A great place to stay in walking distance from Manuka Oval and shopping centre.

The property was clean and comfortable and suited our group of 5 with a big area. Easy walking distance to food and shops. Great base for a stay in Canberra. Also free off street, undercover parking is a real bonus.

Not secure to leave your personal belongings

The property is clean, but the interior is worn out. The TV is a bit outdated and not a smart TV, which is common in most places. The Wi-Fi/internet was broken and no alternative was provided.

Room was good unfortunately other guests staying there were slamming doors shut all night

Spacious apartment suitable for families, locating next to an oval, quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is well- equipped, has laundry facilities.

Was here for a short 2n stay. The motel is generally clean but dated. We didn’t use their sofa bed as it looks like it could use some deep cleaning. Otherwise, everything else was pleasant. check in and out was easy and hassle free. It is definitely a good place to stay if you are on a budget. Will I return? Yes if I have to. Most probably I would explore staying somewhere else on my next trip to Canberra.

Close to airport

The apartment was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Close to great shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was large but lacked quite a few utensils. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Great location, grocery and dinning options are just a short walk away. Lake Burley Griffin is an easy 10 minute walk. All other attractions in Canberra are a 15 minute drive at most. The apartment complex is well maintained and in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and professional, always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed for a family of 4. Will definitely return when we next visit Canberra.

Perfect location for a family weekend in Canberra, plenty of room and so convenient to get to.

Check in experience was terrible after advising we would be unable to check in before 6. I was sent an email asking for licence and credit cards and a pin number would be sent. I had to follow up at 5.45 asking for the pin. A voice message has to be left and we got a call after 6 and the code was eventually sent through. I shouldn't have had to chase so hard when I complied with all requests. And the air con didn't work

Good value and generally clean. Apartment needa attention cleaning :smells of frying; dishwasher isnt clenaing anyhing properly plates and glasses not clean.

We booked a room, tried to check in at 5.30pm, and it wasn't available. Nobody called to let us know or anything, and nobody could tell us when the replacement room at Adina would be ready. We ended up booking elsewhere just to have some security of accommodation. Front desk person was very nice and sympathetic but the whole thing was very frustrating. I certainly won't book again since it doesn't seem to actually guarantee me anywhere to stay. Still waiting for me refund - had paid up front. Apparently they haven't yet confirmed with Expedia, so they still have my money. Disappointing experience all round.

Very spacious and comfortable. The only thing was that the fridge wasn't working properly. Other than that it was a great place to stay, excellent value.

On arrival we accepted a room on the 2nd floor as walking up to the 3rd floor was a problem due to a leg injury. We found our apartment tired, frayed carpet and the bathroom had missed a clean, the shower need a good scrub down, this was disappointing.

Very convenient for museums & other sights. Helpful to have undercover car park. Very quiet & close to Kingston village & for walks along the lake & Telopea parkland. Found stairs difficult. Would book a ground floor next time. TV could not show ch 7.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is somewhat dated but well maintained, and the local area is always nice to stay around. The air-con was a bit noisy and drowned out the TV somewhat in the loungeroom, and check in was a little hit and miss, but that was due to miscommunication on both sides. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks :)

The balcony door was locked, so no use of the balcony. Cleanliness was below par. The mattresses were old and far too soft. The front door lock very flimsy. The launch and chair in bad condition.

Convenient location allowing easy accessibility to all the sites I wanted to visit.

Too many dead flies inside the building, but my room was spotless.

Very spacious apartment in a nice location. Would stay again.

We arrived for our 2pm check in and was advised the apartment was not ready yet and we had to wait until 3:15pm to enter the room, Quilts were dirty, kitchen benches where dirty, stained sofa bed. The apartment was not serviced once, we had to ask for clean towels each day.

We stayed for a couple of nights as a family of 4. The apartment was nice and spacious and had the essentials for our stay. The carpet is pretty worn and needed a good vacuum. It’s located close to the shops .

False allegations handled wrong by management

The owner just walked in no knock on the door nothing whilst i was on couch sort of asleep and said they had a noise complaints and was there a party thats an invasion of privacy and security in my opinion that it was not the way to approach the complaint because there was no party and i dnt understand what the noise was about but just the way that the owner or manager whatever just let himself in was completely out of line and rude definitely a deterrent of coming here to stay again

We hired a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults. The apartment was nice and clean and spacious. It was equipped with most amenities such as cooking etc. Only downside for us was that we were given the room on 2nd floor which could only be accessed through stairs. Being seniors this was rather uncomfortable for us! Otherwise it was all good and we recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable and clean apartment in a good position and close to dining and shopping. Could be more kitchen utensils. Car park is busy and street parking in Canberra is confusing.

The property was clean, shower was fantastic, but some appliances were VERY old (microwave and kettle) and the cutlery was mismatched and odd. I wasn’t impressed with the bed either. Great location. Fine for a few days.

Good quiet location near local shops

The apartments are within walking distance of local shops and buses and a short drive to the city centre. The decor was a bit dated but the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lot of appliances we would have used if we had stayed longer. An affordable family friendly option for a last minute booking.

Our family stay at Oxley court was really pleasant. The property was really clean & tidy. Location was perfect as shops, dinning & parks were close by and also equally convenient to travel around ACT attractions. We enjoyed our stay at Oxley court and will love to visit again.

Although the property was aged it has been well maintained. Toilet paper, soap etc is limited, spacious louge/living area, comfortable mattresses and modern bathroom.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious, seemingly a virtue of its era. It was pleasantly spartan, and had everything we needed at an excellent price. It is in close walking distance to Kingston, which has great cafes and other shops. A top spot from which to explore the inner south on foot. Communication from the manager was easy going.

Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen areas. Only downsides were no tissues and air conditioning did not properly extend into bedrooms.

Great location, great facilities, and we were well looked after. The only challenge was due to previous occupants who had cooked very aromatic dinners in the apartment (or what appeared to be in the stairwell), leaving powerful aroma throughout the apartment, making it hard to relax in the apartment.

The apartment was a nice size for 4 adults. The location was great for strolling down to the water to watch the fireworks 😀
