Disappointed

I came to my room it was nasty, my room wasn’t clean , I didn’t have a fridge or microwave I didn’t mirror was broken. The mattress my sheet coming off the bed the mattress looks so nasty

The staff is very nice and friendly! But the cleanliness and safety of the property is a -7. It’s so dirty and disgusting. Not even worth the money. Better off spending more for a little nicer. The staff were amazing though! They were very helpful and resolved issues with cleanliness and found a slightly better room.

Lost money

It was horrible. Got there the bathroom in the lobby were locked. The person working the front desk wasnt there. Took 15 mins to get there. Once i tried to check on told me the room i booked wasn't available and i couldn't get my momey back ($233.00) and ddn offer me another room. Women that came in after me had the same issues. I work hard for my money and they just took it. Wish i could get my money back.

Is completely horrible I had no heat the entire trip in this cold weather right now in Mississippi and also I had no pillows when I got there and it took me up about a day to get them and he gave me one pillow and and I nothing about the heat and then my hot water was not working at all and the whole trip and I don't find about that too and whatever I guess it was horrible and I didn't get the room that I wanted which was the jacuzzi room the whole weekend because they didn't have one and then blah blah blah blah so whatever it sucks

well starting the parking lot was dirty, trash everywhere, run down. First room i got tv was on, someone’s belongings were still there, beds were unmade. second room was also dirty, someones undergarments were left there. and that was it for me. I requested a refund!

This property should be taken off of your registry. The condition is terrible, in thebthe room the i got there were no outlet covers on outlets. Dangerous for small kids. I was on the 3rd floor, and my sliding window opened up all the way , someone could easily fall especially a toddler. Worst hotel ever. The rooms and interior looks nothing as show in the photos .

This property is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I book this hotel base of the pictures I’ve seen online. When my son check in he thought it was a prank I did him. It was so nasty he couldn’t sleep in there. I ask for the housekeeper to come clean it. No one did. The next day I ask for a new room. He didn’t get it. The 3rd day I ask for a refund I didn’t get it. It was just horrible and the people hanging out and smoking god knows what. This hotel is not safe or clean to even let your dog lay on the bed.

Unhealthy facility

The air conditioner condensation line tripped into the room. Half of the rooms carpet was soaking wet and smelled horrible. The toilet clogged up several times. The cleanliness of the place was a zero. Makes you feel unhealthy. Just staying there. Cockroaches on the bathroom countertop

Ghetto No Tell Hotel from Hell...

The room wasn't cleaned. Soiled towels in floor, soiled washcloth in shower. Shower head left on dripping, water in floor, used Q-tips laying on dresser. The door striker was broken out of the splintered door, you couldn't close it. Rust on lamps and smelled damp and wet. To top it off the A/C wasn't working! When I left I was asked by a 'lady' if I wanted a 'date' and 2 guys hit me up for money. Avoid this stumble down dump!!! OH, there is a NO REFUND policy. Please don't offer an excuse for your nasty pitiful run down dump. There is no excuse, so yes it didn't meet my expectations, nor anyone elses...

If you are used to upscale hotels this is not it you will be highly disappointed the tube is absolutely disgusting I had to wear shoes in the shower because the bottom of the tube is so nasty looking they don’t put anything in the room there is no phone to call down to the front desk so I had to walk all the way down to get towels cups new sheets and even the remote to the tv which made no sense the covers and sheets had stains on them and it’s super hot in the lobby elevator and hall ways but the rooms are cool

Not the worst

Once I arrived, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to check me in, which I didn’t really mind. However, once I got to the room, the door didn’t work, and I had to go back downstairs to get them to open it. Additionally, once I got in the room, the TV network connection didn’t work, and the room had an unpleasant smell. I also felt like the room wasn’t the same as the pictures. I ended up leaving within 5 minutes of being in the room.

Water doesn’t even get hot, stains around and inside tub, first room they gave us was dirty had drinks and covers messed up and lights were already on CLEARLY someone had been staying there, second room they gave us was a double bed refrigerator was leaking water, brown stains was all on the covers and some towels . I Will Spend My Money Elsewhere

I never got a chance to stay at the hotel because I did not have a extra 100 dollars for a deposit to stay a night. Also, they will not accept chime debit or credit card as a method of payment. The employee who works the front desk (evening shift )on that day I attempted to check in was rude and assuming. The guest she check in prior to me was treated with a pleasantries and humility. When it was my turn, she address me loud tone and dismissive. She did not try to assist me, nor did she address me like she the prior guest, using "thank you, Ma'am and even a smile". If you go into their system and look up previous guest, she realized I stay at that hotel over 30 times thru out the years and never had a incidentals issue. Some people have a personality to work the a front desk and some needs to stay in housekeeping.

OYO Townhouses and Suites—avoid!

The staff were very nice. However, I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel or one in worse condition! Lock on my door was broken, fixtures in bathroom were broken, there was black mold all over ceiling and walls. Walls were only partially painted. I didn’t even take a shower bc the tub was filthy. Carpet was filthy.

