This place is absolutely disgusting. It’s falling apart, don’t be fooled by the pictures. The bathroom is a room with a few showers that is shared by the entire floor, it was so dirty, wet and gross that I didn’t even want to step in it. I was placed in a room with other 4 big men and the vibe in the entire place was just shady. At night it was impossible to sleep, you can hear every little thing from the entire property. The bed and pillow are just plain horrible, the “lamp” was just a hanging wire with a lightbulb very close to your head, so very unsafe. The area where the hostel is located is dirty and creepy… I didn’t feel safe walking there during the day let alone at night. The staff was very unhelpful when I asked if I could upgrade to a cleaner or safer room or if I could get a refund if I checked out, they didn’t provide any options. Needless to say the next day I just checked out and went to another place, I didn’t care that I would not get a refund, I just wanted to get out of there. That is when the staff finally showed some concern and offered other rooms… but it was too late cause I already had reservations in other place. Never going again. Stay away from this property! Pictures are very misleading.

Prices for lounges and pool bar drinks was extremely high

This hostel has an annex building that is not in as good of condition as the main building. If you're in the annex, you don't have a reception desk, and you won't know about miscellaneous activities. This location is close to the train station.

Close to termini, everything dirty

Wifi didnt work, bathroom in terrible conditions. Great location but hotel was really old and dirty

The lights in the bathroom use motion sensor and need to open the door and wave to activate the sensor few times during 1 bath time. Spacious room.

Loved that the hostel was only a 5 minute walk from Termini (the train station). It was clean and the staff was very helpful!

Okay but cheaper hostels available

Close to termini, kind of expensive. Extra tax on top of room rate. 45 minute walk to city centre but close to colosseum

男女混合ドミトリー

男女混合ドミトリーで、男性4人・私(女)1人の部屋になる日がありました。予約状況で、仕方がなかったのかもしれませんが、緊張しました。

O piso do banheiro é liso demais, e há um degrau entre os banheiros e o corredor, que fazem com que seja perigoso e escorregadio.

Excelente ubicación

Tinha tudo para ser muito bom...

Achei muito bagunçado e barulhento, com algazarras nos quartos ao lado até altas horas. O staff atendeu tudo o que eu precisei, mas foram muitos problemas como vazamento e entupimento do box do banheiro. E a localização, apesar de parecer boa, é num local escuro, sujo, feio. O trabalho é até bem feito, mas não pretendo mais voltar a esse hostel.

テルミニから近い。シャワーはひどい

テルミニ駅の近くでアクセスが良いです。全体的に清潔でスタッフの感じもいいのですが、シャワーがひどいです。水圧弱すぎ、ぬるめのお湯で入った気がしなかったです。それと外の治安が良い方ではないのでスマホなどは十分注意してください。

スタッフに感謝

鍵のないロッカーがあり、それぞれ手持ちの鍵を使うようになっています。僕も自分の南京錠を使っていたのですが、誤って、その鍵自体をなかに入れてロックしてしまいました。 受付スタッフに相談したところ、すぐに巨大なニッパーのようなものを持ってきてくださり、南京錠をジョキンと切ってくれました。素早い対応に感謝です。 テルミニ駅のすぐ近くで、早朝出発される方にもむいていますし、駅地下のスーパーにもすぐ行けます。
