and not changing the bottom sheet at all. That was a pretty disgusting discovery and we didn’t have time to correct it with house cleaning as it was late at night and our last night as well.

Hotel is beautiful with multiple pools sitting on a coral reef! Staff all across are fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and kept clean. Was able to get a great rate but would say the property is easily worth double what I paid per night. Look forward to returning.

The worst hotel ever

The worst hotel ever The room has so many damages specially the bathroom and the bed was not clean or comforting. Paid three times my original rate to get a better room- Ended up in the smoking section was very bedroom there was blood in the bed bathroom was not clean and have to call the engineering to fix So much in the room that took them four hours yet the room was not good

I stayed 5 nights at this great hotel. Everythig was perfect. The staff are helpful and respectful. Room is cleaned perfectlly. Thank you.

Family vacation at Hyatt Regency Sharm

Very good location-directly on the beach(sandy beach),stunning view of the sea,well maintained modern rooms with clean bath rooms,beautiful gardens and heated swimming pool with slide,tasty food with fresh juices at BRK fast,but limeted water sport activites(snorkling and diving but no parasailing or boat riding),and limeted shuttles to NAEMA BAY(2 times per day only)

Great location with an on site diving center

Great resort right on a top diving and snorkeling spot [middle garden]. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I felt totally safe as they have security that everyone must go through before entering the grounds. I had some questions of safety about going to Egypt but was convinced that it is safe to travel to Egypt and experience all that it has to offer. The diving is second to none and the hotel staff was wonderful. I am already planning a return trip.

I thought Hyatt regency is amazing hotel but I found it very disappointed to me, room cleaning and comfort were very terrible.

2 days they didn't put shampoo and shower gel

During 2 consecutive days they didn't change my Champion and shower gel. I had to call them to make it happen. When leaving, I asked the reception to checkout at 1 pm instead of 12 pm and got an approval. Between 12 and 1 pm I got 4 calls either to remind me I have to leave at 12 or to ask me every 10 minutes if my luggage is ready.

Hotel security was exaggerated they wouldnt let the taxi to go in the hotel property which is like 1 kilometer away from the reception which made us walk all the distances,they did have golf cars but they were very slow in sending them so we walked from the taxi to the reception most of the times Breakfast was ok but the orange juice was canned not fresh as in all 5 stars hotels

The activity diving, snorkling and safari are not nice people at all and all they think about is money. The staff are not trained well and some of them flirt with girls, and that is really inappropriate. They are there to help visitors not whinning for money and on top of that, trainers have zero manners. Liked the hotel, but hated the staff behaviors. I will not stay again at Hyatt hotel.

The rooms where the furthest from the beach and your site says breakfast but when we did the reservation it was not included. You falsely advertised.

The staff is very nice , the rooms are dirty (toilet doors, main room doors, refrigerator door) need major cleaning. Everyday there are three tourists boats that stops at the shore of the hotel but behind the rope that limits the hotel boundaries and many people starts screaming with loud music... the smell of the fumes coming from the boats is terrible and the noises disturb the calmness of the beach, it lasts for a couple of hours.

Fantastic beach front hotel

I would say this is perfect relaxing hotel. I don't think there are many hotels in the world with Hyatt Sharm pools variety. services and facilities are perfect though the hotel is a little outdated (needs to renovation). Unfortunately out of many restaurants located in the hotel; only one is working! hotel is very quit. Sometimes you think you are the only guest in this huge place. Beach side in the hotel is wide and so many places to choose from.

Best concierge ever

The hotel is good, although rooms and facilities are a bit old, but the staff makes up for it. The hotel have the best staff I delt with during my travels, from Mahmood at the reception to Hassan at the lobby coffee shop, to the AMAZING concierge service by Alaa and Sameh who really made out stay exceptional and went above and beyond their job role to help us.

nice hotel, horrible staff.. mostly

Stayed for 2 nights in the Hyatt during low season where hotel was almost empty, yet i was given a very far room. wasn't a big deal but then had electricity issues first days and they were not solved. next day it rained and the room had no water or electricity. called over 5 times to get someone to fix the issue and not a single apology was given !! when it was heavily raining, i was on my way to the hotel, hotel main door guards refused to let me in cause i'm in a taxi and not a private car and asked me to step down and wait in the rain till the golf cart comes to take me to the hotel lobby entrance. I reported this issue straight away to front desk who told me okay I will talk to them. So I told him yeah but it's done, i'm here now, waiting for an apology ! and for sure I got nothing. The room service guy was very helpful though and quick whenever asked for anything.

Perfect resort!

Great location with excellent views from most of the rooms. All restaurants have nice menus with different cousins in each one. Staff are extra nice with extra smile and personalized treatment. There in nothing missing from this place, and I would go there again and again.

Superb Holiday of a lifetime

Fantastic Hotel

Myself and my wife went to this hotel highly recommended to us by my sister in law after her stay and I can positively say it did not disappoint. From our arrival to the end of our holiday we were made to feel so comfortable in our surroundings. Our room was a delight, it was very clean, the staff particularly our room cleaning staff lead by a gentleman by the name of Khaled always saw to our needs whether it was to supply fresh water to filling up our mini bar to clean towels etc. the reception area were filled with delightful staff led by one in particular Mahmood, he was very quick to meet our needs, helped us with our luggage on the first night, answered our queries. On our 4th night stay my wife came down with Gastroentiritis and had an episode in the Cafe Fresco and the doctors there were exceptional, they treated her, kept an eye on her regularly until she was fully recuperated. One hotel staff in particular Enas went out of her way to assist and was a delight during the entirety of our stay. I have to say being a global traveller alongside my wife I have never stayed in a hotel as amazing as this. I cannot fault this hotel, the management or the staff in their hospitality and this in our eyes, has to be the best hotel we have stayed in. We have already decided to revisit this hotel on our wedding anniversary. Should we return to Sharm-El-Sheikh which is real possibility we will for sure be staying at this hotel. This is a hotel I would highly recommend to all.

Feels home

I had stayed on a suit which was beautiful, clean and stylish. the hotel is a bet far from the neama bay street. And you had to wait for the golf car every time you get inside or outside of the hotel....i suggest either they shall provide a golf car for every room or they should allows taxis to get inside the resort.

Great house reef in Sharm, great for snorkelling.

I have been coming to Sharm Hyatt for more than a year now, specifically for snorkelling. The hotel is about 10 mins or so away from center of Naama Bay. Cleanliness seems to vary with hotel occupation rates. Not the greatest of menu at the in house restaurants, and service could improve a lot, but always pleased with the house reef.
