Beautiful hotel with an incredible spa. Room was comfortable and clean. Service in the restaurant and bar is very very slow, but apart from that it was excellent.

Dirty rooms

This was the most dirty 5-star hotel I ever stayed at. I got to my room late in the even, but even in the dark I could see it was not clean. The sheets felt clean, so I decided to stay. The dirt was more in the corners, edges, the wall, the couch. You could see that they haven’t done a full clean probably in months. The bed was a cheap foam topper with awful dents in there. When I told the front desk about my experience, they even shared that indeed they got more complaints about the rooms not being clean. That was the worst part for me. If you are management, and you get more than one complaint about a room not being clean, you go and personally check every room to avoid any further issues. In short - they should replace management. They clearly are not in control and haven’t trained their staff properly.

The room was very quite and had a great view ober river. The lady at the Reception was not welcoming at all.

Nice hotel.

The hotel was beautiful , walking distance to center but the garbage was overflowing everywhere and dogs roaming some scary .

We only stayed for one night before our flight back home and it was nice we had dinner which we enjoyed and the atmosphere was nice with music and lifely . Our flight was in the afternoon and they let us use the spa to relax before the flight. We really liked that

It was unsafe and dirty

Terrible experience

I have never been to 5 star hotel with such a low quality. Nothing in this hotels works properly - not the air conditioner, no hot water, the lift didn't work on the first day, the wi-fi is mostly down, the smell in the toilet in the room was terrible. I was in this hotel few times before. The experience was similar but I was promised that things got better, Well - they didn't. Except for location and a good gym (to those who are interested) it is a terrible experience. For the irony - in the end of my stay - the receptionist didn't even ask how was my stay (very common) - either she knows the answer or just another element in the bad service.

The property was in a convenient location and had a nice view of the river. The ladies at the front desk however weren’t very friendly and almost seemed inconvenienced to be working there. One of my guides had a similar experience with them when picking me up. It was unfortunate they were my first opinion of North Macedonia. The property was great though.

Do not book this hotel. The staff are absolutely awful, I had booked in my girlfriend and her friend for a one night stay before her birthday after she’d been travelling. I phoned the staff to get something for her birthday like flowers or a cake, I was willing to pay. The staff member on the phone said flowers would be fine so I ended the call and hung up, then a couple hours later he phoned to tell me they got champagne and that the cake would be “on the house” I was obviously very grateful. He told me the price of the champagne was €11.50 which is cheap but I took his word for it. Then the following day I was charged £60 out my account, I emailed to ask them why and they sent me the receipt and pricing menu, I said I was told the champagne was €11.50 not €50.00 if they’d told me the price I wouldn’t have paid it as they took one sip, they also charged me for the birthday cake despite saying it was free: I emailed them with this feedback and they totally ignored me, completely blanked me with no respond after I suggested they fix the communication between staff and customers to prevent this happening. Don’t book this hotel.

Outstanding hotel

This was my third stay in hotel Park in Skopje and I had wonderful experience of free upgrade to delux suite which is absolutely amazing and so worth of booking. It is huge suite with prime amenities like Nesspresso machine, fully stocked fridge with small and big bottles of drinks and great choice of snacks, special collection of Johnie Walker whiskeys and wonderful pillow menu. Suite has river view and excellent balcony. Hotel features the best SPA in town which is never too busy and you can really relax. During my stay, I needed reception staff to help me and they were excellent and resolved my problem very efficiently and with great dedication. Reception area has sparkling wine welcome and this is beautiful touch. Breakfast is also excellent with huge choice of whatever you can imagine. Overall, outstanding experience in Skopje and highly recommended!

Terrible is an understatement. I stayed here on several occasions about 2 months apart each time. The property has been deteriorating each time, but this time, oh my! The executive suite’s shower looked like a window from a ghetto. The bath spout hanging loose, barely in place by a thick ring of nasty yellow silicon. The towels, well, not one was actually white. You get the picture. Of course the hotel just has one comment “we love our hotel”. That’s what happens in an off brand name, when ownership has no clue about hospitality and focuses their energy elsewhere. In the US this would either be shut in for renovations or or best be a roadside motel.

