The location is perfect, and the service is good. BUT - the design of the room is really weird. not chair to sit on, mirrors everywhere, and generally - not a "fun to stay in". more importantly - the room is really warm and the windows don't open. Finally - even if you have street facing windows, the are covered by a mirror completely and so no ability to see outside. overall - It is clean and well located. but I did not enjoy my stay.
Absolutely wonderful experience!
From check in till check out all was perfect. Staff friendly, polite, helpful. Special note to lovely Madeline at breakfast. Warmly recommended!
Great location
The service, from reservation to front desk, was very courteous and efficient. The junior suite was great. Rooms are usually very small in Rome, so the suite upgrade was dearly appreciated.
Beautiful hotel and staff, excellent location
My husband and I had the best stay at Palazzo Nainer. We only stayed one night but I wish we stayed longer - so for me, this is definitely a place to come back to again! First of all the hotel was beautifully decorated - it was just before Christmas and the decor really made it feel very festive. The reception and concierge staff were kind and friendly. The receptionist was kind to give us an upgrade. We had a beautiful room with a terrace overseeing beautiful Roman roofs and Piazza del Popolo. It was gorgeous! The room was amazing too! When I come back, I will totally stay in that room again. Breakfast was great - really good selection but the highlight for us was meeting Madeleine who was looking after us at breakfast. She was so kind, very professional and caring and even gave me some food to take away. I absolutely loved our chats with her and again I just wished we stayed for a few more nights so I could have the breakfast and chats with Madeleine again. It goes without saying that the location is perfect and I always stay in this area of Rome as it’s quite easy to get to other areas from here. However, it’s the Palazzo Nainer team that made our stay so very special. Thank you!
Great Location.
Great location for walking to many of the main tourist sites.
There is not a high enough rating I can give the Palazzo Nainier. The hotel itself was beautiful, but the service was the true gem. My husband needed medical attention during our stay. The manager Pamela and her staff accommodated all of our needs while we were receiving care at the hospital allowing that to be the only focus. They called to check on us and could not do enough to welcome us back. It was truly appreciated.
Staff was outstanding, especially Madeline from the morning breakfast.
Fantastic place
The staff was so accommodating and helpful!! The rooftop bar was lovely. I would definitely stay here again for a return to Rome.
I was unimpressed with this hotel. The location was convenient, and the hotel’s aesthetic was nice. But those were really the only pros. Given the price, I expected much nicer amenities and service. The room was incredibly small. There was no turn down service—something I’ve never experienced in all my travels in Europe. The front desk was slow to answer the phone, and forgot to follow through on my one request during the stay. The shower door was off the track, and the AC clicked all night. The value just isn’t there at this property. I won’t stay again or recommend it to friends.
We booked this hotel without realizing it was a few blocks from the Spanish Steps. Everything about the hotel impressed us. The room was spectacular, the bathroom felt like we were in a palace. The location was walkable to everything! We walked to Trevi, Colosseum, and Vatican! Not to mention the shopping on the same street, all the best, Rolex, Prada, Gucci, you get the idea. Plus, the side street restaurants were AMAZING for food. 5 minute walk to authentic delicious Italian food. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the location. We will stay again. We also felt very safe. Everyone was wearing watches, rings, hand bags, designer accessories. We never saw any sign of anything that made us feel unsafe. Highly recommend!
I have stayed here twice now and I could not recommend more highly. The hotel has rooms that accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers and that’s not the easiest to find. The rooms are always modern and comfortable and the air conditioning works very well and the bathroom is beautiful and top notch. the location is amazing. One black off from via del Corso and a short distance from. Spanish steps. 20 paces from Piazza Del poppolo. Staff is perfect and hotel is perfect especially if you plan to do a lot in Rome. there’s not much to do at the hotel , it’s small and boutique but Rome is for sightseeing. If you plan on staying in your hotel , other options would be better.
Great reception and hotel is beautiful, comfortable and chic. Great location too.
Our stay at Pallazo Nanier was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team to the bell staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. They were very nice in each interaction, made sure that any questions we had were answered and went above and beyond!
Great value (lux boutique hotel at reasonable prices) with an excellent location. Very attentive staff, highly recommended, would repeat.
Nice clean hotel . close to historic sites Would stay again
Property was well located. The staff was great especially Madeleine at breakfast, Pamela the hotel manager and Yassin at the front desk
He hotel was in an excellent location and the staff was outstanding. A special thank you to Madeline who served us each morning with the most pleasant attitude and a wonderful smile. She made our mornings ! The hotel was clean and everything as expected.
Beautiful small boutique hotel at the beat location in Rome.
Very friendly staff
Beautiful place and great location. Everyone was very kind and friendly
Wonderful chic hotel in a terrific area. Great shopping, restaurants, safe & easy to get around. The room was well appointed, clean & comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. The concierge was very helpful and made our stay extra special.
The room is nice, location is great. The service is excellent!
Great neighborhood, quiet and very responsive staff. The bed was very comfortable too.
Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Area was a little noisy. Hotel was very good.
excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and nice rooms
Absurd price for breakfast
The hotel is located in a great area. Close to a lot. My biggest issue was the breakfast was 25 euros a person. 50 for me and my wife a day. That is absurd. Its a normal continental breakfast. Nothing special at all. We have stayed all over Europe and breakfast has been included or reasonably priced. We stayed 4 nights and that would have ran us 200 euros if we ate there daily.
Rome
Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable
The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made the stay a delight! The rooms were large and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!
Nice hotel, great area but small room, expected for the area, tasteful remodel

Great hotel, very friendly staff and walkable to all main attractions.
Great location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness 10/10
Hotel is in a great area with an easy walk to the metro. The views from the hotel rooftop bar are amazing and cocktails are definitely delicious although pricey. Overall the price point to stay/eat/drink in this hotel is too expensive for a family. Best for couples.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! Madeline, the breakfast staff was super friendly and very accommodating!! The hotel provides a delicious high quality breakfast and super kind staff to accommodate every palate, especially our children’s. Thank you for an amazing stay and extremely clean and beautifully decorated rooms!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo. This is a very nice boutique hotel that is very well located, and you can easily walk everywhere. Whether you are traveling to Rome for shopping or tourism the location is great. From the moment we arrived and were invited to have a welcome drink at the bar, during breakfast in the mornings, until our departure, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Traveled with family and stayed at the room with bed and sofa bed and the room was very nice and had a great spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend it.
Excellent hotel! Great staff, walkable location, tastefully decorated room
