This is the 4 th time we have stayed here since July. This is the first time we had an issue. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains and when I complained I was told sorry, I hope your next visit is better.

We had a wonderful time. There are many restaurants located close. The staff was kind and very friendly.

A standard modern city centre hotel with everything needed for a comfortable stay while visiting Stuttgart and surrounding areas. Very much what would be expected from a major chain at this level, annd quite fresh annd modern, but nothing remarkable beyond that.

Porsche Museum break

Two night stay in Stuttgart to visit the Porsche museum as part of a longer trip. Hotel is very modern and clean. Staff very helpful. Walked down into Stuttgart for food (20 minutes?).

Great good quality centrally located hotel

We decided to stay here rather than the Ibis on Marienplatz as we had issues with the room temperature last time we stayed at the Ibis. I am glad we chose this hotel which was only a bit more expensive than the Ibis. Room was so much nicer, quieter, kettle in room etc. I can't comment on breakfast as we had breakfast in a nearby cafe. Obviously great for transport links for the City. Recommend.

The person who checked us in was rude. He asked for my club number and I gave it to him and he told me it was active. Well been using it for years so I don’t know how that happened. I said well ok don’t worry about. He wanted to sign me up with another one and I told him no and he just kept at it. Oh well

Pleasant, clean hotel.

Nice hotel, ok location

First, the room was clean and relatively comfortable. The mattress and pillows didn’t seem too hard or soft, but I seemed to wake up every morning with a stiff neck. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from most of the historic area, shopping and big train station. You can cut that time in 1/2 using the convenient underground station in the platz across the street.

Excellent friendly staff and very well appointed room accommodations with a great gym.

Great location, clean room

Great location and nice hotel. I chose a top floor room with balcony, and the view was great. I would have liked to have had a refrigerator in the room, as I was there for several weeks. Otherwise it was good.

Es bonito , barato y Bueno, the three B’s in. Spanish : Good, Nice, Good and Inexpensive. The breakfast is EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!

The price does not match the rooms. I paid way too much for a small room that was suppose to be a “premium” room. Also; the front desk made a lot of drama on wanting me to show proof that I was traveling on an “officially” trip. Seeing that I had already paid for the room; I do not see why that was an issue, or why they didn’t make that fully known before completion of booking. During the time while I was trying to email my official documents to whoever this guy was; multiple people checked in and left without being asked the same question. I have a good idea why I was the only one at the time that was force to prove that I was “allowed” to be there, but that’s not a fight I feel like fighting right now! And parking is not included; so do not stay here!

The location is very convenient. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. People serving at breakfast very polite and quick. All over the experience was very good.

Great location, clean and comfortable, nice shower! Negatives were the lack of toletries and no mini bar/refrigerator in the room. They didn't provide 3 towels or 3 pillows even though we were a family of 3.

Loud area of city, waited multiple times at the front desk for service while several people were in back talking and on cell phones, room was not very clean and when asked for restaurant recommendations in area, they only recommended their own restaurant

The hotel was well appointed with everything we needed and the staff was helpful and quick to make our stay comfortable. From bringing up extra pillows super quick to helping us with directions, etc. we were really pleased with the service. The breakfast was excellent for this class of hotel. The hotel itself could use an update in the hallways and rooms as the carpets are stained and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The room wasn't the cleanest but passable. Most notable was the cleaning staff putting my diamond earrings in a safe place after I forgot them on the counter. Not all hotel staff members are honest, as I recently found out in a hotel stay in San Diego, so I really appreciated her/his thoughtfulness.

One night in Stuttgart

One night stay in Stuttgart for a gig. Chose this hotel partly for location relative to venue and to make use of a free night. Room was perfectly adequate for 6 hours sleep, and the two free bottle's of water were most welcome. It is at the far end of town so a fair walk from the main station (but it was nice and sunny), there is a metro station nearby though. Had a room on the patio side of the building so was nice and quiet.

It is a nice place to stay. Location is convenient and can easily be reached by public transport or by car. One may walk to the city center in 15 /20 minutes. There are some nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The staff was cooperative. We reached about 4 hour before check-in and were allowed to occupy the room early, since it was available.

The room was great, friendly staff, great location, and I would recommend to anyone visiting!

Long Wait for Food

Hotel is excellent, the service in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, 1 hour wait for food is not acceptable.

Hi I find it is very bad.because I recivered twe room for 4 adults and one child. But when we arivved there I pay for one child .€35 It is not friendly.I teravel 5 time in the year never I pay for that.

Great staff and location, furnishings are lacking

The staff and location are great. However, I checked in New Year’s Eve and the room I was given hadn’t been cleaned, and it wasn’t the king size bedroom I’d paid for. The staff did switch my room once I requested it. The new room had two twin mattresses instead of a king mattress, and two twin comforters instead of a king comforter. At that price point, I’d expect the furnishings to be appropriate.

The worst Radisson hotel ever. I have stayed in Radisson In Nairobi, London and in Italy, my experience was very good previously but Radisson Stuttgart was just terrible. I will never book to stay at Radisson in Stuttgart ever again.

Nice location, clean, lovely atmosphere, great breakfast.

I loved how quiet my room was. The property is modern and the location is great. I would have liked a fridge in my room. When I checked in, the first receptionist did not give me my reserved room and I sat in the lobby for about 30 minutes after a very long trip. She spoke very quietly and did not seem helpful. I noticed that on several occasions.The second receptionist, however, checked in another guest right away, and I tried again. He was very polite and helpful, and gave me my reserved room. I stayed for four nights and would stay there again.