Not impressed

At arrival we were told that we only booked a room for 1 person, I had no internet on my phone so I couldnt check my booking at this time. We got to check in to our room and the manager told me that they would double check everything. I got to my room and sak that my confirmation said ’2 people’, after a coupe of hours I talked to the manager again and showed him my confirmation. All I got back was ”Yes I know”, well why didnt you inform is that the problem was solved? Not a great start. The room was nice and big, we had the Jazz Suite overviewing the river. The condition of the room was not so great tho. The shower tap was loose and we found some mole in the bathroom. There was construction going on during our stay, from 8 am to 5 pm. There was a note on the room with information about this, but we got no information at check in or before arrival. The noise was so loud that we didnt stay in our room at all during daytime. We called the manager and he told us that they would stop around 5 pm, no compensation what so ever. Overall an okey stay, but not worth the price. We’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels in this area with better service.

Excellent health club

The Hotel was under constructions when I was staying there. I had good experience apart from that and good value for the money. The health club was excellent most likely the best I have had at a hotel. The spa was good and professional staff. Breakfast was Ok but I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked promising. Short walk to the city center and easy to go running along the river.

Calm and tranquility in the center of Skopje

Excellent service and extremely kind staff! The room was spacious (I stayed in the de Lux suite) and spotlessly clean. The staff make sure that all the guests’ needs and requests are met even if they need to go the extra mile. Extraordinary facilities include a nice relaxing spa and a very good gym overlooking the river Vardar. Four restaurant offers delicious food. Highly recommended! I would definitely book this hotel for a Skopje stay, again!

Very nice rooms, delicious food, kind staff, good location. Might have problem to aproach with car during important football matches (a lot of police and closed road), 'cause hotel is just next to national stadium.

Superb

Great hotel! Area is a bit -, but at least it was quiet. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Not what I expected from 5* hotel.

Service was absolutely appalling, especially at check-in (would not reccomend staying based only on their attitude), service in hotel restaurants is the slowest I ever encountered (40 mins to cook scrambled eggs at breakfast) . Decent breakfast otherwise, cheap Spa, pool is very small (and cold even though indoors!).

Good, but some areas need improvement

Nice hotel with a very stylish interior, facing the river. Be aware that the football stadium behind the hotel is right up against the building so if you go for a stadium view room then all you'll see is a concrete wall in front of your balcony!! If there's a match to be played, then it is noisy - a large group of fans with drums gathered outside the hotel to get fired up for the game so it was quite intimidating for a while. The food is OK, and the restaurant staff do their best - the breakfast is a bit limiting though...the hot food bar has no heaters beneath the pans so everything is stone cold; not great for scrambled eggs! The hotel could really review what they serve and the quality of it. Good omelettes but they are again limited to the ingredients - huge portions though. Dinner is also OK - wines are expensive however and most of the wines on the list are not available. We had a problem with our steaks in that they were extremely tough and were overcooked, however we were not charged for them. Rooms are huge - we stayed in a Fabulous suite - but the bathroom and toilet is open to the room itself, so don't expect too much privacy... A/C was problematic so we moved rooms twice in four days. Very hot in the hotel generally. Overall, the staff were great and Skopje is a very cool place to visit and watch the world go by.

Disorganized, non-family friendly hotel

We (couple and a kid three years old) arrived at the hotel in the early morning hours after coordinating our early check-in with the hotel staff a day earlier. Upon arrival we explained that we will depart early next morning and requested breakfast packs. We had agreed to the 30% extra fee so that we can visit the SPA facilities throughout the day, starting in the morning. Upon our arrival the reception informed us that we can't access the SPA with our son (3 years old). Asking whether it wouldn't have been nice to pass this information when we talked on the phone and arranged our early arrival the receptionist shrugged her shoulders. She told us they offer child care services; except the day of our arrival when these were unavailable due to a private party until 1500hrs. So that was a surprise, we ought to pay 30% extra for our room for facilities we can't use. But that was just the beginning, after waiting for six hours the second bitter surprise awaited us. The child care staff informed us that they accept children only on an hourly basis. Discussing with the ladies that an hour is barely enough to visit a SPA, they kindly agreed to take care of our son giving us some extra time. I will not go into details that our table during New Years Eve was given to another couple and that the previously requested breakfast packs were not prepared for checkout. Instead I will end saying that this hotel clearly has coordination issues among staff that should be dealt with.

Amazing place.

Overall, a great place to stay. Very affordable and luxurious. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice bar, excellent stay.

Not a 5 star hotel

The hotel was conveniently located, but had significant mold issues in the room. The staff had obviously cleaned over mold before our arrival (as it wasn't visible), but there was white mold growth on ceiling of shower and in other areas. bathroom was difficult to breathe with mold smell. Hotel restaurant was nice, but not 5 star nor could recommend.

Great place about 15 min walk to centre. Breakfast was good although service at breakfast could be better. Room fantastic.

