Breakfast could be better

Nice staff, clean environment, would stay again

Great location for airport

Not my first visit. The hotel staff were amazing. The restaurant was undergoing refurbishment, but this wasn’t mentioned before booking or even afterwards when their welcome email came through. A heads up would have been nice.

Enjoyed the stay

We chose this property to be close to the Vilnius International Airport. We were only a 5 minute walk to the airport, so we turned in our rental car when we got there. Enjoyed the nice, clean, modern room. The Staff was fantastic. Dinner was wonderful. And the breakfast before our flight was great!

Beautiful hotel

Excellent hotel, extremely clean and modern with great ameneties. Slight issue was the room was very warm despite setting the aircon in the room it did not cool over the night while we slept.

Nice but ineffective AC

Hotel was very modern and clean and staff was friendly, but the air conditioning in the room was ineffective. When we arrived, the temperature was 24C and despite setting the thermostat to 20C to try to cool out down, it never changed. Why have room based thermostats if they don't work? The room was very warm and difficult to sleep in even though the outside temperature was not that warm.

Uncomfortable beds

I was assigned a 2 single beds room, the blanket was way too small to use comfortably, felt cold and couldn't rest properly. Some kids were running down the hallway till about 11 pm when I had to get up at 3 am for my flight. The room itself is decent, looks like newly renovated, the restaurant on site was good, the food was delicious, but I would not sleep there due to the beds situation.

Excellent hotel for a short or long trip and very new and trendy! Beds are super comfortable shower is awesome too and staff is very friendly and helpful!

It was a great experience to stay in the hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious, thank you for the breakfast waitress, very friendly provides very good service. Will return soon.

We arrived in the very early hours in the morning, due to a hold up at the borders, very tired and exhausted. We checked in and went straight to bed , it was very professionally handled by the night staff. After few hours of sleep, we wentt to have the breakfast, again we were greeted with the smile and very welcoming member of the staff.

Basic Airport stay

Very basic hotel next to airport. Excellent location 10 mins from airport and if you have a late flight in it’s great. Rooms basic. Bed and linens, towels, toiletries all very cheap. Place itself is clean and tidy. Breakfast was okay nothing bad or crazy special- try the pancakes - worth the calories but no maple syrup 😕. Staff not the friendly type but courteous.

Beautiful place to stay near aeroport

We had originally booked into another hotel close by, but checked out again due to poor facilities. Park Inn was new, spotless, bright - a breath of fresh air.

Good Airport Hotel (With Some Flaws)

Overall, the hotel is good - it is clean, the rooms are of a generous size (especially for an airport hotel), and the parking is quite convenient. The location is solid as it is only a 15 minute walk to the airport terminal; however, it is not close to downtown Vilnius and is 45 minutes by bus+foot or 20-30 minutes by Bolt. Also, the buses to downtown are surprisingly infrequent from the airport. The airport has some flaws, however; first, the staff was very mercurial - for example, when I asked if there was a laundry facility nearby I was told coldly to "use the internet." Thanks.... There are no amenities on-site (I couldn't find a single sign pointing to where the gym was ... I would have asked the front desk but I'm sure I would have been told to "use the internet.") Lastly, the elevators in this hotel are bafflingly dumb. Yes, I realize this is a small gripe, but there is no down or up option and each elevator has its own button. A few times traveling from my room on 2 to the ground level required a trip to the top floor first. Take the stairs, I hear you say? There are no stairs that connect to the ground level. I could overlook this flaw if this hotel wasn't obviously brand new but someone intentionally designed it this way. Despite this I will say that, compared to the AirInn down the street (where my colleague was staying) this is the much better choice as that building is currently being demolished and rebuilt.

Excellent in every aspect you might think of. Very conveninet if you have an early flight, airport is a 10-min walk away.

Food and drinks service was very slow at the restraunt.

I liked my stay, but I gave 4 stars only to staff, maybe, person was too tired, my check in was at 1 am. Otherwise is good place to stay.

I have Very good an experience with this hotel.

Would be nice to have a better option for dining. Stayed there in January and their parking lot and sidewalks never got cleaned, was hard to drag my suitcase to the front door and out to the car in the morning when I had to leave. In better weather an easy stroll to the airport, would not recommend walking in the winter unless you are traveling light.

Lovely room and only stayed one night. 10 minute stroll to the airport. Had mixed thoughts about the staff. The one I dealt with wasn’t to friendly but my friend thought the staff they dealt was friendly and helpful. I suspect normal for airport hotels. But an okay stay

Beautiful hotel and delicious breakfast

What a fantastic hotel! I booked a slightly nicer room with a city view and it was amazing. I looked straight at the church and square from the room. The room was very nicely appointed and was so comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. My only regret was not staying here longer.

Check-in was smooth and easy after a long day of driving from Tallinn, and the restaurant stays open until 11 so it was great to just get something to eat and relax. This is a short walk (8 min or so) from the airport so we were able to drop off our rental car after checking into the hotel and didn't need a taxi back, or to the airport the next morning. Easy peasy and reasonably priced.

Great place - minor issues.

The hotel was great, only a couple of bugbears, the pillows were very soft and not that comfortable and the walls of the rooms are a little thin, you can hear quite a lot from the other rooms. On saying that, everything else was spot on, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Friendly staff. Convenient location- 10-minute walk to the airport departures. Very good breakfast to go selection. Did not have a chance to test the dining place. However, ... 6:30 am breakfast for an airport hotel is not good enough. 5:00 or 5:30 is expected.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. We walked to the airport in 10 minutes. The hotel is new and very nice. A friend my desk person went out of her way to recommend a restaurant for us, called for us for a reservation and made sure had great directions. We’ll done.

Clean, friendly staff and even breakfast to go (my flight was at 6 am)

We stayed there twice, and both times were happy with the rooms and service. It's very close to the airport. I arrived at 11:45 pm and easily walked 7 minutes to the hotel, rolling along my two suitcases. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast was excellent.

I stayed in the hotel for the second time and enjoyed it. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hotel is with a walking distance to the airport or €3 on the taxi. Not far to the city centre. Definitely will stay again.

Only stayed there a couple hours to catch a little sleep before our flight! Very modern clean and the staff was very friendly.

First stay at Radisson hotel and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly and helpful staff, room big and clean, plenty of choice to choose for breakfast. Walking distance to airport, but had a taxi for €3. Definitely will back if needed. Thank you to lady at the reception for checked in and out!
