Clean room. It is very hard to take 2 baggage’s and 1 Carr on to the floor. Elevator is tooooo small and had to go up and down twice.

This is our fourth time staying in this hotel. Great service as always. Our family of four did fit comfortably to a junior suite. The rooms were clean and the AC worked really well and kept the room at the desired temperature. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel had great Turkish food selection for convenient dining at the property. They even boiled potatoes for my sick son who couldn’t eat anything else. Couldn’t ask for more, very pleased!

Reasonable price

Hotel n staff was very good always ready to help .. Highly recommended. Breakfast had limited option . Spa was very expensive as compare to other places n not very professional .

The property was fine for the first part of our trip as it was for a medical procedure. The only issue was the fridge that broke down the first day of our stay and was never fixed . We did mention it to 3 people

Wind and noise are not blocked by windows. I tried to change my room, but the window of the other room was worse. Even though I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, the cleaners forced my door 3 times in the morning. Then they called me to explain that your room seems empty. When you said you moved my room because it was noisy at night, they said haaa. In fact, the walls move with every door slam.. 2 stars are not worth it.

I stayed at the hotel for five days . I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and they spoke good English which makes communication easier. The room was clean and peaceful. The breakfast was good. While there are a couple of cafes and shops in the area within walking distance, there is not an abundance. I’d happily stay there again in the future.

Very clean and new property with modern decor. Staff is friendly. Professional spa and gym. Parking is behind the hotel and access is somewhat tricky if you have luggage in hand. Didn't have a chance to try but had a good-looking kebab place downstairs.

I had surgery as to why I chose this hotel based on location. I would say customer service is amazing. I kept asking for ice I would say every 4-6 hours and they gave no attitude at all and were great which I was not expecting. Their English is also good. Food- i prefer the soups the most, they were good. I would say the only downfalls is the cleanliness. I stayed for 2 weeks, so the sinks needed a propa clean and maybe hoovering which was not done. This one lady cleaner hoovered once and was the only one that properly cleaned I believe and she was nice-but we rarely got her. Also the corners of the shower floor were unpleasant, a brownish colour that’s caused from improper cleaning- the bathrooms need a good bleaching. Also it was too noisy, I think walls are too thin or we had rlly noisy neighbors, they kept slamming the door every 5 mins (my head literally shook on the bed board) and were dodgy in the corridors. Also heard them arguing at 3/4am- but all this is not the hotels fault but maybe they could have some policy for minimum disruption or could have intervened. Overall however, I am satisfied :)

Fantastic stay

Recently stayed here after recovering from cosmetic surgery. Very nice clean hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Especially good as they spoke English. Traditional turkish breakfast wasnt too my taste but lots of local restaurants to try out. Not the best located hotel for tourists but i really great stay for me

The staff was very kind, they upgraded my room from standard to.jumior suite. They sent a member of staff to my room when I couldn't understand how to change thermo stat settings to warm. Room service was quick and food was very nice big portion. Everything overall was pleasant amd comfortable

At the reception mr. Burcin was very kind and had a close care for us. The hotel was new and clean. Did not like the restaraunt "saskin et" too much inside the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here for my time in Istanbul. Staff were really great and helpful- I had booked a shuttle to the airport via Expedia with another company and they didnt show up. The hotel reception helped me book a last minute taxi! Thank you reception staff! I would score them 9/10 :) I also visited the spa at the hotel and booked a Hammam and massage. The massage wasn’t good, techniques were very basic (amateur like) and none of my tension points on my upper back were addressed. There was heavy knuckling on the shoulder bone which was very painful- not really where I needed the pressure. The therapist phone kept going off during the treatment and the oil pump was very noisy. I would score it 2/10. The Hammam was a better experience with a different therapist. It almost felt like I was getting a car wash- in the most invigorating way. My skin felt silky smooth. Although the therapists wasn’t wearing a uniform where I could acknowledge who worked in the spa- my therapist was in a towel which was understandable. Very different but nice experience 7/10 Would recommend everything except the massage! :)

Everything was upto our expectations. Only criticism is the management of cleaning staff. We had 3 persons staying in one room and 4 in another. The cleaners didn't seem to be aware of quantities of towels, complimentary tea/coffee etc for each room. ad to phone reception on a couple of occasions. Was all resolved easily though. Breakfasts and general facilities were very good. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful at all times.

The Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed before.

The rooms are very nice, nice decoration, breakfast is great. The only thing we find is the hallway has not enough air circulation or fresh air getting in.

Impressed about how they were very kind and nice welcome at the reception and processing my check in with upgraded room. It looks the manager was always on top of the receipt staff. The room was also clean and hotel seems new. In general it is fiendly easy going hotel. I wish to add more selection of food for breakfast.

Very Good Pricing

Hotel is outside of the city center but near by the industrial area. I stayed in the budget room and it was very comfortable. The price of the room was very good and all the hotel stuff was very helpful except the valet guy of the hotel in day time but I would stay in this hotel again.

取引先の近くということで利用。Baghdad通りまで歩いて2-3分でそこまで出ればレストランは幾つかある。部屋のシャワー室のボディーソープが空だったのでフロントに連絡するとすぐ補充してくれた。 チェックアウトは12:00であるが、フライトが夜なので少し延長できないか交渉したら2h延長してくれた。空き具合にもよるのだろうがありがたかった。

Başlangıcı pek hoş olmasada çalışan ekibi yaptıkları jestle gönlümüzü almayı başardılar. İlk gün odaya giriş yaptıktan sonra odadaki ilave yatağın hazırlanmasını ve 3. kişi için eksik olan malzemelerin hazırlanmasını istemiş idik. Gece 24:00 civarı otele gelip odaya girdiğimizde gördük ki hiçbirşey yapılmamış. Bu arada otele giriş günümüz benim doğum günümde ve otele bilgi vermiştim, insan küçük bir jest bekliyor. Neyse ilk gün hem odada bir sürpriz yoktu hemde normal yapılamsı gerekenler yapılmamıştı, şikayetimizi yine bu kanal üzerinden otele ilettik. Ertesi gün Cihat bey beni aradı ve gerekli açıklamaları yaptı ve son gün odamızı otelin en iyi odasına upgrade etti. Odada ayrıca güzel bir meyve tabağı ve el yapımı çikolatalar vardı. Bizde yapılan bu jestle mutlu bir konaklama tamamlamış olduk. Zaten daha öncede hem ailemle hemde yalnız konaklama yapmıştık.

Oda konforluydu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı beklentimin altındaydı, kahvaltıyı görüp almakta fayda var.