They don’t clean the sheets between customers. They don’t provide towels and if you use theirs you have to put them in the wash yourself. You pay a $50 deposit for “cleaning” but the carpets haven’t been washed in what looked like years. They gave me a problem because I had a service dog with papers to show them. They said “everyone says that.” Then got made because it wasn’t a pet that they could take another $20 from me. It was the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

NASTY & DO NOT BOOK

First when you walk in the glass is missing on the screen door the smell is outrageous From getting on the elevator it’s nasty and walking into the room it was disgusting. The pictures I took are what me and other half walked into. As soon as I saw and honestly couldn’t stand the smell within the room “like pee” cats in the hallway and dogs. Manager offer another room just to be the same but not just that people still within the room and cigarette buds everywhere. If my room I booked was non smoke why is a room just a few doors down have cigarette buds all over the floor and hallway. I ended up leaving and booking with Another hotel. Was only there for one night because my other half was there for his fishing tournament. DO NOT BOOK HERE

We go to walk in and the front door glass was busted out we go to pay and the guy tells us they only have 1 room left that was like what we wanted and he wanted us to go look at it because there was a "small" problem with the jacuzzi tubwe go get on the elevator and the floor is discusting in the elevator stuff spilled all over it and it smelled like weed we get off the elevator and theres spots on the carpet going down the hall that is bleached white we go to the room and the door is hard to open once we get in the room we go look at the jacuzzi and there is mold growing in the bottom where the tub has been busted and someone fixed it very poorly and it hasnt been cleaned then we go look in the bathroom and the celing is all busted up and covered in mold so we walked out and refused to stay

There's no soap in the hotel ? WOW.

The furniture was old . The microwave wouldn't work. Room had a smell. And what really made me angry was THEIR WAS NO SOAP. No soap in a hotel ? That's just plain ridiculous. Water wasn't hot . And the remote didn't work. But the staff was nice .

Lobby smelled vry strongly of smoke and Lysol. Credit card system down, had to pay via PayPal at check-in. Room was very dirty and disheveled. Toilet tank missing lid, desk chair with broken arm, holes in walls covered in spackle and not painted. Every surface was sticky. Walls all scuffed. Went to front desk and asked for a refund. Clerk told me it would have to be done online, but he couldn’t direct me how or where. PayPal directs me back to Oyo, they have a phone number to call, but it just rings busy. Avoid this place at all costs.

I will never stay here again the hotel was nasty. The bathroom had a giant hole in the ceiling. The ceiling had what looked like mold. It was horrible!

I would stay there again.

It appeared to me that this was a once upscale motel that has been recently purchased and is being renovated. Just my opinion with no actual knowledge. The refrigerator, microwave and TV were all unplugged, the TV cable also unattached, and I had to go to the desk to get a remote. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. The room was a large one, with a desk and 'couch, in addition to the bed. Water pressure was not the best, for a shower, but was enough to get the job done.

Don’t Shay at this place

This hotel is terrible. Has roaches, mold and is just in horrible condition. I literally checked in then won’t to the room then left the property. Complete false advertisement

Awful Place

Hotel is very dirt, water all over the floor by the ice machine and I almost fell. No hot water to shower, tv did not work and the room smelt awful. The entire building needs a deep deep cleaning - it’s filthy.

The property was not as pictured. Also they canceled my room without my knowledge and gave it to someone else. When I arrive they said I would need to rebook and ensured I’d receive my refund. However, the refund amount was much less than the amount I paid. It seems as if they only did it to double charge me. Do not stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We arrived, looked at the room and immediately went back to the front desk and requested to leave/refund. Photos tell it all. They said they had not checked us in yet and to contact hotels.com to issue the refund. However, hotels.com told me they were unable to get in contact with the property and there was nothing they could do unless I contacted the property and got approval from them directly. So I contacted them and the property manager said there were "no such damages" but I have photo proof. So now I am in process of disputing this. Do not waste your time or money.

Should be condemned!!!

Booked through hotels.com. It’s a Laquita even though stated under another name. These photos are clearly from years ago when the hotel was CLEAN. Completely disgusting, pool was empty, lobby smelled of freshly smoked marijuana. Reservation was cancelled PRIOR to my arrival but the money was still removed from my account. I’m fighting to get it back now. When I got there the clear was very friendly but unable to help me. I had driven for 8+ hours and no where to stay. He offered to let me see the rooms due to a no refund policy and against my better judgement, I agreed. The first room key he gave me went to a room that was occupied! I opened the door with my child by my side to find someone in their bed. Thankfully I wasn’t attacked (had this been my room and someone walked in that’s exactly what my reaction would have been. So I returned to the desk and he was very confused as to why someone was in that room. He gives me two more room keys to try. 1st rooms smelled, had ashes all over the “cleaned” tables, 2nd had no odor was decently cleaned yet had black mold all over the place.

this was the worst property that I have ever stayed at. I checked out after 1 night (a night that I should not have stayed) and it appears that I was charged for the second night. I told the manager that I was leaving and was there anything that I needed to do to checkout. She stated no, I should have known better. I drove to the Dury Hotel and booked a couple of nights. It was like night and day. Please take this hotel off of your list of hotels. if I were to give this hotel a number it would be less than zero.

I never take time to write reviews but I had to. I reserved a room for 2 beds. Once arrived she said they were all gone and all she had was kings. That’s the point of reserving so that save it for you. The room they put us in had the large jacuzzi in the room, it was orange and rusty all in bottom. Stains and tears all over the floors. There was a teal colored couch that had stains in it I wouldn’t even let my kid sit in. When I pulled back the blanket a spider ran across the sheet. And I was done. We left! Absolutely unsafe for someone’s health to be in there. The photos online are nothing even close to what the rooms look like.

The room itself was adequate for my need. But, the window curtains was torn from their fixtures. The exterior lights and morning sun poured greatly into room. With that said, the quarters was fine.
