They need to improve on noise
I have stayed at Park Inn many times through the years. It is a very nice hotel. The food is good at the restaurant. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The breakfast is good. Sometimes a long wait but it is good. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I am a missionary. We needed a place to make sandwiches for the children's ministry on Saturday. They let my team use a conference room and privided utensils for us to use plus stored them in the fridge until the next day. I will be back again. Very nice place to stay.
Friendly staff,safe and clean
Not up to Radisson standard
The staff at the hotel were very friendly, but a bit unprofessional, just need a little more training, then the room itself was dirty, the floor was very dirty and the walls of the shower, both had mud marks everywhere like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned (Only our bed was fresh), and the shower water smelt terrible, not sure if you using borehole water or what the issue was but smelt disgusting, the hallway outside the room also smelt the same, and the hot water served with our tea at the restaurant used the same water and we could smell it.
Good clean place.breakfast taste
Happy Stopover
Lovely stop over hotel in Polokwane
amazing stay, breakfast was a bit disappointing though. overall it was great
10/10
My stay was so amazing, loved the cleanliness and meals.
I booked on-line and got my confirmation on email and it clearly stated that my booking included breakfast but when I got to the hotel I was made to pay for breakfast even after showing them my confirmation email. I will never stay there ever again. Lizzy and Nonhle plus the manager made my second stay there unbearable.
Good, clean, and almost new.
With my room being on the first floor and right opposite the area where people congregate convivially, it is unfortunate that I did not enjoy the rowdiness and loudness from outside. Even in the lobby, at check in, I found it difficult hearing the clerk at the desk for two reasons: the loud guests, and the fact that her voice was muffled by the ubiquitous (and necessary) mask. Yet, I hasten to add, the staff are superb and always ready to extend a helping hand. Certainly, this could be rated as one of the better places to recommend in Polokwane.
Solo overnight
One night stay
Moureen was very pleasant at check in - appreciated the drink vouchers
Nice decor, good value, nice meals, centrally located, friendly & helpful staff.
The cups are to small that you use need proper mugs and the rooms need refrigerators enough to cool your drinks and other small items and the showers need bigger soap bars but otherwise happy with the place .
I booked with meals on yo site and I was told at the hotel that I’m boooked without meals...this inconvenienced me greatly
Amazing
I can honestly say that I had a amazing stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful and what a clean room we had at all times. A real must if you are looking for comfort. The breakfast was really good.
Great stay
Ours stay was short but lovely. The rooms are stunning and comfortable. They just need to put a soap dish in the showers.
It was very good and amazing.
One of the best in Polokwane.
It was a nice stay. The confusion about breakfast showing unpaid although included in booking was solved professionally. Got complementary drinks as an apology 🍷Check out at 12h00 was a bonus.

A little disappointed
Checking in was quick however our reservation was missing breakfast so that was a tad disconcerting. However Michelle was great and made a note on the booking. We were in room 107 which was at the rear of the hotel and had guys grinding and constructing into the evening. We had to ask reception to ask them to stop. Our room was interleading and the family next door had young kids who were incredibly noisy through the night and again at 05:30 in the morning to the point where I had to knock on the door. It made for a tough night We missed breakfast due to an early drive and upon our return around 20:30 we realised there was a concert of sorts which ran through the night until around 06:00. It’s very unfortunate that the hotel seems to have been built to service events around the area but isn’t equipped with a high level of noise cancellation capability. Breakfast was pleasant with the exception of the coffee machine randomly rinsing itself into my cup after I had left my cup filling up as I got hot food. The smell was foul and that put a dampener on an otherwise good breakfast offering. Small details like the charging ports not being on both sides make for awkward charging ability where couples are involved