Excellent hotel, good location, 15 Mins from the city centre, staff very helpful and professional, big room clean and modern with all the possible facilities. Highly recommended.

Modern comfort

New hotel very clean but felt as if I was staying in Ikea! due to decor and furniture. only bar was in the reception area, staff were not very friendly. there were no maps or tourist info in reception and when asked at reception they were unhelpful. Location was ok but not really many bars in the area. breakfast was ok but nothing special, no toaster. Stuttgart was lovely great skas lights and great shopping.

Very clean and modern. Rooms are very small however and smaller king bed than we are used to. Excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable lobby lounge and bar.

Marvellous Gluten Free options

Everything was very good. My friend I visited with, requires a Gluten Free diet, and was so pleased at breakfast time with the service she received. There was a corner for Gluten free products, and the staff cooked various items seperately, to avoid contamination. Unfortunately, in the evening, this same dedication to gluten free was not accomodated, and one night we had to find a local restaurant. The following night, we did ask to see the chef, and she discussed a simple grilled chicken dish, served with vegatables and roast potato, which was well cooked, and the presentation was fit for Royalty. If this thought had been offerd on the previous evening, the score would have been 5 out of 5. . .but I`m sure, another 4.5 will be sufficient. Regards Diane Parkinson

Hotel was great, clean and tidy in a great location. The reception staff were second to none, they were fantastic. I did mention to reception when I checked out about the not so good restaurant staff, he said he would address it. He also gave me a discount on my food bill (which I was NOT expecting) because of this. Thank you Park Inn, I will be back.

When I arrived to check in, the process was very swift. However upon entering my room, me and my partner discovered an unpleasant odor. It was like a bad sewage leak but we managed to ignore it. Later that night I ran the shower and let it warm up. 2 minutes later the bathroom had completely flooded and about an .5 inch of water covered the floor. I notified the staff and asked for a change of rooms but they could not accommodate us because they were full. A staff member gave me towels, air fresher, and free drink vouchers. I took the items but did not feel satisfied. They didn't even offer to have someone clean/repair the issue. I will not be staying at this location ever again.

My stay surpasss my Expectations. I will recommend to family and friends

Good location for access to many parts of Stuttgart. Bookimg request for room away from loft (due to travelling with a 4 month old) not honoured & pre request for cotbed for said infant had to be requested once in room, though sorted swiftly.

there are NO KING BEDS!!!! NO KING BEDS!!!! The all rooms were all the same from the 3rd floor, to the business suite on the 6th floor to the top floor on the 7th(just small balcony with a view) I paid for a KING BED, but was given TWINE BEDS & QUEEN BED! there are NO KING BEDS in the whole hotel!!!! NO KING BEDS!!!! The staff was very nice and the best to upgrade me to different rooms but they all look exactly the same.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location for what we needed. Right by a metro station, great burger place behind the hotel, supermarket next door, great parking garage, easy to get to wherever we needed to go. I would stay there again. The only problem we had was that one of the elevators (there are only 2) was out of service for the entire three days we were there. That was a drag as you waited for a long time for the elevator.

Great location on the Marienplatz, easily walkable to the centre of Stuttgart or jump on the U-Bahn at Marienplatz and just two stops into town. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel itself was as good as usual. Room very comfortable. Nice view. Clean and well-insulated from traffic noise.

Could have been better

Check in was not great with one Trainee and one new employee. The in-house hotel restaurant does not provide any good food although misguided by Chechen staff . The room was fine and breakfast was not bad though menu remains same.

Easy to access with car. Location enabled us to quickly leave the city to explore the Black Forest. Great room - nice layout and space. Easy to access main centre with walk straight down the street or the transport from the square. Nice local bars and restaurants in the area.

Excellent location. Very new and modern. Convenient to transit. Had the all too common disagreement over how room is outfitted, beds, traveling with kids this is a persistent problem. With available beds not enough to suit us and extra beds being somewhat pricey. Still, a good hotel.

Modern and a friendly atmosphere

Really enjoyed our stay at Park Inn, Marienplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful, everything seemed new and in good condition, and a great local area.

Clean hotel

I just returned from 3 night stay here. The staff spoke good English and very helpful. The hotel is well placed to explore Stuttgart without being in the centre. The room is clean and comfortable. Only thing was We had a pint two 🍺 🍺 of empty beer jags that was not collected for 3 night

We only stayed one night at the hotel but it was very nice and spacious and clean. We had the breakfast which was very nice. Was about 15 minutes into the city.

A nice stay here!

The hotel is next to a subway station. Lots of restaurants around. There is a supermarket next to it. Very nice and convenient. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. I love the cafe for breakfast.

Nice hotel, not many staff

The hotel was lovely and modern, if you don’t need to contact reception then you’ll have a great stay, I contacted fee times and sadly the service wasn’t prompt - the phone Wasn’t answered when I called so had to go to reception. I’d still stay again though.

Excellent Hotel

I had a really nice room on 7th floor with a balcony, great view of the city. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Wide choice for breakfast was was very good. Good location, 10 minute walk into town centre. Secure underground parking available for an additional fee. I would highly recommend a definitely stay again.

The rooms are small but nice. In typical European fashion, the air conditioning does not get the room cool- at least not according to my standards.