Definitely recommend

Friendly staff, quiet and safe area, great food and service, modern design, relaxing spa... Just one thing to remind: you might need to make a reservation for dinner, even if you are a hotel guest, you might not be able to get a table. We told that we will not stay long, and got a reserved table and enjoyed delicious meal and wine for like two hours. I guess we left way before than other guests show up. We asked for a earl grey tea bag to room, it never came, but it was not a big deal. Definitely recommend.

PARK SPA OTEL TEMİZLİK ÇOK KÖTÜ.

3 gece 4 gün kaldık çift olarak. Temizlik konusunda sınıfta kaldılar .oda temizliği yapılmıyor formaliteden girilip çıkılıyor . Havlu, terlik Malzemeler eksik bırakılıyordu. 2. Ve3.gün temizlik diye yaptıklarının fotoğrafını atacağım. Görseller ektedir. İnternet konusunda Netflix çekmedi açamadık .

The room was spacious and clean. The renovation is not finished yet, so the air conditioning doesn't work. The shower wall is made of glass and it is inside the room and can be seen. There was no curtain on the glass bathroom wall in our room, but some rooms have it. It is not good to have a glass wall in the bathroom when you are staying with your children. The hotel staff was very friendly and can speak English. Parking cant be done by yourself freely, you mıst give the keys to the hotel staff to park. It would be a better place when the renovation is finished. It has a very beautiful river view in a huge balcony.

Dårlig service

bestilte dobbelseng og enkel seng. fikk to enkle senger + en lav seng som lignet på en feltseng med madras på - denne var ubrukelig og ved klage sa de at det var det de hadde. De tok vekk feltsengen og la to madrasser på gulvet.hver dag spurte jeg etter toalettpapir som var tomt- det tok opp til en time å få det. rommet ble ikke rengjort på oppholdet-det lå støv langs kantene - nye håndklær fikk vi en gang -ikke såpe -de to første dagene kunne vi ikke dusje fordi det var kun kaldt vann i dusjen.Dette var ikke det vi forventet på et 5 stjernes hotell

Terrible hotel. The first room they gave us had no working power and light in the room and the bathroom, the TV had no channels, there was no working WIFI in the room. In stead of saying sorry and giving us a new room, they said that they would send a technician to fix the problem. At the end of the day all the problems were not fixed. After calling reception several times asking them to fix it, they stopped picking up the phone. Only after I went down and insisted that it is not OK to not have power in the room, and not have light in the bathroom, and that I needed WIFI for my work, they reluctantly gave us another room. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience. In the new room they gave us, everything was as you should expect. However, the furniture was dated and worn out. Towels ware not exchanged daily. In the 8 days we stayed, only one time did we get both a small and large towel per person. All the other days we got only one small towel, or one large towel, or no towel at all. Below the rooms facing the river are above the hotel bar, which has loud music in the evening. They do weddings there, at which they do the music so loud, that you have to shout to be able to talk in your room, let alone that you'll be able to sleep. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but they are not. The rooms are badly cleaned. There was dust, hairs, and even a sigaret on the floor. After our 8 days stay in this hotel, this was not cleaned up. This is not 5 star, more 2 stars.

No way a 5-Star, more like 3-Star!

This place has a 5 Star rating?? How and who is the morron That gave this place a 5 Star rating? Don’t get me wrong, the place is nice and all but, for this price, One expects better. I would at best give it a strong 3-Star rating. Staff has No clue about hospitality. No smiling greeting, No recognasion of me as guest, and rude. They should get the staff cources in hospitality. I fler ignored and I got the feeling it was because of my Brown golden skin color. If They only knew How for example Thailand is with their kindness, and greeting with a smile always, same in Sweden. 5-Star rating and the AC does not work in 25 degrees. Hot water in shower was unavailable because I wanted to shower at 09:00. Apperantly by then most hot water has been used. Breakfast buffé was ok, although, more of the ignoring and sometimes rude staff. Spa was Good But very pricy for this region. Manager was smoking in her office, grouse. Confusing on What is included in the room, be careful of this.

Best hotel in Skopje

Parfait !

Hôtel moderne, propre, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Salle de sport sur deux étages, très complète. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est sans doute l'un des meilleurs de la ville.

Goed was het restaurant en dat is het de kamers zijn nog geen 2 sterren zwembad is bij te betalen dus weet niet hoe jullie dit als hotel met zwembad en Spa adverteren als je voor alles extra moet betalen? Zal dit hotel niet meer boeken .

Parfait côté rivière, dommage de ne pas prévenir que l' hôtel se situe à l' ombre du stade de Football de la ville à 20 mètres.
